The age of new technology is fraught with contradictions, engagement and communications that the customer with the crisis of meaning and absurdity that stems from obedience and consumption. And in the same vein, authenticity, which Katler considers to be the most effective element in this era, in order to achieve a sustainable development and response to the psychological adventures of the customer, which he calls the human soul. Also, the efforts of brands to maintain and develop their own beliefs and philosophies have made it necessary to study the concept of authentic marketing. And, on the other hand, the study of its interaction with the pragmatic marketing, which is a response to the material needs of the client, is necessary, therefore, their consequences can be the answer to the theoretical vacuum of marketing science to solve customer's contradictions in the new paradigmatic shift. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and uses the method of qualitative research in the form of the Structural Foundation data theory. Methods of collecting data is through in-depth interviews and observing. Eventually, data were analyzed using the principles related to underlying theory (open and selective coding, continuous comparative analysis, creation of concepts and compilations). Finally, this study suggests that changing marketing paradigm to solve the problems of new age for authentic brand production.

This article has two objectives. The first is to study the concepts of Competitive Intelligence and Dynamic Capabilities, aiming to verify if the stages of the competitive intelligence cycle can constitute stimulating elements for Dynamic Capabilities in organizations. The second goal is to understand how the competitive intelligence process is dealt with in medium- and large-sized companies in Brazil, grounded on opinions by specialists on the topic (scholars, researchers and consultants). For its consecution, besides the literature review on the subject, information was collected by means of in-depth interviews and, seeking triangulation of data, a comparative research was conducted on similar studies. It is a qualitative research that applies content analysis as its technique for investigation. The study supports that the routines in the stages of the competitive intelligence cycle and the abilities required for its operationalization foster the mobilization of Dynamic Capabilities in organizations. Competitive Intelligence, through a suitable development of the activities established in its phases, promotes the perception for change (sensing) and provides the necessary intelligence for the acquiring of the knowledge which will be the foundation for action (seizing), thus contributing for the continuous reinvention of the business (transforming). On the other hand, evidences suggest that Competitive Intelligence practices are still in their embryonic stages of application in Brazilian companies, and therefore need efforts for further qualification and consolidation.

This study comparatively analyses the allusion and analogies of Indonesian Presidents’ by wayang characters and stories. It particularly interrogates how wayang characters and lakon allude and mediate the personal and political identities of Indonesian presidents in the Reformasi era. The study focuses on the portrayal of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Jokowi during Reformasi era. The study is a qualitative research and deploying Textual and Critical Discourse Analysis approaches. These are to examine how language in the selected wayang kulit and wayang golek stories, as a form of social and cultural practice, constructs the personal and political identities of the presidents. Central to the analysis, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is in most cases alluded as Semar, and his association with selected lakon significantly inform on the political and personal identities among Indonesians and the International community. On the other hand, Jokowi is alluded to as Petruk but presenting contradicting allusions and analogies in Indonesian politics. Generally, findings suggest that the portrayal of Indonesian presidents’ identities by wayang characters and in the lakon is never fixed. The change of political atmosphere and failure to meet peoples’ expectations culminate in changes on the portrayal of political and personal identities of presidents.

