The article considers the problem of criminalization of the young generation in Russia. The importance of this issue is that, increasingly among the younger population can meet deviant behavior. Existing socio-economic problems in our country have a negative impact on young people. Not being able to meet their material needs in an honest way, the young generation chooses criminal methods to achieve their goals. In the era of information society the control of the youth becomes almost impossible.

<p><em>Indonesia's demographic data shows that the percentage of young people over 20% or about 60 million Indonesians is at a young age. This potential greatly determines the progress and character of the nation in the future. The swift influence of globalization through the media has a positive and negative impact on the growth and behavior development of the younger generation. One of the negative impacts facilitated by the spread through the media was deviant behavior that occurred in various parts of the world which was later imitated by young people in Indonesia. Drug abuse, sexual behavior outside of marriage and sexual orientation deviation or known as LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender). This study aims to detect the opinions and understanding of adolescents about the importance of healthy reproduction as an effort to prevent early sexual behavior deviations. The study population was middle school students in Bekasi Regency, as many as six sample schools were selected using the random sampling technique. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that 70% of female adolescents in Bekasi maintain their reproductive health behaviors while 57% of men pay attention to their reproductive health behavior. The results of adolescent sexual deviation behavior from this study were as many as 10.9% of teenagers had masturbation, and there were 5.1% of teens wanting same-sex lovers.</em><em></em></p>

Globalization on the other hand has a negative impact, including being influenced by western culture and understanding which is contrary to the identity and identity of the Indonesian nation. Globalization as a challenge is the main thing for nationalism, especially regarding the factors that cause this decline. This article aims to describe the value of nationalism as the younger generation in the midst of globalization. Through Literature studies by utilizing the Search Engine through Google Scholar. Based on the results of the discussion, globalization that is so fast affecting the community, especially young people, is so powerful. The influence of globalization has made many young people today lose their national identity as a country with Indonesian nationality, thereby diminishing the value of nationalism.

The spread of drugs in Indonesia, which is increasing every year, is increasing by the large population of Indonesia's population. Indonesia is one of the extraordinary markets for drug mafia to bring these illegal goods into the archipelago. The largest number of drug users in Indonesia from year to year are still dominated by students, in this case students and school children, especially high school and junior high school levels. In the medical world, drugs can be medicinal properties for healing. Drug use in the medical world is legal. So what becomes a policeman is when someone consumes drugs without the supervision of a health professional or doctor. If someone uses drugs without the supervision of a doctor, they think it will be very dangerous because drug users are because drugs are poisonous substances that can cause drug users to always depend or be addicted to these drugs, damage organs, affect a person's decline or make thoughts do not become irrational and damage the brain permanently. The result is even more terrible, which leads to death. The abuse of narcotics and illicit drugs among the younger generation is increasing. The proliferation of deviant behavior of the young generation can endanger the survival of this nation in the future. Because youth, as the generation expected to become the nation's successor, are increasingly vulnerable to being eaten away by nerve-destroying addictive substances. So that the young man could not think clearly. As a result, the generation of hope for a nation that is strong and intelligent will only be a memory. The target for the spread of these drugs is young people or teenagers.

Educational institutions are faced with the rapid development of millennial times, so that the impact of the progress of the era has positive and negative impacts, the negative impact issues that concern the public include actions and deviant behavior from the community, such as immorality, gambling, robbery, consuming drugs, drinks hard and so on.The deviant behavior is expected not to poison the young generation as the successor of the nation's life. Prostitution is a negative social phenomenon that is present in all stages of development of human civilization. As such, it appeared in various intensities and forms, causing serious psychological, moral and legal consequences. From the ancient period to the present day, prostitution has survived, but the view of it has varied in different historical periods. Prostitution is inextricably linked to young people and as a deviant behavior has justifiably provoked negative reactions from society. The aim of this paper is to present the attitude towards prostitution in different state and social systems, from ancient Greece and Rome to modern times, through different historical epochs. Having in mind the negative impact and deviance of prostitution, as well as its negative impact on young people, a special chapter deals with the role of youth safety culture in prostitution prevention, and especially the importance and stability of the family in educating and raising healthy young people with normal moral attitudes and principles.

