The aim of this article was to identify the nature of threats and risks for people and society from the digitalization of society and the introduction of artificial intelligence from the perspective of Russian and Slovak students of Generation Z. The main empirical research methods were questionnaires, in-depth interview and focus group. In the context of the COVID 19 pandemic limitations, the research was conducted remotely using Google Form, Skype, and Zoom. 1857 GenZ students from 35 Russian universities and 316 GenZ students from two Slovak universities took part in the survey. When comparing the populations of Russian and Slovak GenZ by qualitative characteristics, a very high positive correlation was revealed with the Pearson correlation coefficient R=0.962-0.9782. The following trend was revealed: an increase in the rate of digitalization of society and the introduction of AI in comparison with the rate of study by society, a person of the possibilities of the digital environment, AI, and their mastery of technologies for using AI. The study revealed a stable connection: digitalization and AI create comfortable conditions for human life and at the same time generate a danger for human dependence on the digital environment. The main directions for the further development of this study can be studying this problem in other countries, the definition of a methodology for identifying threats and risks, and the development of a set of measures to overcome them.

Introduction.Digital etiquette is a new type of etiquette that defines the rules of behavioral culture in the digital environment of the Internet. It is also shown that digital etiquette is not only a new type of communicative interaction, but also is one of the new socio-cultural phenomena of digital civilization, as well as modern convergent knowledge of a theoretical and applied nature, which is formed at the intersection of humanitarian and technological knowledge and is currently in the process of its formation.Methodology and sources. The work is based on the application of the methodology of historical-philosophical, cultural-philosophical, axiological and interdisciplinary approaches to the consideration of digital etiquette as a new communicative phenomenon of modern reality. The works of russian and foreign authors are devoted to the etiquette theme in the digital and non-digital environment as a source base, as well as modern scientific research are used in digital communications, including digital humanities. Results and discussion.Based on the analysis presented in the article according to the definition of etiquette as a phenomenon and as a concept, its essential features and distinctive characteristics, the specific features of digital etiquette are identified, including value attitudes that are determined by the properties of the third-generation Network (in particular, such as Digital- and Phygital-interaction, actualization of the reputational component of behavioral culture on the Internet, personalization of branding, etc.), which generally indicated the interdisciplinary nature of the new etiquette and the general trend of its development as a digital humanitarian knowledge.Conclusion. The role and importance of the behavioral culture of Network users at the personal and corporate levels becomes very important in modern realities. However, first of all, this applies to representatives of the younger generation-generation Z, which has defined personal freedom as the main value of its existence in society. In this regard, the role of the educational component, including its etiquette component, is objectified in the entire educational system. In particular, within the higher school, digital etiquette training is the training of digital humanitarian knowledge, which represents the unity of educational and educational in the formation of a behavioral culture that reflects the challenges of the new era.

The high dynamics of changes in the socio-cultural environment under the influence of the digitalization of society and the introduction of artificial intelligence requires a timely study of emerging phenomena and problems for a quick and adequate response. Despite the fact that today, management decisions are made by representatives of the older generations, the near future will be shaped on the basis of the opinion of young people – generation Z (GenZ). The aim of the article was to study the nature of the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on the socio-cultural environment through the prism of the views of generation Z students. Research methods: a set of general scientific and special methods. The main empirical research methods were a sociological survey based on the online service Google Form, an in-depth interview, and a focus group using communication programs. The study was conducted with the involvement of Russian and Slovak students from GenZ, taking into account the restrictions associated with the COVID 19 pandemic. The sociological survey was conducted among students of 35 leading universities in Russia (n = 1881) and 2 universities in Slovakia n = 316 people. The selection of respondents was made by the “snowball” method through a chain of redirecting questionnaires to generation Z students and attracting additional subjects to the study. As a result of the study, it was found that the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on society is complex, contradictory and ambiguous, the depth and extent of the impact of which has not yet been studied. For the first time, the authors revealed the similarities and differences in the positions of Russian and Slovak students of GenZ in their various combinations. There was revealed a statistical significance between the factorial and effective signs (p <0.001) with a very high positive correlation. Pearson's correlation coefficient is in the range R = 0.973-9902. At the same time, 66% of Russian and 65% of Slovak GenZ believe that digitalization of society and AI will create favorable conditions for the training and development of youth, employment of university graduates; 55% of Slovak respondents (against 42% of Russian) believe that these processes will deepen social inequality in society. Risks of a decrease in human intellectual abilities have been identified against the background of digitalization and AI coverage of the entire social environment, but they have not yet reached their peak values. As a result, the main factors influencing the socio-cultural environment were formulated, the dependence in the triad system "student-teacher-university administration" was revealed: the longer distance education lasts in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic, the less students are willing to return to the offline format. The following trends were revealed: growth of some advantage of generation Z in employment in the context of digitalization and the introduction of artificial intelligence against the backdrop of the COVID 19 pandemic; reducing the time of interaction with the digital environment, monitor screens for rich people. The results obtained in the future are applicable to the development of the theory of digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence in the social environment, the upbringing of generation Z.

