POLA ASUH ANAK DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19: Pendekatan Humanistik dalam mendukung Tumbuh Kembang Anak

The COVID-19 pandemic has made all children's activities ranging from teaching and learning activities to self-development to be carried out at home. Parents are required to be able to guide and facilitate all their children's needs to ensure that children can learn and develop well. For that we need a good parenting style and support the child's self development. The purpose of this study is to find a complete integration of parenting patterns based on Abraham Maslow's humanistic concept to ensure the fulfillment of children's needs amid the COVID-19 pandemic while ensuring that children develop well. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature approach to collect, study and analyze a complete concept of parenting in the midst of a pandemic. This research found that the integration of humanistic concepts in parenting in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a holistic parenting concept by paying attention to several aspects such as the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, love and affection, self-esteem and culminating in self-actualization where children are capable. understand and develop self potential well. Keyword : COVID-19 Pandemic, Parenting, Humanistic Psychology

AbstractEducation succeeds if it shows changes in the behavior of learners towards the better. Definitive behavioral changes begin with positive values of education. Values are considered as one of the factors that support a person's behavior to act good or bad, right or wrong. The value of the character must be developed during the learning process, one way of developing can be through traditional games. Traditional games are more fun and well liked by learners making it easier to instill values that can make good behavior. Traditional Banjar 'bahagaan' games are considered to foster character values in education through social studies learning resources. The aim of the study was to describe Banjar 'bahagaan' traditional game, explaining the stages of traditional Banjar 'bahagaan' game and describes the traditional Banjar 'bahagaan' game values as learning resources for social studies. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation study. The result of the research is the value obtained from the traditional game Banjar 'bahagaan' is the students can describe the traditional game Banjar 'bahagaan' and explain the stages of the game in detail and complete then learners are able to show the cooperation, togetherness and friendship that gave rise to the values self-esteem that can be a source of social studies learning that is religious value, honest value, tolerance value, discipline value, hard work value, democratic value, spirit value, the value of responsibility and the value of curiosity. Suggestions from the research is the need to socialize the use of traditional games Banjar 'bahagaan' as a means of learning and improvement in order to be innovative learning in teaching and learning activities of social studies with support from schools related facilities facilities and infrastructure learning.Keywords: Traditional game, values, social studies, and learning resources AbstrakPendidikan berhasil jika memperlihatkan perubahan perilaku peserta didik kearah yang lebih baik. Perubahan perilaku pasti di awali dengan nilai-nilai yang positif dari pendidikan. Nilai dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor yang mendukung perilaku seseorang untuk bertindak baik atau buruk, benar atau salah. Nilai karakter harus dikembangkan saat proses pembelajaran, satu cara mengembangkan dapat melalui permainan tradisional. Permainan tradisional lebih menyenangkan dan disukai peserta didik sehingga lebih mudah menanamkan nilai-nilai yang dapat membuat perilaku yang baik. Permainan tradisional Banjar ‘bahagaan’ dianggap dapat menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pendidikan melalui sumber pembelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan permainan tradisional Banjar ‘bahagaan’, menjelaskan tahapan permainan tradisional Banjar ‘bahagaan’ dan menguraikan nilai-nilai permainan tradisional Banjar ‘bahagaan’ sebagai sumber pembelajaran IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu nilai yang didapatkan dari permainan tradisional Banjar ‘bahagaan’ adalah peserta didik dapat mendeskripsikan permainan tradisional Banjar ‘bahagaan’ serta menjelaskan tahapan-tahapan permainan secara rinci dan lengkap kemudian peserta didik mampu menunjukkan kerjasama, kebersamaan dan persahabatan yang memunculkan nilai-nilai karakter pada diri sendiri yang dapat menjadi sumber pembelajaran IPS yaitu nilai religius, nilai jujur, nilai toleransi, nilai disiplin, nilai kerja keras, nilai demokratis, nilai semangat kebangsaan, nilai menghargai, nilai bersahabat/komunikatif, nilai cinta damai, nilai peduli sosial, nilai tanggung jawab dan nilai rasa ingin tahu. Saran dari penelitian adalah perlu adanya sosialisasi pemanfaatan permainan tradisional Banjar ‘bahagaan’ sebagai sarana belajar serta peningkatan agar dapat menjadi inovasi pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pendidikan IPS dengan dukungan dari sekolah terkait fasilitas sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Permainan tradisional, nilai, IPS, dan sumber belajar

