ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of boarding school management on al-Qur'an reading culture at nurul huda pringsewu boarding school. This research is a quantitative study by taking samples of 24 female students of second grade B madrasah diniyah nurul huda. Data collection methods in this study are using the method of observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, two variables are used, namely management of pesantren management as the dependent variable (X) and the culture of reading al-Qur'an free variables (Y). Analysis of research instruments includes validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used is linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the management of boarding schools in Islamic boarding schools Nurul Huda Pringsewu are in the strong category with a value of. 716 and the culture of reading the Qur'an is in the strong category with tilapia. 747. the results of linear analysis, management of boarding school management to the culture of reading the Koran shows that the significance coefficient value is 0.787 with an alpha value of 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between the management of the boarding school management on the culture of reading the Qur'an at the boarding school nurul huda pringsewu in the 2016/2017 school year. So, it can be concluded that the management of boarding schools is very influential on the culture of reading the Qur'an. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kepengurusan pesantren di pondok pesantren nurul huda pringsewu berada pada katagori kuat dengan nilai .716 dan budaya membaca al-Qur’an berada pada katagori kuat dengan nila .747. hasil analisis linier, manajemen kepengurusan pesantren terhadap budaya membaca al-Qur’an menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien signifikasi 0,787 dengan nilai alpha 0,05. Hal ini berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen kepengurusan pesantren terhadap budaya membaca al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren nurul huda pringsewu tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manjemen kepengurusan pesantren sangat berpengaruh terhadap budaya membaca al-Qur’an. Kata kunci: manajemen kepengurusan pesantren, budaya membaca al-Qur’an

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of management of boarding boarding the culture of reading alQur'an in boarding school nurul huda pringsewu. This research is a quantitative research by taking sample of 24 santri daughter of second grade B madrasah diniyah nurul huda. Islamic boarding school (Pondok Pesantren) is the oldest educational institution in Indonesia. It is an authentic Indonesian cultural heritage. The advancement of science and technology has influenced the Islamic boarding schools paradigm. On the other hand, the Islamic boarding school must be consistent in maintaining its cultural characteristics. There are four types of Islamic boarding schools in Lampung Province: pure Salafiyah, Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, formal Diniyah education, and Takhassus. This study aims to determine the character-oriented human resource management of Islamic boarding schools in Lampung Province. This study employed the qualitative approach, which utilized interviews, observations, and documents to collect the data. The findings of this study are 1) the Islamic boarding schools human resource management planning includes needs analysis, recruitment, selection, and placement. 2) the implementation of Islamic boarding schools human resource management includes education through routine recitation, routine coaching, workshops, training, seminars, comparative studies, tawajjuhan thariqoh, night prayer (qiyamul lail), five daily prayers, routine dzikir, and tahsin and tahfidz Al Quran. 2) The human resource management Evaluation of Islamic boarding schools is carried out once a month, every two months, once every three months, at the end of the semester, at the end of the school year, and even at any time. The planning, implementing, and evaluating character excellence are done through 1) moral character, which includes trustworthiness, honesty, responsibility, sincerity, courtesy, qanaah, loyalty, and militancy. 2) Performance characters must include competence, discipline, punctuality, respect for time, collaboration, hard work, and thoroughness.

This research is an attempt to find out the implementation of boarding school management in Nurul Amal Islamic boarding school. The question to be answered through this research is how is the implementation of management management at the Islamic Boarding School in Nurul Amal. supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing boarding school management. The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of the study were the chairman of the foundation, the boarding school headman, the treasurer, and the clerics who were also administrators in the Nurul Amal boarding school. The research findings show that the management of the Nurul Amal boarding school has been carried out well, in accordance with planning (planning), organizing (organizing), driving (actualling) and supervision (controlling). The reality is that the learning program is carried out, initial planning is carried out with clear vision and mission, organizing with the existence of cadres to build a generation of good-hearted people, and responsibilities carried out by every administrator or cleric, a driver in the management of the Nurul Amal Islamic Boarding School and all employment aspects are institutionalized by the education of the Nurul Amal Islamic boarding school, and supervision of the one-roof Islamic boarding school program by conducting evaluations at the end of each month, as well as the implementation of the learning process in accordance with the assignment assigned to the Ustadz from the chairman of the foundation. The inhibiting factor in the management of the Nurul Amal boarding school is the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, especially dormitories and classrooms, causing overload or excess of santri during the new school year as well as supporting factors in Nurul Amal Islamic boarding school,which is strategically located foundation, and community.

