Abstract- The times have created an identity crisis that has led to the fading of cultural diversity. This has caused many buildings in Indonesia today that have acted on behalf of or made the building have a local identity to reflect culture. The local identity used should not only be in the physical part of the building, but also have concepts and meanings applied. One of the local identity can be reflected through the expression of the building. A good building expression is a building that can pay attention to the local identity of the local culture in the building. This study aims to determine the local identity contained in the object of study, related to the expressions observed by observers. The object of study needs to be examined and studied further about the concept of Tri Angga used, and the representation of Bali that is reflected through the building, so that it can be known whether the object of study displays local Balinese identity or not. This evaluation discusses the conclusions of local identity in the case study building expressions and what should be done so that the local identity of Bali is more felt in the object of research. The theory used to support this research is the evaluation of architecture, local identity, architectural expression, identity and expression of Balinese architecture. The expression theory uses the Building Quality Theory by Kevin Lynch in 1960. The aspects of expression theory are chosen according to the explanations relevant to the object of study, form simplicity, visual scope, directional differentiation, and dominance. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods with descriptive, analytic, and interpretative approaches. The results of the study were to evaluate the local identity contained in the Katamama Hotel building expressions, which were assessed based on the theory of building quality. Local identity in the research object is in the aspect of dominance / dominance. The identity used is only found in the Bali brick material used in the scope of the building. Katamama Hotel does not use Balinese concepts, which rights are a characteristic or identity of Balinese architecture. The quality of buildings such as visual scope in the shape of the building is the main expression to be displayed. The brick material with gaps obtained from the brick structure makes a visual impression that can be felt by visitors, and is in accordance with the concept designed by the architect of the building by paying attention to lighting and shadows. While the quality of directional differentiation and form simplicity in buildings, both the shape of the building and the arrangement of the space become an aspect that is less attention to the Katamama Hotel. The benefit of this research is to provide an in-depth understanding of local identity and the importance of maintaining local wisdom, educating the public about the expression and its relation to local architectural identity with examples of real objects, so that physical and non-physical elements can be seen, enriching knowledge, especially culture local archipelago, as well as adding theoretical study studies on local expression and identity, as well as their relation to national identity.   Key words: Evaluation, local identity, expression, Bali

Application of disinfectants and antiseptics continue to be an essential part of infection control practices; as such there is the need for constant evaluation of their effectiveness. The study aimed at evaluating the antibacterial effectiveness of some brands of disinfectants and antiseptics against some bacterial isolates. Two disinfectants-D1 (Sodium hypochlorite 3.85%) and D2 (7% Tar acid, phenol, 2% cresylic creosote) and two antiseptics-A1 (Chloroxyenol B.Pc 48%nw/v, oleumpiniaromgticum 8.3%w/w) and A2 (Dichlorometaxylenol, IPA, terpinol) were selected and their efficacies against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp and Escherichia coli were determined using agar disk diffusion methods. The potency of the disinfectants was further evaluated against phenol to establish the phenol coefficient (Pc). The result revealed that both the disinfectants and the antiseptics inhibited the different test organisms at various concentrations producing higher inhibition zones at higher concentrations (P=0.001) that differ significantly with the type of agent used (P=0.007).Both agents produces higher inhibitions zones against S. aureus, Klebsiella spp, E. coli and the least inhibition zones against P. aeruginosa. At 100% concentration, D1 produces the highest inhibition zone of 21mm against E. coli, while A1produces the highest inhibition zones of 17mm against E. coli, S. aureus and Klebsiella spp. The result indicated that both disinfectants (D1 and D2) are more effective than phenol and that D1 is more effective than D2 with Pc coefficient of 3.0 and 2.0 against S. aureus and P. aeruginosa respectively compared to D2 with a Pc of 2.0 and 1.05 against S. aureus and P. aeruginosa. The study identifies that both disinfectants and antiseptics especially D1 and A1 were effective against the test isolates except for P. aeruginosa which was less susceptible. Palavras-chave: avaliação, DEA, prêmio escola nota dez.VALIDATION EXPLORATORY STUDY CROSS IN SCHOOLS USING DEA METHODOLOGY NOTE TEN SOBRAL, CARIRÉ, FRECHEIRINHA, MASSAPÊ/CE (BASE YEAR 2013)AbstractThe government of the State of Ceará, through the Department of Education - Seduc -, has been implementing educational validations guided by accountability model since 2003. One of these actions in order to orchestrate the improvement of educational quality, is called School award note ten, a measure of encouragement and recognition to the good results of schools across the literacy goal of all students of the 2nd year. Whereas the educational indicators for awards schools are extracted from the Permanent System of Evaluation of Basic Education of Ceará - Spaece/Alfa -, there was an exploratory study, cross-validation, in order to check the consistency and reproducibility of the results of excellent schools propagated by School award note ten. Or this, we applied the data envelopment analysis model - DEA - in 91 measured by Spaece schools in the municipalities of Sobral, Frecheirinha, Cariré Massapê and, from 2013, in order to compare with the contents efficiency in DMUs. The study revealed that there is agreement between models. The results showed that the 16 winning schools - DMUs - obtained acceptable efficiency ratio between 0.90 and 1.0, the DEA, noting that the schools note ten were also considered schools of excellence by the DEA model. This confluence of the models indicates that the results of Spaece/Alfa enable reliable subsidies to evaluate the efficiency of schools. However, the cross-validation also showed that there are 33 schools, inside the efficiency curve, but which have not received the Award school note dec. In this respect, the analysis lacks balance, because for that school unit to be awarded the Note Award Ten in addition to achieving the desired proficiency, there is also the requirement that the municipality where it is located, obtain at least 70% of students, 2nd year, with the level Desirable in Spaece/Alfa scale. In addition, the school needs is among the 150 ranking with the best student proficiencies in Ceará. Thus, further study to determine the factors that revealed discrepancy would be required. Key-words: evaluation, DEA, award school note ten.
