An inpatient room is an inpatient place for health services that provides health facilities consisting of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists and non-medical personnel to support better patient health. The role of nurses in accordance with laws and regulations is to carry out individual nursing care. Nursing care is mostly done in hospitals. The nursing process consists of the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of this matter used by nurses to provide services to patients in the inpatient room. Patients in the inpatient room have biological problems that have been diagnosed according to their conditions and there are other conditions that can affect because human beings are holistic namely biological, psychological, sociological and spiritual. The role of nurses in assessing the needs of patients in the hospital is the first step in determining the diagnosis , planning, implementation, evaluation of nursing. Studies conducted by nurses still tend to be physiological needs but other needs, namely psychological, sociological, spiritual, cannot yet be studied in depth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of nurses in conducting a holistic assessment in inpatient diseases in this type of research is a qualitative research case study approach to the method of collecting purposive sampling data collection. Data were collected from the head of the room, the executive nurse and the patient namely 1 key informant, 5 main informants, 2 additional informants. Data collection by in-depth interviews, documents, observations and recorded with a recording device obtained 3 themes, namely carrying out the initial assessment, conducting further studies, psychological, sociological and spiritual assessment only on palliative patients.

O processo de enfermagem é o método utilizado para sistematizar a assistência de enfermagem no Brasil. Dessa forma, é imprescindível que os profissionais de enfermagem conheçam e apliquem as normas regulamentadoras do exercício. A Resolução Cofen 358/2009 estabelece que o processo de enfermagem deve ser realizado de modo deliberado e sistemático em todos os ambientes públicos ou privados em que ocorre o cuidado profissional de enfermagem. <p><em>This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.</em></p>

Incidence of preeclampsia cases is about 5-8% of all pregnancies. This research aims to analyze articles related the application of nursing model in pregnant with preeclampsia. The design of the research used is the literature review, articles collected using search engines such as EBSCO, Sciencedirect, Proquest and Elsevier. The article used was published in 2010-2019. Based on the article collected obtained the results that diagnose preeclampsia while pregnant can cause anxiety and fear increases during pregnancy. Because of this condition, individuals have increased blood pressure so as to develop a pathological nature. The role of nurses in providing therapy according to this model is to focus on human beings as a biopsicosocial creature as a unified and interconnected whole. Further studies are advised consider the effects on various variables by taking into account the random effects and changes in the model with the addition of contextual effects in the analysis.

These research objectives held to know how the parent's concept of educating children in the industrial revolution era 4.0, in Kp.  Undrus, Cijantra Village, Kab.  Tangerang also to know the parents' obstacle factor on the process that educating children in the industrial revolution era 4,0, in Kp.  Undrus, Cijantra Village, Kab.  Tangerang. This research used a field study approach in Kp.  Undrus, Cijantra Village, Kab.  Tangerang.  The technique's data collection in this research used observation, interview, and documentation.  While the data analysis used data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data verification or taken conclusion.  Then, used a validity test technique with the prioritize as data credibility, data transferability, real power, also a confirmation research object. This research result indicates that the parent has an important role in preparing for the industrial revolution 4.0.  Through education has done parents in a family by various ways as harmonization the relation of parent-child, became examples to children, motivate and support to the in learning, and have a clear purpose be parents in Kp.  Undrus, Cijantra Village, Kab.  Tangerang in educating children in the industrial revolution 4.0.  children education by the parents have to deficient in economy providing media learning, lack of understanding matter learning child by the parents and lack of compliance to parents.

The role of the teacher relates to how a teacher is able to understand and determine the limits that must be done in organizing material, interacting and doing the learning process. Violent behavior is the use of force or force with the aim of hurting a weaker person or group, so that the victim feels depressed or traumatized and helpless. This study aims to determine the role of teachers in preventing violent behavior in Sma Negeri 2 Seunagan Nagan Raya. This research is descriptive with cross sectional study approach through total sampling technique. Research data collection was carried out on 11 to 8 December 2019 in SMA 2 Seunagan Nagan with a total of 28 respondents, data collection tools used in the form of a questionnaire scale consisting of 20 question items. Data analysis is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results showed that 64.3% had a teacher's role as a corrector for the prevention of violent behavior in schools, 60.7% had a teacher's role as an informer for the prevention of violent behavior in schools, 78.6% had a teacher's role as a class manager for preventing violent behavior in schools . Based on these data, there is a teacher's role in preventing violent behavior in schools, so the researchers suggest maintaining a good role in providing guidance to students at school. Keywords: Teacher Role, Prevention, Violent Behavior (Bullying)

