Abstract: Alstonia scholaris is a biologically active and important Devil tree. The medicinal importance pharmacology importance in particulars antiulcer activity of Alstonic scholaris in albino rats were Analyzed and reported. The juice of Alstona scholaris to rats show a remarkable record with respect to ranitidine tablet (to cure ulcer). This result initiate the author to study chemo mimetic nature of plant material for the removal of heavy metal in synthetic solution also extended studies with modified Alstonia scholaris and Wrichitia Tinctoria. An adsorption of 96% in all the cases was observed. A linear correlation with R2 value of 0.977 was calculated from the linear plot of optical densities of Alstonia Scholaris and modified Alstonia Scholaris similar trend in adsorption was also noted. In the case of Wrightia Tinctoria instead of modified Alstonia Scholaris

The study goal is to establish a sensitive, accurate, simple and validated Ultra violet (UV) spectrophotometric technique by multilinear regression method for the assessment of Granisetron in the bulk drug and pharmaceutical formulations. The multivariate calibration technique relies on linear regression equations and employs correlation between absorbance and concentration at five different wavelengths. The λmax of Granisetron was at 302 nm. The results were treated statistically. A linear plot was achieved in the concentration range of 10 - 30 μmol/L and regression coefficient was obtained to be 0.999. The percentage recovery was obtained in the range of 99.48 - 101.81 % w/w.

This research presents an error estimation approach with the combination of traditional multilevel techniques used to minimize errors for an accurate prediction and to investigate the behavior of such an algorithm for a satellite. The traditional techniques mentioned above are a combination derived from multiple regression techniques and perform a case study for data analysis. A linear plot can easily be predicted, however if a system tends to deviate toward non-linearity the overall result derived from such an algorithm can be non-reliable since each value would depict a completely different output at different levels. The stability of the fixed regression derived is used to determine the accuracy of the system.

The fictional film "Behind the Snake River" is presented with a small child and his family's theme. As the main character who is innocent can reach the deepest emotions, the relationship between the characters as the driving force of the plot becomes the focus of this film with the application of a non-linear plot in directing. This pattern manipulates the time sequence of events by changing the sequence of the plots so that the causality relationship is unclear. The purpose of using a non-linear plot approach is to attract the eye of the audience to continue watching this film until it's finished. The method used in the creation of the film "Behind the Snake River" starts with Pre Production starting from (developing ideas/ideas, collecting data from literature studies, interviews, observation, documentation, film production and post-production (editing/finishing). The results of the application of the non-linear plot in the film "Behind the Snake River" are in all aspects of the film-forming from the narrative (script), cinematic (use of handheld cameras), mise-en-scene (background, costumes, and makeup, lighting and actors and movements) to the editing process uses the jump cut method The use of a non-linear plot approach makes the spectacle interesting and forces the audience to follow the film until the end. Keywords: fiction film, method, audience. Authors: Sri Wahyuni : Universitas Potensi UtamaSurya Darma : Universitas Potensi UtamaSaaduddin : Institut Seni Indonesia Padangpanjang References: Alfathoni, M. This study was carried out using Alfisol as an adsorbent to adsorb Cadmium and Glyphosate both of which are common inorganic and organic contaminants. The soil samples were air-dried and allowed to pass through 2mm sieve before use while its analysis was done following the standard procedures. The kinetic data were tested with pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order models, and it was concluded that both adsorbates adsorption followed the pseudo-second-order kinetics, while the nature and the mechanism of adsorption processes were studied by using an intraparticle diffusion model. A complete linear plot of intraparticle diffusion was obtained for glyphosate which suggests that intraparticle diffusion was the rate-controlling step in its adsorption but the opposite is the case for cadmium adsorption. The peak removal of cadmium occurred after 50 minutes with equilibrium attained over 250 minutes while peak glyphosate removal was achieved after 30 minutes. It can be concluded that Alfisol can be effectively used for the adsorption of both Cadmium and Glyphosate thus showcasing a potential environmental remediation process.

A direct linear plot was applied to estimate kinetic constants using the product’s competitive inhibition equation. The challenge consisted of estimating three kinetic constants, Vmax, Km, and Kp, using two independent variables, substrates, and product concentrations, in just one stage of mathematical treatment. The method consisted of combining three initial reaction rate data and avoiding the use of the same three product concentrations (otherwise, this would result in a mathematical indetermination). The direct linear plot method was highly superior to the least-squares method in terms of accuracy and robustness, even under the addition of error. The direct linear plot method is a reliable and robust method that can be applied to estimate Kp in inhibition studies in pharmaceutical and biotechnological areas.

