Entrepreneurship development at the household level is the forerunner to the growth of an MSME. In the village of Antiga, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency, there is a home-based business engaged in the production of coconut oil (kelentik oil). Currently the level of marketing is only limited to traditional markets while the target is to be able to market products in modern markets. Therefore, this study has the objective to know the level of efficiency of production costs incurred by the producers of coconut oil (kelentik oil) in Antiga village, Manggis district, Karangasem regency; to know how to empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises producing coconut oil (kelentik oil) and to analyze the factors that influence the intention of buyers or consumers to buy coconut oil (kelentik oil) in Bali. The research method is a qualitative method. The result is that the production process is still traditional so that production cost efficiency is achieved. Furthermore, the empowerment of MSMEs is not yet optimal as business partners in marketing their products. Several factors influence consumers' intention to buy coconut oil (kelentik oil). So the input that can be given is to improve relationships or networks to be able to expand the market and improve product packaging.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) has a large potential for economic progress in Indonesia, But lately, its development experienced fluctuations due to various factors. Among them is the absence of the best strategy formulation for the development of Agribusiness UMKM. one of the potential SMEs of Agribusiness in Indonesia is Rejang Lebong Regency, especially its superior MSME products. The purpose of the research were to identify the characteristic SMEs of Agribusiness in Rejang Lebong, to analyze the internal and external factors of SMEs of Agribusiness and to create competitive SMEs of Agribusiness, and to formulate a competitive SMEs strategy. The data was conducted by giving questioner to 30 SMEs of Agribusiness, and deep interview to 5 experts.. The selection of SMEs and experts in this research was conducted using non probability method. While, the collection of data was conducted by purposive sampling technique. Data processing method was using strategy formulation analysis that consist of IFE, EFE,IE, SWOT, and AHP using expert choice software. The results of the study show that the most influential factors in the development of Rejang Lebong's competitive agribusiness SMEs at the highest level of actors are related services, the goal with the highest weight is to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs and weighting alternative strategies is to improve the quality of products and create new variations. and create membership programs such as special discounts, and facilitate access for new customers with purchases through technology-based bookings such as the internet, social media. While product packaging innovation by changing the packaging appearance becomes more attractive, product quality assurance and halal certification, comprehensive partnership between elements such as trainings, seminars and procurement of production technology, institutional strengthening and assistance in the use of marketing technology in navigating the disruption era.

 Abstract—PT Sarana Sulteng Ventura is one company that aims to provide loan capital is micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) as a venture partner timed short or long to be able to stand on its own with loan capital that fits with the kind of effort that it takes for the customer. In providing venture capital loans, the company has some terms and conditions that apply. and the company still cultivate customer data manually so that it takes quite a long time. Then with this author makes the eligibility decision support system which will facilitate customer acceptance staff employees of PT Sarana Sulteng Ventura to pre-screen customer deserves a loan business capital to client or small medium enterprises. The researchers used a system that is web -based systems using the programming language PHP and MySQL into its data base processing and sublime text 2 as editor of programming languages. This research used the method of profile matching process to perform the calculation of assessments to help give the eligibility decision of acceptance the customer at PT. Sarana Sulteng Ventura city of Palu.

Abstract Packaging problem is still a weak point for Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This is due to the lack of understanding of MSME about the importance of image, quality, and packaging appearance. This research is a solution to increase the competitiveness of local MSME products in the global market with a focus on the study to identify the internal and external factors that affect eco-friendly packaging for MSMEs, formulate a strategy to develop a packaging center, and create a model for environmentally friendly packaging development center for processed food MSME products. The Model of Eco-Friendly Packaging Center is an effort to increase the competitiveness of local MSMEs that provide services as an information center for packaging activities, a packaging material procurement center, an eco-friendly product packaging service center, a graphic design mediator and packaging form design, and branding.

