The implementation of the Village Fund policy made a very significant change, the villages which had previously received a very limited budget were managed centrally by government agencies on top of which villages now get a substantial budget and are given the authority to manage independently. Village Funds for physical development realized in 2015, 2016 and 2017 that are felt transparently, do not meet the quality of infrastructure in supporting facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to evaluate the successful implementation of village road infrastructure related to village funding. The location of this research is Gondang Village, Kertanegara Village and Karanggambas Village, Purbalingga Regency. The data analysis technique used is data analysis with quantitative and qualitative methods with steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that (1) Village planning in the research location is not fully in accordance with Permendagri Number 114 of 2014, (2) the highest level of road damage in Karanggambas Village (16.94%), the biggest 2016 and 2017 road damage in the village Gondang (10.73% and 17.77%) (3) commitment and quality of human resources affect the successful implementation of infrastructure planning and development, (4) Implementation of Village Funds in terms of benefits has been felt by the community in meeting basic infrastructure needs, but not fully implemented. said to be successful, (5) the level of maintenance of damage to village road infrastructure is still low.

The Village

The problem of this study was how is the synergy of local institutions to manage village funds and what there were the inhibiting / supporting factors for managing village funds for village development. This study was to describe and analyze the synergy of local institutions in the management of village funds and to describe and analyze obstacles and support factors in managing village funds for development. This research used a phenomenological qualitative approach, because the qualitative approach has characteristics, including: having an actual sett, and the researcher was the key instrument. The data was usually descriptive, emphasizes the process, the data analysis was inductive, and the meaning of each event was essential attention. Data analysis used an interactive model, namely the analysis technique which is an integral cycle between data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion.  The synergy of village institutions in Jungsemi Village was well developed because it involved various existing institutions and operated in various sectors of the village funds management, transparency or openness must be built with the community and with existing village institutions

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. This research describes the role of Muhammadiyah organizations in fostering Islamic communities in Enrekang Regency. The problems examined in this paper are focused on the development of Muhammadiyah in Enrekang Regency and the role of Muhammadiyah organizations through the charity of its efforts in fostering the Islamic community in Enrekang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using historical, sociological, cultural, religious and educational approaches. The instruments used in this study were researchers doing with aids in the form of interview guidelines, cameras and voice recorders. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis. The results showed that Muhammadiyah association quickly developed branches and branches to all corners of the village, several educational business charities established ranging from paud/kindergarten level to higher education, and the growing number of Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. The construction of the Muhammadiyah Alliance through branches and branches and charitable efforts in fostering Islamic society slowly shifted the religious attitude of the community coloured by the traditions of Hinduism, animism and dynamism (shirk) to the Tauhid faith.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and integrity on the performance of the village apparatus of Sawahlunto City. This research used quantitative methods with associative descriptive research. This study consisted of two independent variables namely competency (X1) and integrity (X2) and one dependent variable, namely performance (Y). The population of this study was all village apparatus of Sawahlunto City, amounting to 50 people. The sample was obtained through proportional random sampling, so that the respondents in this study amounted to 45 samples. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. The data were collected through a questionnaire that had been validated and reliable in advance, both the content and the item empirical test in the field. The results of this study have found that: 1) There was an effect of competence on performance by 15.4% with a significance of 0.002; 2) There was an effect of integrity on performance of 20.5% with a significance of 0.001; and 3) There was an effect of competence and integrity simultaneously on performance by 45% with a significance of 0.000.

The Village

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

<p>The background of this study is the lack of students activity in the conventional learning on desktopbased<br />visual programming subjects. As a result, many students do not understand the material provided by the<br />teacher. The purpose of this study is to determine the enhancement in the learning activity of student by<br />utilizing props inventory application program for students of SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta.<br />The research was conducted by using class action research with 2 cycles. The subject of study taken is<br />the class XI RPL A in SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta. The research object is the quality of the learning process, ie the<br />activity of learning. The experiment was conducted on 2nd semester academic year 2013/2014. The data<br />collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The Data analysis technique using the qualitative<br />analysis refers to the analysis model Miles and Huberman.<br />Based on the result of the research , we can conclude that an increase in the learning activity of precycle<br />student learning is 34,43%, in cycle 1 is 71,65%, and increased to 77,04% in cycle 2. It is proved that the<br />props inventory application program helps students to increase the learning activity on a desktop-based visual<br />programming subject .</p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of village funds on the level of poverty and the welfare of the community in the regency / city of the Province of Bali. Village fund data was obtained from the Bali Province Community and Village Empowerment Service, while the poverty rate and Human Development Index were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Bali Province in 2015-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that village funds have a negative and significant effect on poverty levels. This means that the higher the village fund, the lower the poverty rate. Village funds have a positive and significant effect on people's welfare. This means that the higher the village funds, the higher the welfare of the community in the area. The poverty level has a negative and significant effect on people's welfare, meaning that the higher the poverty level, the lower the welfare of the community

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of a modern tax administration system, service quality, and taxpayer awareness on individual taxpayer compliance (WPOP). This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained a modern tax administration system, service quality, and awareness of taxpayers have a positive and significant effect on WPOP compliance. This shows that if the tax administration system is implemented well, it will tend to increase compliance with WPOP reporting. Service quality also has a positive effect on WPOP compliance, this proves that the better the quality of services provided will make the taxpayer more compliant in fulfilling his obligations.