Abstract: Leaders are a significant factor in realizing a productive church. It is demonstrated through the discipleship in small groups aimed at giving birth to new leaders. But the problem is, not all leaders give birth to a new leader. Therefore, this paper examines the role of the leader to see his role in Holy Word Christian Church Pekanbaru. Richard Robert Osmer's four practical theological tasks is used to refine analysis because it offers methodological novelty, practicality and is comprehensive in understanding or changing contexts. Therefore, a case study approach is used to produce research depth. The data collection process accomplishes through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of leaders in Holy Word Christian Church Pekanbaru is significant in realizing a productive church and giving birth to new leaders. So the discipleship system must lead to the goal of birth to new leaders through small groups that have already been forming. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan melalui pemuridan dalam kelompok kecil dengan tujuan melahirkan para pemimpin baru. Tetapi persoalannya, tidak semua pemimpin melahirkan pemimpin baru. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mengkaji tentang peran pemimpin untuk melihat perannya dalam gereja pemuridan di Gereja Kristen Kalam Kudus (selanjutnya disebut GKKK) Pekanbaru. Empat tugas teologi praktika Richard Robert Osmer digunakan untuk mempertajam analisis karena menawarkan kebaruan metodologi, kepraktisan dan komprehensif dalam memahami atau menggali konteks. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk menghasilkan kedalaman. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peran pemimpin di GKKK Pekanbaru signifikan dalam mewujudkan gereja yang reproduktif dan melahirkan pemimpin baru. Jadi, sistem pemuridan harus mengarah pada tujuan untuk melahirkan para pemimpin baru melalui kelompok-kelompok kecil yang sudah terbentuk. Abstract This study aims to discuss the role of accounting in the Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital after BLUD status and the adoption of INA-CBGs. The role of accounting in hospitals is reflected in accounting innovations and strategies in responding to INA-CBGs. For this reason, the focus of this study is to look at accounting innovation efforts and strategies to respond to INA-CBGs carried out by the management of Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data come from informants who are selected based on certain criteria (purposive sampling). The data collection technique in this study was an interview instrument. The type of interview is a semi-structured interview. The results of this study reveal that the role of accounting in the Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital has increased, especially after changes to the hospital payment system, namely, INA-CBGs. Meanwhile, the change in status to BLUD did not have a direct impact on changing the role of accounting. The change in the role of accounting at the Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital is reflected in the accounting innovation efforts undertaken by management by involving medical personnel, especially specialist doctors in accounting practice. These specialist doctors have been asked to calculate the unit cost of each medical service using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method. In addition, doctors have also been asked to be more concerned about controlling the cost of medical services so that they do not exceed the INA-CBGs rate. Keywords: Accounting Role, BLUD Status, INA-CBG Adoption.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan peran akuntansi di RSUD Datu Beru Takengon pasca status BLUD dan adopsi INA-CBGs. Peran akuntansi di rumah sakit tercermin dari inovasi akuntansi dan strategi dalam merespon INA-CBGs. Untuk itu, fokus penelitian ini adalah melihat upaya inovasi akuntansi dan strategi merespon INA-CBGs yang dilakukan manajemen RSUD Datu Beru Takengon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data berasal dari narasumber (informan) yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu (purposive sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini  adalah dengan instrument wawancara. Jenis wawancaranya adalah wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa peran akuntansi di RSUD Datu Beru Takengon telah mengalami peningkatan terutama setelah perubahan sistem pembayaran rumah sakit yaitu, INA-CBGs. Sementara itu, perubahan status menjadi BLUD justru tidak berdampak langsung pada perubahan peran akuntansi. Perubahan peran akuntansi di RSUD Datu Beru Takengon tercermin dari adanya upaya inovasi akuntansi yang  dilakukan oleh manajemen dengan melibatkan tenaga medis terutama para dokter spesialis dalam praktek akuntansi. Para dokter spesialis tersebut telah diminta untuk menghitung unit cost setiap jasa pelayanan medis dengan menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC). Selain itu, para dokter juga telah diminta untuk lebih peduli terhadap pengendalian biaya pelayanan medis agar tidak melebihi tarif INA-CBGs. This article discusses the role of Islamic counseling guidance in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used is descriptive analysis, namely by exploring all sources related to Islamic counseling guidance as an effort to overcome juvenile delinquency. The data collection technique used in this research is library research where