Bisnis kuliner saat ini menjadi salah satu bisnis paling menjanjikan untuk di jalankan, prospek usaha ini akan terus cemerlang mengingat kuliner atau makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi semua manusia. Salah satu bisnis bidang kuliner yang bisa dijalankan adalah bisnis katering. Selain itu  dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan pemanfaatan teknologi bisnis di media online merupakan opsi yang menguntungkan bagi usaha kecil dan menengah. bisnis online memiliki lahan pasar yang cukup besar, diperkirakan angka pengguna internet di Indonesia lebih dari 88 juta orang. Katering misalnya, bisnis penyedia makanan yang awalnya jarang melakukan promosi, sekarang banyak ditemukan iklan katering di social media instagram. Namun kenyataanya masih banyak usaha katering yang belum menggunakan teknologi sebagai usaha promo katering yang mumpuni. Ini dapat dilihat dari usaha katering yang dijalankan oleh posdaya mandiri bekasi. Bisnis katering ini masih menggunakan promo secara manual untuk mengenalkan usaha katering mereka. Alhasil usaha katering yang dijalankan oleh posdaya mandiri bekasi tidak berjalan dengan maksimal. Solusinya kami tawarkan untuk menjawab permasalah di atas yaitu meningkatkan pelatihan dan praktek Pengelolaan Bisnis Katering Manual Menjadi Bisnis Katering Online. Mitra bisa memanfaatkan media online sebagai tempat untuk promosi katering serta penyebaran informasi secara luas dan gratis. Selain itu Pengembangan Menu Katering. Pengembangan katering selain masakan katering biasa, dibuat katering khusus balita dengan mengusung “real food” bahan alami untuk dibuat makanan dengan kemasan yang bagus dan nilai gizi yang tinggi, Karena sasaran pasar ini banyak tetapi belum ada usaha seperti ini. Serta Pengelolaan SDM Katering, pengelolaan katering dibuat lebih simple dengan dibuatkan kelompok kerja untuk anggota posdaya yang belum memiliki pekerjaan dan dikelola secara baik dengan sistem online.Kata kunci: Usaha Katering, Real Food, Berbasis OnlineThe culinary business is currently one of the most promising businesses to run, the prospect of this business will continue to be brilliant considering that culinary or food is a basic need for all humans. One of the culinary business that can be run is the catering business. In addition, with the development of technology and the use of business technology in online media, it is a profitable option for small and medium enterprises. Online businesses have a large market area, estimated that the number of internet users in Indonesia is more than 88 million people. Catering for example, business food providers who initially rarely do promotions, now found many ads catering on Instagram social media. But in fact there are still many catering businesses that have not used technology as a qualified catering promo business. This can be seen from the catering business run by posdaya mandiri bekasi. The catering business is still using promos manually to introduce their catering business. As a result, the catering business run by the Mandiri Bekasi Posdaya does not run optimally. The solution we offer to answer the above problems is to improve training and practice of Managing a Manual Catering Business into an Online Catering Business. Partners can use online media as a place to promote catering and disseminate information widely and free. Besides that, the Development of the Catering Menu. Catering development in addition to ordinary catering cuisine, catering specifically for toddlers is made by carrying "real food" natural ingredients to be made with good packaging and high nutritional value, because there are many target markets but there are no such businesses. ABSTRAK   Dienis Beauty merupakan usaha online yang menjual produk masker kecantikan merk ternama  dan  memiliki  legalitas  resmi  dari  Badan  Pengawas  Obat  dan  Makanan (BPOM).  Permasalahan  yang  timbul yaitu  mengenai  kemasan  kurang  menarik yang dapat mengancam pengusaha tersebut apabila kualitas kemasan tersebut tidak segera dirubah dikarenakan dalam proses produksi kemasan nya masih menggunakan mesin manual dalam proses pengerjaannya. Kualitas kemasan produk dianggap penting mengingat interaksi pertama yang akan memikat minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian yaitu melalui tampilan luar produk yang dikenal dengan kemasan. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai ideal nya suatu kualitas kemasan untuk menembus sebuah penjualan dan memberikan dampak positif bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro,Kecil,dan Menengah (UMKM) agar tetap berdiri dan bertahan ditengah ketatnya persaingan.   Kata kunci : kualitas kemasan produk, penjualan, UMKM     ABSTRACT   Dienis Beauty is an online business that sells well-known brand beauty mask products and has official legality from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). The problem that arises is regarding the packaging that is less attractive and can threaten the entrepreneur if the quality of the packaging is not changed immediately because in the production process the packaging still uses manual machines in the process. The quality  of  product  packaging  is  considered  important  considering  that  the  first interaction that will attract consumers to make a purchase is through the outer appearance of the product known as packaging. This research activity aims to provide information about the ideal quality of packaging to penetrate a sale and have a positive impact on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) players in order to stand and survive in the midst of intense competition.   Keywords: quality of product packaging, sales, MSMEs

The analysis and the consideration of the sustainability development throughout the SMEs has been less considered by the academic literature than the one developed by large firms so far, although small and medium enterprises represent the majority of the local businesses in many geographical areas of the world. Since small and medium entrepreneurs usually do not know how to tackle the challenges concerning internationalization and sustainability, a managerial model for underling which kind of relationships and interactions must be built is the real aim of the present chapter. In order to do that the chapter is focused of a limited area, the Piedmont Region (Italy), to deep analyse the relationship SMEs can create and improve with the local institutions, associations, and business partners.

