For children, musical education is considered as an essential need since it supports psychomotor development and provides children with an environment, where they can freely express themselves. Classical guitar is a polyphonic instrument that is widely used in musical education and, as with other instruments, it necessitates a certain level of learning discipline. The objective of the present study is to examine the « Je deviens guitariste Vol.1 » guitar method developed by Thierry Tisserand, being a composer and guitarist and affected by jazz, bossa nova, and other music genres, for children, who have no solfeggio knowledge and are having the first guitar education from scratch, and to reveal on which aspects of early-age guitar education this method has effects. The present research is a descriptive study providing a situation assessment and is based on general survey model. This qualitative study uses various document and content analysis methods. The data were obtained by analyzing this method’s contributions to the educational process and by reviewing the literature. Based on the findings obtained as a result of this research, how contributions that this method could offer for resolving the possible problems that might be observed in early-age guitar education are discussed and suggestions are provided for educator and method. The article is dedicated to the study if students with special musical education have any benefits of stress coping over students of other specialties during the pandemic. The main purpose is to study the attitude of student musicians to overcome stressful situations caused by COVID-19 in the learning process. Research objectives include: current state of music education in the context of forced quarantine distance learning; the impact of forced quarantine distance learning on stress among students of music and non-music specialties; the analysis of stress coping skills and the impact of music education on them; recommendations for improving the psychological and pedagogical interaction of the participants in the educational process. The study involved 160 respondents, 80 of them are music students and 80 students of other specialties that do not belong to the study of musical art. To collect information and data, the study participants were asked to fill out a Google form. The results of the study show that online learning is very time-consuming and that losing a satisfactory work-life balance is stressful. But students became more organized in managing their activities. Internet platforms have proven useful for sharing materials, communicating, sharing information and content, and keeping track of all work done. Thus, there is a tendency towards easier tolerance of stress by musicians, although our study showed that with a slight margin of 80.6%, people without musical education consider themselves happier by 82%. This is also confirmed by the fact that non-musicians are more optimistic about their future according to the results obtained on the Beck's Hopelessness Scale, where 2 units are for musicians and 1 for non-musicians. These results indicate that hopelessness has not been identified and students are optimistic about their future. In the context of stress coping recommendations for students are provided. In conclusion, based on the information gained and own experience there is a variety of ways to obtain benefits from both online and offline learning forms for both musicians and non-musicians.

Abstract Background The exponential spread of COVID-19 has caused a huge threat to public health worldwide. Providing care for patients with COVID-19 is a stressful experience for ICU nurses, which can affect their protective reactions. The present study was conducted to explore the protective reactions of ICU nurses providing care for patients with COVID-19. Methods This qualitative descriptive study was conducted to discover the protective reactions of nurses providing care for patients with COVID-19. A total of 14 ICU nurses were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected using individual semi-structured face-to-face interviews. All interviews were recorded, and then codes and themes were extracted using content analysis method. Finding Seventeen subcategories, six categories and two themes were extracted from the analysis of data. These themes include “Unbalanced self-protective reactions” and “Responsible self-protective reactions”. Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic and crisis, ICU nurses exhibit different self-protective reactions when providing care for patients with COVID-19, which include unbalanced and responsible reactions. Nursing managers can mitigate these unbalanced reactions by identifying them and their roots. Identifying the protective reactions of ICU nurses in providing care for patients with COVID-19 could assist in developing the necessary interventions to promote positive reactions and reduce unbalanced reactions by finding their root causes.

The paper presents the peculiarities of introduction of digital technologies in musical education on traditions of folk instrumental culture, the potentials of building an educational process on the basis of centuries-old traditions of the Russian people, its richest cultural heritage, in particular, folk art culture. Functions of folk art culture are shown and analyzed. The core viewpoint of the paper is showing the importance of knowledge and respect for own culture as a guarantor of self-preservation of the ethnic group, strengthening of social self-awareness, formation of tolerant relationships and relationships with other ethnic groups. The importance of folk instruments in children's musical education is considered. The possibilities of solving the problem of archiving of cultural heritage products and providing them with full access are explored. Modern opportunities of distance education and use of digital technology resources in music education are demonstrated. "Using technology in a creative-based approach to music learning is beneficial when we refer to the development of creativity as the finality of artistic musical education. In its permanent movement, we notice that the educational process progressively removes everything that becomes dysfunctional outdated. Therefore, both through the act of teaching learning and through the act of evaluation, as the blockages of any nature that stand in the way of creativity are discovered, they can be diminished. This article proposes musical activities that use Reaper software, which provides a good environment for grooming students with aesthetic sensibilities that should always accompany technical knowledge. The purpose of the research is to highlight the role of inclusive education in higher art educational institutions of Ukraine. The realization of this goal implies attention to the issue of introducing music education for people with special needs, ways of improving the educational process and its facilitation. The methodology of the research is connected with the use of methods of analysis and synthesis, thanks to which the actual problematic aspects that are available in this field are highlighted. The task of the study is to highlight the specifics of working with students in the class by specialty (using the example of mastering the art of playing the classical guitar). Thanks to the practice of working with students who have visual problems, the author of the article singles out the innovative algorithm for learning the music text and further work with the works. It is proposed to actively involve various programs related to typing notation text, recording audio files, processing them and modifying them. The scientific novelty consists in synthesizing practical conclusions obtained by the author in the course of teaching activities. A number of problem aspects and algorithms for their solution are singled out. The importance of learning a musical material with a teacher is emphasized, especially when it comes to persons with special abilities - visual impairments. Existing software, for example Finale, Sibelius and other music editors provide the ability to change the typed music text, its slowdown, and solfeging. Although this innovation is not capable of becoming a complete substitute for a nocturnal text, typed in Braille, it becomes a good alternative. In modern art education there are a number of problematic moments. First of all, despite the fact that the issue of introducing inclusive education in the Ukrainian space has been actualized, the practical implementation of this task involves a number of difficulties. Development and musical education in the guitar class by specialty involves the introduction of computer equipment and technically computer equipment during classes, which will simplify the process of learning and the subsequent reproduction of a musical text.

