Child labour is one of the contemporary issues that has attracted the attention of many researchers. Most school children all over the world are engaged in child labour. This research investigates the effects of child labour on children academic activities in the Krachi East District in Ghana. The research adopted the mixed method. The purposive and snow ball sampling technique were used to select one hundred and sixty (160) victims of child labour. The questionnaire was the main instrument used for data collection. The questionnaire was edited by experts in child labour and this helped to achieve validity. Data were analysed using tables and figures. It was realized that 68.7% of the children were engaged in agricultural activities and the major reasons for their plight include large household size, parental illiteracy and poverty.  Child labour leads to low academic performance. The study recommends that government should support children from poor homes.

The research titled "strategy of subak community in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism (Case Study Subak Umadesa Lodtunduh Village, Ubud)", aims to understand subak strategy in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism in Subak Umadesa, Lodtuduh Village, Ubud, Gianyar-Bali. This research uses SWOT analysis techniques, with data collection techniques of observation, in-depht interviews, literature study, and documentation. Moreover the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample with a certain consideration which is deemed enable to provide the data to the maximum results in accordance with the criteria of the research objectives. The result of this research after conducting interviews and observations based on SWOT analysis matrix is creating agro-ecotourism activities. Forms and types of activities of agro-ecotourism that can be implemend in the territory of Subak Umadesa include: trekking, directly agricultural activities such as plowing, planting, harvesting, interaction with local people directly, etc. Hence the agricultural sector is not being marginalized by the development of activities in tourism sector.

Spiritual intelligence is closely related to how a person maintains the principles and responsibilities to carry out these principles while maintaining balance and creating appropriate value benefits. A person is not called spiritually intelligent, if he only cares about the hereafter but blinds himself to his mission in the world to Allah. Fair is a word that is quite difficult to describe, the meaning of fair is associated with law or something that is inherent in the rights of each individual. Fair is human values ​​and a pillar for aspects of life, both individuals, families and communities. The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine the spiritual intelligence of students at SMP Rahman Wahid Mojogeneng 2) to determine the fair attitude of students at SMP Rahman Wahid Mojogeneng 3) to test empirically the relationship between spiritual intelligence and fair attitude of students at SMP Rahman Wahid Mojogeneng. This research is a quantitative study with a correlation approach. The research population used was all students of SMP Rahman Wahid Mojogeneng. Sampling with stratified sampling technique was taken 34 students as respondents. Data collection using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results showed: 1) The spiritual intelligence of students at SMP Rahman Wahid Mojogeneng was generally in the high category with an average score of 36 because it was between the criteria for a score of 31 ≤ 40.2) The fair attitude of students at SMP Rahman Wahid Mojogeneng was generally included in moderate category with an average score of 37 because it is between the interval 31 ≤ 40. 3) There is a significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and fairness of students at SMP Rahman Wahid Mojogeneng with a correlation value of 0.618. The result of the correlation shows the level of correlation is strong with interpretation 0.610-0.800.

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems experienced by toddlers in the world today. In 2017, 22.2% of children under five in the world were stunted. Indonesia is included in the third country with the highest prevalence in the Southeast Asia region, the prevalence of children under five with stunting in Indonesia in 2005-2017 was 36.4%. Aims to determine the risk factors for stunting in children under five in the working area of ​​the Baraka Community Health Center, Enrekang Regency. This study used the analytical survey method with the Cross Sectional Study approach using the simple random sampling technique, which means that the sample taken is where each element or member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as the sample. The sample size in this study was taken using the Slovin formula. The location was carried out in the working area of ​​the Baraka Community Health Center, Enrekang Regency. The research time was 1 month. The sample in this study amounted to 94 people with the process of data collection and data collection was carried out by interview techniques. The results showed that exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.002), complementary breastfeeding (p = 0.002) had a relationship with the incidence of stunting, while there was no relationship between LBW (p = 0.106), gestational age (p = 0.303), and maternal nutritional status ( KEK) (p = 0.229) with the incidence of stunting.

