Introduction: A dental medical record is a systematic documentation of a patient, provided by the dentists. Various information including the patient data, diagnoses, treatments, and odontogram are recorded in the dental medical records. In Indonesia, the guideline of dental medical records has been established by the Ministry of Health. However, the preliminary study by the Department of Forensic Odontology, Faculty of Dental Medicine Universitas Airlangga, showed that many dentists documented the medical records, not following the Medical Record Guidelines from the Ministry of Health. Purpose: This study aims to determine the dentists’ understandings of the completeness of dental medical records according to the Dental Medical Record Guidelines by the Ministry of Health of Indonesia. Methods: A total of 358 dentists in East Java participated in this study by fulfilling an online questionnaire. Results: The results showed that approximately 27.4% of the respondents are conducting dental medical records following Dental Medical Record Guidelines. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to be considered as a reference for the implementation of socialization on the Dental Medical Record Guidelines and the formulation of policies that regulate the use of dental medical records following national standards.

The current article paper is aimed at assessing and comparing the seasonal check-in behavior of individuals in Shanghai, China, using location-based social network (LBSN) data and a variety of spatiotemporal analytic techniques. The article demonstrates the uses of location-based social network’s data by analyzing the trends in check-ins throughout a three-year term for health purpose. We obtained the geolocation data from Sina Weibo, one of the biggest renowned Chinese microblogs (Weibo). The composed data is converted to geographic information system (GIS) type and assessed using temporal statistical analysis and spatial statistical analysis using kernel density estimation (KDE) assessment. We have applied various algorithms and trained machine learning models and finally satisfied with sequential model results because the accuracy we got was leading amongst others. The location cataloguing is accomplished via the use of facts about the characteristics of physical places. The findings demonstrate that visitors’ spatial operations are more intense than residents’ spatial operations, notably in downtown. However, locals also visited outlying regions, and tourists’ temporal behaviors vary significantly while citizens’ movements exhibit a more steady stable behavior. These findings may be used in destination management, metro planning, and the creation of digital cities.

Background: Body composition in periods of childhood, puberty and adolescent is a marker of metabolic changes that occur during these periods of growth and maturation, and, thus, it is an important information regarding child and adolescent health. Purpose: The purpose is to study the age-related body index mass and body composition in the different age school boys in Tashkent city. Method: Boys body composition was measured by analyzer “Tanita BC 543” (Japan) in the morning between 9.00-10.00 p.m. Body composition parameters were determined in boys of three stage of development: childhood (seven year old), early adolescence (twelve year old), and late adolescence age (eighteen year old). Results: The obtained data show that as boys grow and develop, mass of all body components increased. The greatest increase was in adipose tissue, and the least one was in content of bone minerals. It was found 7-year-old children were underweight, but by the age of 18 there weight approached the normal value. However, weight normalization occurs due to an increase in adipose tissue. It is indirectly indicated a growing risk in the boys predisposition to the diabetes.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experience a greater range of health and social disadvantages compared to other Australians. Wellbeing is a culturally-bound construct, and to date, a national evidence base around the components of wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is lacking. Understanding and measurement of wellbeing for this population is critical in achieving health equity. This paper aims to identify and describe the foundations of wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults. This national qualitative study was underpinned by an Indigenist research approach which privileges the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults were purposively recruited from around Australia between September 2017 and September 2018 to participate in Yarning Circles, led by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander researchers. Yarning Circles were audio recorded, transcribed and analyzed. A Collaborative Yarning Methodology was used, which incorporated reflexive thematic analysis to identify and describe the foundations of wellbeing reported by participants. A total of 359 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults participated. Our analysis revealed five foundations of wellbeing: belonging and connection; holistic health; purpose and control; dignity and respect; and basic needs. These foundations were deeply interwoven by three interconnected aspects of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander life: family, community and culture. The findings of this study will substantially aid our efforts to develop a new wellbeing measure for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults. The iterative Indigenist methods used in this study provide a robust research methodology for conducting large-scale, nationally-relevant qualitative research with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Policies and practices that are informed by our results have the potential to address outcomes that are meaningful for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

