Based on preliminary studies conducted at Waled General Hospital the value of GDR and NDR has increased beyond the ideal standard set by the Ministry of Health, namely for GDR = ≤ 45 ‰ and for NDR = ≤ 25 ‰. The GDR in 2013 was 49.95 ‰, and in 2014 it was 61.10 ‰, while the NDR in 2013 was 19.71 ‰, and in 2014 it was 24.30 ‰. The results of the 2013 and 2014 calculations show the value of the GDR and NDR indicator numbers getting higher year after year. This type of research is a descriptive study. The method used is the observation method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of GDR and NDR calculations. Data collection procedures in this study by recording the results of monthly recapitulation of inpatient visits about GDR and NDR in 2013-2017. The population and sample in this study were GDR and NDR records from 2013 to 2017. The time of the study was conducted on 28 July 2018 in Waled County General Hospital. From the observations obtained the value of GDR and NDR in 2013-2017 tends to increase and decrease beyond the ideal limit that has been set. The lowest NDR was in 2013 with a value of 19.71 ‰, and the highest in 2015 with a value of 27.60 ‰. The lowest GDR was in 2013 with a value of 49.95 ‰, while the highest GDR was in 2016 with a value of 64.43 ‰. From the results of the study it is suggested that it is necessary to carry out medical audits and in-depth interventions regarding the improvement of GDR and NDR indicators and graph the GDR and NDR, so that they can always monitor the rise or fall of these indicator numbers, and for planning efforts to improve the quality of health services.

Covid-19  is  a  highly  contagious  disease  and  has  infected more than seven million people worldwide. Deaths due to this  disease  have  reached  418,000  deaths  in  June  2020.1 Based on data from the Indonesian Covid-19 Task Force, there were 172,053 cumulative cases with a death rate of 4.3% in Indonesia up to August 30, 2020.Indonesia  is  an  archipelago  country  which  has  different geographical  characteristics. Currently,  access  to  basic healthcare  and  quality  of  basic  health  services  has  not reached  all  regions,  especially  those  in  underdeveloped, remote  and  archipelago  areas. Health  problems  in  rural areas become a concern for Indonesian government. This is because around 43% of people live in rural areas or around 116  million  people.  Government  should pay  attention  to rural  health  problems  as  well  as  urban  health.  Likewise, during  the Covid-19  pandemic  rural  area  will  face  same problems to Covid-19.

We aimed to compare the effect of intensiveversusstandard interventions on continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) adherence 2 years after CPAP initiation, as well as on sleepiness, quality of life, depression, hospitalisation and death rate due to cardiovascular disease (CVD).3100 patients with newly diagnosed sleep apnoea were randomised into the standard group, with usual follow-up care, or the intensive group, with additional visits, telephone calls and education. Subjective daytime sleepiness (Epworth Sleepiness Scale; ESS), quality of life (36-item Short Form Health Survey; SF-36) and the patient’s level of depression (Beck Depression Inventory; BDI) were recorded before and 2 years after CPAP initiation, together with CVD hospitalisations and death rate.2 years after CPAP initiation, the intensive group used CPAP significantly more than the standard group (6.9versus5.2 h per night; p<0.001). ESS, SF-36 and BDI scores were also significantly better in the intensive group. Furthermore, the standard group had significantly more deaths and hospitalisations due to CVD.CPAP usage can be improved by both intensive and standard patient support. However, the patients who received intensive CPAP support had significantly better ESS, BDI and SF-36 scores, and lower cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, suggesting that an intensive programme could be worthwhile.

The strategies of sustainable development emphasize the interdependence between the local and the global, between the already developed countries and the ones following this course, underlining the necessity of cooperation within economical, social and environmental sections. Since, tourism plays an important role in the improvement standards of living and rising people above the poverty threshold, it has become a platform to transform the vicious circles of misery, into virtuous circles towards productive transformation, welfare and improvement of human capita/. The complexity involved in constructing knowledge in different contextual frames make the entire debate on sustainable tourism extremely problematic, especially since stake holding communities are spread across continents and cultures. Many developing countries have found important to improve the linking of tourism (forward and backward) with the other sectors of the economy, so as to capitalize on the benefits of the globalisation and internationalisation of markets. Despite developing countries effort to develop the most suitable domestic policy environment, the economic sustainability of tourism is being undermined by external factors beyond their control, notably the predatory behaviour of integrated suppliers which enjoy a dominant position in the originating markets of tourism flows. Today, the Romanian hospitality industry confronts itself with problems such as the decline of the internal and external touristic demand, an old touristic product, the low standard in the services which do not satisfy the tourists' expectations, the payment and too high prices compared to the quality of the services, an insufficient promotion. Among the countries from the East and Center Europe, Romania is considered the country which possesses the richest and most varied natural touristic resources created by man and this gives a great disposability for tourism. The Romanian international touristic demand registers a diminution tendency due to some causes such as the low quality level of the offered touristic services, the touristic services non-diversification, the reduced amusement possibilities. Regional development policy is an ensemble of measures planned and promoted by the local and central public administration authorities, having as partners different actors (private, public, volunteers) in order to ensure a dynamic and lasting economic growth, through the effective use of the local and regional potential, in order to improve living conditions. The main areas regarded by the regional policies are development of enterprises, the labor market, attracting investments, development of the SMEs sector, improvement of infrastructure, the quality of the environment, rural development, health, education, culture. Any tourism growth and development activities in Romania should not be myopic and sustainability should be ensured at all levels: both inter and intro-generational.

