The problem of this research focuses on the communication between the organizing center and the external tutors at practicum centers. A non-experimental methodology is followed to explore the connections between the different variables. Six correlations between the following variables stand out. Positive correlation: gender with sports specialty, academic degree with distance training expertise, and age with collaboration with the organization. Negative correlation: sportive degree with needed training and received information; and, collaboration with the organization with received information. In addition, a dendrogram was constructed from the qualitative question with five large nodules. The results indicate that tutors do not receive information and that they are not related to the organization at any of the formative moments. It would be convenient to prepare a communication protocol where all participants could contribute from different points of view.

Abstract During the last five years, a digital training solution, based on Virtual Reality, for immersive and collaborative experience on a virtual drilling rig, was developed and updated by company’s Well Operations Department in collaboration with Corporate University Infrastructures. This paper will present the digital training environment and its applications, including a discussion of all supporting deployment facilities. The digital Drilling Environment consists in the full digitalization of a last generation offshore semi-submersible drilling rig. On the Virtual Rig, it is possible to access all equipment and workplaces, re-play past operations from a company’s database and interact with a number of safety situations from inductions and drills to the reproduction of a series of real incidental events. The virtual environment is accessible in dedicated 3D rooms, by using Virtual Reality headsets, stand-alone PCs, via lan or by remote internet connections. The new training method, which proved incremental to traditional approaches, turned out to be decisive in supporting long distance education in unprecedented times of sanitary emergency. In particular, the virtual drilling rig ensures an immersive and collaborative experience of rig operational and emergency conditions, while granting a safe and protected environment where knowledge can be quickly achieved. The necessity to focus on new long distance training approaches and the further enhancement of the virtual drilling environment portability were boosted by the particular world situation, which led to the necessity to address, manage and review the overall company’s educational strategies. This paper is made available to discuss suggestions and to present all lessons learnt.

The training process held by the Medan Religious Education and Training Center (BDK) is still carried out using the classical method, it means that training process can be established on the condition that there is a meeting between committee, participants and lecturers in a class. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has not ended until now, means that using classical training cannot be done optimally. Therefore, distance training method (E-Learning) was developed as a solution to the that problem. To support the successful implementation of the training, a web-based system for distance training process is needed as a media between committee, participants and lecturers. The Web-based system using Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle version 3.10.7. The method of system design uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with the Waterfall method. It is recommended that a Distance Training System be provided with technical instructions for using the system.

ABSTRAKPandemi covid-19 sekarang ini sangat berdampak besar disegala aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan, pelajaran secara keseluruhan dengan cara tatap muka dikehidupan normal, dituntut merubah metode pembelajaran, yaitu pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ), perubahan ini menuntut pengajaran (guru) untuk mempu menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengajaran yang lebih menarik  dan dinamis. SMK 7 Muhammadiyah Jakarta membutuhkan metode pembelajaran tersebut, oleh karena itu tim pengabdian masyarakat dari fakultas teknik uhamka mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi canva desaign grafis untuk mendesai beberapa hal secara mudah.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu pelatihan pengunaan aplikasi canva berbagai materi pembelajaran dengan visualisasi yang mewakili isi pembelajaran itu sendiri, serta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam berkreasi. Hasil pelatihan diadakan selama dua hari, metode praktik dengan media daring, kemudian kuesioner bermetode skala likert dilakukan untuk didapatkan timbal balik atau tanggapan mengenai pelatihan ini, dan ternyata didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan bertambah dengan adanya kegiatan ini sebesar 78,57% dengan total kepuasaan secara keseluruhan 85,71%. Kata kunci: pelatihan jarak jauh; pelatihan canva; guru SMK Muhammadiyah ABSTRACTThe current covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on all aspects of life, including the field of education, the whole lesson is face-to-face in normal life, it is required to change the learning method, namely distance learning (PJJ), this change requires teaching (teachers) to be able to adapt to the needs of a more interesting and dynamic teaching. SMK 7 Muhammadiyah Jakarta requires this learning method, therefore the community service team from the Uhamka Faculty of Engineering held training on using the Canva Graphic Design application to design several things easily. The purpose of this service is to train the use of the Canva application for various learning materials with visualizations that represent the content of the learning itself, and to improve teacher skills in being creative. The results of the training were held for two days, the practical method with online media, then a questionnaire using the Likert scale method was carried out to obtain feedback or responses about this training, and it was found that knowledge increased by this activity by 78.57% with a total overall satisfaction of 85 ,71%. Keywords: canva training; distance training; muhammadiyah vocational school teacher

The pandemic covid-19 and the development of information technology and communication is a resistance and challenge for those who are trained to innovate the training pattern. In practice, the distance training as multimedia based learning becomes an alternative implementation pattern that is widely applied by training institutions. In the implementation of this distance training, literacy skills of the participants are required. This study aims to explain the increase in literacy skills of Madrasah Tsanawiyah mathematics teachers through the application of distance training. This study is a quantitative descriptive study on a sample of mathematics teacher training participants at the Surabaya Religious Education and Training Center in 2021. The research design used a one sample pre test-post test with a test as a data collection technique. Then the data was processed using N-Gain analysis techniques and using t-test's SPSS paired sample test method. The results showed that there was an increase in literacy ability in general by 0.842 (high Gain category) with t-test results at = 0.05, df = 34 of 16, 952 > t table (very significant category). Meanwhile, the literacy ability of mathematical content in the geometry aspect showed an increase of 0.618 (medium gain category) with t-test results at = 0.05, df = 34 of 11,153 > t table (very significant category). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of distance training can improve the literacy skills of Madrasah Tsanawiyah mathematics teachers.

To complete the distance training of tax advisor functional, the training assistants have prepared the materials, include learning videos. In order to have same expectation as what the participants need, the videos need to know the participants perception of those. This study uses a descriptive method, measuring the value of independent variables without making comparison among others. Data is collected by questionnaires and documentation. It is processed to be quantitative data and qualitative data. The analysis technique for quantitative data is by presenting data in tabular form or frequency distribution and cross tabulation (crosstab). On the other side, for qualitative data, the author reduces the data by combining similar answers in one sentence. The result of these techniques is the most liked-type videos is the tutorial video and the preferred duration ones is within 3-5 minutes. It is because the video have combination of visual, audio, and sophisticating for the participant. The video can help the learners to understand the material better and make the learning more interesting. On the other hand, the lack of the video is only one-way communication. ABSTRAKUntuk melengkapi bahan Pelatihan Jarak Jauh Fungsional Penyuluh Pajak penyelenggara telah menyiapkan bahan pelatihan diantaranya berupa video pembelajaran. Agar video pembelajaran yang disediakan sesuai kebutuhan peserta maka perlu diketahui persepsi peserta atas video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu mengetahui nilai variabel yang bersifat mandiri, baik satu variabel atau lebih (independen) tanpa melakukan perbandingan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan untuk data kuantitatif dengan menyajikan data dalam bentuk tabel atau distribusi frekuensi dan tabulasi silang (crosstab). Untuk data kualitatif, penulis melakukan reduksi data dengan menggabungkan jawaban-jawaban yang serupa dalam satu kalimat. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa jenis video yang paling diskuai oleh pserta pelatihan adalah jenis video tutorial, sedang durasi video yang disukai peserta adalah video dengan durasi 3-5 menit. Alasan peserta lebih menyukai video pembelajaran dibandingkan dengan media yang lain karena video memenuhi unsur visual, audio, dan sesuai perkembangan zaman Media pembelajaran video dapat memudahkan pemelajar untuk lebih memahami materi. Kelebihan video pembelajaran adalah video pembelajaran lebih mudah diterima dan lebih menarik. Sedangkan kekurangan video pembelajaran adalah komunikasi dalam bentuk video merupakan komunikasi satu arah saja.

This community service activity is a collaboration between IPB International and DPD HILLSI (Association of Indonesian Private Training Institution) Bali which supervise the Job Training Centers in Bali. This activity was held to respond to an urgent need related to distance training that was held as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This distance training needs transformation of training media from conventional to digital. The participants of this community service activity are instructors from Job Training Centre of the tourism and hospitality sector in Bali. This activity, which was held for 3 days, focusing on the development of digital-based media in accordance with current needs. The method of this training was not only lecturing, but also discussion and give many opportunities for the participants to practice their skill, and presenting their media. Participants were given the opportunity to work on a project to make several training media which were presented at the end of the training. To support the project, all participants were provided with supporting facilities, such as internet quota, modules, and clip microphones. After participating this training, participants have understanding of the importance of media in a competency-based training, able to create various digital-based training medias, and distance learning quality improvement.
