This study aimed at clearing what globalization left of positive effects in the domain of human resources, the study had been performed on the hypothesis meaning: (that there is a correlating relationship with a positive dimension between the globalization and the human resources manifest in one of them increase of awareness and improving performance), but the problem of the study had possessed an axis in the following questions: (What are the positive effects of globalization in the domain of human resources?), to be asserted of the hypothesis correctness and answering its axial question, so we had employed the analytical descriptive method. The study had deduced the correctness of the hypothesis, and made us reach numerous results, the most significant of them: is that globalization observed rights of the human resources and protected them from violations, shared in increasing awareness of the human resources in plenty of things which were absent from them, also pushed the governments to concern and promote with performing the human resources, and these results obliged numerous recommendations, the most significant of them: necessity of the states doing the enlargement of positivisms of globalization in the domain of human resources, and belittling their negativisms through studied programs.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

This research is to find out the efforts of the sub-district government itself in improving its services within the framework of meeting the needs of its citizens. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is a study by using data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the obstacles in implementing Aceh Tamiang District Regulations Number 14 Year 2016, namely in carrying out the transfer of some of the Regent's authority to the District Head through the District Integrated Administration Services that have not been maximally provided to the community, can be seen from the PATEN assessment conducted by the Regency Government towards the District Government. This has several inhibiting factors, namely the lack of qualified human resources, the availability of inadequate budgets and is described from Hamdi's theory, namely from the productivity dimension, the Linearity Dimension, and the Efficiency Dimension. As well as having factors that influence, among others, Policy Sustansi, Implementing Task Behavior, Work Network Interaction, Target Group Participation, and Resources.

This paper concern with the cultural access to the educational system as a base for human development within Iraqi society. Students of Anthropology understand that culture would always shape the components of the society according to the cultural perspective, including educational system who reflects the cultural heritage in some way. This study is an attempt to study the impact of Iraqi culture as a base to rehabilitate and rebuild educational system to bring about and contribute to the continues development in relation to human resources recruitment in order to run the socio-economic aspects of the comprehensive development in the country depending on the educational system who play essential role in every society’s development; technically, scientifically and socially. The researcher adopted the descriptive method of data collection, including participant observation, semi-structured and structured interviews on a random sample of 160 respondents on Alsuha District of Alshaab City in Baghdad and Alshammasia district in Aladhamyah city. This is the only available way to collect data.

The study aims at finding the results of applying the criteria of governance on the development of human resources in the big local organizations in Qalqilya. It also attempts to find the importance, criteria and indications of governance and requirements to measure their effects on human resources development. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to achieve the aims using a questionnaire designed for the purpose. It was distributed to a random sample of 20% of local organizations’ workers in Qalqilya, Azzoun, Hablah, Kufr-Thulth and Jayyous. The results of the study assured the positive effective role of applying the governance on the human resources development in the local organizations in Qalqilya without being affected by the variables of gender, organization’s location, nature of position, qualifications and experience. The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the concept of governance by the local organizations and applying its principles and criteria there, in addition to consolidating the tasks of censorship by following, practising and implementing the criteria of governance in the big local organizations.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to empirically explore the effects and interaction effect of human resources and digital manufacturing technologies (DMTs) on supply chain integration (SCI) and how their roles are influenced by competition.Design/methodology/approachDrawing on the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework, this study builds and tests a holistic model based on the International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS) project database.FindingsThe results show that human resources and DMTs have significant positive effects on three dimensions of SCI. Competition positively moderates the effects of human resources on customer integrations, negatively moderates the effects of human resource on internal integration, but does not moderate the effects of human resources on supplier integration. Besides, the moderating effect of competition has not been found in the relationships between DMTs and three SCI dimensions.Originality/valueBy investigating the effects of human resources and DMTs on SCI practices in the context of competition, this study contributes to the literature on SCI, DMTs and the TOE framework as well as offers practical insights that help manufacturing firms to promote SCI more effectively and efficiently.

<p><em>This study is aimed at examining factors affecting the reliability and timeliness of financial reporting. These factors include human resources, utilization of information technology, internal control of accounting, organizational commitment and supporting system. The main ground of this study is an empirical study on the factors that affect the reliability and timeliness of financial reporting which have been varied in the results and increasingly important and strong public demands for accountability. The sample of this study consists of 83 employees in BLUDs around Kedu residency. The analysis of the data are measured through Partial Least Square (WarpPLS). This study provides an evidence that human resources, internal control of accounting, organizational commitment and supporting system have positive effects on the reliability of financial reporting. On the other hand, the utilization of information technology does not positively effect the reliability of financial reporting. Meanwhile, the utilization of information technology, internal control of accounting, and organizational commitment positively affects timeliness of financial reporting, while the human resources, and supporting system do no have positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting.</em></p>

Although a lot of research has been carried out in the field of family businesses in recent years, not much of it has focused on human resource management. After compiling the major studies, both negative aspects (e.g. nepotism) and positive ones (e.g. employee commitment) have been identified. Therefore, the authors propose high-performance human resources practices to reduce the negative impact of family in business and boost the positive effects, increase their human capital, and achieve a competitive advantage in this field. Finally, the authors provide key insights for practitioners, family business owners, and managers, and they propose future research directions.

