This research is based on the phenomena of problems that exist in MSMEs including poor administration, low product competitiveness, low human resources, lack of mastery of science, quality of service and use of quality goods (Halal & Thayyib). The purpose of this study was to measure the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics for MSME players in the PUSPA Bank Indonesia program in West Java in Bandung in 2017. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The number of research samples is 50 consumers from 4 MSMEs engaged in the culinary, service, fashion and craft sectors. The results of the study show that the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics of micro business actors guided by the PUSPA program in Bank Indonesia in West Java in 2017 was very good. This can be seen from several dimensions used, namely honesty, the use of good quality goods, Ihsan, Building good relations with Consumers and Ethics sets the price of an average value of 5.8 which means very good

The results of the study show that the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in micro business actors guided by the PUSPA program in Bank Indonesia in West Java in 2017 is in very good criteria, dimensions that need to be improved are the orderly administrative dimensions and the dimensions of freedom with good criteria. While the dimensions of responsibility, justice and truth are included in the criteria very well. The impact of this research shows the need for improvement of several indicators because it has implications for business progress and increased competitiveness of MSMEs themselves.

The purpose of research is to find out how the activity of early childhood in improving natural intelligence through the introduction of animals in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung and to find out how much improvement of natural intelligence through the introduction of animals. The research problem is how the introduction of animals made to the natural intelligence of early childhood in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung. The research method used is Classroom Action Research method. Subjects in this study were all children early childhood amounting to 26 children. The instruments used are observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive using percentage and qualitative. Data analysis uses data reduction, data model, and conclusion. The results showed that in cycle I, the average value obtained by children Developing Very Good of 17%. While in cycle II, the average result of children Developing Very Good increased to 65%. This shows that by using the introduction of animals, the early child's natural intelligence in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung increased by 48%.

Abstract.West Bandung Regency as one of the pemekaran districts in West Java, where the poverty rate in West Bandung Regency in 2017 stands at 11.49. While the average in West Java is 8.71. From the perspective of shari'a law in relation to community empowerment, there are several ways to overcome poverty, namely by creating employment by using zakat funds as capital to create an industry that will accommodate a number of revenues channeled to msutahiq as a means of helping venture capital.The purpose of this study is to determine the role of zakat in economic empowerment mustahiq seen from the aspects of revolving capital, economic strengthening, strengthening human resources, providing infrastructure and partnerships between MSMEs. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 73 mustahiq.   Abstrak.Kabupaten Bandung Barat sebagai salah satu kabupaten pemekaran di Jawa Barat, dimana angka kemiskinan Kabupaten Bandung Barat pada tahun 2017 berada pada angka 11,49. Sedangkan rata-rata di Jawa Barat yaitu 8,71. Ditinjau dari sudut pandang hukum kesyariahan dalam kaitannya dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat, maka terdapat beberapa cara dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan yaitu dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja dengan menggunakan dana zakat yang dijadikan modal untuk menciptakan industri yang akan menampung sejumlah penerimaan yang disalurkan kepada msutahiq sebagai sarana untuk perbantuan modal usaha.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran zakat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi mustahiq yang dilihat dari aspek modal bergulir, penguatan ekonomi, penguatan SDM, penyediaan prasarana dan kemitraan antar UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 73 mustahiq

<p>This research began from the emergence of character problems or character crisis by shifting the students’ ethics values in the school. Where the students don’t respect teachers and friends, there is brawl among students, even violence occurs in the classroom, this is a threat of disintegration of the nation. The formulation of the problem is how the strengthening strategy of character education. The purpose of this research is to know the strengthening strategy of character education in the school, related to implementation, monitoring evaluation, supporting factors, obstacles and obtained result. The research method used qualitative approach on natural subject or natural setting, by using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques through data reduction, verification and took a conclusions of processed data. The research was held at SMK 45 and SMK IT NU Saguling, West Bandung. The result of this study. Students become intent on strengthening the character education activities, responsive to social activities in the society, although not all students can implement it yet. The level of discipline is good because students feel shy if they aren’t disciplined, the result of the shame cultural, some students who used to come late to be in time even though not all students feel ashamed when coming late. The supporting factors the implementation of the strengthening of character education in the schools is a good strategy from the principal, the committee and a team of the parent class of students. The Obstacle factors, the shame culture is not held in the school yet, not all teachers become a role models in the schools who give good examples for students. Not all teacher become a strong and intelligent character. So that the presence of educators is as a key actor in the learning process, a professional and have a strong and intelligent character must really have atmosphere in the school, because through educators who have strong and intelligent character will create human resources which is a reflection of a nation that has strong and intelligent character, and virtuous morals.</p><p>Penelitian ini berawal dari munculnya permasalahan karakter atau krisis karakter dengan menggeser nilai-nilai etika siswa di sekolah. Dimana siswa tidak menghargai guru dan teman, terjadi tawuran antar siswa, bahkan terjadi kekerasan di dalam kelas, ini menjadi ancaman disintegrasi bangsa. Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah terkait dengan pelaksanaan, evaluasi monitoring, faktor pendukung, kendala dan hasil yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif pada subjek alam atau setting alam, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, verifikasi dan pengambilan kesimpulan dari data olahan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK 45 dan SMK IT NU Saguling, Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian ini. Siswa berkeinginan kuat untuk memperkuat kegiatan pendidikan karakter, tanggap terhadap kegiatan sosial di masyarakat, meskipun belum semua siswa dapat melaksanakannya. Tingkat kedisiplinannya baik karena siswa merasa malu jika tidak didisiplinkan akibat adanya budaya malu, sebagian siswa yang dulunya terlambat datang tepat waktu padahal tidak semua siswa merasa malu jika datang terlambat. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah adalah strategi yang baik dari kepala sekolah, komite dan tim kelas orang tua siswa. Faktor penghambatnya, belum adanya budaya malu di sekolah, belum semua guru menjadi panutan di sekolah yang memberikan keteladanan yang baik bagi siswa. Tidak semua guru menjadi karakter yang kuat dan cerdas. Sehingga keberadaan pendidik sebagai aktor kunci dalam proses pembelajaran, seorang yang profesional dan berkarakter kuat dan cerdas haruslah benar-benar memiliki atmosfir di sekolah, karena melalui pendidik yang berkarakter kuat dan cerdas akan tercipta sumber daya manusia yang merupakan cerminan. bangsa yang memiliki karakter kuat dan cerdas, serta berakhlak mulia.</p>

The purpose of this study is to compensate for the intangible variables of the human resources of MSME actors in Bandung City, related to Employee Engagement and Attitude at the time of the COVID-19. Therefore, the intact condition of the two related variables is important for stakeholders such as the government and other related parties to understand and serve as a basis for policy and decision making, especially when the economy is exposed to COVID-19. The research method used is descriptive, verification and comparative. Data were tested using the validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions and data normality, and to test the level of contribution between variables and variable dimensions used correlation and termination tests. The data were obtained from the MSME economic actors in the city of Bandung total 45 samples. The city of Bandung was chosen as a place of research because the city of Bandung is known as a model city, culinary, education, creative industries as well as the city of culture and government of West Java. The results showed that the contribution, enthusiasm, pride of business people towards MSMEs was not supportive, lost trust and small. Only MSME players have employee engagement in the form of willingness. Attitudes or attitudes in the form of motives, traits and self-concepts are still strong for every MSME actor in Bandung City, and this condition is in line with the willingness dimension of employee engagement. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee engagement of MSME actors in the city of Bandung is currently not good or has decreased, while the attitude at is still good.

Tax is a source of revenue to finance all State expenditures including expenditures for development and expenditure in improving the welfare and quality of Human Resources (HR). The tax contribution in funding State expenditures continues to increase and requires support in the form of raising public awareness to meet its tax obligations. This research was conducted in Manado City, where this study aims to examine the return of overpayment. The research method used is descriptive analysis research. Result of research indicate that KPP Pratama manado give good service for taxpayer individual who apply for restitution of amount of tax debt paid by public also must know that even if money have entered to treasury state if proved there is more pay then State treasury also willing to reverse or compensate for other types of taxes. The refund of the tax payment is a refund of tax overpayment that has been assumed is really a tax that is more paid.Keyword : Refund of overpayments, restitution, and compensation of individual taxpayers

ABSTRACT: Human resources' existence plays a significant role in the success of a company, so many companies realize that human resources in the company can provide a competitive advantage. In the company of labor is the motor of the company, the assets of the company, which is an investment for a company to increase productivity. As a company asset, the welfare guarantee given by the company to workers or employees is an obligation that must be adjusted to their needs. Also, to realize the goals of the company, of course, there needs to be compensated as one of the motivations for employees In this study, the author used a research method based on descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 30 employees of the Bandung City Fire Department. The analysis used was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Occupational Health Insurance and Financial Compensation jointly had an effect of 85.8% on employee work motivation. The remaining 14.2% caused   ABSTRAK: Keberadaan sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan besar bagi kesuksesan sebuahperusahaan, sehingga banyak perusahaan menyadari bahwa unsur manusia dalam perusahaan itu dapat memberikan keunggulan daya saing. Di dalam perusahaan tenaga kerja merupakan motor penggerakperusahaan, aset perusahaan yang merupakan investasi bagi suatu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pruduktivitas. Sebagai aset perusahaan, maka jaminan kesejahteraan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan terhadap buruh atau karyawan adalah kewajiban yang harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhannya. Selain itu guna mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan, tentu perlu adanya kompensasisebagai salah satu motivasi bagi para karyawan Dalam penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian berdasarkan statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30orang pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Bandung, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui Jaminan Kesehatan Kerja Dan Kompensasi Finansial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 85,8% terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Adapun sebesar 14,2% sisanya disebabkan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar variabel tersebut yang tidak dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the morphology and anatomy of ginger plants based on differences in altitude, and to make a booklet resulting from the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger for morphology and plant anatomy courses. This research method is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, characterization techniques, document review, and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptive and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger based on differences in the height of the place. Ginger in Selupu Rejang District has a high stomata density. Ginger is more suitable for planting in the lowlands with high temperatures, low humidity. The compilation and manufacture of morphology and plant anatomy course booklets were declared valid with very decent qualifications with a percentage of 86.2%. Conclusion, there are differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the ginger plant based on the height of the place, while the booklets that are made have proper and valid qualifications to be used as material for plant morphology and anatomy courses. E-literacy and education are important components in improving the quality of human resources needed in an organization. The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of e-literacy and public policy education. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) requires e-literacy and education to improve performance results so that public services can be maximized. This becomes interesting research in the development of science-based on the real events that occur in Indonesia. Where so far, e-literacy and education is only intended for the public, especially millennial generation. The research method used is the study of literature where data is obtained through various secondary sources that are relevant to theoretically strengthen research results. The findings explain that e-literacy and education are effective and efficient strategies in overcoming budget constraints and low levels of ASN competence. With e-literacy and public policy education, it is hoped that the professionalism of the ASN bureaucracy will increase and the quality of public services will be better.

The Navy Debriefing Service is a central implementing agency whose main task is a series of supply chain management, which has several problems related to the uneven competence of Disbekal personnel, limited human resources and lack of creation, innovation, improvisation, as a result of the large number of personnel who have been around for a long time. served in Disbekal. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and the influence of organizational culture partially on the work productivity of Disbekal. As well as analyzing the influence of competence and organizational culture simultaneously on the work productivity of Disbekal. Descriptive verification research method with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The number of samples is 88 personnel, with data collection through stratified random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant influence between competence, and organizational culture on the work productivity of the TNI AL debriefing service partially and simultaneously. Where the direct influence of the competence variable is 30.2%, and the organizational culture variable is 18.5%. The total effect is 68.1% overall, while 39.1% is the influence of other factors that were not researched.