This essay discusses based on Qur’anic value and character education. In gobalization era, it has great impact on young behaviour change such as fighting, free sex, drug and other delinquencies. The occurred result is serious enough and it cannot be assumed just as a simple matter again, mainly that the subjects and the victim are young people whose have professions as students. The fact indicates that education world has to give an important role toward preventing national moral decadency in the effort of preparing the better future young generation. In this regard, we are aware that the education goal, basically, is to build better morality of human being or in another term is to “humanize the human being”. An idea regarding the significance of character education was appeared as a given solution in answering the morality problem in Indonesian education world. Character education is part of value education. That why, looking for the character education concept has been very urgent in the effort of preparing excellent, faithful, professional and personalized leaner as being asked by the education goal. The essence of characterized behavior actually is the psychological totality form which includes the whole human individual potency of cognitive, affective and psycho-motoric aspects, and also socio-cultural totality function in the context of interaction with God, him or herself, other human beings and the environment in his or her long life. Furthermore, in Qur’an’s teaching, the figure of the Messenger Peace be upon him (PBUH) is viewed as “the model human being”. In this context, the concept of Qur’anic charactereducation can be found through three moral dimensions that should be actualized in human being personality. They are the morality toward Allah (spiritual quotient/ intelligence), the morality toward our self (emotional quotient) and the morality toward Allah’s creatures, human being and environment (social quotient). Then, school should make the Holy Qur’an as the foundation of character education’s implementation whereas the implementation form in the school can be developed through intra-curricular, extra-curricular or personality and school culture development.

В статье раскрываются особенности сущностного понимания религиозного экстремизма и организационно-правовой профилактики данного явления. Обращено внимание на важность профилактической работы в рамках предупреждения антиобщественного (девиантного) поведения. Авторами рассматриваются причины и условия формирования религиозного экстремизма и наполнения им сети Интернет. Интернет-сообщество сталкивается с массовой информационной угрозой со стороны экстремистских организаций. Это связано с катастрофически быстрым распространением радикальных идеологий, всеобщей компьютеризацией и информатизацией общественных процессов, что облегчает процесс распространения материалов, носящих экстремистский характер. Религиозный экстремизм является источником вооруженных конфликтов во всем мире. Жертвами этого страшного явления, как правило, являются дети, подростки, молодые люди, кого легко заманить в сети идеологического обмана. Религиозный экстремизм опасен не только разрушением социальных объектов и ценностей, убийствами, террором. Гораздо опаснее сама идеология экстремизма, которая искажает мировоззрение и психику человека. В этих условиях эффективным является проведение профилактических мероприятий с молодым поколением, доведение до людей важности вопроса, осуществление контроля за неблагополучными семьями, обучение молодых лиц толерантности и уважению к окружающим людям. В работе определены направления работы правоохранительных органов по вопросу совершенствования механизма противодействия распространению экстремистской информации. Определена важность международного сотрудничества. The article reveals the features of the essential understanding of religious extremism and organizational and legal prevention of this phenomenon. Attention is drawn to the importance of preventive work as part of the prevention of antisocial (deviant) behavior. The authors consider the reasons and conditions for the formation of religious extremism and the filling of the Internet. The online community is facing a massive information threat from extremist organizations. This is due to the catastrophically lightning-fast spread of radical ideologies, the general computerization and informatization of social processes, which facilitates the process of distributing materials of an extremist nature. Religious extremism is a source of armed conflict throughout the world. The victims of this terrible phenomenon, as a rule, are children, adolescents, young people and girls - whom it is easy to lure into networks of ideological deception. Religious extremism is dangerous not only the destruction of social objects and values, murders, terror. The ideology of extremism itself, which distorts the worldview and the human psyche, is much more dangerous. Religious extremism is a source of armed conflict throughout the world. The victims of this terrible phenomenon, as a rule, are children, adolescents, young people and girls - whom it is easy to lure into networks of ideological deception. Religious extremism is dangerous not only the destruction of social objects and values, murders, terror. Komunitas anak punk semakin lama semakin banyak. Dengan berbagai latar belakang dan memiliki ideologi yang sama dengan teman lainnya. Pada kenyataannya,keberadaan anak punk tidak sepenuhnya dapat diterima di masyarakat. Masyarakat menilai mereka dengan pandangan yang negatif. Dalam pandangan masyarakat, komunitas punk memang memiliki perilaku  menyimpang, identik dengan label negatif yang mengedepankan gaya, trend, dan fashion. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran komunitas anak punk di daerah X Kota Batam.         Hasil penelitian ini bahwa anak punk di daerah X memilih untuk menjadi anak punk bukan karena terpaksa atau sekedar ikut-ikutan saja. Bagi anak punk di daerah X menyikapi hidup mereka dengan tidak tergantung kepada orang lain (lebih mandiri). Dimana, disaat anak-anak muda yang lain lebih memilih diskotik atau tempat hiburan lainnya. Anak punk di daerah X memilih jalanan sebagai tempat mereka berbaur bersama dengan teman-teman anak punk lainnya dalam kesehariannya. Kata Kunci: Kasus, Komunitas Anak Punk, dan Daerah BatamCommunity punk gradually becoming more common. With a variety of backgrounds and have the same ideology with other friends. In fact, the existence of punk kids are not fully accepted in society. People consider those with a negative view. In the view of the public, the punk community does have a deviant behavior, synonymous with a negative label that emphasizes style, trend and fashion. The purpose of this study is to describe the punk community in the X area of Batam. The results of this study that the punks in the X chose to become a child of punk is not out of necessity or just went along with it. For children of punk in the X addressing their lives by not depend on others (more independent). Where, when young people others prefer a discotheque or other entertainment venues. The article analysis the world experience of the negative impact of Internet on young people. Summarizing foreign experience of Internet dependence prevention, we note that the most dangerous impact of Internet dependence on the socialization of young people in the world are: deteriorating relationships with family and friends, mood swings, aimless cyber surfing, «toxic communication», virtual shopping and virtual shopping. In turn, the analysis and further systematization of foreign experience of preventive and corrective measures in different countries and regions of humanity that first entered the information society, gave grounds to identify such areas as: preparation of the social environment for preventive work (national preventive and educational approach (USA, Japan); creation of specialized centers for comprehensive prevention through professional information, counseling social institutions and establishments that are forced to participate in prevention (USA, Netherlands, Taiwan), preparation for prevention of the family, which is perceived as capable of overcoming or, accordingly, preventing Internet addiction in all its manifestations (Japan, Taiwan), preparation for prevention Teachers of schools (Russia) Direct prevention of Internet addiction of young people, which is realized through the general development of human personality, spiritual improvement, intellectual dynamics, psychological education for self-regulation of youth, diversification of leisure (Canada, Netherlands, Russia, Taiwan).