Abstract The government's policy on development in Indonesia is considered to be impartial in the agriculture sector, from observations, the portion of the budget each year is mostly channeled to other sectors, such as education, health, security and other routine expenditures such as salaries and operations, agriculture is considered very minimal, whereas more than half of the population in Indonesia works in the agricultural sector. The farmers are still complaining about infrastructure problems such as dams, irrigation, and farm roads. In addition, the quality of human resources working in the agricultural sector is still low, the price stability of production is uncertain so that at any time can harm the farmers, the survival of the survivors are allowed by the government when they have great service in encouraging development. The number of problems that occurred in the agricultural sector became the basis of this paper. This research is based on qualitative research, where researchers collect various data field and conduct a deep analysis of the data and on the problems that occur. The conclusion of this research is that government should direct development in agriculture sector so that people get welfare by making policies or regulations that favor the farmers by improving the quality of human resources in the agricultural sector, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the guarantee of the price of agricultural products and the guarantee of survival farmers.

Activity recognition (AR) from an applied perspective of ambient assisted living (AAL) and smart homes (SH) has become a subject of great interest. Promising a better quality of life, AR applied in contexts such as health, security, and energy consumption can lead to solutions capable of reaching even the people most in need. This study was strongly motivated because levels of development, deployment, and technology of AR solutions transferred to society and industry are based on software development, but also depend on the hardware devices used. The current paper identifies contributions to hardware uses for activity recognition through a scientific literature review in the Web of Science (WoS) database. This work found four dominant groups of technologies used for AR in SH and AAL—smartphones, wearables, video, and electronic components—and two emerging technologies: Wi-Fi and assistive robots. Many of these technologies overlap across many research works. Through bibliometric networks analysis, the present review identified some gaps and new potential combinations of technologies for advances in this emerging worldwide field and their uses. The review also relates the use of these six technologies in health conditions, health care, emotion recognition, occupancy, mobility, posture recognition, localization, fall detection, and generic activity recognition applications. The above can serve as a road map that allows readers to execute approachable projects and deploy applications in different socioeconomic contexts, and the possibility to establish networks with the community involved in this topic. This analysis shows that the research field in activity recognition accepts that specific goals cannot be achieved using one single hardware technology, but can be using joint solutions, this paper shows how such technology works in this regard.

In today's World, huge multi-media databases have become evident due to the fact that Internet usage has reached at a very-high level via various types of smart devices. Both willingness to come into prominence commercially and to increase the quality of services in leading areas such as education, health, security and transportation imply querying on those huge multi-media databases. It is clear that description-based querying is almost impossible on such a big unstructured data. Image mining has emerged to that end as a multi-disciplinary field of research which provides example-based querying on image databases. Image mining allows a wide variety of image retrieval and image matching applications intensely required for certain sectors including production, marketing, medicine and web publishing by combining the classical data mining techniques with the implementations of underlying fields such as computer vision, image processing, pattern recognition, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Prevalence of chronic heart failure (CHF) is continuously growing and is associated with increased incidence of hospitalizations, morbidity and mortality. Furthermore, the increase in the number of rehospitalizations results in greater expenses and worsening of quality of life. In order to decrease the number of unscheduled hospitalizations and the death rate, the outpatient care should be improved, which can be achieved by using telemedical technologies. The aim of this review was collection and analysis of currently available information about the use of telemonitoring for patients with CHF. A systematic search and analysis of reports published from 2010 through 2020 in Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed/MEDLINE databases was performed.

Further improvement of the quality of life is closely connected with the development of domestic tourism in the Russian Federation. To provide autotourists and road users with civilized conditions tourism and recreation and autoturist clusters are developing, as well as elements of their networks and diverse areas of road and roadside services. According to their functional purpose, the latter are divided into enterprises servicing car tourists and road users and those which function is the maintenance of rolling stock. Development of infrastructure for technical services for wheeled vehicles of autotourists and road users and providing them with a single high standard of quality of specialized and related services must meet certain requirements, including the scope and structure of the fleet of wheeled vehicles and their lineup; growth of domestic and inbound tourism flows; increase in the range and volume of services provided; geographical expansion, regions and types of autotravel; individualization of services; road safety and compliance with environmental safety. Until recently, the existing enterprises specializing in services for wheeled vehicles of autoturists and road users have had a low level of technical equipment and workload for productive employees. Formation of infrastructure maintenance and repair of rolling stock is advisable to be developed by types of services based on the block principle. A strategic step in improving the quality of services and efficiency of enterprises is the introduction of interactive elements of acceptance: focus primarily on the client, efficient organization of services, the use of modern information technology, competent staff, additional services and sales of related products and accessories.
