The article describes some aspects of colour training of future hairdressing specialists. The work reveals the concepts of colour competence, colour training; provides interpretations of the concepts of colour, colour harmony, colouring, and peculiarities of the use of colour during professional training of specialists in the modern fashion industry. It is noted that colour is the most important means of emotional and artistic expression of the object; it has psycho-emotional impact on a person, and an information field. The article proves the necessity of the formation of colour competence of future hairdressing specialists during their professional training provided by studying a complex of professional courses, which will allow future specialists to create individual unique images taking into account all aspects of colour theory. The work presents some tasks that contribute to colour training of students in specialty 022 «Design. Hairstyle Design and the Art of Makeup». The formation of colour competence of future hairdressing specialists is proven to be an important prerequisite and an indicator of their readiness for professional activity.

The relevance of the problem under study is due to the formation of knowledge, skills, and abilities of future teachers in the process of their professional training; the essence of pedagogical practice as an integral process is considered. The article is aimed at theoretical and practical justification, actualization of the importance of professional practice in the course of professional training and training of teachers, which should be considered as one of the priority goals and important prerequisites for the socio-economic and spiritual progress of a multicultural society. It is pedagogical practice that is an important means of preparing a future teacher for innovative activities and in the professional formation and development of a future specialist. The leading approach to the study of this problem is a systematic approach that allows you to identify, justify and group the scientific, theoretical and practical prerequisites for students ' readiness for professional activity in the multicultural educational space of the school. The study showed that pedagogical practice provides students with training not only for practical work with students, but also for an innovative style of their professional activity. The materials of the article can be useful for specialists in the field of improving the quality of professional education.

The article considers improving issues of professional training of forensic expert. Training of forensic expert personnel is one of most important means of providing expert support of justice in the state, since only a high level specialist is able to provide an objective conclusion based on use special knowledge in any kind of legal proceedings. That is why the creation of an effective model of the communicative activity of a forensic expert plays an important role in the training of forensic expert personnel. Some issues of expert staff training in Ukraine and abroad are considered. Obligatory element of the training of subjects of forensic expert activity is the allocation of requirements for their professional speech activity. After all, the level of development of communicative skills and habits directly affects the level of communative competence, in general determines efficiency of work of each individual employee, as well as of the whole system as a whole. Professiography of forensic expert activity subjects is of particular relevance. Professiography is a definite set or system of skills and habits, psychological qualities necessary for the successful performance of professional activity. Author proposes a professiography model of subjects of forensic expert activity, which is an exemplary scheme of a forensic expert professiography. This scheme should include the following components: content of work; professionally important qualities; knowledge, skills, abilities; working conditions; medical contraindications; circumstances preventing a person from performing a forensic expert duties; requirements for professional training; related professions; the range of posts; possibility for performing labor activity by an expert independently or as a legal entity that is not owned a state specialized institution; demand for a profession in the labor market. Aim. The purpose of the study is to establish theoretical prerequisites, identify, describe and interpret the basic psychological patterns of the dynamics of figurative creativity of future teachers of the humanities both during his/ her training in the educational environment of modern pedagogical universities and at certain stages of the didactic process. Material and methods. As the methods and tools of empirical research, the author uses the procedure of analysis of the degree of statistical validity of the differences of average values of the selected empirical indicators (t-Student's criterion), the test of figurative creativity by E.P. Torrens (modified by O.E.Tunik), a survey method, an interview method, and an expert evaluation method. The respondents were first, third, and fifth-year students specialized in «Ukrainian language and literature», «English (German) language and literature», «Ukrainian country studying» with a total of 156 people aged 18 to 30 years. The empirical basis of the study was the Faculty of Philology of the State Higher Educational Institution «Donbas State Pedagogical University». Results. It is obvious that throughout the process of growing up and gaining experience in educational and professional activities, the main specific characteristics of the creative figurative act for the representatives of the natural profile of professional training are the speed of emergence and development of creative ideas, the degree of deviation from existing prototypes, the desire to avoid a possible return to them or their modification and efforts to complete and properly design their creative product. At the same time, at the background of the previously mentioned characteristics, the dynamics of the indicator of the abstractness of the name of figurative creativity gradually recedes into the background. It means that in the process of micro-age formation of figurative creativity of the humanitarian profile subject of educational and professional activity the subject’s deep essence, not its nominal side, the outer cover, which consists in the peculiarities of verbalization of this creative process, the peculiarities of self-presentation and the presentation of the final creative product are formed. Conclusions. If we summarize the dynamics of figurative creativity of a humanitarian profile student in general, then we can depict: 1) impressive are the positive changes in this area at the end of the study, on the verge of study and professional activity, which in fact can cause such a rapid and bright dynamics; 2) particular interest is in the dynamics of creativity of humanitarian profile students at the level of such nuclear characteristics of figurative creativity as the dynamics of the creative idea, the degree of its difference from stereotypes and resistance to their emergence and motivated ability to finalize the creative product. In the future, we see promising research on the dynamics of figurative creativity of students of natural, cultural, and artistic profile and a comparative study of the dynamics of figurative creativity on the indicator of the profile of professional training in higher pedagogical education.