library research is the activity of collecting data or materials related to research through books, scientific journals, literatures and other publications that can be used as sources for research that will be carried out. researched by the author. The purpose of the study was to eradicate the problem of juvenile delinquency with Islamic counseling guidance. In adolescence, they want to show their existence and not infrequently they want to get recognition or want to be considered their existence in the midst of society by doing various things, both positive and negative things which is commonly called juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately in order to save the next generations of the nation. Islamic counseling guidance is one of the efforts that can be used in overcoming delinquency in adolescents, where Islamic counseling guidance aims to help individuals realize themselves into complete human beings in order to achieve happiness in life in the world and in the hereafter in accordance with Islamic laws. So it is hoped that later with the Islamic counseling guidance method, juvenile delinquency can be eradicated and not only that but also can form a better person according to religious norms and form quality teenagers who are religiously obedient.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>In this modern era, there are a lot of media that can be used as a means of disseminating information and can be accepted by all groups. And one of the most popular uses of social media is Instagram. Az Zikra Assembly Sentul Bogor is one of the largest assemblies in Indonesia that uses social media Instagram as a means of spreading da'wah messages with the @azzikramediaofficial account. By utilizing the features found on Instagram, the @azzikramediaofficial account can create content or disseminate Islamic messages effectively and easily accepted by other Instagram users. The purpose of this study is to dig deeper and understand the role of Instagram social media in publishing da'wah. In this research, the method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The findings from this study explain that the Assembly of Az Zikra Sentul Bogor with the Instagram account @azzikramediaofficial often uses the Live Streaming feature, IG TV, photos, videos and stories in disseminating da'wah messages. In addition, the content of the material posted is about Islamic knowledge in everyday life. The positive impact that was felt by the Az Zikra Sentul Bogor Council after using social media Instagram as a propaganda medium was that it was easy to reach all congregations from various groups in remote areas. What is really felt at this time is being able to continue preaching even in the midst of the corona pandemic like now. Dan salah satu penggunaan media sosial yang populer adalah instagram. Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor merupakan salah satu Majelis terbesar di Indonesin yang menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana menyebarkan pesan-pesan dakwah dengan akun <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em>. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada instagram, akun <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em> dapat membuat konten atau menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan Islamiyah secara efektif dan mudah diterima oleh pengguna instagram lainnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali lebih dalam dan memahami tentang peran media sosial instagram dalam mempublikasikan dakwah. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor dengan akun instagram <em>@azzikramediaofficial</em> sering  menggunakan fitur Live Streaming, IG TV, foto, video dan story dalam menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan dakwah. Selain itu konten materi yang di post adalah mengenai pengetahuan Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. Yang sangat dirasakan pada saat ini adalah bisa tetap berdakwah walaupun ditengah pandemi corona seperti sekarang. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. The presence of such sophisticated information technology has given a new nuance by touching almost all aspects of life. Technology has made it easy for people to carry out daily activities to meet their needs, as well as facilitate interaction between human beings wherever they are. This research is a normative juridical research that uses a literature study and field study approach. The data collection tool used in this study used the interview method. Interviews were conducted on informants or investigators at the Tebing Tinggi Resort Police. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the role of the police in law enforcement against hate speech crimes on social media as regulated in Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) and Law no. 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police. The role of the police includes receiving reports or complaints about the occurrence of an event that is reasonably suspected of being a criminal act; it is obliged to immediately carry out the necessary investigative actions; As an investigator who knows, receives a report or complaint about the occurrence of an event that is reasonably suspected to be a criminal act, he is obliged to immediately carry out the necessary investigative actions and find and collect evidence so that the case becomes clear so that the suspect can be found.
