This research is aimed to discover management system, classify the differences and similarities of Journal Houses, and figure out other factor beyond the management elements that support the achievement purpose of improving the competitive quality among Journal Houses in accordance with journal accreditation standards. This research used qualitative method. The data source were obtained from Journal Houses of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, UIN Walisongo Semarang, IAIN Kudus dan IAIN Salatiga. The data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed in discriptive qualitative. This research concludes that the Journal Houses management of UIN and IAIN benchmarked do not have similar systems. Each Journal House runs according to its own way. There is no adaptive Journal House management format that can be emulated directly from UIN and IAIN Journal House benchmarked by Journal House of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The alternative is to collaborate on how to manage the Journal Houses of each benchmarking target in order to be a new applicable system.

This article studies the use of field research as an anthropological tool in literary reportage which is a comprehensive element of the creation of journalistic content. Based on the examples of journalistic texts of the 20s by the Austrian writer Joseph Roth, we have analyzed the anthropological methods which were used by this author in his reportages, that is the main objective of this study. Using diachronic comparison, qualitative method and content analysis to evaluate and to explain the concept of Joseph Roth’s texts, as well as the methodology of textual, syntagmatic (by Volodymyr Propp) and paradigmatic analysis (by Claude Levi-Strauss), we have examined the generated meanings in the texts of the mentioned author. As a result of the study, we have identified four methods that Joseph Roth used writing his news reportages in the 1920s, including “In Midday France” and “White Cities”. Those methods are as follows: overt observation, in-depth interviews, fixing details and gaining empirical experience. The modern authors call these methods as classic ones, without which it is impossible to work in this genre. As we have seen from the examples of literary reportages of the French cycle by Joseph Roth, the anthropological tools used by this author for his works contributed to deepening and improving the quality of his texts which is of great significance for our study. Joseph Roth created a panoramic picture of the twentieth century in his texts through watching, communicating and studing. However, it is worth to add that he was often too subjective, suffering harsh criticism for this.

Idris Sardi is known as a music maestro in Indonesia. This study aims to reveal the influence of Idris Sardi on the development of music and its implications in music education. This study uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach. The data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants were carefully selected from the family, violin students, and colleagues of Idris Sardi in Jakarta and Bogor, West Java. The data were analyzed by organizing data and creating codes, describing codes in chronological categories and themes, developing interpretations, and visualizing data. The results showed that Idris Sardi was influential in developing (1) keroncong music by varying the tempo and expanding the repertoire; (2) the violin playing techniques included unique characters such as vibrato, glissando, and octave variations; (3) ethnic and popular music were made through orchestrations and collaboration with orchestral music. The implications in music vocational education were (1) problem-based learning by creating a new keroncong style to be accepted by society; (2) the improvement capability by exploring skills to play the violin; (3) life-based-learning by raising local and popular music to be qualified while enhancing the level of society’s music appreciation. In conclusion, Idris Sardi provided a strong influence on the music development in Indonesia, and the implication could be a new strategy to improve the quality of music education.

<p>This study aims to obtain comprehensive information on the Implementation of Standards of Educators and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency related to How the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel and any factors that inhibit and support in implementing it and what efforts are made by the Headmaster in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source consists of Headmaster, Educators and Education Personnel. The data collection procedure is done by observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and documentation. Validity checking the results is performed by member check, reference sufficiency, and triangulation. Data analysis used is a qualitative analysis that is by describing and interpreting data. The result of the conclusion is as follows: (1) Work Program of Educator Standard and Education Personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency has been running well, (2) Education Standard and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency also very good, because in terms of applying these standards the Headmaster does not have difficulties, as all school personnel have an awareness of their duties and responsibilities. (3) Communications conducted in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel in SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency is also well underway. (4) The supporting factors faced by the Headmaster in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency are all Educators and Education Personnel meet the Educational qualifications required by the Government and the educator has been certified. The inhibiting factor is lack of library personnel who specifically manage the library and laboratory professionals in their field. How to overcome these obstacles is the Headmaster provides an additional duty to the teacher to become head of the library and the laboratory, meanwhile for library staff and laboratory personnel the school assigns the honorarium. (5) The Headmaster’s efforts in implementing the Standards of Educators and Education Personnel at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya of Kubu Raya Regency is by involving them in the preparation of the RKAS, establishing TPS and TPK, IHT, actively encouraging in the MGMP. Educators and Education Personnel improve their academic qualification and competency standards through various activities, including further studies, partnerships with other schools, programmed discussions, etc. The competence owned Educator, of course, affects the learning process and improving the quality of learners learn.</p>