Bullying is deliberate aggressive action, using an imbalance of strength physically or mentally by hurting physical, verbal, or emotional / psychological forms repeatedly. In the last decade, cases of bullying in Indonesia continue to increase and if not handled properly will increasingly have a negative impact on the development of the children of the nation's next generation. Bullying does not only affect children who are bullied but can also affect children who bully, children who witness bullying. Some of the effects of bullying include anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. The purpose of community engagement is to socialize the impact of bullying and how to increase self-esteem to adolescents. Through psychoeducation programs in adolescents such as schools and teenagers religious communities in the Cikarang - Bekasi region, young people gain an in-depth understanding of bullying, its effects and how to increase their confidence. Through this psychoeducation, teenagers understand the understanding, types and effects of bullying both short term and long term so they promise to resist bullying starting from themselves. Teenagers learn that humans are social beings who need each other. They learn about the meaning of diversity and bhineka tunggal ika and try to implement it in their next lives by respecting the differences in their environment. These teenagers learn to respect themselves more, see the positive things that God has given them. They try to always believe in themselves that they are perfect and valuable beings in God's eyes so that even though the environment around them may not appreciate, they can still see positive things in themselvesABSTRAK:Bullying adalah tindakan agresif yang disengaja, menggunakan ketidakseimbangan kekuatan secara fisik atau mental dengan cara menyakiti bentuk fisik, verbal, atau emosional/ psikologis secara berulang – ulang. Dalam satu decade terakhir, kasus bullying di Indonesia terus meningkat dan bila tidak ditangani dengan baik akan semakin berdampak negative bagi perkembangan anak – anak generasi penerus bangsa. Tindakan bullying tidak hanya berdampak pada anak yang di-bully tetapi juga dapat berdampak pada anak yang mem-bully, anak yang menyaksikan bullying. Beberapa dampak bullying diantaranya kecemasan, depresi, serta rendahnya harga diri (self-esteem). Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan dampak bullying serta cara meningkatkan self-esteem kepada para remaja. Melalui program psikoedukasi di lingkungan remaja seperti sekolah maupun komunitas keagamaan remaja wilayah Cikarang – Bekasi, para remaja mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai bullying, dampaknya serta bagaimana cara meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mereka. Melalui psikoedukasi ini, para remaja memahami pengertian, jenis serta dampak bullying baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang sehingga mereka berjanji untuk bersikap menolak bullying mulai dari diri mereka sendiri. Para remaja belajar bahwa manusia adalah mahluk social yang saling membutuhkan. Mereka belajar tentang makna keberagaman dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika serta berusaha mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan mereka selanjutnya dengan cara menghargai perbedaan yang ada di lingkungannya. Remaja ini belajar untuk lebih menghargai diri mereka, melihat hal positif yang telah diberikan Tuhan kepada mereka. Mereka mencoba untuk selalu menanamkan dalam diri bahwa mereka adalah mahluk yang sempurna dan berharga di mata Tuhan sehingga walaupun lingkungan di sekitar mereka mungkin tidak menghargai, mereka tetap dapat melihat hal positif dalam diri mereka.