The lecture method is one of the methods that are often used by teachers in teaching and learning activities. This method is a method that is easy to implement and also cheap, because without the media and infrastructure it can be done. Some people underestimate this method and some even argue that it is outdated and left behind. According to the author's observations, this method remains relevant in any situation and condition, especially if a teacher is someone who is proficient in communicating and understanding the psychological condition and level of ability of the students he or she faces. The point is khootibunnaasa 'alaa qodri uqulihim (speak to humans according to their level of knowledge). The writing of this article uses the library research method, namely by digging and reviewing the literature that is related to the theme of writing this article. The results of the study and the author's study related to this lecture learning method are still very relevant and effective, especially during this covid-19 pandemic. By taking into account the following points; first, a teacher understands the science of communication well, second, understands the psychological condition of the audience/students, third, is able to touch students' emotions, fourth, includes elements of humor and is good at telling stories, fifth, is able to use social media and technology well.

Abstract. Currently, there are more teachers who only use textbooks as the only medium of teaching and learning. For this reason, an alternative solution is needed by developing Microsoft PowerPoint as a teaching and learning medium. The objectives of the study are to develop positive attitudes and generate teachers’ interest in the use of informatics education media into teaching and learning activities. The research used school action research method conducted in 2 cycles. The data was analyzed by using percentage technique and was qualitatively descripted. The results showed that the performance of teachers in teaching by making, presenting material using the media presentation of MicrosoftPowerPoint in SMAN 1 Banjarmasin is categorized as active and very good. The lowest score for the assessment of teaching activities is 59 (81.94%) and the highest is 70 (97.22%). While the lowest value for the assessment of manufacture and presentation is 52 (86.66) and the highest is 60 (100%).  Keywords: teacher performance, presentation media, Microsoft PowerPoint  Abstrak. Saat ini masih banyak guru yang hanya menggunakan buku pelajaran sebagai satu-satunya media pembelajaran. Untuk itu perlu alternatif pemecahan masalah dengan mengembangkan Microsoft PowerPoint sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sikap positif dan membangkitkan minat guru terhadap penggunaan media pendidikan informatika ke dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan 2 siklus. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik persentase dan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru dalam mengajar dengan membuat dan menyajikan materi menggunakan media presentasi microsoft powerpoint di SMA Negeri 1 Banjarmasin termasuk kedalam kategori aktif dan sangat baik. Nilai terendah untuk penilaian kegiatan mengajar 59 (81,94%) dan tertinggi 70 (97,22%), sedangkan nilai terendah untuk penilaian pembuatan dan penyajian 52 (86,66) dan tertinggi 60 (100%).   Kata Kunci : kinerja guru,  media presentasi, Microsoft Powerpoint.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted various fields, especially education, namely the implementation of distance learning. One of the activities carried out by teachers is the implementation of independent practicum by students so that teaching and learning activities continue to run even though the students are at home. This study aims to analyze the motion of jumping cats using a tracker application that can be used as a practicum activity independently in science subjects of motion material in grade VII by using cats that are in the environment of learners as the subject of the study. This research method uses a hands-on experimental approach by taking videos of jumping cats' motion and processing them with a tracker app. The results of data processing with the help of tracker application are processed by using Microsoft Excel program so that obtained KD, KB, TB, K and E relationship graphs cat jump has a constant or stable speed indicated by linearity graphs. In addition, data processing using a tracker application is more accurate and consistent compared to the acceleration value by manually calculating so that it can be concluded the use of application-assisted jumping cat video analysis is worth using in science learning.

