Digitalization and advancement of knowledge economy, formation and proliferation of the new technological didactics based on the didactic tetrahedron, lead to requirements changes in the development of pedagogical competencies. These trends influence the selection of the topic of research aimed at studying the relevance of formation of supra-professional competencies of future pedagogues. The goal of this work consists in carrying out an empirical study, based on the content analysis of previous research, of the opinions of students of pedagogical universities on the importance of self-evaluation and evaluation of opportunities for the development of supra-professional competencies essential for the pedagogues of the XXI century. The online survey involved 150 students from three pedagogical universities – Ural State Pedagogical University, South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University, and Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University. The article presents an original definition of the concept of “supra-professional competence”, as well as makes an overview of national and foreign literature on the matter. The authors revealed the results of pilot study conducted among students of the aforementioned pedagogical universities. As a result of the research, based on the collected opinions of the students of 7 fields of study in two perspectives – self-evaluation of the level of development of students’ competencies and assessment of the importance of competences on the job market. The acquired results of assessment of opportunities for the development of supra-professional competences testify to the fact that there is room for improvement of educational process.

The article describes the creation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of the future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies. The purpose of this article is to investigate the conditions facilitating the formation of professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies, to create and use application software aimed at increasing the efficiency as well as the degree of automation for providing educational services. According to the purpose, the following tasks have been assigned: pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been proposed; the complex of circumstances necessary for ensuring positive dynamics in the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies has been studied; some ways of improving the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been considered; the ways of raising the professional skills level (proficiency level) of higher education applicants through the development of software applications for educational purposes have been analysed; the project alongside with the software that automates and optimizes the tasks of the subjects of the educational process as well as provides an opportunity to receive relevant and timely information concerning the organization of the educational process have been elaborated; a client-centred education schedule for students of higher education institutions has been developed, taking into account the specificities of the optimal online route. The project includes the following stages: preparatory (cognitive-information), selection of days, time, audience (issues), hierarchyzation of these issues, selection of starting and ending points of the route, after which the route scheme and its optimization are developed. The development of the route scheme and the elaboration of its software are inextricably linked parallel processes. The article presents the results of the specifics of the activity and professional competence of a specialist in the field of education-a counselor working with a permanent children’s team. The article reflects the results of the conducted research on the definition of the space of professional activity of a counselor working with a permanent children’s team and the allocation of methodological competence as one of the key professional competencies of him as a specialist working with a permanent children’s team. The author of the article conducted a comparative analysis of the formation of the methodological competence of a counselor working with a permanent children’s team on the example of the competitive materials of the participants of the All-Russian Competition of professional Skills “League of Counselors” and identified the key professional deficits of the formation of the methodological competence of counselors. Based on the study of training programs for counselors working with a permanent children’s team, presented in the open access, methodological recommendations for optimizing the system of training counselors working with a permanent children’s team and developing their methodological competence are formed.

The author reveals the content of the project «Healthy kindergarten – 2035» and analyzes the results of the research conducted in the framework of this project by teachers of the Department of Theory and methodology of preschool education of Moscow state pedagogical University (MSU). Abstract. The article considers the need to introduce the latest computer technologies into the educational process to contribute to the formation and provision of professional competencies of applicants of education studying the specialty “Accounting and Taxation.” Modern information technologies used in the educational space are considered an essential factor in the interaction between teacher and students. Distance education flexibility, i.e., the ability to study individually, choosing the time, place, and tempo of learning, are precisely the advantages, which are considered while organizing the educational process. The task of academic staff is to provide the students with maximum opportunities to remotely process the proposed material and perform all control exercises conveniently in compliance with the requirements for specific tasks. Distance education can be used as the main form of education for preparing students of the second level of education studying at the specialty “Accounting and Taxation”. To investigate the information support of professional competencies of applicants of education studying at “Accounting and Taxation”, we analyzed the practical experience of bachelors and masters studying the following accounting disciplines at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University with the use of distance education methods: “Managerial Accounting”, “Forensic accounting expertise”, “Accounting in foreign countries”, “Accounting and Taxation of international transactions”, “Accounting in enterprise management”, “Applied econometrics”, “International standards of accounting and financial reporting”, “Financial reporting consolidation”.  The educational material allocation and access to it took place using standard software tools. The type of courses and features of the work organization depends on the format of a course chosen at its creation and adjustment stage. During the development of distance learning courses in the modern educational space, more attention is paid to the information environment service – “Moodle”.

The study examined some aspects that affect the motivation of medical students to study and the formation of a part of professional competencies aimed at assessing the ability to work with patients in practice. The aim of the work was to assess the views of KSMU students about the importance of the educational process, motives that affect the success in obtaining education, professional prospects, career growth. The study was carried out by the method of questioning 68 4th year students and 85 6th year students of the medical and preventive medicine faculty. To study the motivational sphere of the personality, we used the methodology "Motivation for studying at a university". To study the formation of a part of professional competencies (communicative and educational), a questionnaire developed by us was used, aimed at assessing the ability to work with patients in practice. The results of the study showed that students adequately chose their profession and are satisfied with the process of studying at the university. However, senior students have higher rates. Moreover, they have different motivation for learning. The dominance of mastering the profession under the influence of the psychological aspect is becoming stronger among sixth-year students. When analyzing the questionnaire on the degree of professional competence, it was revealed that the outpatient service and district doctors remain in secondary roles, forced to concede laurels and money to high-tech hospitals and narrow-profile specialists, and university students are a product of time. Thus, the teacher of the clinical department has a great responsibility in the formation of professional competencies and strengthening the student's motivation for learning.