Aging is a part of human life, often accompanied by serious illnesses. Nowadays, people sometimes do not live up to the biological aging of the body at all due to late-timed diagnosis of diseases. Unfortunately, the methods of early detection of diseases associated with aging do not yet have the technical equipment that would allow them to be fully implemented. This article provides an overview of methods for defining and analyzing the aging of the body. This is a review article of a novel hardware and software complex for health monitoring developed by a scientific group, which analyzes human bio parameters using artificial intelligence algorithms. The relevance of the proposed system is undeniable due to the used algorithms of artificial intelligence, with the help of which it is possible to quickly and accurately analyze a large amount of data related to human aging. The article will be of interest to developers of artificial intelligence, biostatisticians and scientists working on the definition of aging in the human body.

The paper deals with consideration of approaches to definition of the phenomenon of religious faith. Modern determination of faith relies on semantics of the term and a number of significant aspects, which historically determined the contents of religious belief understood by representatives of the Russian philosophy. Many ideas raised by fiction gained further development and specification and acted as a powerful impulse of evolution of the Russian philosophical thought. In this work the authors address two most outstanding and authoritative figures of the national imaginative and philosophical thought - F.M. Dostoyevsky and L.N. Tolstoy. Tolstoy recognizes the sense of faith regardless of its object. His faith is “the force of life”, knowledge of sense of human life, and means of finding of this sense. It is completely rational and can choose any, even not religious principle, as an object of faith. For Dostoyevsky, faith is a gift sent from above, otherworldly and independent of human. His belief is irrational; it is valuable in itself and for the sake of itself, as only faith is able to answer the last, “accursed questions”.

The purpose of this article is to study the ontological and normative approaches to determining the elemental composition ofmunicipal legal policy. It is shown that the special and strategic role of municipal legal policy is determined and determined primarilyby its human dimension – it is characterized by direct anthropologization and personalization, because it arises at the junction of lawand society, law and man, individual and collective, private and public. It is pointed out that municipal legal policy is essentially a systematic, comprehensive and systematically grounded and formali -zed municipal strategy, which makes it possible to better understand the nature and content of local government and the axiological andexistential value of the territorial community. the human life cycle is carried out – and for the proper organization of such a policy theneed for strategic thinking, strategic planning is objectified – both for further development of territorial communities, through awarenessof the importance of forming a vision of future local development priorities and setting appropriate goals and objectives to achievethem , which includes determining the elemental composition of such a policy. It is proved that the definition of the elemental composition of municipal legal policy is possible in two ways: either by determiningthe elemental composition of policy as such, or by determining the elemental composition of the species characteristics of legalpolicy (state, legislative, etc.). It is argued that the definition of the elemental composition of municipal legal policy is of great importancenot only for determining the axiology of such policy, it has great praxeological potential, because it gives an idea of the structuraland technological characteristics of such policy, the impact of which may contribute to its formation, development , improvement, definition of strategic priorities in the process of its implementation.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.
