Lecturers and students are the main actors in higher education who are tasked with implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education namely education / teaching, research, and community service (Law No. 12 of 2012, Article 1 Paragraph 9). The fact that is happening now, lecturers and students are still having difficulties in implementing the Tri Dharma, especially in research. One evidence that shows the low publicity in Indonesia is the Scimago Journal and Country Rank (2015) data which ranked Indonesia 49th in the world and 11th in Asia in 2015. One of the factors that led to low research was the lack of knowledge about technological developments . Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of training in the use of technology in improving the publication skills of the Psychology study program at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University in Yogyakarta. The researcher used the Pretest-Postest Group Design method. The subjects of this study were 20 people consisting of lecturers and Psychology students at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University. The analysis of this research uses quantitative Gain Score analysis. The results of this study indicate that after training, a number of lecturers experienced a decrease in feeling the obstacles to conducting research. The benefits of this research can contribute to the foothold and reference to further research related to technology development to increase the productivity of research publications and provide training to lecturers on a regular basis and increase productivity in research publications. Dosen dan mahasiswa merupakan pelaku utama di perguruan tinggi yang bertugas melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pendidikan/pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat (UU No. 12 Tahun 2012, Pasal 1 Ayat 9). Kenyataan yang terjadi saat ini, dosen dan mahasiswa masih kesulitan dalam melaksanakan tri dharma tersebut, terutama pada penelitian. Salah satu bukti yang menunjukkan rendahnya publikasi di Indonesia adalah data Scimago Journal and Country Rank (2015) yang menempatkan Indonesia pada peringkat 49 di dunia dan 11 di Asia pada tahun 2015. Faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya penelitian salah satunya yaitu pengetahuan tentang perkembangan teknologi yang masih minim. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan penggunaan teknologi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan publikasi di prodi Psikologi UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Peneliti menggunakan metode Pretest-Postest Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa Psikologi UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Analisis pada penetlitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif Gain Score. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pelatihan, sejumlh dosen mengalami penurunan dalam merasakan hambatan untuk melakukan penelitian.

Indonesia has a great opportunity to use technological developments in the current 4th industrial revolution. The opportunity is based on the fact that from the total population of Indonesia, more than half of them are active internet users. The largest group of internet users in Indonesia is at the age of students, these groups of students are in the middle to college student level. To occupy the need for technology-based learning, it is necessary to modify and have some innovations to various learning tools in learning activities. This qualitative descriptive research will discuss the use of technology-based learning media with Quizizz as an application in English learning lecturing process. This study involved students of the 1st level of accounting study program who had passed English Class at the Universitas Islam Kadiri-Kediri (UNISKA). In general, the results of the study indicate that English lecturing process using the Quizizz is a fun and effective activity so that it is expected to continue to be used in further lecturing activities.

