Abstract The article discusses the increasing efficiency of composting animal waste by substantiating the unloading processes, taking into account the formation of vaults in composting bunker-type installations. The technology of accelerated composting and the characteristic features of unloading the processed material is presented. The design and layout of the working bodies of the arch-breaking unloading device are theoretically and experimentally substantiated. Based on the research results, the unloading device’s optimal design and operating parameters and the values of the consumed power have been determined.

The aim of the research is to improve soil tillage quality using combined working bodies in surface cultivation. There are various designs of combined tillage units including passive cultivators and active rotor-tooth working bodies cultivating land. However, an analysis of design and technological parameters of modern cultivators shows that they have a cumbersome design, required much metal and their quality indicators do not meet soil cultivation requirements. The article presents results of the studies on the influence of geometric and technological parameters of an additional battery of needle discs on land tillage quality. Using the research results, the land tillage has been improved and combined working bodies have been developed.

Rotary seed sorters used for wheat processing show some functional advantages in eliminating persistent contaminants, especially due to the more aggressive treatment applied to the processed material. The objective of this paper was to design a new constructive subassembly that would increase the performance of rotary sorters used for extracting various contaminants from seeds. By testing a pilot stand that reproduces the operation of a professional equipment and developing mathematical models that fits the main operating parameters, it was possible to identify the new characteristics needed to improve cylindrical sieves and to optimize the functioning of this equipment.

Studies of many authors show that injury of seeds has a negative effect, both on seeds and food grains. Damage in food grains reduces its trade, technological and baking performances. The main reasons causing injury to the seed, is mechanical action of the working bodies of machines and implements for post-harvest treatment of seeds. In this injury will be greater, the greater the speed of the seeds moving. Analysis of the distribution of injury between the individual elements of the line revealed that about 50 % of all injury of grain (28.3 %) falls on transporting machines. From above it follows that a reduction of injury to the seeds is an important problem, which is caused by the need to solve large yield losses, worsening of seeds storage and decrease in quality of the seed, and it is necessary firstly to investigate the possibility of improving the quality of conveying machines, and in particular , bucket elevators. This is because grain cleaning machines provide improved cleaning quality of grain, and conveying ones- conversely increase its. Taking into account that in cleaning lines usually there are several elevators, the reduction of seed damage by them will substantially improve the quality of the processed material. For this purpose, it is necessary to improve bucket elevators, providing softer mode. In this regard, the work was done to improve the design of the upper head of the elevator to reduce feedback eruption. On this construction patent for utility model number ZA 140052 was received. On the basis of this patent bucket elevator was refitted, in which head was an additional horizontal belt conveyor. Experimental studies have been conducted to identify the degree of feedback. It was found that an additional belt conveyor helps to reduce feedback rash when its speed is higher than the speed of bucket belt.

A kind of new bionic quadruped robot-Hound was designed. Determined the structure of the robot body and geometry relationships based on the bionics research, especially the structure of legs which was the root of robot action. According to the problem of abundant leg segments and complicated structure, studied on achieving the optimal design of leg structure so as to increase the workspace area of robot leg and improve the flexibility of robot body. Found the best length ratio of leg segments through the analysis of the workspace, flexibility, obstacle crossing height of robot. These research results provided the reliable theoretical basis for the structure optimization of robot leg and could greatly promote the motor ability of hydraulic quadruped robot.

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the technique of cutting materials such as water jet cutting and laser cutting. The tests were carried out while cutting plastic elements, such as: PMMA, HIPS and ABS. To compare the analysed cutting methods, it was necessary to limit the type of material to be cut to the selected plastics due to the limited thickness range of the samples cut with the use of the laser used for the tests. The workpiece was designed in AutoCAD. The geometry was designed in such a way that it was possible to compare the accuracy of cutting both straight sections, curves and holes using the cutting techniques tested. The roughness of the treated surfaces (edges of the samples) was also analysed. A roughness gauge was used to test the edges. The obtained research results were compiled and analysed to determine the optimal technology and parameters of cutting processes for individual types of selected materials and shapes. As it was shown, the wrong selection of the cutting technology in relation to the processed material or the wrong selection of machining parameters may lead to the destruction of the detail being made and incur significant costs.