A divergence exists between registered nurses’ (RNs’) intention to document together with the patient and their actual documentation practice; a practice that also diverges from official intentions of patient participation. This study aimed to explore and describe RNs’ reflected experiences on patient participation in nursing documentation. A descriptive qualitative study was conducted based on three focus groups with 14 registered nurses from an acute medical ward. Content analysis and conversational analysis were performed. The reporting adhered to the COREQ checklist. The findings showed that nurses made little mention of patient participation in nursing documentation due to challenges in meeting both the patients’ expected needs and nurses’ needs. However, patient participation was important for time accurate and summative nursing documentation. This study adds to a critical debate on patient participation and contributes to a practice-based understanding of the challenges that registered nurses experience concerning patient participation in nursing documentation.

The purpose of the work is to study historical aspects of the development in the USSR of Elementary Music Education, created by a German teacher, musician and composer Carl Orff. The article substantiates the value of this pedagogical system and the prospects for its use in the training and educational process. The initial stage of the introduction of Elementary Music Method in the Soviet Union and the organization of the Carl Orff Pedagogical Society are considered. As a result of applying theoretical scientific research methods, the main factors that influence the process of introducing a new direction in music education are established. The significance of the unified system of music and movement education created by Carl Orff is defined. The system developed by Russian and Soviet enlightener, music theorist, teacher, performer and public figure Boleslav Leopoldovich Yavorsky correlates with German teacher's system. The author analyzes the reasons for which the system developed by B. L. Yavorsky is not widespread in our country. The significance of the activities of the musicologist, historian and publicist Oksana Timofeevna Leontyeva, an active promoter of the Elementary Music System and the first researcher of Orff-composer and Orff-children's music teacher, is determined. The article stresses the first contacts between Soviet musicians and their German colleagues during the visit to the Carl Orff Institute in Salzburg. Emphasis is placed on the importance of publishing literature describing the content, methods and principles of Elementary Music for Soviet teachers interested in new areas of music education and upbringing. Educational institutions are indicated, in which attempts are made to use C. Orff's methods in classrooms. The author reveals the optimization of processes of introducing domestic musicians to the methods of music and movement education, caused by the arrival in the USSR of foreign experts in the field of musical pedagogics. The role of Lev Vyacheslavovich Vinogradov, one of the first followers of new directions in music education, is priceless, as is the importance of his pedagogical activity and his contribution to the popularization and implementation of the method combining music and movement education.

Lewy body disease (LBD) is a devastating condition with cognitive and physical deficits that pose a challenge to family caregivers. The purpose of this study was to identify the needs and concerns of family caregivers of persons with LBD. A convenience sample of LBD caregivers were interviewed regarding their caregiving needs, concerns, strategies, and advice. A content analysis approach was used to organize data into themes from an existing needs and concerns framework. Findings included the need for more information about the disease, strategies for managing LBD-related emotions and behaviors, support and assistance with physical and instrumental care, and strategies for managing one’s own personal responses to caregiving. Findings highlight the need for a Lewy body specific caregiver assessment tool and future caregiver interventions.

The study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of vocal teachers is a topical issue in the context of improving the quality of professional music education in Ukraine, as well as in the world. The purpose of the article is to study the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of the stage image of the future vocal teacher in the process of his professional education. The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical methods of scientific knowledge (analysis and synthesis, classification method, comparative method). Also, in the context of this study, a theoretical analysis of scientific sources was conducted. The article highlights and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of a vocal teacher in the process of professional education: the creation of models of their own future based on the activation of “I-real” and “I-ideal”; providing motivation for performing and creative stage selfrealization of future specialists; application of personality-oriented models and learning technologies aimed at developing the student's individuality and providing conditions for the development of their abilities and creative self-realization in professional activities; diversification of practical forms of organization of the educational process It is emphasized that the basis of the stage image is a combination of personal and professional characteristics and psychological archetypes, which are the basis of image formation, which should correspond to the character of the vocalist the best human qualities and powerful informational-creative potential of the person. It is emphasized that according to the personality-oriented concept of education, priority is given to the development of personality, rather than the learning process, which is an important aspect in the process of forming the stage image of personality. The practical value of the work is that the results of the study can be used to increase the efficiency of the educational process, as well as to improve the professional qualities of vocal teachers
