A wireless sensor network (WSN) of a tree-like topology is considered, which performs measurements and transmits their results to the consumer. Under the interference influence, the WSN nodes transmitters low power makes the transmitted information vulnerable, which leads to significant data loss. To reduce the data loss during transmission, a noise-immune WSN model is proposed. Such a WSN, having detected a stable connection absence between a pair of nodes, transfers the interaction between these nodes to a radio channel free from interference influence. For this, the model, in addition to forming a network and transferring application data, provides for checking the communication availability based on the keep-alive mechanism and restoring the network with a possible channel change. A feature point of the proposed approach is the ability to restore network connectivity when exposed to interference of significant power and duration, which makes it impossible to exchange service messages on the channel selected for the interaction of nodes. To support the model, work algorithms and data structures have been developed, indicators have been formalized to assess an anti-jamming system work quality.

<p>It is the objective to provide a mathematical treatment of a model to predict the behaviour of an invasive specie proliferating in a domain, but with a certain hostile zone. The behaviour of the invasive is modelled in the frame of a non-linear diffusion (of Porous Medium type) equation with non-Lipschitz and heterogeneous reaction. First of all, the paper examines the existence and uniqueness of solutions together with a comparison principle. Once the regularity principles are shown, the solutions are studied within the Travelling Waves (TW) domain together with stability analysis in the frame of the Geometric Perturbation Theory (GPT). As a remarkable finding, the obtained TW profile follows a potential law in the stable connection that converges to the stationary solution. Such potential law suggests that the pressure induced by the invasive over the hostile area increases over time. Nonetheless, the finite speed, induced by the non-linear diffusion, slows down a possible violent invasion.</p>

The article considers the nominative field of the concept "court" in the history of the Russian official language on the material of legislative documents of the 18 th century. The subject of the study is the relationship between the official segment of the concept "court" and the ordinary segment in the context of ethnic mentality. The hypothesis of ethno-cultural neutrality of the official segment has been tested. Special attention is paid to the evaluation nominations of the concept, their syncretsemia is revealed. The activity of non-terminological, morally and religiously marked nominations in relation to terms is found. Functional-semantic insufficiency of legal categories, their stable connection with moral and ethical categories in legal language consciousness is shown. Domination of semantic and conceptual constituents "truthful", "righteous / decent", "fair" over "legal" is established. The functional weakness of the conceptual sphere "law" is noted. The traditional ethno-specific perception of legal language consciousness is stated as predominance of moral and ethical concepts "truth", "righteousness", "fairness", "good", "conscience", "soul" over the "law". A high degree of ethno-cultural marking of the official segment of the concept "court" with a dominant meliorative valuation was noted. The analysis of the ordinary segment of the concept "court" in Russian paremiology revealed the above mentioned ethno-cultural concepts with a prevailing pejorative estimate. The coincidence of the justice pattern in the official and ordinary legal consciousness is noted.

This is the first special issue that JPHE hosts—and could there be a more suitable forum for an issue dedicated to exploring and encouraging a critical dialogue around transformative intercultural communication teaching practices in higher education (HE)? What has led us to engage with the theme of making intercultural education meaningful is a shared observation that there seems to be an increasing disconnect between recent developments in intercultural communication theory and practice. With so much critique published over the years, we are perplexed as to why traditional notions of culture still prevail not only in mainstream intercultural communication research but also in institutional discourses in HE and in popular discourses as articulated by the people who sit—or have once sat—in our classrooms. In this editorial and Special Issue, we approach intercultural communication from a critical angle, akin to the theorization of interculturality as a discursive and contingent, unstable and contradictory, political and ideological construct. We are thrilled to see this approach gain ground in the field of intercultural communication. However, at the same time, we are worried that the terrain of intercultural communication teaching across HE settings has become quite unruly and is characterized by pedagogical solutions that do not have a stable connection to state-of-the-art theory, and that might lead to naive, simplistic, and essentialist understandings of ‘culture’ and ‘the other’.......

The aim of this article was to identify the nature of threats and risks for people and society from the digitalization of society and the introduction of artificial intelligence from the perspective of Russian and Slovak students of Generation Z. The main empirical research methods were questionnaires, in-depth interview and focus group. In the context of the COVID 19 pandemic limitations, the research was conducted remotely using Google Form, Skype, and Zoom. 1857 GenZ students from 35 Russian universities and 316 GenZ students from two Slovak universities took part in the survey. When comparing the populations of Russian and Slovak GenZ by qualitative characteristics, a very high positive correlation was revealed with the Pearson correlation coefficient R=0.962-0.9782. The following trend was revealed: an increase in the rate of digitalization of society and the introduction of AI in comparison with the rate of study by society, a person of the possibilities of the digital environment, AI, and their mastery of technologies for using AI. The study revealed a stable connection: digitalization and AI create comfortable conditions for human life and at the same time generate a danger for human dependence on the digital environment. The main directions for the further development of this study can be studying this problem in other countries, the definition of a methodology for identifying threats and risks, and the development of a set of measures to overcome them.