Due to the release of new educational standards regulating the activities of educational structures of the Russian Federation the requirements for the results of professional training of a competent specialist with a developed set of competencies have increased. According to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education in 31.05.01 “Medical Care” and 31.05.02 “Pediatrics”, the future doctor must have a whole range of skills and abilities that determines his professionalism. These include the qualitative analysis of information, the identification of cause-and-effect relationships, the structuring of source data, and the reflection of one's own activities, which ultimately lead to the formation of analytical and reflexive activities. The formation of analytical and reflexive competence of a future doctor in the course of professional training is defined as a continuous and holistic psychological and pedagogical process aimed at strengthening motivation, ability and readiness to effectively carry out analytical and reflexive activities within the framework of professional activity. This has determined the need for the development of new didactic tools that contribute to its improvement in the process of professional training: models, pedagogical conditions, technology of formation, criteria apparatus and diagnostic tools.

A comprehensive examination of 213 interns of both sexes was carried out. A system of psychotherapeutic correction of maladaptive states and psycho-preventive support of interns during the period of professional training has been developed. Levels of adaptation of internship doctors for professional activity were emphasized: high (14,1 %), average (20,2 %) and low level (65,7 %). It was described the asthenical (25,8 % of men and 22,5 % of women), hypersthenic (20,6 % of men and 23,2 % of women), anxiodepressive (11,3 % and 20,6 % respectively), psychosomatic (14,5 % of men and 18,1 % of women), asthenic-apathetical (12,3 % and 11,2 % respectively) and addictive (15,5 % of men and 4,4 % of women) variants of maladaptive reactions among the internship doctors. The developed model of the formation of disorders of adaptation of internship doctors is presented by a complex of pathogenic factors. It was established that the basis for the formation of maladaptive reactions among the internship doctors is the presence of somatic pathology, craniocerebral injury and neuroinfection in the anamnesis and the tendency to addictive behavior. Prognostically important factors in the formation of adaptation disorders are conflicts of family and professional relations, disturbing suspiciousness, low communicativeness, difficult working conditions, lack of positive emotions, awareness of inadequate level of competence, low level of motivation, and imperfectiveness of mechanisms of psychological protection. Triggers for the development of maladaptive states are the high level of professional stress, depletion of adaptation, prolonged mental stress, frustration of significant basic needs, and high rates of clinical scale of anxiety and depression HDRS. An individualized three-stage system of medical and psychological support during the professional training period, which involves the application of complex psychodiagnostic, psychotherapeutic, psychoeducational and psychoprophylactic influences, has been developed and tested.

The article deals with analysis and generalization of methodological fundamentals of the development of political culture of future officers in the educational process of higher military educational establishments. It was clarified that formation of political culture of cadets depends on the teacher, since their general culture and personal qualities are a tool of influence upon them.A military instructor promotes development of political culture of future officers through the use of various methods, techniques and forms of training that help to form cadets’ interest in politics, political knowledge, education of political self-education, acquisition of democratic norms and values, desire to know and study political traditions of Ukrainian people and other world nations.Taking into account different methodological approaches including system, personality-oriented, culturological, activity-oriented, competence, integrative, axiological and acmeological to determine the component composition of political culture, research on the formation of various components of political culture, as well as peculiarities of professional activity of officers enabled to identify their political culture as an integral quality of a personality which contains a system of knowledge about the political aspects of professional activity of an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, rules of professional communication, political behavior and political actions.Structural components of political culture of future officers include political orientation, political literacy, political readiness and political competence.On the basis of the analysis of scientific works, educational work of higher military educational establishments, the results of the ascertaining stage of the experiment on the formation of political culture of future officers, the following pedagogical conditions were determined: creation of positive motivation of future officers to master political culture; supplementing the content of professional subjects in the context of professional training of future officers with forms, methods and means of formation of components of political culture in the conditions of higher military educational establishments; involving cadets in educational personality-oriented activities through the use of the latest educational technologies and teaching a special course “Fundamentals of Formation of Political Culture of Future Officers in Higher Military Educational Establishments”; carrying out of regular monitoring of the level of formation of components of political culture of future officers in professional training in the conditions of higher military educational establishments.Efficiency of pedagogical conditions and structural and functional model of formation of political culture of future officers in professional training in higher military educational establishments is confirmed by the results of the formative stage of the experiment.