The article analyzes theoretical and applied pedagogical research on the introduction of tolerance in educational process and the definition of effective pedagogical conditions for education of tolerance of primary school children. A wide range of pedagogical technologies for improving professional competence of teachers in pedagogical practice focused on development of various components of tolerance, as well as aimed at forming multicultural, interethnic tolerance, used a set of methods, introductory lectures, training seminars, exercises. The importance of the problem of education of intercultural tolerance of junior schoolchildren in the educational process of primary school, the study of pedagogical experience, providing information to specialists in the field of primary education on theoretical issues of education of intercultural tolerance of this contingent of children is outlined. Organizational-informational, practical, effective stages in the process of increasing professional competence of teachers in educating intercultural tolerance of junior schoolchildren are determined.

The article presents a methodology for assessing the level of formation professional competencies in university digital environment. The proposed methodology includes principles that should be taken into account when assessing learning outcomes in the digital environment, a three-step approach to building the educational process using adaptive e-learning course (AELC), and a model for assessing the formation of professional competencies in AELC. The scientific novelty of the methodology is constructing a model that includes formalizing the structure of an adaptive e-learning course and means of assessing labor functions: knowledge, skills and labor actions according to the cognitive, praxiological and motivational/axiological components of competency. The formalization of the structure and evaluation tools of the adaptive e-learning course was carried out to assess the results of the formation of professional competencies. Formulas are proposed for assessing professional competency for individual modules of the discipline, for the discipline and for the educational program as a whole, implemented in digital environment. The results of testing the methodology for assessing the formation of professional competencies in teaching students of the direction of training “Information Systems and Technologies” in School of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University are presented. The approach allows us to minimize the subjectivity of the teacher in assessing student learning outcomes, and also allows for automated assessment of the level of formation professional competencies in the digital environment and, according to the new education standards (FSES 3++), provides sufficient objectivity in assessing formation level. In the future, the proposed method can be extended to estimate the level of formation of universal and general professional competencies of the curriculum and to become the universal tool to assess the level of training of the graduates.

В статье представлены результаты пилотного исследования, нацеленного на выявление отношения студентов среднего профессионального образования к технологиям виртуальной реальности (VR-технологии), используемых в процессе обучения. Теоретическая часть работы посвящена изучению этапов развития VR-технологий, обоснованию актуальности применения их в среднем профессиональном образовании, рассмотрению примеров организации в рамках учебно-профессионального пространства виртуальных мастерских, ориентированных на моделирование высокотехнологичных производственных процессов с помощью виртуальной реальности. Практическую ценность имеет опрос студентов Университетского колледжа Российского государственного профессионально-педагогического университета (РГППУ, Екатеринбург) относительно их осведомленности о VR-технологиях, заинтересованности в их использовании в процессе обучения, выявлении наиболее эффективных способов применения VR в образовании. Эмпирическая часть исследования представлена в виде таблиц, диаграмм по результатам онлайн-опроса студентов. Данные исследования могут быть использованы при разработке новых образовательных программ в системе среднего профессионального образования. The article provides the results of a pilot study of the students of secondary vocational education interest in the technologies of virtual reality (VR technologies) used in the educational process. The theoretical part of the work consists of studying the issues of the formation of virtual reality and the justification of this technology in secondary vocational education. Several examples of organization within the educational virtual workshops focused on modeling high-tech production processes using virtual reality. The research is of practical value, which is devoted to the results of a survey of students of the University College of the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University (RSVPU, Yekaterinburg) about their awareness of VR technologies; interest in learning through their use, identification of the most effective ways to use VR in education. The empirical part of the study is presented in the form of tables, diagrams based on the results of an online survey of students. The results of the study can be used in the development of new educational programs of VET.

The article presents the results of a study conducted on the basis of the INCD "Udmurt State University" in the "Tourism" course. The purpose of this research was to study key general and professional competencies presented in the Federal State Educational Standard SPO 43.02.10 in the "Tourism" course. The research is based on the Tuning methodology, which orients educational organizations to coordinate the results of education with three target groups: representatives of the academic community (teachers), the professional community (employers) and graduate students. Social partnership allows you to take into account the specifics of the regional labor market and the demands of employers, which is a regulatory requirement of the Federal State Educational Standard. The main research method is online survey. On the results of the online survey, the authors carry out the analysis of the severity of indicators of the importance of competencies for the professional activity of a graduate on a 4-point scale; competencies are ranked according to the degree of importance for each target group. In general, the graduate's competencies in the Federal State Educational Standard SPO 43.02.10 are highly appreciated by representatives of all target groups. Average assessment of the importance of general competencies - 3.33 points; professional competencies - 3.22 points. The opinions of representatives of the academic and professional communities are more consistent, their assessments of the composition of the GEF competencies are higher than those of students. The study also showed that certain competencies are either overestimated or underestimated by groups of respondents.

The purpose of the research is to analyse the experience of organising the educational process and daily life of the Land Gentry Cadet Corps of the Russian Empire. The article deals with the issues related to the definition of the role of Land Gentry Cadet Corps, which it played in the training of command personnel (officers and non-commissioned officers) for the Russian army and in the development of the military school of the Russian state during this period. Scientific novelty of the work lies in the approach to the study of the educational process in the cadet corps from the point of view of accounting and use of their experience to being in connection with the revival and development of specialised aircraft, artillery and other military schools in modern Russia. Based on the studied archival and other sources, the author focuses on the role of heads of military educational institutions in instilling high moral qualities and professional knowledge in cadets. Some previously unpublished archival sources are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time.
