The specifics of competence-based management in training students for the Master�s Degree in higher education pedagogy are revealed. The author argues for the necessity to replace the qualification model of higher education establishment graduate with the competence model and emphasizes the need to develop sophisticated methods to manage the professional competence building of prospective high-school teachers. The competence-based management is defined and its specific characteristics are highlighted to confirm that it is a separate form of higher education institution�s management. The original model for managing the process of building professional competence in the high-school pedagogy is described with its main ingredients: methodological, substantive and organizational and technological. The author lists the regulatory, managerial and organizational-and-pedagogic conditions for effective model performance and describes how to implement the proposed model and to set up evaluative and analytical monitoring of the model performance.

The article points out that the modern tendencies of education are the modernization of it's content, forms and methods, development and testing of new educational and psychological technologies, the emergence of new types of educational institutions. These changes, in turn, depend on require the constant work of the head of the educational institution over the image of their institution, their own image and the reputation of research and teaching staff. The article deals with the most important components without which the formation of a positive image of a high school teacher is not possible. It was revealed that one of the factors for creating a positive image of the future specialist is the educational environment of the higher education institution and, in particular, the influence of the teaching staff. The role of the teacher's image in the formation of students' professional and personal qualities was analyzed. The essence of the concept of pedagogical image, its formation and development, functions of image, structure of personal image are determined. These include, in particular, professional competence, universal values, moral standards, managerial culture and technology of self-presentation. The article provides examples of the influence of the teacher's appearance on the level of information assimilation by students. The connection between the components of the image and the components of the teacher's pedagogical skill of the institution of higher education was established, the interdependence of teacher's positive image and his or her humanistic orientation was determined. The ways of formation teacher's positive image and development of pedagogical skill are outlined. The types of public image are defined, kinetic and speech image are characterized. The article substantiates that the teacher's positive pedagogical image is able to promote the rise of the efficiency of pedagogical activity and is able to shape the style of social behavior of the high school teacher. Research on this problem and recent publications of domestic and foreign scientists are analyzed.

The article is devoted to the need to form a professional-pedagogical culture of future specialists of physical culture and sports specialties in the process of professional training in a higher education institution. The purpose of the article is to study the problem of the formation of a professional-pedagogical culture of future specialists of physical culture and sports specialties. The article substantiates the importance of professional-pedagogical culture in the formation of future specialists of physical culture and sports specialties as a basis for improving the level of general culture (physical, spiritual-moral, intellectual, legal, economic, and others) and as a carrier of professional competence, that is, the basis for the formation of a high professional-pedagogical level. The results of the research showed the need to organize in the institution of higher education conditions and a set of measures aimed at the formation of a professional-pedagogical culture of future specialists, which makes it possible to strengthen educational work with them based on the translation of the values of the cultural and sports heritage of the subject of the state, the effective formation of their professionalism and pedagogical culture.

The essence of the definitions "competence", "managerial competence" as the value of the future teacher of higher education and the object of scientific analysis is revealed; "value professional orientations" as a result of awareness and assimilation of universal and professional values and the basis for the formation of managerial competence of future specialists in higher school pedagogy. Values are outlined as a qualitative criterion of professionalism of the future specialist, which determines the vector of needs, interests, position and level of development of the individual and his professional self-determination. "Professional competence" is highlighted as the basis of effective management. The managerial competence of a teacher of a higher education institution is revealed as an integrative quality of a specialist in the field of higher school pedagogy, which reflects his ability to lead the educational process and communication in a professional environment and is a high level of professionalism. The peculiarities of the formation of managerial competence of a teacher in higher education are clarified. The pedagogical conditions of formation of managerial competence of the future teacher of higher school in the course of master's preparation are defined; the educational environment of the higher education institution is defined as an important condition for the formation of managerial competence and professional and value orientations of students; criteria for the formation of managerial competence of the future teacher in the process of master's training are revealed.

The paper describes the method for increasing the level of self-organisation in students which has been developed by the author. It also contains the method testing results and presents the prospects and risks teachers could face while applying the method in a higher education institution. The purpose of this study is to find out the prospects and risks of applying the method for increasing the level of self-organisation in students and to determine the ways of reducing the risks. Methodology. The author points out the learning approaches which were the basis of developing the method and describes diagnostic methods for determining students’ self-organisation levels. The work focused on increasing each student’s initial level consists of a theoretical and a practical part and includes project activities on creating a study guide. The results of the study. The method developed proved to be effective. It was established by diagnosing the final level of self-organisation in students in the experimental and control groups. The paper considers the advantages of the method among which there is universal character, flexibility, improvements to teacher’s and students’ professional competence, etc. At the same time it is necessary to be aware of the risks due to the increased amount of teacher’s work and the fact that students’ work within the project tends to be monotonous. In conclusion, the prospects of the method for increasing the level of self-organisation in students are related to its advantages and the final results of the work. The risks of its use can be reduced with the help of the measures proposed in the paper.

Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested

The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted educational leaders to restructure the curriculum and modify the instructional set-up to accommodate remote learning of which using technology is the most viable solution to the existing problem. This study explores how teachers adapt and utilise technology-based teaching, and what makes students learn under blended learning modalities in Taytay Senior High School. Quantitatively, using the validated survey questionnaire anchored on the technology adaptation model and the adaptive learning environment model, this study revealed that teachers' age is the factor in all aspects of the model (performance and effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions). When comparing the adaptation levels of students and teachers, it showed that teachers were slightly higher than the students, and that there is a negligible correlation. The findings of this study will serve as baseline data for immediate actions for items that surfaced concerns as hindrance or factors that can hamper students’ academic performance. The article substantiates the purpose, stages, content, algorithm and methods of implementation. The entry of Ukrainian higher education into the European space determines the need for specialists with integrated specialties. The purpose of the article is to investigate the purposefulness of the formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere to ensure the educational and methodological process in higher education institutions. Methodology – general industry, research, information, diagnostic, subject methodical. Thus, there is a need to modernize professional and human resources. Therefore, the issue of scientific understanding of quality training of social workers in management, i.e., leadership of small and large groups of people, their ability to be highly qualified professionals with established managerial competence. Modern approaches to understanding the process of formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere, which is determined by the focus on the object of management, taking into account its specifics and the nature of development in the socio-educational environment. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the essence and content of the concept of "managerial competence" are revealed. The understanding of professional training as an important component of managerial competence of future specialists in the field of management is highlighted, in particular, that professional training is a set of knowledge, skills and abilities, mastery of which allows a person to work as a specialist or a skilled worker qualifications. The main purpose of the formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere is to achieve a high level of its main components and ensure the manageability of the educational and methodological process. Based on the analysis of pedagogical, methodological, philosophical research of the essence, content and structure of managerial competence in social specialists, the founders revealed as a component of professional competence of a social specialist, a dynamic integrated systemic education, which is manifested in management. In turn, management activity is the result of managerial training of a social worker to evaluate his or her professional activity. Professional training of future social professionals for management is a necessary component that requires clarification of the concept of "professional training of social professionals" in order to form managerial competence for effective performance of professional duties and opportunities for successful work in the chosen profession.

Article is devoted to consideration of questions of transformation of a modern role of the teacher of high school which changes and supplements a substantial basis of its professional competence and demands reconsideration and acceptance of new concepts. The role and the functions of the teacher connected with problems of education of youth in educational space of high school that promotes formation of communicative skills and social intelligence of competitors of higher education which of objects of influence become its subjects is characterised. It is defined that consulting preceptorship of group carries out adviser – the key subject of the socially-humanitarian influence which functions essentially differ from functions of the curator in traditional understanding. Socially-humanitarian functions and roles of adviser of groups of competitors of higher education are presented, socially-humanitarian directions and forms of its work. Status definition in educational process of an institution of higher education of student's advisers is proved, the purpose of their activity, the primary goals and functions. The conclusion, concerning modern development of the Ukrainian higher school, its European orientation which demands from teachers of performance of a certain number of roles – not as instructors and a source of knowledge and as couch, facilitator, the tutor, the moderator, the mentor and adviser of an individual educational trajectory of competitors of higher education is drawn.

The prerequisite for ensuring the professional training of masters in the specialty "The Primary Education" in Ukraine is the formation of their professional competence to teach in the higher education institutions. After all, in addition to qualifying as a primary school teacher, they are also qualified as the teacher of pedagogy. Accordingly, the preparation of the modern primary school teacher requires the organization of the educational process in higher education on a scientific humanistic basis which provides purposeful systematic provision of psychological and pedagogical training of scientific and pedagogical staff for the higher education institutions of different levels of accreditation for their interaction with students. This article summarizes the author's experience of studying the teaching methods of the disciplines "Fundamentals of Pedagogy", "Didactics", "Theory and Methods of Education", "Socio-pedagogical Fundamentals of Educational Management" and "History of Pedagogy". In particular, theoretical and aspects of students' methodical activity are revealed: active listening, participation in dialogue and discussion during lectures, observation of pedagogical classes from different sections (basics of pedagogy, didactics, theory of education, history of pedagogy), development of the text of lectures on separate topics, micro-teaching and analysis of pedagogical situations, their modeling, execution of creative tasks, production of visual material. Preparation of the masters for teaching of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education facilitates their mastery of the basic concepts and categories of pedagogy, historical aspects of the formation of pedagogy as a science, current trends in education; the content of pedagogical disciplines in the institutions of higher pedagogical education; features of the education process, its regularities and principles, the methods and organizational forms, etc. Also, in the process of studying the methodology of teaching pedagogical disciplines, the masters have the ability to prepare curricula for disciplines; to plan and conduct various types of training (lectures, seminars and practical classes); to control and diagnose students' educational achievements; to organize various types of cognitive work with students, etc.

The article reveals the issues of professional motivation of graduates of institutions of higher education to self-realization in life, the need for interaction between employers and institutions of higher education, which trains specialists for a particular sphere and not always cope with providing them with the knowledge that affects the development of competencies necessary for the performance of official responsibilities at a particular place of work. The emphasis has been placed on the importance of vocational guidance measures for professional motivation, interaction between employers and institutions of higher education. The importance of acquiring professional competence by students for professional self-realization in the future, application of innovative technologies in their teaching, involvement in situational modeling and project development have been highlighted. It has been emphasized that the component of the student's educational motivation can be orientation to international relations, the state's course on academic mobility. The publication outlines the positions of modern scholars on the difficulties of self-realization in the professional sphere, which are influenced by external and internal factors. It has been noted that in the structure of readiness for professional activity, there are motivational, emotional-volitional, orientational components. It has been emphasized that insufficient level of professional training of graduates is explained by the emphasis on their attention only on the material and social advantages of the chosen profession. The focus is on the need for youth to find appropriate bases of practice that will satisfy the institution of higher education, students and employers. It has been noted that an important role for the employer plays a potential employee's possession with new information technologies. It has been explained that today it is important to rethink the role of scientific designing, counseling, directing students to self-realization and scientific guidance from teachers as mentors, tutors. It has been emphasized that the modernization of the educational branch focuses on the recognition of the diploma of the graduate of the institutions of higher education as evidence of real professional qualifications.
