LKPS and LED mentoring activities are one of the duties and responsibilities of the Faculty Quality Assurance Unit (GPMF). The study programs that will participate in the mentoring activities are the Civics Education Study Program, the PGSD Study Program, and the Physics Education Study Program. The activity implementation method consists of 3 stages as follows: (1) Coordination meeting; (2) Implementation of Mentoring; and (3) Evaluation of Mentoring Activities. Assistance activities are carried out periodically within a period of 3 weeks. Each study program will be accompanied by 2 GPMF members. Based on the identified outcomes, the percentage of achievement of the outcomes is 66.67%. This calculation is obtained from the number of completed outputs. The PPKn study program cannot complete the LKPS and LED, while the PGSD and Physics Education study programs can complete the LKPS and LED.

This study aims to determine learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study programs using virtual lab. This type of research is quantitative research. It uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential stattistics to illustrate data learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores using the virtual lab. Data collection techniques used in this study were test for learning outcomes and observatory techniques for the scientific attitude. From the results of descriptive analysis for learning outcomes, it shows that the average is 75,05 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,011 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the learning outcomes. For the scientific attitudes it shows that the average is 76,14 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,001 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores.Keywords: Virtual Lab, Learning Outcomes, Scientific AttitudePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores dengan menggunakan virtual laboratorium. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif , dengan analisis statistik deskfiptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores menggunakan Virtual Laboratorium. Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the differences in the mastery of science process skills in experiment group students and control group students in basic physics practicum I in equilibrium material in physics education and biology education study programs. And to find out the description of the mastery of science process skills in the experiment and control group students in biology and physics education study programs. Methodology: This research is a quantitative research type quasy experiment with a static group comparison design. To determine the experiment class and the control class, both classes will be given a pre-test first. In the comparison group, researchers did not randomly select two groups to be given treatment with a posttest without a pre-test. The results of the mastery of students' science process skills will be analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Main Findings: The results of this study show that there are differences in the mastery of science process skills between students using Science Process Skills-based practicum guide books inquiry models with students who use conventional practicum guidebooks in each study program. Based on statistical parameters, SPS mastery in the experiment class is better than in the control class. Applications of this study: This research can be used as input for the Physics Education Study Program at the Universitas Jambi to consider the use of SPS-based practicum guides. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study aims to know the description and assessment of the mastery of SPS in the experiment group students and the control group students in the basic physics practicum in equilibrium material in biology education and physics education study programs in the use of science process skills-based practicum guides with inquiry models.

This study aims to determine the scientific attitudes and learning outcomes of students at physics education study programs by applying Pasco Scientific teaching aids based learning and to determine the effect of the use of post-scientific teaching aids on learning outcomes and scientific attitudes of students of physics education study programs. This research is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this study were physics education students who took 33 mechanics class. Data collection was conducted by using tests of learning outcomes, documentation and questionnaire distribution. The results showed that learning outcomes in mechanics after applying learning based on teaching aids post scientific averaged in 80.091. They are categorized as Good category. Scientific attitude variable averaged in 170.3 and it becomes 85.2 if converted. They are categorized as Good category. For the sig (2-tailed) value for the variable of learning outcomes and scientific attitudes obtained 0,000. It is certainly smaller than 0.05, thus it can be said that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be stated that the use of post-scientific teaching aids influences scientific attitudes and student learning outcomes.  Keywords: Pasco Scientific, Scientific Attitude, Learning Outcomes Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar mekanika mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis alat peraga Pasco Scientific dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat peraga pasco scientific terhadap hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel  dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan fisika yang memprogram mata kuliah mekanika sebanyak 33 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil belajar mekanika setelah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis alat peraga pasco scientific rerata 80,091. Jika dikategorikan menurut pedoman penilaian acuan patokan termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Untuk  variabel sikap ilmiah mahasiswa dengan  rerata 170,3 yang  jika dikonversikan dalam nilai menjadi 85,2. Jika dikategorikan menurut Pedoman Penilaian Acuan Patokan termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Untuk nilai sig (2-tailed) untuk variabel hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah diperoleh 0,000 yang tentu lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya penggunaan alat peraga pasco scientific berpengaruh terhadap sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika.Kata kunci: Pasco Scientific, Sikap Ilmiah, Hasil Belajar

