Assessment of the Personnel Potential of Production Masters Using the Method of Identifying Qualification Deficiencies (on the Example of a Study Conducted in JSC «Kuznetsov»)

The article describes the study of the personnel potential of the production masters of a large industrial enterprise. Such studies are of great practical importance, because they reveal hidden reserves associated with insufficient use of human resources, and therefore allow you to find additional ways to improve the efficiency of the organization, increase productivity. The main method of assessing the human resources potential in the article is the method of identifying qualification deficits-indicators that reflect not achieving the required level for a specific competence, lack of specific knowledge or skills, a certain skill in the work of certain employees. In conditions of increasing changes in all spheres of human life, increasing competition of technologies, services, and goods, the ability of an organization to respond quickly to these changes, correctly assess the skill level of its employees, understand what skill deficits are occurring, and take timely measures to eliminate them is of great importance. Assess workforce capacity and identify the skill deficits is to obtain reliable and objective data reflecting the quality of human resources of the organization, on which to build effective program of individual and group staff development, which in turn will improve the overall efficiency of the organization. The article describes the research process itself, its stages and their features, and the main results. The novelty of the study is that a new approach is applied to the formation of indicators for assessing human resources potential, which is demonstrated by a specific example.

Presents the development will help strengthen the ties between science and production, establishing mechanisms to conduct applied research in the field of innovation and creation of knowledge-based technologies in solving current and future environmental problems in Azerbaijan. We offer innovative ideas distinguishes the potential need for their materialization into new products, technologies and services, including the widespread use of digital technologies to design dynamic digital environmental map in space and in time. The study aimed at acknowledging the Six Sigma methodology and the existence of the essential components for the application, as well as reducing the time for completing the operations, reducing the error rate to the lowest possible level, and improving the quality of operations. For this objective, the analytical descriptive methodology was used on a sample consisted of 300 administrative and medical staff from Khartoum State Hospitals (Khartoum, Omdurman, Bahri). To this end, a questionnaire was used for collecting data and for analyzing it and achieving the results of the study by using the statistical analysis package (SPSS). The study deduced a number of results, the most important of which are that the items of commitment and supreme command support for the senior leadership and the methods of abundant human resources on quality control, and the application of the Six Sigma methodology in government hospitals in Khartoum state achieved a satisfactory level, while continuous improvement paragraphs, processes, and systems on quality control and the application of Six Sigma methodology achieved high quality. There is a significant effect on the extent of commitment and support of the higher leadership on quality control and the application of the Six Sigma methodology. Similarly, there is a statistically significant effect on the application of continuous improvement methods on quality control and Six Sigma methodology. Also, there is a statistically significant effect on the application of the abundance of human resources methods variable on quality control and the application of Six Sigma methodology in governmental hospitals in Khartoum state. The study recommended to take interest in the Six Sigma methodology and assure the possibility of using it in Khartoum State’s hospitals because of its scientific and practical importance in improving the quality of services and provided processes, and the need to provide qualified financial and human resources for using and developing Six Sigma methodology in hospitals, as well as great attention in training and providing departments heads with full knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and the fundamentals on which Six Sigma methodology, is based on its importance for hospitals. The study also recommended associating the promotions system in government hospitals in Khartoum state with the quality control program.

Abstract Batu Caves is a sacred spot for Hindu people in Kuala Lumpur. It was initially only an ordinary cave which then was built an iconic statue in front of the cave that attract tourists to come there. A statue of the Muruga God which has 42.7 meters (140 fts) tall has been launched in January 2006, attracting travelers from various parts of the world. The Malaysian government continues to develop the construction in the Batu Caves area. The construction development in each process will have the impacts, therefore there is a need of research on these impacts in order to avoid and reduce negative impacts and encourage positive impacts. This research process uses descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. The focus in this study is the implementation of tourism industrial development in it includes the development of tourist objects and attractions, infrastructures, marketing and promotion of tourism, and the development of human resources. The next focus is the impact on the economic and socio-cultural conditions of the community due to the development of tourism and previous conditions. The results show that development of construction continues to be carried out in terms of both physical and quality human resources. This tourism progress is able to improve the economic quality of the community, especially around Selangor Malaysia. Even the Thaipusam celebration has attracted 1.5 million adherents and made this celebration one of the largest meetings in 2007 in world history.

