O processo de enfermagem é o método utilizado para sistematizar a assistência de enfermagem no Brasil. Dessa forma, é imprescindível que os profissionais de enfermagem conheçam e apliquem as normas regulamentadoras do exercício. A Resolução Cofen 358/2009 estabelece que o processo de enfermagem deve ser realizado de modo deliberado e sistemático em todos os ambientes públicos ou privados em que ocorre o cuidado profissional de enfermagem. The Systematization of Nursing Care is an organized way of caring and achieving quality in the care offered. This study aims to report the relevance of SAE to nursing, identifying its benefits for nursing and the client. This is a literature review. The research was developed from consultation in books, journals and scientific articles available on the Internet and in the databases; LILACS and SCIELO. For data collection, the following keywords were used: SAE, care and nursing process. The data were grouped and organized for simple descriptive statistical treatment. 100% of the authors believe in the benefits of SAE as a defining strategy of the nurse’s space/field of action justifying the existence of such a professional in the multidisciplinary team. 60% state that SAE brings the consolidation of nursing science, recognition and valorization of the nursing professional. 40% say they organize nursing care/care. 100% believe it brings benefits to the client, such as: individualized, organized, humanized care, detects early diagnoses, nursing care done correctly, reduces infection and hospitalized clients stay. Although it is already regulated by resolution COFEN 358/09 and is a requirement of the Federal Nursing Council to SAE is not yet being used nor is it part of the work of many nurses and health institutions in the country, but the neglect of SAE is the main reason for the omission, disorganization and lack of confidence of nursing actions.

Objetivo: descrever o processo de criação de um Website educacional para acadêmicos e profissionais enfermeiros contendo informações sobre o Processo de Enfermagem em Cardiologia. Metodologia: pesquisa experimental descritiva, baseada no modelo teórico de Tronchim para a construção de Website, composta das fases de conceitualização, desenvolvimento, implementação e avaliação. Resultados: o site possui 50 páginas contendo informações, orientações, fotos e ilustrações, estruturadas em tópicos com os conceitos básicos da anatomia e fisiologia cardíaca, coleta de dados, diagnósticos de enfermagem, planejamento, implementação e avaliação. ABsTrACTThis was qualitative research performed with 15 nursing professionals of a study cohort on adolescent health, in the capital of Rio de Janeiro/Brazil. The objective of the study was to discuss nursing care strategies for the prevention of STDs/AIDS in adolescence, from the perspective of complexity. A semi-structured interview was used for data collection from January to August of 2012. Grounded Theory was used as the methodological framework. The category "Starting points for the nursing care of adolescents in the context of STDs/AIDS" is presented, which discusses aspects related to interdisciplinarity; multidimensionality and specificities of the adolescence-related process, in the midst of vulnerabilities to STDs/AIDS, thereby revealing the importance of contemplating the phenomenon as delimited by its complexity.

The paper presents information models of the nursing process through a conceptual presentation, including assessments of the patient's overall condition (nursing interviews, physical assessment, measurement, documentation analysis), nursing diagnosis, nursing care planning, determination of expected results, nursing manipulation, care plan implementation and care results evaluation. Particular attention is drawn to the possibility of using international terminology in describing nursing practices. Analysis of solutions is carried out using the terminology of decision trees.

Objetivo: sintetizar a produção científica sobre diagnósticos de enfermagem para pacientes com tuberculose. Método: trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico, descritivo, tipo revisão integrativa da literatura, sem limite temporal, realizado por meio das bases de dados:  LILACS, BDENF, IBECS, PUBMED, Portal Periódicos Capes e na Biblioteca Virtual SciELO. Utilizou-se os descritores: “tuberculosis”; “nursing diagnosis”, “nursing process” e “nursing care”. Resultados: foram identificadas 875 publicações; após o processo de seleção resultaram três artigos como amostra final. Seguida a análise dos estudos, verificou-se 60 diagnósticos de enfermagem relacionados aos pacientes com tuberculose. Em dois artigos avaliados, a Teoria das Necessidades Humanas Básicas foi o embasamento teórico do processo de enfermagem. Constatou-se que dentre as classificações de linguagens padronizadas de enfermagem, a mais utilizada foi a CIPE, seguida pela NANDA. Houve a predominância de estudos desenvolvidos em nível de assistência terciária e de estudo de caso. Considerações finais: O enfermeiro ao aplicar o seu julgamento clínico tem autonomia de levantar para os pacientes com tuberculose diversos diagnósticos de enfermagem, utilizando-se desse instrumento de trabalho para elaboração de planos de cuidados eficazes para o público-alvo em questão.

The study was planned to determine the most common nursing diagnoses according to NANDA International (NANDA-I) taxonomy and difficulties experienced in using of nursing process in COVID-19 outbreak. The sample of the descriptive cross-sectional study consisted of nurses cared for patients with COVID-19 ( n = 114). Average age of nurses is 26.86 ± 6.68. Commonly determined nursing diagnoses according to NANDA-I taxonomy in patients with COVID-19 were imbalanced nutrition (66.7%), impaired gas exchange (40.4%), insomnia (21.1%), acute confusion (31.6%), hopelessness (96.5%), difficulty playing caregiver (84.2%), anxiety (38.6%) willingness to strengthen religious bond (71.9%), risk for infection (64.9%), nausea (49.1%). Twenty-four-years old and younger, high school graduates, caring for intubated patients, and those who stated that they did not use nursing diagnosis had more difficulty in using nursing process (<0.05). The use of nursing diagnoses and process for patients with COVID-19 is extremely important in ensuring individual and qualified nursing care.