This study aimed to describe the quality of public services in health after the earthquake in North Bengkulu with study site in Services Agency General Hospital North Bengkulu Region. The focus of this research study aimed at two main dimensions of public services quality, namely confidence and empathy. The method used was qualitative method with the goal of implementing the apparatus and the service selected by using purposive and accidental sampling. Methods of data collection used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative techniques with interactive model. The results showed: (1) from dimension of faith, the Services officers Agency of North Bengkulu General Hospital have sufficient competence and attitude in giving service, (2) from the dimensions of empathy, the officers have the willingness and efforts to empathize with the conditions of service users. In general, the quality of public services in the Services officers Agency of North Bengkulu General Hospital has met both criteria. Because the two major dimensions that are the focus of this research can be done properly in accordance with the desired service standards by the service users (costumers).

ABSTRACT            According to the expert, the spa industry is still growing and can be used as green washing. Therefore, it is important for the spa industry to also poised to offer adequate solutions and lead the way on how we can achieve sustainable well being within protecting the world. Fairmont Sanur The Spa, as the winner of Best Leading Spa Resort 2017/2018 by Bali Tourism Award realize the increase interest of customer for ‘something green’ also impact their business. The customers sincere awareness about environment make them realize that they might have to run things differently from now on, starting with checking their green marketing strategy due to up until now they only focus on the regular marketing. The purpose of this study is to develop a green marketing strategy for the green spa industry which is exemplified by Fairmont Sanur The Spa. This research used qualitative method that is constructive with literature review and management interview as the premier data source. The result of this study is finding that Fairmont Sanur The Spa needs to focus more on their promotion in terms of strategy, therefore a strategy for promotional activity is made. This research contributes to the resort spa business where they need to focus on their green movement as a whole to ensure the quality of the products and services offered. Further studies can be can be conducted to find standardization on green spa, therefore even though they have been doing all the green marketing, they do not have a certificate that can assure their green business.

Peran pendidikan tidak dapat dianggap sebagai pelengkap dalam pembangunan sebuah negara. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya menciptakan kualitas manusia Indonesia agar mampu bersaing dengan negara-negara lain. Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sebuah organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penerapan ISO 9001:2008. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini berfokus penerapan sistem manajemen mutu, khususnya klausul kelima mengenai tanggung jawab manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya telah mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2008 dengan baik. Hal ini diketahui dari tahapan plan, do, check, dan action (PDCA) yang telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan melibatkan unit pelaku proses yang ada di dalamnya sehingga pengelolaan organisasi berjalan efektif dan efisien serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan.Kata kunci: mutu, pendidikan, PDCA, ISO   IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON ISO 9001: 2008 (STUDY FROM ECONOMIC FACULTY UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA)AbstractEducation has a very important role in the development of a country. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya. This research focus on the application of quality management system, especially the fifth clause regarding management responsibility. The result showed that the Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Surabaya has implemented ISO 9001: 2008 well. This is known from the stages of plan, do, check, and action (PDCA) which has been done continuously involving the unit of actors in the process therein. Then, the management of the organization run effectively and efficiently and able to meet the needs and expectations of customers.Keywords: quality, education, PDCA, ISO