The skills to construct and interpret graphs are a form of science skills and are an important component in learning physics. The purpose of this study was to describe the ability of undergraduate physics education students to construct graphs based on practicum data and interpret them. Data obtained through respondent answer sheets, thinking-aloud recordings, and interviews. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Untad and the research subjects of the Physics Education Study Program students were 6 people obtained based on the values of Basic Physics I and Basic Physics practicum II then divided into three groups of levels (high, medium, and low) with each category as many as 2 people. The results of this study indicate: 1) in general, respondents in the high, medium, and low categories can construct graphs but are not based on the prerequisite ability to construct graphs, especially in determining the x-axis and y-axis variables, 2) on the ability to interpret graphs, respondents can interpret graphs the relationship between variables on the graph but not supported by an explanation or evaluation based on proper physics concepts, 3) The strategy used by respondents in constructing graphs, in general, is to convert data in decimal form or scientific notation and 4) The difficulties experienced by respondents when constructing graphs are converting data, determining the scale and how to determine the variables on each graph axis.

This meta-analysis aims to determine the effect of research characteristics on the effect size of the direct instruction learning model in the undergraduate thesis of the Physics Education Study Program FKIP UNTAN, published in 2016-2019. This type of research is a survey research with purposive sampling technique consisting of 6 theses. Data collection techniques in this research are documentary studies. The results of undergraduate thesis Physics Education study programs that use the direct instruction learning model obtained an average effect size of 1.00 which high effectiveness categories based on the John Hattie barometer. In this study, there are 2 characteristics of researchers examined, among others: the gender of the researcher and Grade Point Average (GPA) of the researcher. Based on the 2 characteristics of the researchers, it did not have a significant effect on the effect size of the undergraduate students' thesis in the Physics Education study program that uses the direct instruction learning model. In this study there were 13 characteristics of the methodology studied including: research location, school level, sample size, number of classes, number of meetings, material sub-fields, learning tools or media, test reliability coefficient, instrument validity, test forms, forms of research, designs experiments, and data collection tools. Of the 13 characteristics of the methodology, it did not have a significant effect on the effect size of the undergraduate students' thesis in the Physics Education study program that used the direct instruction learning model.Kata Kunci: Meta-analisis, Skripsi, Model Pembelajaran Direct Instruction

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengembangkan buku ajar berbasis karakter pada mata kuliah hukum pidana di Program Studi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan FKIP Unsri. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui dampak potensial penggunaan buku ajar berbasis karakter terhadap pengembangan karakter mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan semester lima. Penelitian dilakukan melalui studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk kemudian di validasi oleh beberapa ahli dan uji coba produk dengan tahapan one to one, small group dan field test. Hasil penelitian dari beberapa tahapan yang telah dilalui dalam pengembangan buku ajar hukum pidana berbasis karakter ini terlihat bahwa buku ajar yang telah dikembangkan bersifat valid dan praktis untuk digunakan, materi yang diajarkan di kelas akan  lebih menarik bila disertai dengan contoh / kasus nyata di sekitarnya serta memiliki potensi mengembangkan karakter mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Buku Ajar Hukum Pidana, Berbasis KarakterAbstractThis study develops character-based textbooks on penal law courses in the Civics Education Study Program on Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Sriwijaya University. The aim is to determine the potential impact of using character-based textbooks on student character development. The subjects of this study were the fifth semester students of the Pancasila and Civics education study program. The research was carried out through a preliminary study, product development then validated by several experts and product trials with one to one stages, small groups and field tests. The results of the research from several stages that have been passed in the development of character-based penal law textbooks show that the textbooks that have been developed are valid and practical to use, the material taught in class will be more interesting if accompanied by real examples / cases around them and have potential to develop student character.Keywords: Penal Law Textbook, Character Based