This study aims to conduct a trial to determine the validity and reliability of the self-regulation scale and determine what dimensions/aspects are considered capable of forming self-regulation variables. Validity and reliability tests are carried out to determine a measuring instrument’s level of accuracy and consistency. This self-regulation variable is measured by the seven dimensions of Miller & Brown (Neal & Carey, 2005), namely receiving, evaluating, triggering, searching, formulating, implementing, and assessing. Thirty-six students at Islamic boarding school X in Banyumas, Indonesia, were involved as participants. Analysis of the data used to measure validity using the corrected item-total correlation formula and reliability using Cronbach’s alpha, which was analyzed using SPSS version 25. The analysis results prove that from the seven dimensions of self-regulation, there are 25 valid items and have a reliability coefficient of 0.908. Thus, the self-regulation scale can be used for research.

Islamic moderation-based boarding school management is vital to be carried out amidst the negative stigma of radicalism. This study aims to analyze the management revitalization of Islamic boarding schools conducted by Islamic boarding schools in Bengkulu, Indonesia, i.e., Miftahul Jannah, Hidayatullah, Ar-Rahmah, Muhammadiyah, and Al-Hijaaz Islamic boarding schools, in order to foster a spirit of Islamic moderation in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative method. The researchers were actively involved in managerial activities in Islamic boarding schools as a part of uncovering phenomena that occur in Islamic boarding schools. The results showed that the revitalization of boarding school management in order to have a significant role in preventing radicalism was done by creating commitment and not giving the slightest opportunity to the emergence of radicalism, returning the position of the existence of boarding schools as tafaqquh fiddin and boarding school managers committed to not engage in practical politics, to monitor strictly all boarding school programs to be free from radicalism. The spirit of Islamic moderation is used as a foothold in the practice of religious life so that Islamic boarding schools become a driving force in fostering the spirit of Islamic moderation.

Abstract: Student objectivity in filling out E-EDOM is very necessary, the results of data analysis become the basis for the leadership in making decisions for learning strategies. Previous research has proven that the E-EDOM filling done by students is not objective. Efforts should be made so that students can fill it in seriously. This study aims to determine strategies that can be applied so that students can fill out the E-EDOM very objectively. Starting with analyzing and collecting data through a questionnaire. The Delon and Mclean model is used as a basis for creating questions in the questionnaire and processing the questionnaire data. The data collection technique used a simple random sampling method, with a population of 121 students from Amik Riau STMIK who were active in the 2019-2020 school year. Before processing, the data is tested for validity and reliability. After testing the validity and reliability, then testing the hypothesis to determine the relationship between variables in the Delon and Mc Lean success model. The results showed that each variable showed the effect of a positive relationship that was fully accepted with a value of 0.000. This means that all the variables used in this study are related to one another. Even so, it is necessary to implement several strategies that must be done in an effort to fill out E-EDOM which is very objective by students. Keywords: e-edom, delon and mclean models, objectivity, students. Abstrak: Objektifitas mahasiswa dalam mengisi E-EDOM sangat diperlukan, karena hasilnya akan dijadikan dasar oleh pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk masalah pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya pengisian E-EDOM yang dilakukan mahasiswa masih banyak yang belum mengisinya dengan sangat objektif. Perlu dilakukan upaya agar mahasiswa dapat mengisinya dengan sunggun-sungguh.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi yang dapat diterapkan supaya mahasiswa dapat mengisi E-EDOM dengan sangat objektif. Diawali dengan melakukan analisa dan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Model Delon and Mclean digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat pertanyaan dalam kuisioner dan melakukan pengolahan data kuesioner tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda sampling simple random, dengan populasi mahasiswa STMIK Amik Riau yang  aktif pada tahun ajaran 2019-2020 sejumlah 121 orang mahasiswa. Sebelum dilakukan pengolahan, terlebih dahulu data-data tersebut dilakukan uji validitas dan reability. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reability, selanjutnya melakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variable yang ada pada model Delon and Mc Lean success. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap variable menunjukkan pengaruh hubungan positif dapat diterima seluruhnya dengan nilai 0.000. Artinya semua variable yang digunakan pada penelitian ini memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan lainnya. Walaupun demikian perlu diterapkan beberapa strategi yang harus dilakukan dalam upaya pengisian E-EDOM yang sangat objektif oleh mahasiswa. Kata kunci: e-edom, delon and mclean model, mahasiswa, objektifitas.