The article discusses the existing approaches to the definition of real estate. Along with the traditional signs of real estate fixed in the legislation, namely: a strong connection with the land, the need for state registration of rights, there are other signs of real estate. Additional features include a stable connection of real estate with the territory of the Russian Federation, which allows us to explain the extension of the real estate regime to ships and aircraft, as well as other features. The emergence of new types of real estate in the legislation requires improving approaches to the legal regulation of rights to real estate and transactions with it.

This work provides an analytical approach to characterize and determine solutions to a porous medium system of equations with views in applications to invasive-invaded biological dynamics. Firstly, the existence and uniqueness of solutions are proved. Afterwards, profiles of solutions are obtained making use of the selfsimilar structure that permits to show the existence of a diffusive front. The solutions are then studied within the Travelling Waves (TW) domain showing the existence of potential and exponential profiles in the stable connection that converges to the stationary solutions in which the invasive specie predominates. The TW profiles are shown to exist based on the geometry perturbation theory together with an analytical-topological argument in the phase plane. The finding of an exponential decaying rate (related with the advection and diffusion parameters) in the invaded specie TW is not trivial in the non-linear diffusion case and reflects the existence of a TW trajectory governed by the invaded specie runaway (in the direction of the advection) and the diffusion (acting along a finite speed front or support).

Abstract Introduction: Attachment is a stable connection or emotional knot between two individuals as one of the parties tries to maintain this connection. Delivery time as a turning point between two stages of attachment is very important. Methods: In a descriptive–analytical study based on specific inclusion criteria, 262 pregnant women were selected in the age range of 15-45 years old and the gestational age of 37 to 42 weeks who were candidates for physiological or non-physiological delivery. After obtaining written consent forms, the demographic information questionnaire was given to the participants. One hour after delivery, the attachment questionnaire was completed by the researcher in the postpartum ward. Also, the Spielberg anxiety inventory was completed up to 1 hour after delivery. Independent sample ttest was used to compare the results between the two groups. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 21. Results: The participants in the physiological delivery group showed more positive attachment behaviors in comparison with the other group. In all three dimensions of attachment (emotional, contiguous, and caring behavior), physiological delivery showed higher scores than the other group. Also in non-physiological delivery group, the participants had experienced higher levels of anxiety and the differences between the groups were not significant. Conclusion: Results of the current study indicated that mothers engaged in physiological delivery had higher scores in mother to child attachment behaviors. It means they are more successful than the non-physiological delivery group in getting attached to their babies.

Abstract The microstructure, chemical composition and mechanical strength of heterogeneous materials of mantis shrimp (Oratosquilla oratoria) saddle were studied. As the key component of the striking system, the saddle comprised two distinct layers including outer layer and inner layer. The outer layer contained blocky microtubules and exhibited compact appearance. The inner layer presented a typical periodic lamellar structure. Due to the change of the thickness of the mineralized outer layer, the organic multilamellar structure became the foundation and enhanced the connection strength (4.55 MPa) at the connect regions between the saddle and merus exoskeleton and membrane, respectively. In the process of fracture, the lamellar structure dispersed the stress effectively by the change of the crack deflection direction and the microfibrils ordered arrangement. The exploration of mantis shrimp saddle region is beneficial to understand the striking system and provided the possibility for the stable connection of heterogeneous materials in engineering fields. The microstructure, heterogeneous material connection characteristics and high mechanical strength of saddle provide bionic models for the preparation of fiber-reinforced resin composites and soft composites.

The article is devoted to the problems of studying the theory and practice of imitation technique in polyphonic music of strict writing. Three types of imitation — simple, stretto and canonical — appear as relevant in modern musical theoretical literature. An analysis of the existing concepts showed that the interpretations of the essence of simple and canonical imitation in different sources coincide, although the formulations in details, as a rule, differ. Against this background, significant differences in the understanding of stretto (narrow, tight) imitation are especially noticeable. Many authors, foreign and domestic, starting from the teachings of the 18th century, consider the stretto in the context of the fugue form. At the same time, a number of researchers of the 20th century (domestic and foreign) have formed a different position. They believe that it is possible to expand the musical and historical boundaries of the use of the concept of stretto, its use in relation to the imitative polyphony of the Renaissance. The authors talk about the stretto in at least three different cases: the effect of a compressed temporary introduction of imitation voices (S. Skrebkov, T. Dubravskaya), narrow introduction of voices with their subsequent non-imitation promotion (N. Simakova), the tight entry of the rispost before the end of the theme in the propost, which does not fit into the canon (K. Eppessen, S. Skrebkov). The analysis of the musical material showed that the broadly understood stretto (the conciseness of the timing of the introduction of voices) is very typical of the polyphony of strict writing and manifests itself in many and different methods. The musical material of the study was the one-theme initial imitation sections of the four-six-part Palestrina motets, the compositional foundation of which lacks cantus firmus. The thematic organization was considered taking into account the genre of the motet, which belongs to the class of text-musical forms. In accordance with the nature of the genre, the function of the theme in the imitation section is performed by a text-musical line built on a relatively stable connection of a text line and an expanded melodic soggetto.
