This article raises a question on the essence, types and role of competence approach to professional training of stage directors. The subject of this research is the competence approach to professional education of stage directors in creating a visual image in theatrical and concert in the conditions of innovative decisions. The goal consists in substantiation of the importance of competence approach to preparation of students in this field and their professional fulfillment, determination of acting and music competencies that could and should become the key results of professional education. The main research method is the analytical examination of sources, which allows clarifying the logic and content of the concept “competence approach to professional education of stage directors”. The methods of comparative analysis were used of identification of the quality of artistic education and its functions. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that this article is first within the framework of professional training of stage directors to consider comprehensive approach to realization of the modern ideas of stage direction. The key parameter is the ability to utilize modern innovative lightening of the audience halls. An example of advanced use of the modern technological capabilities is the events held in the State Kremlin Palace. The results of this work are reflected in the following statements: examination of any pedagogical phenomenon requires clarification of its components; many researchers pay attention to determination of the essence of competences, their elements and the need for their structurization; the questions of competence approach in the area of artistic education, and its functions in preparation of future stage directors have repeatedly become the subject of research. The analysis of scientific literature give grounds to state that professional competences of the students in this field are not sufficiently defined. Artistic education currently experiences a difficult period of modern transformations, when on the background of traditional classical methodology, advances the practice of implementation of innovative learning technologies.

The study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of vocal teachers is a topical issue in the context of improving the quality of professional music education in Ukraine, as well as in the world. The purpose of the article is to study the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of the stage image of the future vocal teacher in the process of his professional education. The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical methods of scientific knowledge (analysis and synthesis, classification method, comparative method). Also, in the context of this study, a theoretical analysis of scientific sources was conducted. The article highlights and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of a vocal teacher in the process of professional education: the creation of models of their own future based on the activation of “I-real” and “I-ideal”; providing motivation for performing and creative stage selfrealization of future specialists; application of personality-oriented models and learning technologies aimed at developing the student's individuality and providing conditions for the development of their abilities and creative self-realization in professional activities; diversification of practical forms of organization of the educational process It is emphasized that the basis of the stage image is a combination of personal and professional characteristics and psychological archetypes, which are the basis of image formation, which should correspond to the character of the vocalist the best human qualities and powerful informational-creative potential of the person. It is emphasized that according to the personality-oriented concept of education, priority is given to the development of personality, rather than the learning process, which is an important aspect in the process of forming the stage image of personality. The practical value of the work is that the results of the study can be used to increase the efficiency of the educational process, as well as to improve the professional qualities of vocal teachers

This article is dedicated to the analysis of trends in interpretation of A. P. Chekhov's play “Uncle Vanya” in modern theater. The subject of this research is the four theatrical productions of the play on the national stage: by Rimas Tuminas in Vakhtangov Theatre (2009), by Andrei Serban in Alexandrinsky Theater (2009), by Andrei Konchalovsky in Mossovet State Academic Theatre (2009) by Stéphane Braunschweig in the State Theatre of Nations (2019). These productions reflect the eternal existential questions raised in A. P. Chekhov’s play, as well as the relevant transformations in modern perception of the play. Examination of the aforementioned productions, as well as their analysis in the context of Chekhov's play and modern life realities in comparison with such in the XIX century, has not previously become a separate object of research. The scientific novelty consists in comprehension of the message delivered by play written in the late XIX century for the XXI century, as well as in determination of problems relevant to a contemporary person that are raised in the play. Using the meaning-making topics of the play, stage directors imply death of kindness, deterioration of nature and human, human disunity and misunderstanding. Therefore, the play “Uncle Vanya” indicates its timeliness and everlasting lifelikeness for the XXI century.

