The components of the child’s psychological readiness for school are described. On practical examples, diagnostic methods for determining the level of readiness of children for schooling are analyzed. The data of testing kindergarten pupils at the beginning of the 2019/2020 school year on the parameters allowing to identify urgent problems and determine the direction of the necessary correctional development work are presented. Features of the practical application of the software product 1C:Preschool Psychodiagnostics in the process of psychological support of preparing children for school are considered. Methods are described, the scope of which is aimed not only at the study of personality traits, but also at its development. The possibilities of using games of the 1C:Educational Collection in the correctional and developmental work are disclosed. The description of game collections is given, options for their use are presented.

The Concept of competitive value chains in production systems, as an institutional structure operating on network principles, was the impetus for the development of a system of models of inter-industry digital platform for the management and optimization of cooperation of high-tech network production systems. The article describes the ways of integration into business processes of production systems of simulation and cognitive models. The practical implementation of the system of these models is a separate software product - an interdisciplinary digital platform for participants in the creation of new high-tech products and their components.

Software systems are any software product or applications that support business domains such as Manufacturing,Aviation, Health care, insurance and so on.Software quality is a means of measuring how software is designed and how well the software conforms to that design. Some of the variables that we are looking for software quality are Correctness, Product quality, Scalability, Completeness and Absence of bugs, However the quality standard that was used from one organization is different from other for this reason it is better to apply the software metrics to measure the quality of software. Attributes that we gathered from source code through software metrics can be an input for software defect predictor. Software defect are an error that are introduced by software developer and stakeholders. Finally, in this study we discovered the application of machine learning on software defect that we gathered from the previous research works.

The article considers applications of foreign CAD-systems in creating the challenging projects at domestic enterprises and design bureaus. As stated in the article "... presently, there is no domestic CAD-system that could completely replace such foreign products as NX, CATIA, Credo". Besides, due to international cooperation in creating the challenging projects (for example, the project to create a modern wide-body aircraft, proposed jointly with China), it makes sense to use the worldwide known and popular CAD systems (the aforementioned NX, CATIA, Credo). Therefore, in the foreseeable future, we will still have to use foreign software products. Of course, there always remains a question of the reliability of the results obtained. Actually, this question is always open regardless of what software product is used - domestic or foreign. This question has been haunting both developers and users of CAD systems for the last 30 to 40 years. But with using domestic systems, it is much easier to identify the cause of inaccurate results and correct the mathematical models used, the methods of numerical integration applied, and the solution of systems of nonlinear algebraic systems. Everything is much more complicated if we use a foreign software product. All advertising conversations that there is a tool to make the detected errors available to the developers, remain only conversations in the real world. It is easily understandable to domestic users, and, especially, to domestic developers of similar software products. The existing development rates and competition for potential buyers dictate a rigid framework of deadlines for releasing all new versions of the product and introducing the latest developments into commercial product, etc. As a result, the known errors migrate from version to version, and many users have accepted it long ago. Especially, this concerns the less popular tools rather than the most popular applications (modules) of a CAD system. For example, in CAD systems, the "Modeling" module where geometric models of designed parts and assembly units are created has been repeatedly crosschecked. But most of the errors are hidden in applications related to the design of parts from sheet material and to the pipeline design, as well as in applications related to the analysis of moving mechanisms and to the strength or gas dynamic analysis by the finite element method. The article gives a concrete example of a moving mechanism in the analysis of which an error was detected using the mathematical model of external influence (a source of speed) in the NX 10.0 system of Siemens.

Kata Kunci: media video pembelajaran, rias karakte, pendidikan tata rias Abstract: This study aims to: (1) produce a suitable use of character makeup learning video media, easy for students to learn and can be used for individual learning, (2) to find out the effectiveness of media character makeup learning videos developed in character makeup material. Development research using the Borg and Gall product model combined with the learning development model of Dick and Carey. The results of the study showed: (1) learning video media is feasible to use in character makeup learning in the field state university education education program, (2) there are significant differences between student learning outcomes learned using the character makeup video learning media with student learning outcomes which was learned by using media learning textbooks. This is indicated by the results of processing data (tcount = 3.285) at the significance level ɑ = 0.05 with dk 56 obtained  (ttable = 1.67), so that (tcount> t table), effectiveness of using media character makeup learning videos = 80.46%. The learning outcomes of the group of students who were taught without using the character makeup learning video media amounted to 71.72%. From these data prove that the use of character makeup learning video media is more effective in increasing students' competence and knowledge in character makeup learning than without using learning video media. Keywords: learning video media, character makeup, makeup education

The subject of the research is the process of making managerial decisions for innovative IT projects investing. The paper focuses on the new approach to decision making on investing innovative IT projects using expert survey in a fuzzy reasoning system. As input information, expert estimates of projects have been aggregated into six indicators having a linguistic description of the individual characteristics of the project type "high", "medium", and "low". The task of decision making investing has been formalized and the term-set of the output variable Des has been defined: to invest 50-75% of the project cost; to invest 20-50% of the project cost; to invest 10-20% of the project cost; to send the project for revision; to turn down investing project. The fuzzy product model of making investment management decisions has been developed; it adequately describes the process of investment management. The expediency of using constructed production model on a practical example is shown.