ABSTRAK Artikel ini menguraikan hasil analisis deskriptif berbasis model mental fisika terhadap pemahaman kognitif mahasiswa semester pertama tahun ajaran 2019/2020 prodi pendidikan fisika JPMIPA FKIP UNIB Universitas Bengkulu pada konsep kinematika partikel dan gerak parabola. Data yang dianalisis diperoleh dari hasil pretest, lembar kerja mahasiswa (LKM),  dan data hasil posttest dari mahasiswa yang berjumlah 28 orang mengikuti kuliah fisika dasar 1. Skor rata-rata data hasil Pretest adalah  44,64 pada rentang nilai yang cukup lebar yaitu 30-80. Skor rata-rata pada data hasil Posttest adalah 71,42 dengan rentang 50-100. Skor rata-rata pada posttest mengalami peningkatan  sebesar 26,78 atau 60% terhadap skor rerata Pretest. Hasil analisis deskriptif pada data hasil pretest dan LKM menunjukkan  rendahnya penguasaan mahasiswa dalam memahami soal-soal bentuk diagram gambar fisika dan grafik fisika. Tetapi mahasiswa tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan rumus-rumus untuk  menjawab soal-soal konsep GLB. meskipun ada sejumlah mahasiswa salah menentukan besarnya percepatan pada soal GLBB. Dari analisis pada posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi kognitif pada mahasiswa.  Mahasiswa telah mampu menerapkan model mental fisika dalam memahami dan memecahkan soal-soal berbentuk konseptual, diagram, grafik, dan penerapan rumus fisika  pada materi kinematika partikel, dan konsep gerak parabola.  Kata kunci: model mental, kompetensi kognitif, kinematika partikel dan gerak parabola ABSTRACT This article portrays a deskriptif analysis results based on physics mental model toward cognitif reasoning of the first semester in the year of study 2019/2020 students in physics education study program of  the JPMIPA FKIP Bengkulu University on the concepts of kinematics particle and parabolic motion. The analized data were a pretestt, students work sheets (SWS) and posttest data Of 28 students who participated in basics physics 1 class. The mean score of the pretestt data was 44,64 in a range score  of 30.00-80.00. The mean score of the posttest data was 71,42 in a range score of 50.00-100.00. The mean score of posttest increased about 60% compare with the mean score of pretestt.  The deskriptif analysis on the pretestt data and the SWS data indicated that a low kognitif competency among the students in understanding physics diagram and solving physics graphs related problems. But no student faund any dificulty in using physics equations on solving the uniform motion problems. Eventhough some students failed in solving the amount of  acceleration related problems. The analysed results of the posttest data indicated an improvement on students kognitif competency. Most of the students could apply the physics mental model on solving the conceptual, diagram, graph, and matematics related physics problems. Keywords: mental model, kognitif competency, arithmatics particle, and parabolics motion.

The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education personnel at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study, Recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, majors, study programs, the head of staffing and the general administrative body, the chairman and vice chairman. The recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education personnel in each study program, which is to meet the needs of the ratio of lecturers and students. Conclusions, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. <p>This study aims to describe a strategy for improving the quality of graduates of the Early Childhood Education Study Program as an effort to improve the quality of education at the Nusantara Islamic University of Bandung. The research was conducted at the Early Childhood Education Study Program at Nusantara Islam University, with the subject of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of the Early Childhood Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data collection techniques through direct observation, searching documents and archives, and in-depth interviews. The results showed that there were SPMI policies and concepts in the form of academic quality standard documents and non-academic quality standard documents compiled by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM); Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) as the coordinator in the determination, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement of SPMI in the Early Childhood Education Study Program; SPMI implementation is carried out by drafting a design in the form of an SPMI cycle; The obstacles faced by leadership commitment are not optimal, the number of auditors is very limited, SPMI activities are only carried out as limited as routine steps taken in anticipation of obstacles in the form of providing experts in the implementation of SPMI, training for young auditors, fostering a spirit of quality assurance, conducting evaluations every semester. Utilization of the results of the SPMI evaluation in order to build a quality culture, BAN-PT accreditation and customer satisfaction.</p>

The backgroundof this research is because are still many errors of using conjunctions in the papers of student of the Indonesia Language and Literature education study program STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. This study aims to describe the misuse of conjunctions found in the papers of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature education study program STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. This type of research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data source of this research is a paper writing scientific papers and discourse analysis of studens of Indonesian Language and Literature education study programs STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. The data in this study are errors using conjunctions in student papers. The results of data analisysis showed that in the papers written by students there were still many errors in their use. Errors of use of conjunctions obtained as many as four errors of use of conjunctions namely Pertema. Misuse of conjunctions and those placed at the beginning of sentences and excessive use of conjunctions and expressions are found in sentences. Secondly, errors in the use of conjunctions and those used at the beginning of a sentence and are not used to connect two languages in a sentence. Third, the use of conjunction errors students put the conjunction at the beginning of a sentence and is not used to connect the power between sentences. Fourth, mistakes in the use of conjunctions while those used at the beginning of a sentence, whereas this conjunction is used precisily in the middle of asentence and used to combine contradictory sentences. The most common use of conjunction errors in student papers is the use of conjunctions whereas, because many students use conjunctions while not in place ther efore the use of conjunctions used by students is declared wrong.