ABSTRAKKurikulum SMK dibuat agar peserta didik siap langsung masuk ke dunia kerja. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengembangan dan penyesuaian kurikulum sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha/dunia industri. Hal ini juga dibutuhkankan oleh SMK NU 01 Kendal jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan Lembaga karena kurikulum yang digunakan belum memberikan pengembangan keilmuan akuntansi, teknologi dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha/dunia industry (DU/DI). Tim pengabdian Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Selamat Sri menaggapi positif dengan mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang sinkronisasi kurikulum pada jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan Lembaga SMK NU 01 Kendal. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengembangkan kurikulum sesuai dengan KKNI Level 2 yang berbasis pengembangan bidang ilmu akuntansi, memberikan realisasi konsep link and match antara SMK dan dunia usaha/dunia industry (DU/DI) dan berorientasi pada pengembangan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian dengan metode ceramah, tutorial, diskusi dan simulasi penyusunan kurikulum memberikan pemahaman dan keilmuan tentang perkembangan akuntansi, perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri (DU/DI) untuk dapat diterapkan pada jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK NU 01 Kendal. Kata kunci: sinkronisasi kurikulum; jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga; SMK NU 01 Kendal ABSTRACTThe SMK curriculum is designed so that students are ready to enter the world of work. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and adjust the curriculum according to the needs of the business world/industrial world. This is also needed by SMK NU 01 Kendal majoring in accounting and institutional finance because the curriculum used does not provide scientific development of accounting, technology and conformity to the needs of the business world/industrial world (DU/DI). The service team for the Accounting Study Program at Selamat Sri University responded positively by holding community service activities regarding curriculum synchronization in the accounting and finance department of the SMK NU 01 Kendal. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a curriculum in accordance with KKNI Level 2 which is based on the development of the field of accounting science, provides the realization of the link and match concept between SMK and the business world/industrial world (DU/DI) and is oriented towards technology development. ABSTRAKDosen merupakan tenaga akademik yang bertugas merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran, melakukan pembimbingan dan pelatihan, serta melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat (Tri Dharma) Perguruan Tinggi. Dalam melaksanankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi doesen perlu diberikan apresiasi atau promosi sesuai dengan kinerja akademiknya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mendesain analisis pengambilan keputusan pemilihan dosen terbaik pada Program Studi Teknik Komputer Akadedemi Ilmu Komputer Ternate. Tujuannya adalah memilih dosen terbaik dengan cara perangkingan. Untuk menentukan dosen terbaik peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan data dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 16 (enam belas) mahsaiswa Teknik Komputer sebagai penilai terhadap 5 (lima) alternative (dosen) Teknik Komputer dengan menerapkan metode analisis perhitungan metode Weighted Product. Kriteria pemilihan yang digunakan adalah Kemampuan Logika Berpikir, Terampil Melakukan Evaluasi Assessment, Terampil Menyajikan Materi Kuliah dan Kedisiplinan. Data hasil analisis perhitungan mendapatkan Alternatif (dosen) yang memperoleh nilai tertinggi adalah alternative (dosen) ABUR (A4) 0.2328.Kata kunci: SPK, WP, pemilihan, dosen, terbaik ABSTRACTLecturers are academic staff in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, and conducting research and community service (Three Dharma) for Higher Education. In implementing the Three Dharma of Higher Education, it is necessary to give appreciation or promotion according to its academic performance. Therefore, the researchers designed a decision-making analysis for choosing the best lecturers in the Computer Engineering Study Program, Akademi Ilmu Komputer, Ternate. The goal was to select the best lecturers by ranking. To determine the best lecturer, the researchers used data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 16 (sixteen) Computer Engineering students as assessors of 5 (five) alternative (lecturers) Computer Engineering by applying the calculation analysis method of the Weighted Product method. The selection criteria used are Logic Thinking, Synthesis Analysis Ability, Material Delivery Methods and Dress Procedures (Appearance). The data from the calculation analysis indicated that the alternative (lecturer) who got the highest score was the alternative (lecturer) ABUR (A4) 0.2328.Keywords: DSS, WP, election, lecturer, best

The image and audiovisual have been applied to create an innovative strategy in the English language instructional, whereas the combination of this instrument and digital technology which is known as “multimodality” has not been explored widely. This study gauges higher education students’ perception of multimodality. There were 87 Polytechnic and 41 University students involved in this research. Digital questionnaires were employed and the data collection was elaborated descriptively. The UTAUT model (unified theory of acceptance and use of technology) was applied to measure students’ argument on the multimodality use. The result indicated that there is a positive trend in the use of multimodality in the classroom. Learners have a desire to use the combination of image, audiovisual and digital technology. This study extends our understanding of what the learners need from digital technology development and a significant chance to develop on the multimodality which fit for the higher education level.

Perkembangan teknologi mengharuskan para pendidik untuk lebih kreatif dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, sehingga dengan multimedia interaktif dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran sport massase agar lebih efektif dan efisien.  Tingkat keefektifan dan efisiensi pembelajaran dengan multimedia interaktif perlu dikaji sehingga akan menemukan formula yang benar dan tepat dalam proses pembelajaran sport massase.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang efektivitas dan efisiensi hasil pembelajaran sport massase dengan multimedia interaktif pada mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan dan rekreasi. Metode penelitian ini penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan Pre-Test - Post-Test  Control Group Design. Nilai gain score keterampilan sport masase kelompok kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 0,37 yang artinya adalah perbandingan antara nilai Pre-Test  dan Post-Test  mengalami perbedaan dalam kategori sedang. Nilai gain score keterampilan sport masase kelompok uji coba adalah 0,82 yang artinya adalah perbandingan antara nilai Pre-Test  dan Post-Test  mengalami perbedaan dalam kategori tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran multimedia interaktif lebih efektif karena dapat memfasilitasi dan mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran sport massase menggunakan. Technology development that requires educators to be more creative in using learning media, so that interactive multimedia can facilitate sports learning to be more effective and efficient. The level of effectiveness and efficiency of learning with interactive multimedia needs to be studied so that it will find the correct and correct formula in the sports massage learning process. The research objective is to obtain empirical data about the benefits and efficiency of massase learning outcomes with interactive multimedia on physical education, health and recreation students. This research method is an experimental study using Pre-Test - Post-Test Control Group Design. The gain value of the sports skills score of the control group obtained an average of 0.37 which means that compared to the value of the Pre-Test and Post-Test increasingly varied in the medium category. The score for obtaining a group trial skills score is 0.82 which means that the scores between the Pre-Test and Post-Test are increasingly different in the high category. Can deny that interactive multimedia learning is more effective because it can facilitate and overcome the difficulties of students in learning sports using massase.

