The most forward elements of the bureaucracy, dealing directly with farmers and spearheading the development of agriculture is the agricultural extension. Its presence is very important in determining the success of development activities of farmers. The purpose of this study to (1) determine the effect of emotional intelligence and motivational variables on the performance of agricultural extension; (2). determine the effect of emotional intelligence and motivation variable partially on the performance of agricultural extension (3). proving variables emotional intelligence has a dominant influence compared to the performance of agricultural extension motivation. The research is a kind of survey of the Department of Agriculture agricultural extension Tanggamus. The analysis technique used: multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable (X) studied both together and partially to the dependent variable (Y). As for the multiple linear regression model should qualify the common assumptions of regression to test heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and multicollinearity. Based on the analysis of F test proved that the independent variable in the form of emotional intelligence(X1),motivation (X2)has a significant influence on the performance variable (Y) so that the first hypothesis is accepted. While based on t test results proved that the X variable partially significant influence to variable Y so that the second hypothesis is accepted. The dominant independent variables affect the performance is not a variable motivational variables emotional intelligence so that the third hypothesis is rejected.

This research analyzed some problems, such as: influence of the subordinate competence (X1) and leadership style (X2) toward effectiveness of the organization (Y). Hypothesis of this research is, first, it is presumed that both subordinate competence and leadership style have simultaneously significant influence toward effectiveness of the organization. Second, it is presumed that leadership style has dominant influence toward effectiveness of the organization. Data analysis technique uses multiple regressions. Technique of the sample collecting uses census. Result of the multiple linear regression analysis shows that variables of subordinate competence and leadership style have significant influence toward effectiveness of the organization, therefore, the first hypothesis is accepted. The test result of the regression coefficient value resulted by each independent variable shows that independent variable of leadership style (0.427) has the highest value for the regression coefficient in comparison with the independent variable for the subordinate competence (0.288). The comparison result of the regression coefficient values resulted by each independent variable shows that the second hypothesis is accepted.

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

This study aims to research determine the effect of emotional intelligence against teacher efficacy in elementary school with curicullum 2013. Variable studied were emotional intelligence as the independent variable (X) and variable teacher efficacy as the dependent variable. The method used in this study is quantitative research with technique cluster sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypotesis is a simple regresission analysis using Rasch Model with winstep version 3.73 and SPSS version 16.0. Based on the calcullations, emotional intelligence effects teacher efficacy by 6% and the remaining 94% is in influenced by factors other than emotional intelligence.

The Effect of Emotional Intelligence Against Student Achievement aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence which consists of self awareness, self management, Motivation, social awareness, relationship management partially and simultaneously on learning achievement. Respondents are students of SMP Negeri 4 Lalan Bumi Agung  Vilage Musi Banyuasin Regency to be 135 people. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis techniques. Partial assay results (t-test) showed emotional intelligence consists of Self awareness, self management, Motivation, social awareness, relationship management positive and significant effect on learning achievement. Simultaneous Test Results (Test-F) emotional intelligence consists of Self awareness, self management, motivation, social awareness, relationship management and significant positive effect on learning achievement. Social awareness is more dominant influence on learning achievement.

This study aims to determine how much influence budget planning has on budget absorption. The method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to 76 respondents, with the analysis technique is a simple linear regression coefficient. The results of this study have a significant influence between the dimensions of budget planning and budget absorption. With two-sided testing (significance = 0.05) the partial test results (t test) obtained t count > t table (12.582 > 1.995). In the simultaneous regression coefficient test (f test), the results of f count > f table (158.296 > 3.09) are obtained with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between budget planning and budget absorption. While the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 68.1%, the influence of budget planning on budget absorption is 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced or explained by other variables not examined by the researcher.

The study tries to identify to what extent compensation and discipline for work performance of employees PT Pama Persada. Analysis model used to prove hypothesis is model analysis multiple linear regression that be analyzed with using statistics computer program package, that is SPSS v. 16.0 for Windows. Furthermore it was conducted examination for validity of data by multikolinieritas test, heteroskedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Result of statistics analysis show that coefficient of the free variables regression, that is involvement  factor in compensation (X1) =  0,059, discipline  (X2) = 0,743, and Constanta equal  to 0,697. Equation  of multiple linear regression is: Y =  0,697  + 0,059 X1 + 0,743 X2            Conclusion that receive that level of influence explained by compensation, discipline are as independent variable impact toward performance of employees PT Pama Persada  equal to correlation  coefficient (R), that is 0,766  and level of depended  performance to second of  free variables above is equal to determination  coefficient value (R2) that is 0,587 or 58,7 %.  The result of analysis F – test indicate that all free variables by together have significant influence toward the performance of employees PT Pama Persada. Variable independent has dominant influence to performance of employees PT Pama Persada is discipline.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). Thesis Management Study Program (S1). Surakarta Islamic Muslim University 2020. The purpose of this study wes to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). This research uses quantitateve research. The population is all 40 employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The number of samples used was 40 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling method with saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique used for this study is using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the F test influences the Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude simultaneously and significantly influences the performance of employees at the Indah Place Hotel in Tipes Surakarta. T test results showed that the Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, Skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, and Attitude had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The coefficient of determination shows the variables of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude have an influence of 72,9% on the variable Employee Performance in the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, the rest of 27,1%. The most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta is that the Leadership Style variable has the biggest t count, which is 4,287.

Abstract   The number of weaknesses in football matches, especially weaknesses in terms of passing a ball, is one of the keys to the failure of a team in a match. This research aims to develop a form of passing football practice. This study uses a development research approach with a sample of UNIB PJKR students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with calculations through SPSS version 16. The t-test results showed that the coefficient of significance was 0,000, this coefficient was compared with the significance level of 0.05. Based on the comparison it turns out that the coefficient of significance is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the passing training program has an effect on the ability of passing students. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing soccer passing training model has a significant influence on the ability of passing from students, so it can be concluded that this passing training model can be used for students or students who are just practicing football passing..   Keywords: Development, Model, Passing   Abstrak   Banyaknya kelemahan dalam pertandingan sepakbola terutama kelemahan dalam hal mengoper bola menjadi salah satu kunci kegegalan suatu tim dalam bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bentuk latihan passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel mahasiswa PJKR UNIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uj-t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien signifikasi sebesar 0,000, koefisien ini dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan perbandingan ternyata koefisien signifikasi hitung lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan program latihan passing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis model latihan passing sepakbola telah memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kemampuan passing dari mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan passing ini dapat digunakan kepada mahasiswa atau pelajar yang baru berlatih passing sepakbola.   Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Model, Passing