BACKGROUND The use of social media or social networking sites (SNS) is increasing across all age groups, and one of the primary motives of using SNS is to seek health-related information. Although previous research examining the effect of SNS use on depression exist, studies regarding the effect of SNS use for health purpose on depression is limited. OBJECTIVE Our study aims to explore the relationship between SNS use for health purpose and depression across the four age groups (18-34 years old, 35-49 years old, 50-64 years old, and above 65 years old). METHODS A sample of 6,789 adults aged 18 and older was extracted from a 2017 and 2018 Health Information National Trends Survey (HINTS). Univariate and bivariate analyses to examine the association between each variable and four age groups were conducted. Multiple linear regression analyses to predict depression level among participants with use of SNS for health purpose were conducted. RESULTS SNS use for health purpose and depression were positively associated for three age groups but not for those 65 years or older (=0.13, P<0.05; =0.08, P<0.05; =0.09, P<0.05). Income and self-reported health status indicated an inverse relationship for all age groups. The relationship with marital status differed based on age group with 18 and 34 years old showing an inverse relationship (=-0.13, P<0.01) while 65 years or older showing a positive relationship (=0.06, P<0.05). Gender was positively associated among those in the 35-49 years old (=0.09, P<0.05) and 65 years or older (=0.07, P<0.05). Being Non-Hispanic White was positively associated with depression among 50-64 years old (=0.07, P<0.001) and 65 years or older (=0.08, P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Age-tailored education on determining accurate and reliable information shared via SNS is needed to reduce depressive symptoms.

In the present scenario in the field of human health service and body worn application, the major concern is to detect the actual cause of the pain in human body. In this paper the design and proper shape of antenna for a particular body part like knee, elbow or any other joints are presented with the optimized characteristics and comparison between spiral and Hilbert antenna so that the proper parameters like temperature, lubrications or any damage can be analysis. And for security service, the concern is for small size and minimum loss. Now these antenna devices transmit the physiological data from the body for health purpose and for security purpose and desired information will be transmitted from the body to the peripheral device. These two antennas are designed at operating/resonant frequency of 500 MHz with main objectives of minimum size, minimum error, less power consumption and proper shape of antenna to fit the body part after calculating the SAR value.

Background: Healthy houses in developing countries are a critical factor in human health, as the increase in population is not balanced by improvements in local community welfare. This has negative impacts on the environment and human health. Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify unhealthy houses in Kerinci, Indonesia. Method: This research used a descriptive cross-sectional approach. A survey of 122 houses was conducted to determine the characteristics of houses in Kerinci District, Jambi Province, Indonesia. Stratified random sampling was used to obtain representative healthy house data, by using four repetitions on each single question to minimize errors. Results: The results showed that 90% of respondents had a high occupant density. A high number of diseases were already experienced by residents in the area. These diseases were an indication that the area could be classified as unhealthy and included diarrhea (20%), acute respiratory infections (ARI; 13%), malaria (10%), skin diseases (15%), and other diseases (29%). Only 12% of the total respondents reported having no diseases. Conclusion: In the Kerinci District, 98% of houses were classified as unhealthy and as having potentially negative impacts on the health of residents. We recommend the government establish regulations to improve the health of houses and increase economic growth in Kerinci District, Indonesia.

BACKGROUND The use of social media or social networking site (SNS) is increasing across all age groups, and one of the primary motives of using SNS is to seek health-related information. Previous research shows inconclusive results regarding the effect of SNS use on depression, as social comparison that individuals experience while using SNS increases the likelihood of depression. But other argues the beneficial use of SNS in managing mental health. RESULTS SNS use for health purpose and depression were positively associated for all age groups with strongest association among the youngest group (=.113, P<.001). Income and self-reported health status indicated an inverse relationship for all age groups, while race and marital status differed by age group. Gender and frequency of visiting health care providers predicted higher level of depression depending on age group, such as positive association among 35-49 years old group (=.076, P<.05; =.077, P<.05, respectively). CONCLUSIONS Overall, SNS users may be susceptible to social comparison. Age-tailored interventions educating on healthy SNS use along with identifying individuals with existing depressive symptoms through assessment of SNS use pattern are needed.

Abstract In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, states have ordered the cessation of non-essential healthcare. Unfortunately, many conservative states have sought to capitalize on those orders to halt abortion care. In this short paper, we argue that abortion should not fall under any state’s non-essential healthcare order. Major medical organizations recognize that abortion is essential healthcare that must be provided even in a pandemic, and the law recognizes abortion as a time-sensitive constitutional right. Finally, we examine the constitutional arguments as to why enforcing these orders against abortion providers should not stand constitutional scrutiny. We conclude that no public health purpose can be served by this application because abortion uses less scarce resources and involves fewer contacts with healthcare professionals than prenatal care and delivery assistance, which is continuing to be provided in this public health emergency.