Introduction: Currently the responsibilities and role of each nursing professional has been put to the test with the need to care for thousands of Covid-19 patients, whose demands for technical, cognitive and personal care have exceeded the capacities of many healthcare professionals. Aims & Objective: To know the perspectives of nursing professionals regarding the care of patients diagnosed with Covid-19. Material & Method: the qualitative method was applied with a phenomenological approach, with the consensual participation of 10 HANM professionals, for convenience. The information was collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed in the atlas ti software. V9, using 6 core categories and 11 subcategories with which the hermeneutical unit was built. Results: Nursing care in the time of Covid-19 has faced uncertainty and fear, not knowing accurately the procedures and treatments due to the lack of information in this regard, despite this they maintain the humanization in the treatment of the patient and the Family members, through emotional intelligence, manage their feelings and fears to provide support to their patients. Conclusions: Despite the limited accessibility to protection barriers and biosafety standards, mechanisms were established to provide comprehensive care, considering the needs of the patient and their families, and accompanying them throughout the disease process. The greatest impact for nursing professionals has been to be in constant contact with death, increasing their fear of catching it and bringing the disease to their family members. ABSTRACTObjective: to identify the knowledge of nursing professionals of medium level, about the medication administration, using the education in service as instrument. Methodology: this is about a descriptive and exploratory study, type action research, from quantitative approach, approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Santa Casa de Misericórdia of Pelotas-RS under protocol number 037/2008. Three moments took place: application of the questionnaire (four questions related to the administration of medicines), education in service, re-application of the questionnaire. Results: through the data analysis it was identified an increase of the knowledge front to the theme medicines administration, after the education in service. Conclusion: it was concluded that the education in service is an important and necessary instrument to qualify the nursing professional's attendance. For that professional conduct in practice, a nursing care safely in their work process and a theoretical rationale, features developed through the knowledge gained from improvements. RESUMOObjetivo: identificar o conhecimento dos profissionais de enfermagem de nível médio, sobre a administração de medicação, utilizando a educação em serviço como instrumento de avaliação. Metodologia: trata-se de um estudo descritivo-exploratório, tipo pesquisa-ação, com abordagem quantitativa, aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Pelotas-RS, sob n. 037/2008. Participaram da pesquisa 62 profissionais de enfermagem, respeitando os princípios éticos estabelecidos. O estudo foi realizado em três momentos: aplicação do questionário (quatro questões relacionadas à administração de medicamentos), educação em serviço, reaplicação do mesmo questionário. Resultados: os profissionais mostraram aumento significativo do conhecimento frente à temática administração de medicamentos, após a educação em serviço. Conclusão: concluiu-se que a educação em serviço é um instrumento importante e necessário para qualificar o atendimento do profissional de enfermagem aos clientes. Pois esse profissional realizará na sua prática, uma assistência de enfermagem com segurança em seu processo de trabalho e respaldo teórico, características desenvolvidas por meio do conhecimento adquirido com aperfeiçoamentos. Hubo tres fases: aplicación del cuestionario (cuatro preguntas relativas a la administración de medicamentos), educación en servicio, reaplicación del cuestionario. Resultados: mediante el análisis de los datos se identificó un incremento del conocimiento delante del tema de la administración de medicamentos, después de la educación en el servicio. Conclusión: se llegó a la conclusión que la educación en servicio es una herramienta importante y necesaria para cualificar la atención del profesional de enfermería. Para que la conducta profesional en la práctica, un cuidado de enfermería con seguridad en su proceso de trabajo y una justificación teórica, las características desarrolladas a través del conocimiento obtenido de las mejoras. <p><em>The documentation of nursing care is the important part nurse duty, the best documentation of nursing care process that sees best and have a certain quality should be acurate, complete, and standard. Curently documenting of nursing care in Wates Hospital is practically not yet done according to Standard Operational Procedure. This study aims to know the description of the nursing care of documentation in Inpatient Room of Wates Hospital. This research is descriptive quantitatif which take the sample from inpatient documentation of nursing care in March 2017. The population was about 1106 documents of medical records which the sample obout 111 documents. The technique to take the sample was using cluster random. The research was held on June 2017. The data collection used medical record of patient. The univariat of data analysis used frequency distribution. This research showd that the completeness os documenting of nursing care in assessment aspect (77,5%), diagnosis (93,7%), planning (73,9%), action (45,9%), evaluation (76,6%), nursing care note (45%). The completeness of documentation of nursing care in Inpatient Room of Wates Hospital Kulon Progo is claimed complete (27,9%).</em></p><p> </p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Nursing documentation, nursing process

Objective: Investigate the understanding of nurses who work at a teaching hospital, in relation to NCS and the nursing process; ascertain facilities/difficulties related to the applicability of the nursing process in that service; and verify the opinions of those professionals for the improvement and/or effectiveness of the nursing process at the hospitalization units of the hospital. Method: Exploratory, descriptive study, with a qualitative approach. The sample consisted of 42 nurses who answered a questionnaire. The empirical material was analyzed and categorized based on the content analysis technique and discussed in the light of the literature. Results: From the participants' discourses, two categories of analysis emerged: 1) understanding of NCS as a tool to organize the Nursing work process and improve the quality of care; and 2) applicability of the nursing process at the various hospitalization units of the institution. Conclusion: The implementation and applicability of that method depend on not only the knowledge and motivation of the nursing professionals, but also on a strategic planning involving management and staff, from the recognition of their importance in order to obtain adherence and effective operationalization in practice.