<p><em>Hadith Arba’in</em> is a collection of the selected 42 hadiths. The name of <em>Arba’in</em> is taken from the amount of hadiths included in the book which is 42 hadiths. The book of <em>hadith Arba’inis</em> considered to be necessarily studied because this book contains the collection of the well know hadiths in islamic community awund the world. This book contains the main hadith that are very important in islamic study, started with hadith about the intention to start doing something, then followed with the basic <em>aqidah, syari’ah, akhlak</em>, and prophet’s advice. This research specifically studies the hadiths from 31-40 because they contain suggestion, forbiddence, excellence, and some of advices about islam. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used is (equal/comparison) method. The data in this research are grammatical cohesion marker in the form of pronoun in Arabic language and ideological translation in the 31-40 text of <em>hadith Arba’in</em> written by Ibnu Daqiq Al ‘ied and translated by Muhammad Thalib. The data collection is done by taking the sample or called technique sampling. Technique of presenting data is presented by words and table of data to describe the analysis result. This reaserch investigates cohesion, variasion of translation technique, translation method, and ideological translation used by the translator in translating the expressions in the hadith.</p><strong>Keywords</strong>: <em>hadith Arba’in</em>, cohesion, technique, method, ideology.

Employees’ health is being affected not only by the possibility of contracting COVID-19, but by all the negative consequences that this pandemic has brought, such as confinement, social distancing, and self-isolation. In recent decades, more companies have opted for corporate well-being programmes in their workplaces, improving the health and quality of life of their employees. The effects generated by the current COVID-19 pandemic require these programmes to adapt to this new situation. The objective of this case study is to analyse the corporate well-being programme, in times of COVID-19, of Mahou San Miguel, a benchmark company in corporate well-being in Spain. A mixed method approach to data collection was used. The findings show the benefits achieved in its adaptation to this new physical-virtual environment. This paper could help other companies around the world to adapt their corporate well-being programmes to the new reality brought about by COVID-19.

Argumentasi ilmiah penting untuk dikembangkan karena dapat melatih berpikir secara ilmiah, berkomunikasi, dan bertindak seperti ilmuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah dan mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah siswa berdasarkan indikator. Penelitian melibatkan siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 9 Salatiga sebagai subyek penelitian yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive random sampling. Materi pelajaran yang dipilih adalah zat aditif dan zat adiktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian dikembangkan dan diuji validitas isi dan konstruk. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif dengan teknik triangulasi. Tahapan analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subyek memiliki kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah dengan kategori sangat baik (5%), baik (46%), cukup (41%), dan tidak baik (8%). Diketahui bahwa profil kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah siswa berdasarkan indikator secara berurutan yaitu kemampuan pada claim (skor rata-rata: 2,68), rebuttal (skor rata-rata: 2,4), data (skor rata-rata: 2,24), dan warrant (skor rata-rata: 1,33).Scientific arguments are essential to developing because they can train to think scientifically, communicate, and act like scientists. This study aims to determine the ability of scientific argumentation. Moreover, describe the ability of students to scientific argumentation based on indicators. The study involved students of class B 8th grade in Junior High School 9 Salatiga as research subjects determined through a purposive random sampling technique. The subject matter chosen is additives and addictive substances. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and interviews. The research instrument was developed and tested for content and construct validity. Data were analyzed quantitatively and described qualitatively by triangulation techniques. Stages of data analysis include data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion making. The results showed that the subjects had the ability of scientific argumentation with top categories (5%), good (46%), sufficient (41%), and not good (8%). It was knowing that the profile of students' scientific argumentation abilities based on indicators in a sequence is the ability to claim (average rating: 2.68), rebuttal (average rating: 2.4), data (average rating: 2.24), and warrant (average rating: 1.33).

Youth life is closely related to spiritual activity. The phenomenon that is still encountered is Hubbu Ilahi, or the love attitude of Allah SWT. This phenomenon is presumed that adolescents only state and do not know the consequences of their attitudes. So, this study aims to determine the perceptions of today's adolescents on the phenomenon of Hubbu Ilahi. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a survey research method. This study used a purposive random sampling technique to 39 adolescents. Data collection used a questionnaire with the google form platform. Then, the data were analyzed using: data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that adolescent respondents stated the consistency of love of the Quran, love of Rasulullah (SAW), love of the Prophet's Sunnah, and love of the Akhirat life. However, the busyness of the world blocks the proven proof of love. The analysis concluded that only 7.7% of adolescents fit Hubbu Ilahi's criteria.