The article considers works for children about the Revolution of Dignity and the war in eastern Ukraine. The author analyzed the most famous of them in the context of other publications about the Maidan and ATO-OOS, revealed their features and a special perspective of coverage of the topic "children during the revolution-war." The researcher also observed how writers present a historical fact in their works, trying to tell in an accessible language about the turning points of historical events, revealed the literary-critical discourse around such books. Particular attention in the material is paid to the socialization of children in wartime, their character and psychology, and rapid growth, which its author illustrates with examples of the Ukrainian present. The researcher proposes to consider all the works about the Revolution of Dignity and the armed confrontation in Donbass in two planes – realistic and fantastic. The characteristic features of the first are the child in the center of the story, and then all the events are presented through its prism of worldview and understanding. Among the advantages of such works – a dynamic, non-linear plot, diverse characters, interesting and rapid development of the plot. Instead, the specifics of the second, unreal plane, artistic fiction, fairy tale prevails and dominates the real world, the authors in the texts mostly use symbols, archetypes and hidden allegorical meanings. The authors focus on the struggle between good and evil, the opposition of positive and negative characters. Historical, dramatic events are not clearly mentioned here, but are told metaphorically. According to the authors of modern literatu re for children about the war, in such two ways it is most effective to convey a historical fact to a special recipient – the child reader and the child listener. But the main postulate of all works is the idea that war is an absolute evil from which Ukrainians and children among them suffer.

The article is devoted to analyzing synthetic genre variety which was realized by Ye. Hutsalo in the book «Singing cradle made of willow. Occupation frescoes». Collection’s pieces of writing are connected by a common theme: life’s histories by residents of Ovechache village which fell into the epicenter of World War II; by common heroes: old women Lykora and her little grandson through whose perception’s prism the reader looks at the world; by pictorial and expressive means. Almost every short story is a complete formal-semantic unity, which is easily perceived outside the general context. For social background depiction Ye. Hutsalo shows the events that have long been silenced – forced collectivization and Holodomor of 1932–1933, for showing the occupation reality – the Nazi pogroms of the Jewish population, problems of collaborationism, etc. The main character of frescoes is not more than five or six years old but the narrative form of the story bifurcates: we look at the world not just by little child’s eyes but by an adult person’s too who retell and analyze his childish feelings. The small size of written pieces, in the most cases linear plot with long exposition and rising action and rapid, often unexpected culmination and resolution gave ground to accent at the proximity of the fresco with varieties of the novella (plotless novella, a novella of mood, novella memory-based, novella-landscape). Parable-like poetics, philosophical enthusiasm, synesthesia, impressionism and expressionism features, based on a combination of painting and literature characteristics, lyricism, figurative expressiveness, the richness of artistic means are defined as the dominant features of the collection’s pieces. Immersions in folk art, appeal to the inner world of the common person, attention to the changing children’s world are the features that connect the writer’s book with the Sixtiers.

The novel «Good night» was published in Paris in 1984.The author of the novel is a writer-immigrant A. D. Sinyavsky who took a pseudonym Abram Terz. The key conflict of the novel is the fight for interpretation. The opponents of the protagonist aiways insist on unambiguous answers but he himself prefers polysemy. The refusal from simplicity is viewed in many aspects of the novel «Good night»: (good wish but the connotation of fear, horror); intertexual character of the titles in the chapters («Shifters» – the title of the article in which the activity of A. D. Sinyavsky was judged; «Dangerous ties» – the novel by Sh. De Laklo; «In the belly of the whale» – the story of prophet Jonan); stylistic discord (from taboo language to archaic); characters (many names of the wife in one of the abstracts, reincarnation of a father in a different person, edge erasure between fantasy and reality (a confession of a father about a device in his brains); avoiding of linear plot development; three independent having their own titles parts («Mirror», «Glasses», «Treatise about mice and about our incomprehensible fear of mice»). The most important tool in the fight for breaking unambiguous understanding of a reality in the novel is metanarrative. The crossing of «Literature» and «Reality» is seen in the initial plot situation-condemnation of a hero for publishing his works abroad. Real events in the novel are compared with these or those aspects of literature. The character himself can be less important than his name, the number of letters. One of the main motifs of the novel is the motif man-word. In «Good night» there are fragments which do not have any connections to plot division but they are devoted to the ideas of writing a book. The narrator takes a leading role in maintaining a sense polysemy.

Dramatic aspect is very important to build an appropriate radio advertisement and the role of theater art in the making is necessary. Radio advertisement assumed as very short radio drama, only in a matter of second in duration. Nevertheless, as same as radio drama, a radio advertisement has a structure such as characterization, plot, theme, setting, and dialog as well, where the dramatic aspect of radio advertisement occurred. It contains conflict as the essence of drama, suspense, and foreshadowing. From fifteen sample of radio advertisement, it found that theme is not identical with the advertized product. The ads using linear plot, characterization and setting is not always clear due to the limited time available to explain the characterization and setting in question. In general, radio advertisement using non-formal language. The dramatic aspect of an advertisement is very important since it where the advertisement able to attract its audience. To achieve such dramatic attraction, conflict is build based on theme with the dialog or monolog. Furthermore, suspense and foreshadowing often appear altogether. Words or sentences to express foreshadowing, often speak out in certain pattern, which create suspense. Theoretical understanding and practical exercises of the theatre happen to be very useful in the making of radio advertisement. The theoretical aspect of the theatre, such as playwriting and text analysis can used in preparing the advertisement's text, while the practical one, such as breathing exercise, vocal, and audio acting is needed in creating the ready on air radio advertisement. Key words: dramatic aspect, advertisement's structure, plot, characterization, theme, setting, dialog, conflict, foreshadowing, suspense.