<p><em>The millennial era has been initially marked by the development of information technology. This article mainly explores the opportunities and challenges of digitizing hadith in the millennial era. This study belongs to a descriptive qualitative method. In-depth interviews with the Programmers of the Center for the study of Hadith in Jakarta, observation and documentation were conducted to gather data. The result reveals that digitizing the books of hadith provides an opportunity for everyone to access the books of hadith by downloading the hadith digitization application freely. Therefore, people can access the hadith books in both PDF and digital formats. On the contrary, it may lead to academic anxiety or challenges. This is because the hadith books in both PDF and digital formats can be deliberately changed by irresponsible people so that the authenticity of the information and the accuracy of the data will be questionable. Further, this tendency could be misused by certain people, by changing its contents and then disseminating it for the certain purposes.  Regarding this, one of the ways to overcome this is by maintaining its authenticity, updating the content, and adding the copyright to the data source reference using the source check method.</em></p>

Installation Maintenance Infrastructure Hospital is an organization of a technical nature and coordinating the implementation of improving existing facilities and equipment in hospitals. This research is descriptive qualitative method, by the number of informants 5 persons, the Hospital Director, Head Installation Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure Hospital, Head of Civil Service, Technician two people. This research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews and observation. Data processing is done by triangulation, triangulation methods and triangulation of data, the data obtained will be analyzed and explained in accordance with existing theories. The result research shows that the organization has been running well but not maximum, because of human resources for the Installation Maintenance Facility Hospital is still inadequate and placement of human resources have not been in their respective fields, Installation Maintenance costs for Hospital Infrastructure is not maximized, and to methods already well underway. It is expected to be in management, human resources in order to be empowered again, costs and methods reevalu ated, so that the overall maintenance system can work better. ABSTRACT The concept of a market provider of room rentals or residential units using online networking information technology systems such as those conducted by the Airbnb company is now a new competitive concept in the hotel industry. It is still unclear whether it is considered a threat or not in the development of the hotel industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of online market place whether it is a disruption to the hotel industry and to analyze the reaction of incumbent companies and government policies in addressing the development of the hotel industry. This research used qualitative method that is constructive with literature review and documentation as the premier data source. The results of the study cover the advantages and disadvantages of the existence of online market places for the hotel industry. This research contributes to the hotel industry that the presence of Airbnb companies as an online market place provider is not a nuisance for incumbent companies in the hotel industry. However, standardization of the quality of rooms or residences that are leased needs to be done to ensure the quality of the products and services offered at online market place. Further studies can be conducted to analyze the application of policies for minimum rental rates for rooms offered both by online market-place provider companies such as Airbnb and incumbent companies in the hotel industry.

This study aims to determine the quality of community service in Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The method used is descriptive method in order to describe the condition of the subject / object of the researcher based on the facts of the field. The primary data source is obtained from structural officials, officers who are directly faced with the application program users. The data collection technique is done through in-depth interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the quality of community service in Bontobahari Subdistrict is quite good, the procedure that must be followed is quite simple, but there are still some community members who find it difficult to prepare the files. The requirements and completion of the incoming file and meeting our immediate requirements are never postponed. The condition of the facilities and infrastructure of services that are clean, neat and orderly so that they can provide comfort to the recipients of the service. The presence of a technology and and information system in human life today can no longer be circumvented and even its presence is a necessity. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bontobahari Kabupaten Bulukumba Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif agar dapat mendeskripsikan keadaan subyek/obyek peneliti berdasarkan fakta-fakta lapangan. Sumber data primer didapat dari pejabat struktural. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitiaan Kualitas pelayanan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bontobahari sudah cukup baik,Prosedur yang harus dijalani cukup sederhana, namun masih ada beberapa anggota masyarakat merasa kesulitan menyiapkan berkas-berkasnya. Persyaratan dan penyelesaikan berkas yang masuk dan memenuhi persyaratan langsung kami proses tidak pernah menunda-menunda. Kondisi sarana dan prasarana pelayanan yang bersih, rapi dan teratur sehingga dapat memberikan rasa nyaman kepada penerima pelayanan. Kehadiran sistem teknologi dan dan informasi dalam kehidupan manusia saat ini tidak dapat lagi dielakan bahkan kehadirannya sudah merupakan kebutuhan.