Deriving from previous literatures, the theories of Resource-based View and Dynamic Capability was used in this study to propose a model that examines the predictors of the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Accordingly, it will examine the influence of corporate management strategy on the performance of SMEs. It will analyze the extent to which innovative dynamic capabilities would enhance the relationship between corporate management strategy and performance of SMEs. It will also examine the extent innovation leadership serves as the moderator factor on the link between corporate management strategy and performance of SMEs. Finally, this paper intends to recommend a model of performance management system for the performance of tourism SMEs in Saudi Arabia. The study will employ a quantitative approach among selected tourism SMEs in Saudi Arabia. SPSS and AMOS (SEM) will be used to analyse the data obtained. Findings from this study will serve as a guideline for policy and decision makers in both private and public organizations.

<pre><em>This research is about observing the environment in managing Traditional Markets in Sumedang Regency. Problems involving external analysis are characterized by a lack of representation of facilities and infrastructure and limited storage of work documents, while internal analysis is characterized by assigning tasks to employees that are not based on the competencies of each employee. The theory used refers to the stages in strategic management that refer to one element of the four basic elements of strategic management, namely environmental observation. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that in the external analysis aspect carried out by the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Sumedang Regency, not yet fully able to analyze the external conditions, namely the work environment and social environment in the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry Sumedang Regency is to be used as a strength or carrying capacity in the implementation of strategic management of Traditional Market management in Sumedang Regency, marked by facilities and infrastructure to support a limited working environment and social environment that still leaves social problems from the weak handling of garbage and placement of street vendors. While internal analysis on cultural aspects must be improved in terms of employee work discipline and human resource competencies must be improved according to work completion requirements.</em><em></em></pre>

Financial management is a problem that is quite difficult for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The lack of awareness and knowledge of SMEs owner regarding the accounting process considered as the root causes of their financial management difficulties. Based on that, researcher aims to help one of SMEs in Surabaya which is Omah Duren Surabaya, in order to know about the process of recording and reporting a SME, then find a way to improve it in a diligent way. Researcher uses interviews, observations and documents sheets to analyze and know-how Omah Duren business process. The information that gained from Omah Duren owner and transaction data, as well as direct observation in recording and reporting activities is one of researcher data sources. Researcher concluded that Omah Duren SME’s still not performing the simple accounting process in accordance with generally accepted. Therefore, researcher provide a recommendations in helping them in recording and reporting their financial effectively and efficiently. This research will also discuss the role of recording and reporting that is generally accepted for SMEs.

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector contributed 60.34% to the gross domestic product (GDP) and assisted the absorption of labor by 97.22%. The problem is, there are still many MSMEs that are not aware or do not understand that good and attractive product packaging will bring added value to the products it offers. As a result, some products that actually have high selling value/quality do not sell in the market. This activity aims to increase the understanding of MSME players of the importance of packaging so that the products offered an increase in added value and can differentiate packaging based on function, type, and material. The implementation of community service activities was carried out on 18-19 July 2017 in the Gurindam Building Hall of the Batam City Education Office. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Batam, which was attended by 128 MSMEs. The results of the activity were in the form of new packaging for participant products that were more attractive, informative, and modern. Abstrak Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memberikan kontribusi terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) sebesar 60.34% dan membantu penyerapan tenaga kerja sebesar 97.22%. Permasalahannya, masih banyak UMKM tidak sadar atau kurang memahami bahwa kemasan produk yang baik dan menarik akan mendatangkan nilai lebih pada produk yang ditawarkannya. Akibatnya sejumlah produk yang sebenarnya memiliki nilai jual tinggi/bermutu menjadi tidak laku dipasaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya kemasan agar produk yang ditawarkan meningkat nilai tambahnya dan dapat membedakan kemasan berdasarkan fungsi, jenis dan bahannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada 18-19 Juli 2017 di Aula Gedung Gurindam kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batam.  Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui kerjasama dengan Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Batam yang diikuti oleh 128 UMKM. Hasil kegiatan berupa kemasan baru bagi produk-produk peserta yang lebih menarik, informatif dan modern. Kata Kunci: umkm; pelatihan; kemasan