AbstractThe aim of our study was to investigate the effects of a small therapeutic animal (TA, guinea pig) on the social behavior of nine autistic children. The social contacts of the autistic children were evaluated by a descriptive method of direct observation that was performed without (in period one) and with (in period two) the presence of a TA. In period one, contacts with an unfamiliar person (UP) and acquaintances (A) were registered; in period two, contacts with the acquaintances and the TA were registered. The frequency of contacts of autistic children with their acquaintances significantly increased in the presence of the TA (P < 0.001). The frequency of contacts with the TA was significantly higher than the frequency of contacts with the UP (P < 0.001). The form of the autistic children’s contacts with A, with the UP, and with the TA was individually dependent, and the presence of the TA changed the characteristics of contacts with A. Our results indicate that the presence of a small TA can positively influence the quantity and quality of the social behavior of autistic children and that the characteristics of social contacts were dependent on the individual.

<p>This research is motivated by the empirical conditions related to poor performance of human resources in various institutions in Indonesia. This research focuses on the uneven gains of competitive human resources due to workers’ characters which still prioritize routines and the fact that quality-oriented work culture has not been strongly established.. The solution offered is a model of human resource management that emphasizes the interaction between personal and situational factors that are directed at the creation of improved performance and productivity, as stated in behaviourist theory. Based on the above explanation, the aim of this second year research is to measure the effects of the two previously mentioned factors on performance. The research adopted quantitative approach with explanatory survey method. First year research was focused on an exploration with inductive approach to map the determining factors for variables that will build a model of human resource management in achieving superior performance. Second year research used explanatory survey, combining multiple regression analysis techniques to test the causal relation between variables, while the third year research will use Research and Development method to test the hypothetical model. The subjects of this research were employees in educational institutions (Indonesia University of Education and Bandung State Polytechnic ), banks (West Java-Banten Bank and Indonesian People’s Bank), business institutions (Advent Hospital), and government institutions (Local Government Agencies in Bandung). The size of the samples was taken proportionally from each work unit by using proportionate random sampling. The number of units of analysis was 239 respondents determined by Solvin formula. The instruments of this research consisted of questionnaires, interview guide, and documentary study. The instruments were validated by expert judgment. The data were processed with the aid of SPSS version 21 and AMOS to find the causal relationship between variables, and regression analysis to identify variables forming superior performance. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that all personal aspects and situational aspects were proven to have significantly positive effects and contributions to create superior performance. The hypothetical model developed in this first and second year research will be tested in the next year’s research.<br /><br /></p>

This study aims to find out about language errors that occur in an Arabic textbooks entitled Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah of Muhammad In'am, M.A. Not only the errors that were discussed but there was an attempt or Tashwib or correction in order to evaluate the results of the analysis that has been done. Library research was used with a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the subject of the study which is Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah both volumes I and II. In this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: there are errors in language syntactic aspects in the textbooks. There are several categories of errors (refer to the classification of Toto Suharto et al): nakirah Ma'rifah, Dhamir, huruf Jar, Murakkab Idhafi, Isim Isyarah, Jumlah Ismiyah, and Jumlah Fi'liyah. Several reasons were found for the occurrence of these errors, namely lack of accuracy in writing textbooks, lack of workforce that helped the author to edit the material to be presented in textbooks and limited human resources which led to inefficient writing of textbooks. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang beberapa kesalahan-kesalahan berbahasa yang terjadi dalam penulisan buku teks bahasa Arab Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah karya Muhammad In’am. MA, bukan hanya kesalahan-kesalahan yang dibahas tapi ada upaya Tashwib atau pembenaran guna sebagai evaluasi dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan. Ketegori yang digunakan penelitian library research dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan objek buku teks bahasa Arab Arab Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah karya Muhammad In’am. MA baik jilid I dan II. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut, bahwa: adanya kesalahan-kesalahan berbahasa aspek sintaksis dalam buku teks Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah karya Muhammad In’am. MA baik jilid I dan II. Ditemukan beberapa kategori kesalahan (merujuk pada klasifikasi Toto Suharto dkk): Nakirah Ma’rifah, Dhamir, huruf Jar, Murakkab Idhafi, Isim Isyarah, Jumlah Ismiyah, dan Jumlah Fi’liyah.  di temukan beberapa alasan terjadinya kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut yakni kurangnya ketelitian dalam menulis buku teks, kurangnya tenaga kerja yang membantu penulis dalam mengedit materi-materi yang akan di sajikan dalam buku teks, keterbatasan sumber daya  manusia yang menyebabkan kurang efisien dalam menulis buku teks.