Sản xuất phân hữu cơ từ chất thải biogas để tạo ra nguồn phân bón và giải quyết ô nhiễm môi trường là vấn đề quan trọng hiện nay. Do đó, nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục đích đánh giá ảnh hưởng của việc phối trộn một số vật liệu ủ đến chất lượng của phân hữu cơ từ chất thải biogas và từ đó xác định được vật liệu phối trộn cho chất lượng phân hữu cơ từ chất thải biogas tốt nhất. Thí nghiệm được tiến hành tại phường Hương Vân, thị xã Hương Trà, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế trong thời gian từ tháng 11/2019 đến tháng 3/2020 trên 6 công thức với các vật liệu và tỷ lệ ủ khác nhau. Thí nghiệm gồm có 03 lần nhắc lại, bố trí theo kiểu RCBD. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy vật liệu và tỷ lệ ủ khác nhau có ảnh hưởng đến tính chất lý, hóa học của phân hữu cơ từ chất thải biogas theo thời gian ủ. Trong các vật liệu ủ thì kết hợp rơm rạ, vỏ lạc với dung dịch và chất cặn hầm ủ biogas (1:1) + chế phẩm Trichoderma và rơm rạ, vỏ lạc, than bùn với dung dịch và chất cặn hầm ủ biogas (1:1:2) + chế phẩm Trichoderma cho chất lượng của phân hữu cơ là tốt nhất (N 2,72 - 2,92%; P2O5 0,92%; K2O 2,84 - 4,64%, OM 33,50 - 38,84%). Hiệu quả kinh tế trong sản xuất phân hữu cơ từ chất thải biogas thu được cũng cao nhất ở các công thức này. Cần mở rộng kết quả nghiên cứu trên quy mô lớn hơn và thử nghiệm hiệu quả của nó với cây trồng góp phần tăng năng suất, cải tạo đất và giảm thiểu ô nhiễm môi trường từ nguồn chất thải chăn nuôi này. ABSTRACT Producing organic fertilizer from animal wastes after biogas treatment to create fertilizer source and solve environmental pollution is now an important issue. Therefore, the study was conducted with the purpose of assessing the effect of mixing some composting materials on the quality of organic fertilizer from animal waste after biogas production and thereby identifying good mixing materials with the best organic fertilizer from animal waste after biogas production. The experiment consisted of 6 treatments with different composting materials and rates which was conducted in Huong Van ward, Huong Tra town, Thua Thien Hue province from November 2019 to March 2020. The experiment consisted of 3 replicates which was arranged in the Randomize Complete Block Design (RCBD). The research results showed that different composting materials and rates affected on the physical and chemical properties of organic fertilizer from animal waste after biogas production. Among the composting materials, the combinations of liquid and solid wastes from the biogas digesters with rice straw and peanut husks (1:1) + Trichoderma; rice straw, peanut husks and peat (1:1:2) + Trichoderma gave the best quality of organic fertilizers (N 2.72 - 2.92%; P2O5 0.61 - 0.92%; K2O 2.84 - 4.64%, OM 33.50 - 38.84%). The highest economic efficiencies also obtained in these treatments. It is necessary to expand the research results on a larger scale and to test its effectiveness on crops that contribute to productivity, soil improvement and environmental pollution from the animal wastes.

Nguyen Dong Anh, Khong Doan Dien and Nguyen Duy Chinh in [1] have studied the vibration of inverse pendulum system installed with the vibration reduction system TMD-D and DVA. These results implemented by numerical simulation for the articulated tower in the ocean show that the obtained oscillations in some cases with installed absorber increase the amplitude of vibration when compared to the case without absorber. It is a fact that when simulation is employed, the parameters of TMD-D and DVA are chosen arbitrarily without optimal design. In the paper, the authors investigate to find the optimal parameters of the TMD-D and DVA absorbers in order to optimally reduce the vibration for the inverse pendulum system. These research results are applied to reduce the vibration for the articulated tower in the ocean.
