Geography operates a powerful arsenal of methodological analysis and synthesis of spatial phenomena and processes based on established natural and social organization geospace, so is able to provide the most thorough scientific interpretation of the phenomenon of tourism. A separate direction of the scientific studies – geography of tourism was formed in geographical science. A systematic study of geographical science recreation and tourism is the first half of the twentieth century. During this time a significant number of original conceptual and theoretical and methodological approaches and areas of study of the geographical aspects of leisure person were drafted. The critical review of the current state of tourism geography, the latest achievements of the leading scientific schools of tourism geography are highlighted. Now the spectrum of studies on the tourism geography covers all manifestations and processes of deployment of hundreds of varieties of leisure and social activity in space. For example, the studios of tourism geography have recently gained ground. Such directions of the world geography as the “wine tourism geography”, “geography of SPA-tourism” and so on, that are exotic for the geographers of Ukraine, gain the further specification with appearing dozens of new articles and a number of individual books. Ukrainian school presented a rather limited number of scientists and publications among the national European schools of the tourism geography. Main bunch of scientists, who develop provisions of the tourism geography, is concentrated in Kyiv. Scientists, representing regional geographic centres of science and education, make a great contribution to the formation of Ukrainian national school of the tourism geography. Considerable (but, unfortunately, mentioned and quoted outside Ukraine) achievements in the field of the tourism geography today were made by scientists from Lviv, Uzhgorod, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Nizhyn, Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa. The current level of tourism geography in Ukraine is outlined; its object, subject, links with other relevant sciences and actual areas of subject differentiation are formulated. Key words: tourism geography, object, subject, vectors and trends of development.

The increased use of electricity-dependent devices has posed many concerns to the power industry. The devices like electric motors, printers, generators, transformers, computers, etc are widely used in today’s world. The electronic devices increase the non-linear load to the power system which leads to the power quality (PQ) issues by which the electrical devices may get affected with fluctuation causing equipment failure, power system failure, etc. In order to resolve the PQ related issues and harmonics mitigation occurred due to nonlinear load power filters were introduced in decades ago. This paper deals with the review of existing researches that uses power filters and other methods for power quality improvement. The paper also gives gaps and the current state of the art in the recent researches which have futuristic scope in the research domain.

The article emphasizes that the History of Ukrainian Culture is a component of the humanitarian cycle of disciplines; that a successful use of region-related history materials in the course of its teaching is ensured due to their cross-curricular nature; these materials increase learning motivation. It is noted that the discipline “History of Ukrainian Culture” combines the study of culture history and current trends of socio-cultural development of society in the context of globalization and modernization. It is aimed at developing students’ intention to get involved into the native culture, to respect a person as the main value, regardless of nationality, religion, place of residence. The development regularities of the Ukrainian culture in the context of socio-historical circumstances as well as the panorama of national and world cultural processes and their main stages, specific phenomena of the national Ukrainian culture are the object of the course studies. The experience has shown that appealing to the origins and current state of Ukrainian culture, especially taking into consideration the regional component, arouses keen interest of education seekers. The acquired knowledge remains in memory, performs educational function, arouses further interest in learning the history, culture and traditions of the native land. One can say without any exaggeration that knowledge of the culture history of your own people, your country, and your native land enhances personality, forms values, and cultivates dignity in man. It is assumed that the use of region-related history materials at lectures and seminars makes it possible to talk more convincingly, illustratively, vividly about the major milestones in the history of both national and world culture, contributes to the patriotic upbringing of students. At present, the issues related to scientific and methodological substantiation of the use of the region-oriented materials in teaching the History of Ukrainian culture in order to generate the culture of patriotism seem to be topical.

The purpose of the article is to determine the theoretical and organizational principles of application of accounting outsourcing by business entities. Methodology. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used to determine the characteristics and features of the organization of accounting outsourcing. The generalization of the existing experience of application of accounting outsourcing is carried out by a monographic method. On the basis of economic analysis and comparison, trends in the development of accounting outsourcing are identified. Methodology. The development of outsourcing is explained by its ability to increase the competitiveness of products, to promote the introduction of the latest advances in scientific and technological progress, to optimize costs. The application of knowledge and experience of specialists specializing in solving certain issues allows to focus the resources of companies on the development of strengths and promising areas and not to spend extra effort and money on the development of new non-core activities. The generalization of statistics on the current state of outsourcing in Ukraine shows that its effective application is hampered by the lack of free financial resources to invest in new management technologies, lack of awareness of business entities about the experience of outsourcing and the market of outsourcing services, lack of legal mechanisms. Generalization of functionally-oriented, cooperative, managerial, instrumental, integrated, situational, complex approaches gives grounds for outsourcing to understand the management tool, which allows to concentrate the resources of the business entity on the main activity, provides profit growth and increase competitiveness through contractual transfer, non-core functions of specialists or companies that specialize in their implementation and perform more efficiently than the entity. Among the advantages of outsourcing there are reducing the cost of accounting, improving service quality, accountability, confidentiality, tax optimization, reducing the likelihood of fraud by employees, ensuring impartiality and objectivity of accounting, access to additional resources in the field of finance, accounting and tax calculations. However, outsourcing has certain disadvantages, namely the risk of information leakage, possible lack of efficiency, formal performance of duties, liquidation of the outsourcing company, loss of control over own resources and part of the case may be lost, additional time to agree on the terms of the contract. Minimize the disadvantages of outsourcing allows careful and reasonable choice of outsourcing company, which should take into account: data privacy guarantee, staff qualifications, cost of services, reputation, popularity, experience of the outsourcer in the market, flexibility in organizing services, application of the latest technical solutions, outsourcing it has standards of interaction and internal procedures.

The use of advanced sensing devices for concrete and reinforced concrete structures (RCS) is considered a rational approach for the assessment of repair options and scheduling of inspection and maintenance strategies. The immediate benefits are cost reduction and a reliable prevention of unpredictable events. The use of optical fiber sensors (OFS) for such purposes has increased considerably in the last few years due to their intrinsic advantages. In most of the OFS, the chemical transducer consists of immobilized chemical reagents placed in the sensing region of the optical sensor by direct deposition or by encapsulation in a polymeric matrix. The choice of the support matrix impacts directly on the performance of the OFS. In the last two decades, the development of OFS functionalized with organic–inorganic hybrid (OIH) sol–gel membranes have been reported. Sol–gel route is considered a simple method that offers several advantages when compared to traditional synthesis processes, allowing to obtain versatile materials with unique chemical and physical properties, and is particularly valuable in the design of OIH materials. This review will provide an update of the current state-of-the-art of the OFS based on OIH sol-gel materials for concrete and RCS since 2016 until mid-2021. The main achievements in the synthesis of OIH membranes for deposition on OFS will be discussed. The challenges and future directions in this field will also be considered, as well as the main limitations of OFS for RCS monitoring.