This research is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to obtain an overview of alumni assessments in providing service quality and the relevance of the curriculum of the Sport Science Study Program, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Yogyakarta State University. The data collection method used a questionnaire with variables consisting of 1) the quality of financing services and academic activities 2) the waiting period of work, 3) the competence of graduates, and 4) the relevance of the curriculum. The population of this study were all graduates of the Ikor Study Program. Sampling with snowball sampling technique with a total of 113 samples. The research instrument used a questionnaire while for data collection techniques using google form. Data analysis was carried out by means of quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the service quality of the Ikor study program in financing is very good, it is known that the tuition fees are 26.55% with scholarships and 73.45% at their own expense. Meanwhile, the quality of service in academic activities was good at 79.27%. Ikor Study Program graduates in obtaining employment amounted to 65.49% after graduating with an average of 3.47 months and before graduating 34.51% with an average of 5.23 months. The overall competence of graduates was very good, namely 85.3%, the most prominent being competence in working with teams or with other people, namely 88.5%. The results of the relevance of the curriculum are included in the very good category, namely 85.93%, in the relevance of the curriculum from the alumni assessment, the highest percentage of 90.97% was found in practice subjects that were delivered during lectures very well according to work needs. So as a whole it can be concluded that most of the alumni assessments in providing service quality and curriculum relevance are very good. PENILAIAN ALUMNI TERHADAP MUTU LAYANAN DAN RELEVANSI KURIKULUM PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEOLAHRAGAAN FIK UNY AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang penilaian alumni dalam menyelenggarakan mutu layanan dan relevansi kurikulum Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan variabel yang terdiri dari 1) mutu layanan pembiayaan dan kegiatan akademik 2) masa tunggu pekerjaan, 3) kompetensi lulusan, dan 4) relevansi kurikulum. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh lulusan Prodi Ikor. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik snowball sampling dengan jumlah 113 sampel. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data dengan google form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan jalan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan prodi Ikor dalam pembiayaan sangat baik, diketahui bahwa pembiayan kuliahnya sebesar 26,55 % dengan beasiswa dan sebesar 73,45 % dengan biaya sendiri. Sedangkan mutu layanan pada kegiatan akademik hasilnya baik yaitu sebesar 79,27 %. Lulusan Prodi Ikor dalam memperoleh pekerjaan sebesar 65,49 % sesudah lulus dengan rata-rata sebesar 3,47 bulan dan sebelum lulus sebesar 34,51 % dengan rata-rata sebesar 5,23 bulan. Kompetensi lulusan secara keseluruhan sangat baik yaitu 85,3 % yang paling menonjol kompetensi dalam bekerjasama dengan tim atau dengan orang lain yaitu sebesar 88,5 %. Hasil relevansi kurikulum masuk dalam kategori sangat baik yaitu sebesar 85,93 %, dalam relevansi kurikulum dari penilaian alumni persenstase yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 90,97 % terdapat pada matakuliah praktik yang disampaikan saat kuliah sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Sehingga secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian alumni dalam penyelenggaraan mutu layanan dan relevansi kurikulum sebagian besar menyatakan sangat baik.

This study examines technostress, its effects, and measures taken to avoid it among librarians at university libraries in Nigeria. The descriptive survey design was adopted and 5 (five) university libraries in Edo and Delta States were used for the study. The sample size for the study was 79, using the purposive sampling technique, a questionnaire was the main instrument used for data collection, and simple percentage and Chi square were used to analyze the data collected. The authors found that technostress could be avoided by librarians, by taking the following measures: purchasing user friendly interface software, regular staff training on ICTs, and developing positive attitude toward technology, and so forth.

Competition in the world of work in the modern era is now more difficult, the phenomenon has an impact on unemployment is increasing every year. This causes anxiety on fresh graduate who just entered the world of work. Known one of the factors that can minimize anxiety in fresh graduate is adversity quotient. This allows fresh graduate to overcome difficulties related to the competition of the work world. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between adversity quotients with anxiety to face work world at fresh graduate of Syiah Kuala University. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The sample of the study amounted to 257 fresh graduates (120 men and 137 women). Data collection using the Adversity quotient scale compiled by Khairiyah (2016) and the scale of anxiety against the world of work compiled by Nugroho (2010). Data analysis using Pearson correlation technique showed correlation coefficient (r) = -0,598 (p 0,05) so it can be interpreted that there is negative and significant relationship between adversity quotient with anxiety to face work world at fresh graduate of Syiah Kuala University and the hypothesis in this research is accepted.
