In order to model and evaluate large-scale quantum systems, e.g., quantum computer and quantum annealer, it is necessary to quantify the “quantumness” of such systems. In this paper, we discuss the dimensionless combinations of basic parameters of large, partially quantum coherent systems, which could be used to characterize their degree of quantumness. Based on analytical and numerical calculations, we suggest one such number for a system of qubits undergoing adiabatic evolution, i.e., the accessibility index. Applying it to the case of D-Wave One superconducting quantum annealing device, we find that its operation as described falls well within the quantum domain.

The assessment using Kahoot is a measuring tool to assess the extent to which the learning process is conveyed to students. Based on the interview result with teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers still use conventional methods in paper tests (paper). Therefore, an assessment instrument is needed that makes it more accessible for teachers to assess students during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the development of technology in education, the researcher develops instruments using Kahoot on the theme 6-subtheme 1 about temperature and heat for the fifth grade of elementary school. This development research aims to produce products in the form of instrument, suitability, and practicality of assessment instrument using Kahoot on theme 6-subtheme 1 about temperature and heat for the fifth grade of elementary school, to know assessment instrument using Kahoot and practicality. This was development research (R&D) with a 4D model consisting of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The developed assessment instrument was tested to 6 students for the limited test and 13 students for the comprehensive test in the fifth grade of SD N Long. Techniques of collecting data were interviews, student response questionnaires, and documentation. While the data research instruments used were material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets, expert validation sheets, practitioners, and student response questionnaires. The results are in an assessment instrument using Kahoot on theme 6-subtheme 1 about temperature and heat. The validation results on aspects of presentation, feasibility, language, application and graphics get an average of 3.52 with a percentage of 84.12%, including the appropriate category. Student responses to the assessment using Kahoot in the limited trial get a proportion of 73.3% with practical criteria, and in the broad trial, it gets 85.6% with efficient criteria. Therefore, the assessment instrument using Kahoot on theme 6-subtheme one about temperature and is feasible and practical to use in assessments in elementary schools.

AbstractWe consider infinite heterogeneous networks, consisting of input-to-state stable subsystems of possibly infinite dimension. We show that the network is input-to-state stable, provided that the gain operator satisfies a certain small-gain condition. We show that for finite networks of nonlinear systems this condition is equivalent to the so-called strong small-gain condition of the gain operator (and thus our results extend available results for finite networks), and for infinite networks with a linear gain operator they correspond to the condition that the spectral radius of the gain operator is less than one. We provide efficient criteria for input-to-state stability of infinite networks with linear gains, governed by linear and homogeneous gain operators, respectively.

Abstract This paper proposes the distributed Reed-Muller coded spatial modulation (DRMC-SM) scheme based on Kronecker product (KP) construction. This special construction enabled an effective distribution of classical Reed-Muller (RM) code along source and relay nodes. The proposed DRMC-SM scheme not only offers robustness in bit error rate (BER) performance but also enhances the spectral efficiency due to additional antenna index transmission inculcated by spatial modulation (SM). The usefulness of KP construction over classical Plotkin (CP) construction in coded-cooperation is analysed with and without incorporating SM. An efficient criteria for selecting the optimum bits is adopted at relay node which eventually results in better weight distribution of mutually constructed (source and relay) RM code under proposed KP construction. The numerical results show that proposed KP construction outperforms CP construction by gain of 1 dB in signal to noise ratio (SNR) at bit error rate (BER) of 7 x 10 -7 . Moreover, the proposed DRMC-SM scheme outperforms its non-cooperative Reed-Muller coded spatial modulation (RMC-SM) scheme as well as distributed turbo coded spatial modulation (DTC-SM) scheme in similar conditions. This prominent gain in SNR is evident due to path diversity, efficient selection of bits at relay node and the joint soft-in-soft-out (SISO) RM decoder deployed at the destination node.

The aim of the research is to substantiate the structure and parameters of the combined electrotechnological processes of wastewater treatment in paper and cardboard production. When treating wastewater, electrocoagulation processes were used, characterized by the electrochemical dissolution of metal anodes. Also, during the processing, chemical coagulation was used, which is based on the addition of active coagulants to the wastewater: ammonium, copper, and iron salts. To accelerate the precipitation processes, after coagulation, a biocidal flocculant was used, after which the clarified solution was passed through a diaphragm electrolyzer with an inactive membrane. Also, wastewater was subjected to ozonation for the purpose of additional oxidation of pollutants. To mix the coagulant and effluents, we used an atmospheric air supply. After flotation coagulation, the wastewater was separated by sedimentation and filtered, if necessary, through a polystyrene foam filter. After evaluating the results of experimental wastewater treatment of paper and cardboard production, a combined scheme of an electrotechnological water treatment complex is proposed. Calculation of technical and economic indicators showed that the financial costs of processing glue and dye washes using a combined electrotechnical complex are almost six times less than the services of specialized companies for the disposal of such wastewater. Disposal of untreated aqueous solutions of paper and cardboard production without purification is unacceptable - from the point of view of their possible critical anthropogenic load on the environment in such cases.