Religion manipulator has become the enemy of us even tthre is no religion can tolerate violence in the name of religion. In fact, when someone wants to oppose a religion, a value of unity has existed, and it is difficult to avoid conflict. This study aims to realize the value contained in the ta'lim muta'allim so students or a boarding school environment is spared from radicalism. As a basic step, schools should be developed into modern boarding schools. First, it helps students understand the importance of values in human life. Second, direct students to always developing and deepening the value. Third, direct the students to be a good role model and responsible. So that boarding schools can increase the awareness of students through more in-depth research on the outside thinking of aqidah and fiqh, thus optimizing in the fight against radicalism and terrorism

Expressiveness of the church modes is reflected in their character and association of certain states with a specific mode or single Gregorian composition which possesses unique expressiveness. An important characteristic of Gregorian chant on the tonality level is diatonic singing based on scales without chromatics, using only one semitone in the tetrachord whose musical structure reflects the expressiveness of Gregorian chant. Such expressiveness achieves character specificities which each mode respectively reflects. Various modal material in the form of typical melodic shifts in a certain composition conditions the expressiveness of Gregorian music and influences the listening impression and assessment of individual Gregorian tunes. The goal of this work is to examine primary education students' experiences of the expressiveness of Gregorian modes and explore if today's auditory sense accustomed to two tonality genres, major and minor, recognises what has been stored in the heritage of Gregorian chant repertoire for centuries. The research was conducted in the school year 2018/2019 with students of first, second, third and fourth grade of primary school (N=100). The results have shown that first and second grade students express higher auditory sensibility in recognizing specific characteristic of authentic Gregorian modes. Third and fourth grade students are audibly less open and perceptive considering tonal character differences in the authentic Gregorian modes. AbstrakPola Strategi pengembangan Pondok Pesantren di Malangke, strategi pengembangan pesantren adalah cara atau srategi yang digunakan oleh wadah atau tempat guna proses suatu perubahan berencana yang memerlukan dukungan semua pihak, anatara lain Kepala, staff, guru, dan siswa dengan perubahan-perubahan itu diharapkan dapat mengembangkan dan meningkatkan lembaga pendidikan, yang memerlukan usaha jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang guna menghadapi perubahan yang akan terjadi pada masa mendatang. Peluang dan tangan pengembangan Pesantren di Luwu Utara,  terdapat Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, yang beberapa pasalnya menekankan penyelenggaraan pendidikan keagamaan, seperti, pasal 30 ayat (1) dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan pada pasal 1 ayat (2) tentang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan yang didalamnya secara tegas dikemukakan bahwa pondok pesantren menyelenggarakan pendidikan diniyah pada tingkat dasar dan menengah, tergolong dalam sub sistem pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan bangsa, menjadikan manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan menajdi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Sedangkan tantangan ada beberapa hambatan 1)Sistem kurikulum yang lebih modern, sehingga pesantren ketinggalan jauh dari sekolah umum, 2) Kurangnya anggaran dan sumber pendanaan disebabkan oleh kurang siswa. 3) adanya sebagian orang tua tidak tertarik menyekolahkan anak di sekolah Pesantren.Kata kunci:      Pengembangan, Pondok Pesantren As’addiyah.  AbstractThe pattern of the development of Islamic boarding schools in Malangke, the strategy of developing pesantren is the method or strategy used by the place or place for the process of planning changes that require the support of all parties, among others, the Head, staff, teachers and students are expected to develop and improving educational institutions, which require short, medium and long-term efforts to deal with changes that will occur in the future. Opportunities and hands for the development of Islamic boarding schools in North Luwu, there is Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, some of which emphasize the implementation of religious education, such as article 30 paragraph (1) and Government Regulation (PP) Number 55 of 2007 concerning Education Religion and Religious Education in Article 1 paragraph (2) concerning Religious Education and Religious Education in which it is expressly stated that Islamic boarding schools conduct early childhood education at the elementary and secondary levels, belonging to the national education sub-system in Indonesia which aims to educate the nation, make humans who have faith and devotion to the Almighty God, are noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become a democratic and responsible citizen. While the challenges are several obstacles 1) A more modern curriculum system, so that pesantren lag far behind public schools, 2) The lack of budgets and funding sources is caused by lack of students. 3) there are some parents who are not interested in sending their children to school in Islamic boarding schools.Keywords:        Development, As'addiyah Islamic Boarding School.

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable
