This study aims to determine the strategy to increase sales of mineral water (gallon water) in the Green Park View apartment of three types of brands that are favored by consumers, Aqua, Cleo, Vit. This research is a qualitative study using a SWOT analysis tool. The data collection method is conducting interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research, the strategy taken is to strengthen the salesman team, strengthen brand identity, door-to-door, and set extreme strategies by raising selling prices and providing leeway for some time in paying off his first order. The marketing strategy is an important thing for the sustainability of a business, therefore this research was conducted with the aim to find out the marketing strategy of the gacoan noodle culinary business in Karangtengah, Blitar City. Due to the many existing noodle restaurants, the competition in this business is getting tougher. Therefore, it is important for noodle restaurant business people to be able to provide satisfaction for consumers through quality products and services in order to compete in the noodle restaurant business. This study uses a qualitative method, for the data collection method used in this study is to conduct direct observation techniques or in-depth observations and interviews. The analysis tool is to use SWOT Analysis and SWOT Analysis Deming Cycle. Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded and described that the marketing strategy of Gacoan Noodles can be said to be good, Gacoan Noodles sells its products both Offline and Online.

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.

IKEA is an internationally well-known largest furniture retailer. The purpose of this study is to study key determinants of IKEA's success. To reach the purpose of this research, we focused on the international strategy IKEA used to approach their customers and IKEA’s SWOT analysis. Besides, we also focus on how IKEA store layout influences consumer behavior. The primary data collection method was interviews conducted with IKEA customers by Google forms. This study found that IKEA’s unique management planning and marketing strategy attract customers to revisit the retail store.

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy at Najwa Store in creating customer satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the total sample of 15 customers with a sampling technique that census. The data collection method is direct observation, interviews and by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that in creating customer satisfaction at Najwa Store it is important to know the importance of the marketing mix that is the set of variables used by Najwa Stores to increase consumer satisfaction (buyers), wherein the variables of the marketing mix consists of seven variables: price, product completeness, promotion of goods, location, service quality, product quality, and facilities.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Purpose: This study identified and explored the strategies developed by a four-star hotel in Central Java Province - Indonesia for surviving the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: This qualitative study collected data from an in-depth interview with the hotel’s Head of FO Department, which were analyzed inductively. Results: The hotel focused its survival strategies on four areas or aspects, including organizational targets, human resources, products and services, and marketing communication. Limitation: This study is limited in two ways, i.e. data collection method and the number of informants. Contribution: This study contributes to enriching the strategies for mitigating the disastrous impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the hotel business. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of the tourist attraction of the Kasang Kulim Zoo, the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The population of this study was visitors who came to the Kasang Kulim Zoo, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar District and from the company, with a number of respondents as many as 100. In this study sampling using non probability sampling and respondent sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research is qualitative research and uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis with identification of internal and external variables. Internal variables indicate that location is the main strength in the kasang kulim zoo in kampar district with 0.012 with values ​​and 4 based on rating. From the external variables, the results from EFAS show that the Kasang Kulim zoo has good opportunities. As a result of the opportunity, the Kasang Kulim zoo is in quadrant 1, which is a position where the company is considered to be in a favorable situation because of its opportunities and strength. In this case, the Company can take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strength.

The number of tourist arrivals during the low season tends to decline. It also has an impact on sightseeing. Therefore, marketing strategy is very important to be able to increase the number of tourist visit to be able to compete with other tourism object and can give positive impact for society Sembalun. Sembalun tourism is located on Jalan Wisata Rinjani, Sembalun Bumbung, Kab. East Lombok Kec. Sembalun, Sembalun Village of West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the marketing mix, and marketing strategy at Sembalun Tour. The data collection in this research is done by observation, in-depth interview, document and literature study. The determination of informants was determined on the basis of random purposive sampling in which subjects were chosen on the basis of specified criteria. These criteria are Sembalun tourism managers and communities around Sembalun East Lombok. The result of this research is marketing mix at Sembalun tourism based on product, price, distribution channel, promotion, person, physical proof and process. In this research also discuss about SWOT analysis about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned by Sembalun tourism which is related to mix mix (marketing mix), from marketing strategy that is Increase promotion to other market, Increase cooperation with Travel agent good Outside and inside the country, improve access, improve the quality of human resources.   Keyword : Management, Marketing Mix, Marketing Strategy , Sightseeing Tour
