The Creating Shared Value (CSV) program as an alternative to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program provides options that allow companies to increase competitiveness while stimulating inclusive growth in reducing the poverty of farming families. This study examines the CSV program by looking at farmers' interests and the impact of the CSV program on banana commodities in Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. This study uses primary data obtained from surveys of 60 partner and non-partner farmers and in-depth interviews with 18 people involved in the existing business model. This research was conducted in March-April 2020. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the CSV program had been implemented in the location. In this CSV program, farmers get assistance from the company and certainty of selling banana products at an agreed price. However, not all farmers are interested in the program for various reasons, including due to limited land, limited time available, and farmers who do not want to be bound by work agreements. The impact of the CSV program on the banana commodity on household farmers' income has not been significant because bananas are not the primary source of livelihood for household farmers. The policy implication is that the CSV program can be an alternative to CSR programs. However, the success of this program also needs to consider the profile and the sources of livelihoods of farmers to ensure that farmers' interest and involvement can be more optimal.

ABSTRACT This paper focus on corruption cases in banking practices. Social control is a well-planned process or not that is educational, invite, and even force all citizens to comply with the prevailing social norms. By nature, social control by nature is divided into two namely preventive and repressive. Preventive, is a social control performed to prevent events that have not occurred or is an attempt made before the occurrence of a violation. In a public preventive or a person is directed, persuaded, or reminded not to commit the offense mentioned. Furthermore, it is repressive, constituting a social control performed after the occurrence of an offense or is an attempt made after the offense occurred. This research is using qualitative methods and used primary data: participatory observation and in-depth interviews. Finally, research findings concluded that banking industry both BUMN and private have preventive and repressive efforts in minimizing corruption cases in banking practices. Started from the internal bank itself and then continued by external agencies namely Bank of Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Furthermore, if a banker has been declared to violate the Bank of Indonesia Circular Letter and / or OJK Regulation then it will be processed by the institution or the authorized party namely Police. Especially for corruption cases in the banking practices of a Bank which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), a banker who is a suspect in a corruption case can be investigated by Indonesia’s Corruption Commission (KPK) because BUMN is state-owned bank.

This article documents the experiences of childless Pakhtun women of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as narrated by them. These narratives present primary data on the most significant issue about which research studies are relatively scarce. This exploratory study drawing upon in-depth interviews of 45 childless women and 20 men in the 3 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through convenient purposive sampling techniques, presents a narrative of the physical and mental health and lifestyle behaviours of childless women and men currently within 25-60 years of age. Research findings indicate that childless women become more anxious about their social and economic security and hopelessness escalates as the end of childbearing approaches. Further, their self-esteem goes low and depression, anxiety, and grief goes up. Stigmatization, conjugal dissonance and stereotypical attitudes of society injure their selfidentity. This empirical study recommends more studies to be undertaken on the plight of childless persons.