The article deals with structural compounds of lecturer's rhetorical culture, its role in forming of professionaly oriented person. Lecturer's cultural and language literacy forms a style of pedagogical communication, a culture of his speaking behavior, and that exerts influence on learning process, on forming students' skills, on their personalities. The theoretical bases of diagnostics and determination of the results of the formation of professional competencies of language training lecturer`s for foreign citizens as the actual pedagogical problem in universities of technical profile were investigated and substantiated. In the conditions of socio-economic changes in Ukraine, the improvement of higher professional education system, in the process of introducing new requirements and standards of education, there are significant transformations in the system "lecturer-to-student". Changes in the first place concern perception of lecturer, the system of role expectations regarding the leading qualities of the lecturer changes. Strengthening the attention to the issues of diagnosing the level of proficiency of language training lecturers of professional competences, as a modern trend requires not only scientifically based tools for continuous measurement, analysis and improvement of evaluation of educational results of students' professional training, but also a new look at the system of pedagogical diagnostics. System diagnostics based on a competent approach should become a key and crosscutting component of monitoring the quality of vocational training of language training specialists in universities of technical profile.

The article substantiates the training of specialists in education management in Ukraine. The Standard of Higher Education of Ukraine in the field of knowledge 07 «Management and Administration», specialty: 073 «Management» of the second (master's) level, which partially regulates professional training in the field of management, in particular in the field of education management, is analyzed. It is emphasized that socio-economic changes in Ukraine, the processes of globalization and integration of the world community, Ukraine’s intentions to enter the European educational space have necessitated the modernization of the system of professional training of future professionals. The principles of providing the educational labor market with highly qualified specialists in education management are highlighted: the national idea of higher education, focusing on filling the content of vocational training with the latest materials, the introduction of modern innovative learning technologies based on a high level of informatization of the educational process; development of professional training of specialists in education management in the context of development trends in global education systems, in particular European ones. Professional competencies in many educational programs are defined as the preservation of moral, cultural, scientific values and increase the achievements of society, the use of various types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle, demonstration of knowledge of theories, methods and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership, skills to identify problems and justify management decisions, organizational design, interaction, leadership, teamwork, situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization, independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, critical thinking and self-criticism. It is concluded that the conceptual ideas for the training of specialists in education management are the ideas of humanistic education, which reflect the recognition of personal rights of educational entities, focusing on the personification of their relationships and interactions based on the acceptance of mutual responsibility for the modeling the educational context.

Виртуальные мастерские являются перспективной технологией для профессионального об- разования будущего. При этом в научных изысканиях современных ученых и практиков век- тор изучения виртуальных мастерских как технологии виртуальной или иммерсивной реаль- ности практически отсутствует. Цель. Определение ориентиров для разработки и реализации в образовательной практике форсайт-технологии виртуальных мастерских. Результаты. Описана сущность виртуальных мастерских, их базовые характеристики, предложена структура виртуальных мастерских, рассмотрены ограничения и проблемы разработки, внедрения виртуальных мастерских в образовательное пространство, сформулированы воспитательные и развивающие эффекты данной технологии. Материал статьи может быть использован для совершенствования процесса разработки виртуальных мастерских. Он является основой для включения данной технологии в систему профессиональной подготовки специалистов с целью обеспечения реализации нового формата освоения профессиональных компетенций. Virtual workshops are a promising technology for the professional education of the future. In the scientific research the vector of studying virtual workshops as a technology of virtual or immersive reality is almost completely absent. Aim. Determination of benchmarks for the development and implementation of foresight technology of virtual workshops in educational practice. Results. The essence of virtual workshops, their basic characteristics are described; the structure of virtual workshops is proposed; the limitations and problems of development, implementation of virtual workshops in the educational space are considered; formulated educational and developmental effects of this technology. The material of this article can be used to improve the process of developing virtual workshops. It is the basis for the inclusion of this technology in the system of professional training of specialists in order to ensure the implementation of a new format for mastering professional competencies.

the subject of this research is formation and development of social education in Russia in the late XIX – early XX century in its moral and spiritual aspects. Social and pedagogical experiments in that period were merged with the process of origin and formation of social education. Search of the cultural axis of the professions aimed at the social help and support of the population became the feature of this process in Russia. The answer was found in an appeal to the theological aspects of social education. The methodological basis of the study is the concept of cultural and moral continuity and continuity of social education, as well as recognition of not only the social but also the spiritual value of social assistance. Research methods are complex: this is a comparative historical study, text analysis, stratification analysis and study of subcultures, a modeling method. The main research problem is the analysis of the correlation of standardization and formalization of social education and its spiritual and moral essence, the problem of motivating the activities of specialists in the social sphere and the threat of its emasculation. The findings of this study are important for meaningful formation of the modern social formation and determination of its spiritual and moral foundations.