The purpose of the study was to determine the financial performance of the OKU Regency Revenue Agency office analyzed from the 2013-2017 budget realization report. The method used is descriptive quantitative using economic levels, efficiency, and effectiveness. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that the financial performance based on the analysis of economic levels in 2013-2017, namely varied economic rates averaged 89.48% with criteria quite economical, this shows the ability of the government to economize spending is quite good. The level of efficiency in the OKU Regency Revenue Agency increased from year to year, the average efficiency level in 2013-2017 was 62.58% with efficient criteria because the realization of local tax revenue was greater than the costs incurred to collect local taxes, this shows the government's ability to streamline income and expenditure is good. And the level of effectiveness of PAD revenue is fixed or stable from year to year, the average level of effectiveness in 2013-2017 is 114.39% with very effective criteria, this shows the ability of the government to achieve the revenue budget set by the OKU Regency Revenue Agency isvery effective.

The key provisions of the strategy of providing access to the digital resources developed by the Periodicals Department of RAS SB SPSTL and several implementation aspects are discussed. Understanding the trends within the Library’s social environment makes the foundation for designing efficient criteria for building the Library’s heterogeneous collection and meeting information demands in science and technology of its community. Today the Library’s strategic goal is to design an efficient regional library and information system to serve not only scientists, research, R&D and industrial organizations but also the city’s and region’s higher institutes and universities. The priority of digital resources against the traditional ones makes the fundamental principle of developing the library collection. The significance of trial access aimed at improving digital subscription parameters is emphasized. The experience of implementing the project of corporate access of scientific and research organization to digital resources is discussed. This vector is seen as a promising one along with other strategic solutions that contribute to increasing time efficiency, completeness and service quality within the new information environment.

This study aims to determine the effect of the efficiency ratio of Land and Building Tax revenue, determine the effect of the effectiveness ratio of Land and Building Tax revenue and determine the effect of the ratio of contribution of Land and Building Tax revenue to Local Government Revenue Original Revenue in Sukoharjo Regency in 2016-2018.The data analysis technique in this study is a descriptive analysis using indicators of the criteria of efficiency, effectiveness and contribution. The type of data used is quantitative data, data sources used secondary data and use the documentation method.The results of the study know that the efficiency ratio of land and building tax revenue in Sukoharjo regency in 2016-2018 is included in the very efficient criteria because in those 3 years the realization of land and building tax revenues is greater than the cost of collection. The effectiveness ratio of revenue from land and building tax in Sukoharjo Regency in 2016-2018 is included in the very effective criteria because the average for 2016-2018 is more than 100%, namely 123.93% with details in 2016 of 131.41% , in 2017 it was 120.35% while in 2018 it was 120.02%. The contribution ratio of the Land and Building Tax to Local Government Revenue in Sukoharjo Regency in 2016-2018 is included in the criteria of lacking because the ratio of contributions on average is only 10.71%.


In this paper neural networks applications in engineering design are discussed. The question for stability of their steady states is also considered. Some new efficient criteria are proposed. Since neural networks are relevant systems applied in various engineering design tasks, including many optimization and control problems, the results can be useful in design of such systems of diverse interest.

Wireless sensor networks (WSN) are rapidly emerging as an interesting and challenging area of research in the field of communication engineering. This review work is different from other state-of-the-art literature as the MAC protocols discussed here are applicable both for homogeneous and heterogeneous networks. Performances like energy efficiency, cost optimization, throughput, bandwidth utilization, and scalability of the sensor network depend on MAC protocols, which are application-based. In the study, the authors have surveyed different MAC protocols with different merits and demerits. Based on the study, it is very hard to recommend any particular protocol as a standard for implementation as these are exclusively application dependent. The work can be further extended in terms of hybrid protocols, which may carry the advantages of the respective protocols along with energy-efficient criteria for practical implementation. Further cooperative WSN communication can be used for internet of things (IoT)-based systems, where the node placements and multi-operations concepts are of main concern.