ABSTRAK  Sekolah dasar Islam Al-Ikhlas merupakan satuan unit dari Yayasan Masji Al-Ikhlas (YMAI)  yang terus mengalami peningkatan baik dari pembelajaran, jumlah siswa dan sarana prasarana. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana strategi peningkatan lingkungan sekolah di sekolah dasar Islam Al-Ikhlas Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena tentang sesuatu hal yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dan mendeskripsikan dalam bentuk bahasa dan kata-kata. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa strategi peningkatan lingkungan sekolah di SD Islam Al-ikhlas secara internal yaitu kepemimpinan, sumber daya manusia, kurikulum dan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) dan keuangan. Sedangkan strategi peningkatan lingkungan secara eksternal melalui peningkatan peran orang tua/masyarakat, peningkatan teknologi dan kebijakan pemerintah.  Kata Kunci :Strategi, peningkatan, lingkungan sekolah    ABSTRACT  The Al-Ikhlas Islamic Primary School is a unit of the Masjid Al-Ikhlas Foundation (YMAI) which continues to experience an increase in both learnings, the number of students, and infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy for improving the school environment in Islamic elementary school Al-Ikhlas, South Jakarta. This research method is carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of something experienced by the research subject and describe it in the form of language and words. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the internal strategies for improving the school environment at Al-Ikhlas Islamic Elementary School are leadership, human resources, curriculum and teaching, and learning activities, and finance. Meanwhile, the strategy for improving the environment externally is through increasing the role of parents/community, improving technology, and government policies.  Keywords : strategy, improvement, school environment

This study discusses the application of reward in the learning process in order to improve the learning achievement of students of accounting class X in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas on economic and business subjects aiming to find out how the application of rewards in learning to improve learning achievement. Learning treatment in the form of reward giving is one type of approach in the process of teaching and learning activities that can provide stimulus to students to be more academically achievers in economics and business subjects. Academic achievement is the cognitive ability that begins with enthusiasm and the emergence of student enthusiasm in dealing with the process of teaching and learning activities.This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas- Serang Banten. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach. The sample of this study were all students of class X accounting SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas as many as 36 students.The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning achievement in economic and business subjects by using a learning approach with the application of rewards in class X Accounting students in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas .This is evidenced by an increase in learning achievement in economics and business subjects by using a learning approach with the application of rewards in class X Accounting students in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas. This is evidenced by an increase in the number of students who passed the Minimum completeness criteria by 28 people or 77.78%.

Not all schools are able to provide teaching aids as learning media because of the limited tools they have, especially in remote areas that are difficult to get tools. For schools where there is no equipment at all (there is equipment but not complete or damaged) it is necessary to procure media. This study aims to: (1) provide examples of some simple teaching aids that can be used as ideas (ideas) by teachers as learning media for facilitating learning, (2) make Learning Implementation Plans on capillary material by using simple teaching aids, (3) find out the level of students' understanding after learning using simple teaching aids in Kapilaritas material. This study used the Classroom Action Research method with the type of teacher as a researcher. In this type the teacher has a dual role as a practitioner and as a researcher. The samples used for the study were 25th-grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Tuntang as many as 25 students. Research instruments for data collection were are RPP, observation sheets of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM), questionnaire sheets, and evaluation questions. From the observation sheet, 85.71% of students were able to attend teaching and learning activities well. From the questionnaire, as many as 92.62% of students think that the teaching aids used can show capillary events clearly, and there are / easily found in the surrounding environment. From the evaluation results, as many as 84% ​​of students scored above 70. From the study, it can be concluded that learning using teaching aids simple from used goods in the surrounding environment such as glass, axis, tissue, and cloth can show capillary events so that they can be used as learning media.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the recitation learning method on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 5 Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a classroom action research method. The population in this study was grade 12 SMK Negeri Tangerang Regency and the sample in this study was grade 12 TKJ1. The results of this study indicate that the recitation learning method is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes, the percentage of student classical learning completeness increases from each cycle, namely cycle I of 42.31%, cycle II 80.38%, student learning activities in the first cycle have increased, namely cycle I of 63.46%, the second cycle was 73.90% and the teacher's ability in the teaching and learning process in the classroom also increased where in the first cycle it was in the sufficient category in the second cycle it was categorized as good..
