Physical inactivity is an urgent problem of modern medicine and society, characterized by a number of serious systemic disorders and claiming more than 5 million human lives every year. A timely increase in physical activity is obvious, however, there is a risk of developing tissue hypermetabolic syndrome associated with uncontrolled consumption of energy factors by the muscular system and possible damage to vital organs. In this regard, justified and proposed a system cardiorespiratory training, previous physical activation, by means of peak pressure in respiratory tract, through a portable device designed for individual use with a metered level of resistivity to reduce the risk of tissue hypermetabolism syndrome and increase in the future, the possibility of physical rehabilitation

The article presents the comparative analysis of application of terpene-containing medicine Antiran (1:3 solution) and 0.06% chlorhexidine bigluconate solution in a complex therapy of patients with chronic generalized parodontitis. According to the curative effect, these drugs are comparable with antibacterial and antiseptic agents, but they act more gently and, as a rule, do not cause side effects. Currently, as a etiotropic therapy of periodontitis, a wide range of drugs affecting the parodontal pathogenic microflora, irrational use of antibacterial agents has acquired the status of a global problem of modern medicine, since it leads to the emergence of resistant strains of microorganisms that are poorly sensitive or resistant to treatment. The medicaments were used in ultrasonic scaling and for passive ultrasonic irrigation of periodontal pockets during curettage process. The results were evaluated according to the PMA, SBI, PI indexes, an extravazation time formation and periodontal pockets depth. The first total time period of clinical observation established that inflammation process was eliminated earlier when Antiran was used. Thus our study demonstrated and substantiated the successful experience of Antiran application in periodontal practice.

Subject. Individualized etiotropic prevention of caries in children using bacteriophages. The goal is to study the peculiarities of the carioprophylactic effect of bacteriophages that are part of the drug "Fagodent." Methodology. The study involved 30 somatically safe children of 7―12 years of age with equal gender distribution and a decompensated caries course. The intensity of caries was determined by the formula KPU+CP. Patients with confirmed cariogenic bacteria dysbiosis were selected according to the CRT-bacteria test (Ivoclar company) at CFU/ml≥105. The method involves the collection of stimulated saliva, inoculation and incubation in a thermostat at a temperature of 37 °C for 2 days, the analysis of the number of colonies on a standard scale. The Green―Vermillion Hygiene Index (OHI-S) was also taken into account with an average of 0.9, children with high rates were excluded from the study. Results. After the course administration of the drug, the colonization rate of the oral cavity with cariogenic microorganisms decreases, which is reflected in the decrease in the Green―Vermillion (OHI-S) hygiene indices from 0.9±0.14 to 0.5±0.1 (p<0.05) and the test CRT-bacteria (Ivoclar Vivadent) CFU / ml from ≥105 to ≤105 (p<0.05). Upon further observation, within 3 months after the course of phagotherapy, the levels of contamination of the oral cavity with cariogenic microorganisms and hygiene were reliably kept low. Hygienic indicators also changed after the administration of the drug “Fagodent”: the Green― Vermillion hygiene index significantly decreased from 0.9±0.14 to 0.5±0.1 after 2 weeks and to 0.7±0.1 after 3 months. Findings. Clinical studies have proven the effectiveness of the drug "Fagodent" based on bacteriophages in the complex treatment and prevention of dental caries. The proposed scheme for the individual use of the drug under the supervision of a doctor does not require special equipment, is simple to implement and shows high positive results, which allows us to recommend it for the prevention of caries in children.

The Community-acquired Pneumonia (CAP) is an urgent problem of modern medicine due to its high incidence, morbidity, the increasing resistance of a microflora to antibacterial therapy, a large number of complications and a high lethality. Now in a pathogenesis of pneumonia the leading value belongs to various changes of metabolism, including an induction of peroxide oxidation of lipids and formation of an oxidizing stress. The importance is attached to violations of a functional condition of a liver at pneumonia which pathogenetic mechanisms of damage are diverse, including with participation of a vascular endothelium. At the same time in realization of therapeutic approaches on a normalization of metabolism of cages of an organism the priority part is assigned to oxidation substrata. It is shown that the succinatecontaining medicines realize various pharmacological effects, providing in general cytoprotective action that allows to consider them as perspective the compositions having hepatoprotective activity which are necessary in complex therapy of the community-acquired Pneumonia (CAP).