The paper considers the concept of professional formation and its projection on the professional training and professional activity of the prospective teacher through the concepts of formation and development. As a result of the analysis of existing views on the phases, stages and periods of professional formation, the main ones were identified, which are due to the time frame - the period before choosing the institution where professional training will be carried out, the actual professional education and the period of it. Having analyzed the set of competencies (subject, general pedagogical, professional-communicative, managerial, innovative, reflective) provided by the Federal State Educational Standard in relation to the teachers profession, as well as referring to the models of Hard-skills and Soft-skills, we identified indicators (skills) of the professional development of the prospective teacher and invited the 3rd-year students of the Institute of Russian Language and Literature of the Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University to evaluate these skills in the order of their significance. The assessment was carried out on a 5-point scale, where 1 point is an absolutely insignificant indicator, 2 - rather insignificant, 3 - rather significant, 4 - significant, 5 - very significant. As a result, we were able to build their gradation and divide them by areas, as well as allocate 3 levels in the process of professional development. Taking into account these levels, we considered how the educational environment can influence the professional development of future teachers through educational, extracurricular activities and through the environment.

Background. The coordination development level influences the execution of any human activity, which is very important for the general perception of this activity and behavior in general. It is especially relevant for to coaches in wellness and sports gymnastics. The aim of the present study was the identification of the coordination skills of coaches of different types of gymnastics, which would improve the process of their professional training. Material and Methods. This review presents a synthesis of research conducted by the author. The following methods of theoretical research were used: abstract and axiomatic methods, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, idealization, comparison and generalization, and projecting. Results. The coaches’ training in different types of gymnastics includes the development of a wide range of professional skills: the tandem of communicative and motor skills that determine one type of complex coordination. The realization of complex coordination presupposes the participation of sensor systems (analyzer systems), which are visual, auditory, tactile, vestibular, and motor systems. The basic speech component of complex coordination in coaches’ activity/behavior determines his/her communicative orientation in the process of teaching. It is explained by the connection between the cultivation of complex coordination skills with the congenital and genetic, anatomical and physiological particularities of the human organism. We determined the coordination abilities, the formation of which contributes to the development of complex coordination skills. Conclusion. Development of integrative coordination abilities is an important part of professional activity of coaches of gymnastics, which requires such preparation.

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of training of teachers of vocational training by integrating practice-oriented and theoretical approaches for the implementation of the experimental project «Professionalism» as a priority direction in the development of secondary vocational education. It is noted that the professional activity of a teacher becomes more multitasking and requires the formation of professional skills while developing fl exibility of thinking, intelligence, and the ability to quickly respond to the demands of the labor market. The professional training of teachers provides for the integration of practice-oriented and theoretical approaches to form a competitive specialist. At the same time, the educational environment should diff er in the variability of approaches, educational technologies, didactic means and teaching methods. The article describes some forms of work with students that allow modeling the future professional activity of a teacher of vocational training and imply deepening and expanding the content of theoretical material and its refraction when performing practical tasks of a professional orientation. Noting the practice-oriented approach as an active form of organizing professional training of students, the authors consider the experience of working on the basis of the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University.

The scientific achievements of leading scientists on the selected theme are analyzed and leading ideas, concepts, and main definitions of the research are identified in the article. The creation of proper psycho-didactic conditions in institutions of higher education, which serve as a basis for the formation of professionally significant competences, the development of personal creative potential and active public position in future practical psychologists, is updated. It is argumented that the educational system built on the conceptual foundations of professional training makes it possible to effectively content the educational disciplines, and therefore effective fundamental knowledge, professional-oriented skills, advanced skills, professional norms and values, which have the highest degree of generalization of social phenomena and processes. It is proved that the concept of the study of practical psychology combines professional methodological, philosophical and general scientific principles and scientific-methodological approaches, which are directed at the revealing future professional activity. The outlined conceptual foundations of professional training allow us to modify the educational process in higher education according to the individual needs of future practical psychologists. The methodological analysis of educational phenomenon of practical psychology in institutions of higher education on four basic levels is offered: philosophical-theoretical (evolutionary-theoretical formation of the specialist and his or her effective functioning), methodological (formation of the system of world-view and semantic individual formations for realization of individual’s educational skills and abilities), specific-scientific (acquisition of fundamental knowledge about professional activities) and technological (effective use of methods and techniques of research for acquisition of true empirical knowledge). The conclusion about the importance of outlining of conceptual foundations in the system of professional training of future practical psychologists is made.