Az innovációterjedés vizsgálatának számos módszere ismert a szakirodalomban, a leggyakoribb a szociológiai alapú közelítés, melynek marketingvonatkozásait alapvetően Rogers (1962) dolgozta fel. Rogers elmélete kettős – egyrészt elméleti szegmentációt nyújt az innováció elfogadásához, másrészt bemutatja a sikeres innovációelfogadás tényezőit. Az elmélet további alkalmazása során egy viszonylag egységes, de – mint ahogy a szerzők 2005-ben végzett kutatásából kiderült – nem feltétlen valós kép alakult ki az egyes fogyasztói csoportokról. A legtöbb innovációs kutatás kvantitatív jellegű, amily eleve feltételezi, hogy pontosan ismerjük a probléma szerkezetét. Radikálisan új megoldások esetében azonban nem feltétlenül rendelkezünk ilyen ismeretekkel, s szükséges lehet egy feltáró kutatás elvégzése. A szerzők vizsgálatukban alapvetően kvalitatív kutatási technikákat alkalmaztak: a résztvevők megfigyelését, a strukturálatlan interjút, mélyinterjút egyaránt használták, és a felhasználók, illetve az érdekelt vállalatok széles körét vonták be a kutatásba. _____________ In their paper the authors study the user acceptance of a new innovation, wifi applications in a technologically less developed market with qualitative research techniques. They used Rogers’ framework of aspects of the diffusion of innovation, to explore whether those factors are traceable and have influence in the spreading of hotspot. Their objective was to explore the factors of diffusion of innovation in a less developed market, what the major possible success factors of introducing wifi solutions for operating hotspots. They found that current users show two separate groups: one group is the technology freak, trend follower innovators. The other group is also technologically well-educated more conservative – security sensitive professional users, innovators in the sense of using the new technology at the earliest stage, but hold negative attitudes towards the new application in question. This raises the question whether companies are to approach these innovators with differentiated strategy.

The implementation of Act No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower is intriguing to discuss since companies often violate and are apathetic in the right to act for employees' religious beliefs. The limited facilities of worship in the workplace also represents the commitment engagement of the company towards promulgated regulations which is still not implemented.The purpose of this study is to provide the more specified description and understanding towards the religiosity and implementation of Act No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower concerning The Rights to Perform Religious Obligations for Laborers. This study, which focuses on the religiosity of this worker class, took two different places, namely in Bekasi Regency and Subang Regency.This study uses qualitative methods which enables to reveal the actual circumstances. More specifically, qualitative research can be identified by the aim of research that seeks to understand the manifestation that does not require quantification--or because this manifestation is unable to be accurately measured. In relation to the method, the data collecting techniques are as follows: (1) nonparticipant observation and (2) in-depth interviews. While the data analysis starts from (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions.By this study, the authors concluded: (1) companies that have become research object in Bekasi and Subang District have provided worship facilities and infrastructure as regulated in Act N. 13 of 2003 on Manpower in the Respect to Perform Religious Obligations. On the other hand, the workers still look forward some improvements on quality and quantity of worship facilities to emerge conveniences in performing worship; and (2) in general, the religiosity among working class is found at an average level.  In other words, the workers truly believe in God (Allah) with common knowledge about faith. They also perform religious practices as the evidence of the faith itself and as proof of obedience to God. Besides carrying out the orders of religion (worship), the workers also put some expectations on the reward as the way to accomplish the glory on Earth and afterlife. However, the workers realize that the worship carried out would not come to a subjective perspective (their dialogue with supernatural powers, Allah). The workers also attempt to make religion as the basis of all actions as they consider the consequences of the life on Earth for the afterlife.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sikap aklah yang diajarkam ilmu tasawuf dapat menjadi landasan Pendidikan multicultural. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis, dengan melalui pendekatan wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, serta observasi. Adapaun hasil dari pene;itian ini adalah  desain Pendidikan Multikultural  yang  berbasis Akhlak Tasawuf. Kolaborasi antara konsep pendidikan multicultural di satu sisi dan perilaku sufi  pada ajaran tasawuf dilain sisi. Pada dasarnya kedua unsur tersebut sudah berjalan dengan waktu yang cukup panjang dan telah merimplikasi ke berbagai aspek[1], namun pada bagian ini menawarkan kolaborasi kedua unsur dalam sistim pendidikan multikulturak berdimensi sufi[2] yang dimungkinkan menjadi suatu pola baru yang lebih teduh dan menciptakan kedamaian untuk bangsa Indonesia This study aims to describe how the attitude that is taught by Sufism can be the basis of multicultural education. The method used is phenomenological qualitative research methods, through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field, as well as observation. The results of this study are the design of Multicultural Education based on Moral Tasawuf. Collaboration between the concept of multicultural education on the one hand and Sufi behavior on Sufism on the other hand. This research discussed the debates over the development of science and technology in postwar Japan portrayed in Tetsujin 28 anime. Most of the notable anime produced in Japan during 1940s to 1980s were closely related with the memory of wartime, as well as the development of science-and-technology. Tetsujin 28, as one of the anime engaged with the memory of postwar Japan, however, had an interesting storyline representing the debates over development of new technology at the period. By using John Fiske’s semiotics analysis, this qualitative research discussed the way Tetsujin 28 initially created by Mitsuteru Yokoyama (1934-2004) represented postwar Japan, as well as the interface between human and new technology developed during the period. The finding shows that postwar Japan represented in this anime is filled with a great sense of optimism in the middle of modernization. Japan is facing the prosperity era whose development is based on science and technology. Furthermore, the existence of Tetsujin 28 and other robotics technology can be seen as a representation of risk following the development of science and technology. On the other hand, the interface between the robot and human being depicted in this anime, in turn, will pave the way for new forms of life and hope for the prosperous nation.