Human resource management is an important aspect of an organization. The quality of human resources must be developed every time for the organization to achieve the expected goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and involvement on performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Office of Direktorat Jendral Kekayaan Negara Kalimantan Timur dan Utara. This research uses quantitative approach with a survey method on 41 respondents. Testing uses descriptive and path analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction does’t automatically increase productivity. Organizational culture and involvement have an influence on job satisfaction, besides that it can be concluded that employee dissatisfaction tends to reduce employee productivity.

Educational demands driven by educational growth have grown the economy of the people of Arisan Musi Village, Muara Belida District, Muara Enim Regency by increasing job opportunities. The allocation of knowledgeable human resources is the beginning of economic growth. education in Arisan Musi Village is quite good compared to previous years. The descriptive analysis aims to explain the development of the education level of the people of Arisan Musi Village, Muara Belida Regency, South Sumatra Province. Education can improve the quality of human resources which in turn can help foster public understanding of development. Therefore, to have the ability to participate in society, it is necessary to increase human resources through education. There are various aspects that can improve the quality of human resources such as health, education, and so on. With many people starting to migrate and work in better jobs than depending on plantations in Arisan Musi Village. The quality of human resources is the foundation for successful development. So that internal and external factors that affect the quality of human resources become better, and village growth becomes better. Good education can also produce good human resources. These quality human resources can increase productivity at work so that the opportunity to work is higher and the economic situation is getting better in the village of Arisan Musi. Because if the quality of human resources is good, it can support the development process of an area to develop into a growth center.

The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of supervision of staff development at Madrasyah Ibtidayyah Muhammadiyah Juwiran Klaten. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. With the method of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis activities are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that one way to develop human resources at Madrasyah Ibtidaiyyah Muhammadiyah Juwiran Klaten is by supervision, By improving the quality of education which must start from the aspect of teachers and other education personnel concerning the quality of their professionalism and welfare in a professional education management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of public complaints services through Doorstops, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the point of public protests services through Doorstops, and efforts to overcome barriers to the effectiveness of Public Complaints Services through Doorstops in Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta Administration, DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data needed in this study include primary data and secondary data. This research used data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. Informants were determined using purposive sampling and incidental sampling techniques. According to Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly (1995), the theory used is the basis for developing a framework of thinking and research instruments. It appears that there are several problems, including the number of complaints received is still very small and even decreased from 2017-2019, the amount of budget used is not proportional to the number of services provided, the service process is still prolonged, there are still some repeated complaints, human resources still lacking, the facilities and infrastructure used are still minimal, and socialization has not been maximized so that it has an impact on decreasing public complaint services. Suggestions to increase productivity and quality of general complaint services, re-evaluate the budget used, increase Human Resources, fulfil infrastructure, and socialize, as well as optimize online-based public complaint services.

Islamic education continues to experience development and change as times change. The shifting and changes in education scheme is a phenomenon which currently happening, the human needs and demands of the times are the reasons that those changes occur. As we all know, this era of society 5.0 is making changes to human life, one of which is the education sector. The problem is how to preserve Islamic Education so it could withstand the era of society 5.0. This article aims to analyze the existence of Islamic Education in the era of society revolution 5.0. Through library research and content analysis, this article confirms that Islamic Education should be able to compete in this everchanging time. The steps that must be taken by Islamic Education in the era of society 5.0, as stated by Rhenald Kasali, are disruptive mindset, self-driving and reshape or create. Islamic Education should be able to utilize technological tools to increase the quality of its education. Islamic Education should increase spiritual, moral and intellectual solidity by increasing the quality of human resources rich in science, technology and imtaq. Islamic Education should have a better sense of development, so the current education institution could be the harmonious future laboratory.

Effective communication occurs when individuals reach mutual understanding, stimulate others to take action, and encourage people to think in new ways. The ability to communicate effectively will increase productivity, both the individuals concerned and their organizations, so that they can anticipate problems, make decisions effectively, coordinate workflow, supervise others, develop relationships and can promote organizational products and services. This study aims to identify the influence of communication and the quality of human resources on organizational performance in Piksi Ganesha Bandung Polytechnic. From the results of the above research, the authors provide the following suggestions: 1) the need for an integrated communication system so that all human resources in the organization can find out information related to their tasks quickly and accurately; 2) periodic training needs to be held so that it can improve organizational performance and improve self-understanding among employees; 3) development of communication systems between employees and between campus locations so as to minimize errors or confusion of information in the organization.