There has been a concern over a high unemployment rate among graduates of Islamic higher education and a low proportion of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. In fact, a high proportion of entrepreneurs is one of indicators of a country’s welfare. This has generated a question: to what extent do Islamic values cultivate entrepreneurial culture among its adherents? How to cultivate entrepreneurial culture in Islamic higher education? This paper will investigate this matter using a case study of Faculty of Islamic Law and Economics at Banten State Institute for Islamic Studies.  The paper argues that the curriculum at the faculty of Islamic Law and Economics has not been oriented towards building entrepreneurial culture. The curriculum consists of subjects to enhance the students’ competence and skills to prepare them as bachelors of syari`ah economics for the professions such as manager, lecturer, researcher, syari`ah auditor, etc, instead of preparing them for entrepreneurs who are capable to build his or her own business from the scratch.    To propose Islamic entrepreneurship study program at the FSEI of IAIN SMHB, it is important to have a strong political will not only from the internal IAIN but also higher authoritative body such as the Ministry of Religious Affairs to facilitate this from not only the accreditation process but also financial support. A further feasibility study needs to be undertaken to build its infrastructure such as qualified lecturers, appropriate curriculum structure, and recruitment student system. Since this field has a strong link with a ‘real sector’, there has been an urgent need to build cooperations with business sector to enable the students to undertake their apprentice and build their networks to facilitate their ability to develop their own business.     Keywords: Islam, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education.

Learning media always develops the following technological developments. Likewise, the media in learning is listening to Indonesian. The development of learning media is important. Adobe Flash-based media developed to facilitate lecturers and students in learning Indonesian listening skills in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. Media that are designed to be interesting may not only train cognitive knowledge but also practice practical listening skills. Adobe Flash-based media for listening are designed by displaying several menus, namely the home menu, RPS (Semester Learning Plan), materials, practices, games, music, profiles, and references, as well as close menus appearing in accordance with the cross (x) to be used using the application. The hope media developed was able to assist lecturers in delivering learning material, as well as helping students learn well in the classroom and outside the classroom.

Abstract: This research aims to know the Influence of Media Image on the ability of Writing Poetry students. The method used in this study is a random method that does not use posttes control group design method. The findings of this study show the average way of writing poetry on students by using the image media (experimental class) higher average poetry writing skills on students who were taught with conventional learning (control class). The average of pretest experiments obtained by experiment class is 63,75. The average pretest class of control class is 61,05. After the second class action, the average posttest of the experimental class is 79.45 and the control class is 74.95. Hypothesis calculation using t paired t test test and significance of 0.05 significant level indicates probability (significance) is 0,033. Because of the significance of 0.033

Our study aims to identify students’ attitudes towards the use of mobile technologies (MT) during learning activities in higher education. Data were collected using the Mobile Technologies Questionnaire/MTQ, a ten-item brief questionnaire that was designed to determine attitudes towards the use of mobile technologies in the learning process among university students and academic staff. The MTQ was completed by 575 students from a state university in the northeastern region of Romania. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses revealed two latent factors: MT facilities for study resources and communication and MT facilities for learning. Along with general analysis of the statistical indicators regarding the attitude towards the use of MT, the relationships between the use of MT and five socio-demographic variables (gender, age, place of residence, year of study, academic status and study program) were analyzed. Comparative data showed some statistically significant differences but with small or modest effect sizes, depending on age, year of study, place of residence, academic status and the study program in which the students were enrolled. This study provides additional support for the construct validity of a brief tool that was designed to measure students’ attitudes towards the use of MT during learning activities carried out in higher education.