Drawing on the classic media theory of uses and gratifications, this paper comparatively analyzes the uses of YouTube and the rewards obtained by consumers and content of this video sharing platform. The aim of this research is two-fold: 1. to identify the main uses and gratifications that determine consumers and content creators to use YouTube, and 2) to examine the reasons behind the decision to become a content creator on YouTube. Based on a qualitative research method, the paper highlights how YouTube is used from the perspective of consumers and content creators and the types of needs it gratifies. The research consists of 20 in-depth interviews with YouTube consumers and content creators from Romania. While for content consumers YouTube is mainly a means of relaxation and information, for content creators this platform becomes a source of recognition and social validation. The study also indicates that vlogging can provide job-specific gratifications. Moreover, the research reveals essential aspects behind the decision to become a content creator.

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this research is to find out whether the Adiwitaya school program implemented in Surakarta has been integrated with the objectives of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Methodology: The method used is qualitative research, where researchers want to know the Adiwiyata program and school curriculum. Stages of research carried out through two stages, namely: in the first stage by collecting data in the field through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Main Findings: The results of the research and discussion based on the four aspects reviewed showed that waste management in Adiwiyata schools still needs to be improved. Increased knowledge, attitudes, and skills can be through instilling the values ​​of sustainable development transferred through environmental education. Application of this study: The implementation of research results can be used as input for policyholders within the scope of the minister of education and culture, and the minister of the environment so that the Adiwiyata program can be improved. Novelty/Originality of this study: The renewal of this research is to analyze the objectives of the adiwiyata program as part of realizing sustainable development goals. The Adiwiyata school program implements Environmental Education in the syllabus and lesson plans.

Determination of the direction of Qibla precisely becomes very important, especially when preparing for the construction of a mosque. A mosque that the course of Qibla can determine deviates from its intended direction; this is because of many factors, such as measurement and calculation errors, tool use errors, or errors due to the construction of the Mosque. Deviation in the direction of Qibla of a mosque can cause social conflict, such as happened in Sejiram Village, Sambas Regency, in 2010-2011. This study aims to describe the social conflict that occurred in Sejiram Village due to the controversy of the direction of the Mosque’s Qibla and its impacts. This research is qualitative research with a pattern of field research through in-depth interviews to obtain primary data. Based on this research, it found that young people wanted a change in the direction of the Mosque’s Qibla after it proved to the deviant. On the other hand, older people rejected it. The social conflict has an impact on the loosening of relations between parties who got involved in the conflict. However, this conflict turned out to have a positive effect, namely increasing public knowledge about the importance of accuracy in Qibla direction, encouragement to increase understanding in worship, and slowly reducing traditions that not suggested in Islam.

This research will examine Sharia Accounting specifically which deals with the analysis of Zakat based on comparative analysis of PSAK 109 with FAS (9) AAOIFI and makes a draft of Zakat Accounting Guidelines based on comparison of PSAK 109 with FAS (9) AAOIFI which can be applied in Indonesia. The research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research that is a method that describes, describes, compares a data and a situation and explains a situation in such a way that a conclusion can be drawn, with in-depth interviews, discussions and literature studies in order to obtain information from primary and secondary sources, using content analysis, literature review and SWOT.
