As a kind of sport, wrestling is characterized by a complex compositional nature of preparing, which requires equal attention to the development of the physical and functional qualities of an athlete. The aim of the study is to optimize the mode and algorithm of training loads of a competitive nature in the period of preparation. The effectiveness of the training process was evaluated by functional indices and blood lactate level not only at the end of training load, but also in the recovery period. In the process of the study also, pedagogical analysis was carried out, anthropometric parameters and analysis of body components were determined. The results of the study indicate the need for regular monitoring of the regime of loads in order to timely correction of the training process, taking into account the individual characteristics of wrestlers at the stage of pre-competition preparing. Keywords: competitive wrestling; freestyle wrestling; functional preparation; lactate; training process.

Disease is as old as mankind itself. Man has always tried to understand natural phenomena and attempted to give his own explanation to it. According to Ayurveda, disease is a state of the body and mind that gives pain and discomfort to us. The cause of disturbance of the normal balance between the mind and body can be external, Agantuka, or internal, Nija. It means that the internal environment of the body is at constant interaction with the outside world. Disorder occurs when these two are out of balance. Hence to change the internal environment, to bring it at balance with the external world, it is important to understand the process of disease occurrence within the mind and body state. Ayurveda provides extensive insight into the concept and process of disease. According to Ayurveda, the root cause of any disease is always the imbalance of tridoshas, or body humours which further manifests as imbalance in other body components inevitably leading to diseases. Three main causes are misuse of intellect (pragyapradha), misuse of senses (Asatmendriyartha samyoga), seasonal variations (parinama or kala). Key words: Ayurveda, Roga, tridosha, trividha roga ayatana, pragyapradh, asatmendriyartha samyog, parinama.

ABSTRACT Numerous motors of the Kinesin family contribute to plus-end-directed microtubule transport. However, almost all transport towards the minus-end of microtubules involves Dynein. Understanding the mechanism by which Dynein transports this vast diversity of cargo is the focus of intense research. In selected cases, adaptors that link a particular cargo with Dynein have been identified. However, the sheer diversity of cargo suggests that additional adaptors must exist. We used the Drosophila egg chamber as a model to address this issue. Within egg chambers, Egalitarian is required for linking mRNA with Dynein. However, in the absence of Egalitarian, Dynein transport into the oocyte is severely compromised. This suggests that additional cargoes might be linked to Dynein in an Egalitarian-dependent manner. We therefore used proximity biotin ligation to define the interactome of Egalitarian. This approach yielded several novel interacting partners, including P body components and proteins that associate with Dynein in mammalian cells. We also devised and validated a nanobody-based proximity biotinylation strategy that can be used to define the interactome of any GFP-tagged protein.

Encephalitis is the inflammation of the central nervous system cells as a result of activation of immune cells, antibodies, or proteins by a reaction with pathogens or self-body components; when this happens, a malfunction of the immune system is known as this an auto-immune disease. Auto-immune encephalitis characterizes 21% of all encephalitis and manifests with loss of memory and cognition, personality deviations, neurologic deficit, aphasia, seizures, and epilepsy. Treatment is guaranteed using steroids, immunoglobulins, and plasmapheresis, and as a second-line therapy, cyclophosphamide or rituximab is used. In cases related to tumors, surgery is part of the treatment. An unusual case of auto-immune encephalitis is reported.

AbstractPrevious studies indicated that the P-body components, CGH-1 and EDC-3 may play a crucial role in the regulation of lifespan in Caenorhabditis elegans. Homo sapiens DDX6 or Saccharomyces cerevisiae Dhh1p (CGH-1 in C. elegans) could form complexes with EDC3 (Edc3p in yeast), respectively, which is significant for translation inhibition and mRNA decay. However, it is currently unclear how CGH-1 can be recognized by EDC-3 in C. elegans. Here, we provided structural and biochemical insights into the interaction between CGH-1 and EDC-3. Combined with homology modeling, mutation, and ITC assays, we uncovered an interface between CGH-1 RecA2 domain and EDC-3 FDF-FEK. Additionally, GST-pulldown and co-localization experiments confirmed the interaction between CGH-1 and EDC-3 in vitro and in vivo. We also analyzed PATR-1-binding interface on CGH-1 RecA2 by ITC assays. Moreover, we unveiled the similarity and differences of the binding mode between EDC-3 and CAR-1 or PATR-1. Taken together, these findings provide insights into the recognition of DEAD-box protein CGH-1 by EDC-3 FDF-FEK motif, suggesting important functional implications.

In order to enable obese adolescents to increase muscle content, base metabolism, etc., aerobic training is used reduce body fat and then improve body components, health physique indicators, and physical fitness. This paper adopts the current situation for research and model construction through the K-center algorithm. The results show that 10 min swimming movement increased the adolescent patients’ level of brain metabolism, and with no less than 15 min, the CI value rose to 41, the increase in brain metabolism in adolescents, and the rate of fat combustion effectively increased. It is guaranteed that physical health prevents the occurrence of obese syndrome diseases. Sports training can not only increase the skinny weight of the teen obese population but also reduce body fat content, which has a significant assistance to body type, is a high-cost performance, and has comprehensive training means.

Proteasome assembly utilizes multiple dedicated assembly chaperones and is regulated by signaling pathways that respond to diverse stress conditions. To discover new factors influencing proteasome base assembly, we screened a tiled high-copy yeast genomic library to identify dosage suppressors of a temperature-sensitive proteasome regulatory particle (RP) base mutant. The screen identified Nst1, a protein that when overexpressed, specifically suppressed the temperature sensitivity and proteasome-assembly defects of multiple base mutants. Nst1 overexpression reduced cytosolic RP ATPase (Rpt) aggregates in nas6Δ rpn14Δ cells, which lack two RP assembly chaperones. Nst1 is highly polar and predicted to have numerous intrinsically disordered regions, characteristics commonly found in proteins that can segregate into membraneless condensates. In agreement with this, both endogenous and overexpressed Nst1 could form cytosolic puncta that co-localized with processing body (P-body) components. Consistent with the accumulation of translationally inactive mRNAs in P-bodies, Nst1 overexpression inhibited global protein translation in nas6Δ rpn14Δ cells. Translational inhibition is known to suppress aggregation and proteasome assembly defects in base mutants under heat stress . Our data indicate that Nst1 is a previously overlooked P-body component that when expressed at elevated levels inhibits translation, prevents Rpt subunit aggregation, and rescues proteasome assembly under stress conditions.

Background: Body composition in periods of childhood, puberty and adolescent is a marker of metabolic changes that occur during these periods of growth and maturation, and, thus, it is an important information regarding child and adolescent health. Purpose: The purpose is to study the age-related body index mass and body composition in the different age school boys in Tashkent city. Method: Boys body composition was measured by analyzer “Tanita BC 543” (Japan) in the morning between 9.00-10.00 p.m. Body composition parameters were determined in boys of three stage of development: childhood (seven year old), early adolescence (twelve year old), and late adolescence age (eighteen year old). Results: The obtained data show that as boys grow and develop, mass of all body components increased. The greatest increase was in adipose tissue, and the least one was in content of bone minerals. It was found 7-year-old children were underweight, but by the age of 18 there weight approached the normal value. However, weight normalization occurs due to an increase in adipose tissue. It is indirectly indicated a growing risk in the boys predisposition to the diabetes.
