The problem of the study is that Latvian citizens often express dissatisfaction with vehicle registration prices, speculating that these services are available at lower prices in the neighbouring countries – Lithuania and Estonia. The aim of the research: to compare and analyse vehicle registration services in the Baltic States in order to provide suggestions for the improvement of the services. The research uses general scientific research methods: the monographic and descriptive methods, the document analysis method, the comparative analysis method, the horizontal analysis, the ranking method, the logical construction method and the graphical method. Based on the cases analysed, the authors conclude that vehicle registration costs are the lowest in Lithuania, yet these costs may depend on factors such as vehicle age and technical parameters, so not always the cheapest price is reported in Lithuania. Vehicle registration costs in Estonia, regardless of any parameters, for all light vehicles are the same at 192,00 euro. The authors compared and analysed vehicle registration services in the Baltic States, evaluated the price of services and the elements included in them. The study shows that when receiving vehicle registration services in the Baltic States, the conditions and price for receiving them differ. It is mainly influenced by the tax policies and pricing strategies of each country.

The Purpose of this study is to find out what forms of conceptual construction errors experienced by students in solving mathematical problems and the appropriate form of scaffolding for each concept construction error experienced. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. In determining the subject of this study using purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were students of class XII, the subjects of this study were 6 people which were then reduced to 2 people representing medium and low abilities. The instruments used in this study were test questions and interview sheets. The data obtained were analyzed by the steps (1) Reducing the data. (2) presenting data and (3) drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that S1 experienced more “correct” pseudo construction errors and mis-logical construction with the scaffolding provided, namely level 2 (reviewing, explaining and restructuring) while S2 experienced four types of errors with the scaffolding provided, level 2 scaffolding. each individual will be different because it must be adjusted to the actual development zone of each.

ObjectivesThe use of Unmanned Vehicles in air, land and water transport is constantly increasing due to their technical and operational capabilities, along with economic advantages. They are used for recreational and commercial purposes by individuals, companies, organisations and state institutions. Particular types of vehicles are at different stages of technical, legislative and implementation advancement. Unmanned vehicles are at different phases of the process of the launch on the market for common use by the public. Railway transport will be the first to undergo widespread and, consequently, full automation, due to the fact that it is already in use and there is a possibility of its safe implementation, which must progress along with the development of technology, science and experience of producers and users.MethodsScientific methods used in the paper are: analysis and criticism of written sources, analysis and logical construction.ResultsThe article presents issues concerning the possibility of implementing the use of unmanned vehicles in the air, land and water transport system. The state of advancement of the legislative and technical work has been described, along with the difficulties that can be encountered before the complete implementation of unmanned vehicles into operationConclusionsThe process of implementing unmanned vehicles into the transport system has begun and it is irreversible. It is a matter of time before unmanned systems are used to transport people and goods. Their use is safer, more economically beneficial and brings benefits to society.

The term «feigned financial accounting object» was included in the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in 2016. Until now, the study of the corresponding concept has been carried out only by economists. However, legal analysis is needed for enforcement purposes. In the article, on the basis of the methods of comparative jurisprudence, for the first time, the possibility and limits of using the logical construction of the concept of «feigned deal» to characterize a feigned financial accounting object are substantiated. The signs of the concepts of «feigned legal phenomenon» and «feigned financial accounting object» are also formulated, the prospects for the possible use of these concepts for legal theory and practice are shown.

Multi-family housing of high intensity may pose a significant threat to the health and life of residents during epidemics. Excessive concentration of a larger population in a confined area and the long time people spent together during a day create favorable conditions for the spread of pathogens. Complete elimination of the threat in such areas does not seem possible, and the same applies to the full identification of routes pathogens use to spread. The aim of the study is to indicate architectural solutions, with particular emphasis on archetypes, that can reduce the risk to health and life of people in residential areas. In this case, the study uses observation, analysis, and logical construction methods. The epidemic and its consequences highlighted the need to abandon trends that increase the compactness of cities and define residents’ movement patterns.

In the essay “Conversation about Dante,” Mandelstam described logic, which he defined as the “realm of unexpectedness,” which is unlike any everyday logical construction. Based on the analysis of Mandelstam’s text, it is assumed that we are talking about a tropology that arose in the Middle Ages, the principles of which can be derived from studies of St. Augustine’s treatise De Dialectica and Petrus Сomestor’s Historia Scholastica. It is this triple commonwealth (Augustine – Comestor – Dante, read by Mandelstam) that creates the multilayered logical framework of the work. Augustine created a completely different dialectic than in classical antiquity. Augustine considers dialectics as an art of discussion and describes the real steps that contribute to the emergence of speech, which corresponds to Mandelstam’s concept of conversation. According to Augustine, at the basis of any speech, is a trope-turn. In the article, attention is drawn to the sound nature of creation process. This logic, used in explaining the creation of the world according to the logos/word (tropology), assumes that, at the basis of the speech act, there is no the word as a unit of speech, but the sound itself – the sound, which was considered initially equivocal (ambiguous). In the process of pronounciation, the sound could turn into its opposite and could change the meaning of speech if the context has been changed. Dante expressed the meaning of tropology in practice. Mandelstam wrote that he had chosen Dante for the conversation (between poet and poet) “because he is the greatest and indisputable master of reversible and reversing poetic substance.” Mandelstam saw Dante as the Descartes of metaphor.

Abstract. This paper is a comparative descriptive investigation of the mystical representation of death in the poetry of the English poet John Donne and the Arabic poet AbulAlaa Al-Ma’arri. Highlighting their life circumstances and the religious, intellectual, economic and psychological factors that shaped their specific perceptions of Death, the study reflects upon the mystic elements in both poets’ approach towards Death and delves deeper into the language they adopted to express their insights. The death poetry of both poets has been previously studied from different individual perspectives, but none has approached it comparatively from a mystical stylistic viewpoint. Using the major echelons of mysticism implemented by both poets in the treatment of death in the selected death poems such as contemplation, escapism, compulsion, conscience, tranquility, submission and reunion, the study implements a comparative content and stylistic analysis methodology to analyze linguistic and literary representation of death in the selected poems. It identifies the similarities and differences between both poets and concludes that despite the cultural and religious, time and place differences, both poets share psychological and intellectual factors that lead them towards the identical mystical perception of Death as an agent for unity with the Ultimate Divinity. This perception has been gradually developing and masterfully represented with the use of linguistic techniques like imagery, apostrophe, metaphors, personification, symbolism, allusion. and logical construction. The study hopes to fill a vital gap in the body of knowledge related to the mystical perceptions of death and the language that capture the identity of the two poets in their timeless literary masterpieces. Keywords: Mysticism; Death; Donne; Al-Ma’arri; Comparative.

Abstract Logical proofs and definitions are developed to establish (1) that the energy-level spacings, for each chemical element (from the periodic table of chemical elements) can be converted to the ionization energies, (2) both and the ionization energies are unique, and (3) the averaged ionization energy of any quantum matter is proportional to the averaged ionization energy of its constituent chemical elements, if and only if 6= 0 and is not an irrelevant constant. Physical atoms are then constructed to define the physical sets such that these sets are members of a specific physical class where each class belongs to a specific physical category, P. However, there is not a single structure-preserving functor from one energy-level spacing physical category, P to another P′. Therefore, the existence of many P implies the existence of different categories of physical systems and quantum matter.