The article considers the pedagogical culture of future masters as a component of professional competence, considers the fundamentalization of education by various scholars as a necessary condition for the pedagogical culture of future masters. The integrative core of a professional teacher is a highly formed pedagogical culture that allows individuals to self-actualize and self-realize in life, to find personal meanings in education. And the more the teacher has a pedagogical culture, the more complete will be his self-realization. Professional culture involves the ability to be a mediator, a «mediator» between students and educational material. Assimilation of this material occurs directly in the learning process, so the teacher must be ready to perform the role of advisor, assistant, consultant, communicator, partner. Successful performance of these tasks is facilitated by the presence of the qualities revealed in the article. Different points of view and approaches to the definition of the concept of fundamentalization of education are revealed. The concepts of fundamentalization of professional training of the future specialist are based on the purposes and functions of fundamentalization and on ways and means of its achievement, etc. Most authors agree only that: the fundamentalization of education is aimed at improving the quality of education and education of the individual and is necessary for the formation of pedagogical culture of future masters as part of their professional competence. Others imply the formation of culture and worldview, increasing creative and intellectual potential, the formation of professional competence of the specialist and the potential for further education, and so on. It was found that professional training includes not only the activities of teachers and students who form the learning process, but also the independent activities of the subject, self-development, assimilation of experience by the subject through analysis, understanding and transformation of the field of activity in which he included. It is revealed through the implementation of which approaches to the fundamentalization of higher professional education it becomes possible to form the pedagogical culture of future masters as a component of their professional competence, which contributes to improving the quality of training of future professionals in free economic education.

ABSTRACT           This study aims to analyze the strategy of forming student’s personal resilience based on Pancasila values to build state awareness in Taruna Nusantara High School. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Determination of the subject using a purposive technique. Data collection using observation and interview. The data analysis component uses interactive models while the validity of the data uses member check. The results showed that there were several strategies in the formation of personal endurance based on Pancasila values to build state awareness in Taruna Nusantara High School, namely (1) acculturation of Pancasila values through school culture using the exemplary and participatory approach of all school members, (2) carrying out project activities and, (3) the teacher carries out innovative learning. The formation of self-defense based on Pancasila values is important because it can produce a strong personality, nationalistic spirit, and be able to restore national identity.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembentukan ketahanan pribadi berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila untuk membangun kesadaran bernegara di SMA Taruna Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penentuan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Komponen analisis data menggunakan interactive models sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi dalam pembentukan ketahanan pribadi berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila untuk membangun kesadaran bernegara di SMA Taruna Nusantara, yaitu (1) pembudayaan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui budaya sekolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan keteladanan dan partisipastif dari semua warga sekolah, (2) melaksanakan kegiatan terproyek dan, (3) guru melaksanakan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Pembentukan ketahanan diri siswa berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila penting untuk dilakukan karena dapat menghasilkan pribadi yang tangguh, berjiwa nasionalis, dan mampu mengembalikan jati diri bangsa

The article substantiates the effectiveness of network training and e-learning technologies in the professional training and advanced training of engineering personnel at a technical university. The paper analyses e-learning technologies in the context of competence-based and activity-based approaches to the organization of the educational process. The study considers Universities as the core elements of the regional educational space, integrating and developing the potential of network interaction of its subjects. The authors propose the definition of the concept of “network educational space”. The article describes the experience of network training of personnel in the production sectors of the Ulyanovsk region in 2014-2020. Based on the analysis of the teaching practice of the Ulyanovsk State Technical University, the study proposes a model of the electronic information and educational environment of an educational organization. The authors formulate recommendations for the development of a network educational space in the region that meets the needs of the labor market.