According to scientists, more than 20 thousand allergens are known and their number is constantly increasing. Therefore, children’s allergy remains one of the urgent problems of modern medicine, since allergic diseases in adults in most cases begin from childhood. The article summarizes our own data and presents a scientific review of the medical literature, which is devoted to the analysis of the problem of treatment of allergic diseases with desloratadine in children. Nowdays there is a significant prevalence of allergic conditions in children. We analyzed the effect of desloratadine on the course of allergic diseases in children. The analyzed literature review showed a high safety profile of the drug desloratadine. Also we presented the personal data of desloratadine therapy for seasonal allergic rhinitis in children. The literature data presented in the article and our own experience allow us to conclude that allergic conditions remain an urgent problem in clinical medicine, and the use of antihistamines, in particular desloratadine, increases the effectiveness of allergy therapy and accelerates the recovery and disappearance of symptoms.

Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is considered to be a factor in the development of gastrointestinal tract (GIT) diseases. Thus, enterocolitis is a frequent complication of NSAIDs. Experimental modelling of GIT diseases in laboratory animals, which describes the origin and mechanism of the corresponding disease in humans with maximal precision, is an urgent problem of modern medicine. This paper presents the results of comparative experimental biomodelling of NSAID-induced enterocolitis in laboratory rats. It was found that the intragastric administration of acetylsalicylic acid resulted mainly in stomach damage. The introduction of dexketoprofen — both orally and intramuscularly — causes erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and intestines. The type of damage showed no correlation with the type of administration. For the first time, the results of enterocolitis biomodelling using dexketoprofen are presented.

Introduction: Рharmacological correction of endothelial dysfunction is a urgent problem of modern medicine. Materials and methods: Endothelial dysfunction was simulated in male rats using the e-NOS inhibitor L-NAME (25 mg/kg/day intraperitoneally, for 7 days). Simulation of ADMA-like preeclampsia was performed by intraperitoneal injection of L-NAME to females in the same doses for 7 days (14-20th days of pregnancy). These pathologies were corrected by administering ademethionine in dose 150 mg/kg and taurine at a dose of 260 mg/kg, as well as their combination at the same doses, intragastrically, through an atraumatic probe, once a day. Results: In the group with use of taurine at a dose of 260 mg/kg the coefficient of endothelial dysfunction decreased to the level of intact animals. Use of ademethionine at a dose of 150 mg/kg and taurine at a dose of 260 mg/kg combined resulted in the most pronounced endothelioprotective effect on the ADMA-like preeclampsia model. The coefficient of endothelial dysfunction decreased more than when using monotherapy of these drugs. Morphological studies of myocardiocytes showed that the combination of ademethionine at a dose of 150 mg/kg and taurine at a dose of 260 mg/kg prevented an increase in the cross-section of cardiomyocytes. Discussion: Possibly, ademethionine and taurine have an endothelioprotective effect because of their ability to decrease hyperhomocysteinemia. Conclusion: The investigated drugs showed pronounced endothelioprotective activity and can be recommended for further pre-clinical studies.

Despite the achievements of modern medicine, the method of drainage of the upper urinary tract with obstruction remains an urgent problem in urgent urological practice. The article presents a brief literature review of classical methods of upper urinary tract drainage, such as open nephrostomy and ureteral catheter installation. Special attention is paid to modern methods of drainage of the upper urinary tract. Percutaneous puncture nephrostomy today is one of the most frequently performed operations for the purpose of upper urinary tract drainage in urology, which is used both for medical and diagnostic purposes, which characterizes it as a fairly simple operation and safe for the patient, which has a number of significant drawbacks (wearing a urinal, possible purulent-septic complications, traumatization of the renal parenchyma). In contrast to percutaneous puncture nephrostomy, the urethral stent is devoid of the above disadvantages, however, it has no less significant disadvantages in use (migration, inlay, reflux).
