The development of tourism in the Bandungan region, Semarang Regency is also influenced by the rise of karaoke businesses and prostitution activities by Karaoke Guide services. The high number of consumers has led to the growing development of the karaoke business in the Bandungan region. In this study, the author tried to uncover the reason the entrepreneur opened a karaoke business as well as the existing criminal liability. This study aims to (a) Know the reason for the entrepreneur opening a karaoke business in the Bandungan tourist area of ​​Semarang Regency, (b) Explain the form of criminal liability for prostitution services provided. The approach of this research is through an empirical juridical approach with the addition of normative elements and combining the results of primary data. Data in the study were obtained through interviews, direct observation, documentation and literature study. Basically karaoke is a form of entertainment where someone sings accompanied by music along with the lyrics of the text shown on a television screen. But there are some who provide prostitution to satisfy the lust of men, and there are also buying and selling narcotics which are illegal drugs. Karaoke entrepreneurs give security money to individual police officers so that their business is safe from lawsuits and raids.

<em><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Farmers in Cisarua Village have limited access and land tenure because the land is own by government through plantation concertion (HGU). Those facts lead the farmers for setting strategy to get the access of land cultivate. Generally, this research used qualitative analysis methode which is done since July 2010 to January 2011. Depth interview, direct observation, and questionaire are used to get primary data and literature study is used to get secondary data in this research.  Sample taken as many as thirty four  respondents with the population is Cisarua Society and the frame sample is Cisarua Society who work as farmer. The result of this research shows that Cisarua’s farmer struggle individually by doing compromy with foreman of tea plantation so that they can get access of land tenure.  Strategy choosing that’s used by farmers is influenced by some external and internal factors. </span></em>

The purpose of this research to find out and analyze law enforcement against police officers who violate the code of ethics in carrying out their duties at Central Java Police, obstacles and solving obstacles. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the research results it can be concluded: Law enforcement against police officers who violate the code of ethics in carrying out their duties at the Central Java Regional Police refers to Act No. 2 of 2002 concerning the Police, Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2003 concerning Disciplinary Regulations for Members of the National Police and Regulation of the Chief of Police No. Pol. 14 of 2011 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics for the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia. Several factors that hinder law enforcement against unscrupulous police officers who violate the code of ethics are divided into internal factors: Leaders who have not fully paid attention to the implementation of disciplinary law enforcement duties for Polri members, level of discipline, awareness and compliance of Polri members with binding disciplinary regulations and applies to him is still relatively low so that disciplinary violations keep happening, Polri's disciplinary law enforcement often appears to lack transparency. External factors: Lack of public awareness in conducting supervision and complaints when there are people who violate them.Keywords: Law Enforcement; Police Officers; Offenses; Code of Ethics.

The implementation of the Community Policing Strategy (POLMAS) in the implementation of BhabinKamtibmas duties as the basis for the detection of radical understanding, is very important in creating social security. This study aims to analyze the Polmas Strategy in the implementation of BhabinKamtibmas duties as the basis for the detection of radical understanding, potential constraints and problems related to the implementation of the Polmas Strategy in implementing the duties of BhabinKamtibmas as the basis for the detection of radical understanding. The method used in this research is normative legal research. Sources and data types use primary data and secondary data. The data collection method was done through literature study, while the data analysis method used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Community Police Strategy in the implementation of BhabinKamtibmas duties as the basis for the detection of radical ideology, namely BhabinKamtibmas carrying out door-to-door visits to all areas of its assignment, carrying out and assisting problem solving, organizing and securing activities the public, receive information about the occurrence of non-crime, provide guidance and guidance to the public or the community regarding issues of social security and police services. The obstacles faced are the developing police culture, young police officers, the idiom that police officers on the streets are better than police officers who work behind the desk, the accountability of the police in response to complaints and the dynamics that occur in society, limited human resources, welfare of police officers, 2 police car patrols, accountability command, structural rewards, community satisfaction with police performance, failure to integrate Police work with criminal detection. The problems faced are the public's negative perception of the police, low public awareness of environmental security, sociological diversity of society, ambiguity in people's attitudes, facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Community Policing; Community Security; Radical Understanding.

Criminal beatings lately occur a lot because of actions from one person to another outside the normal limits. Crimes that often occur are beatings regulated in the criminal law book, namely Article 170 of the Criminal Code. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the form of criminal responsibility towards the perpetrators of the beating crime committed by more than one perpetrator, and what are the obstacles in the criminal justice process against the perpetrators of the beatings and their solutions. The method used in the form of sociological juridical research specifications descriptive analysis. Data consists of primary data and secondary data taken by the method of document collection, interviews, and literature study. Based on the research it was concluded (1) The form of a system of criminal justice process in the flow of the trial in the decision Number 94 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN Bla as a form of criminal responsibility towards the perpetrators of beating crimes that are processed in the criminal justice process, (2) Obstacles deep inhibition in the criminal justice process against the perpetrators of the beating crime including the investigation process in presenting witnesses, the prosecution process that takes time, and article 170 of the Criminal Code which still has ambiguous in theoretical.Keywords: Criminal Liability, Beating Criminal Acts

The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between variable website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the purchase decision of e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 1330 students and the number of samples used was 133, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is the influence of website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of e-commerce shopee on the Students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2) There is an influence website quality on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions at the Batik Faculty Islamic University Economics Faculty Students, 3) There is an influence on product innovation on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions at the Batik Faculty Islamic Economics Faculty Students, 4) There is the influence of electronic word of mouth on the decision purchasing e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta Islamic Batik University. This research enables the design of a pop-up storybook about cooperating while learning and about social skills. This pop-up storybook is made to remind the importance of cooperation for children age 4-6. The research is made because of the decline in cooperation among children which is the result of lack of social interaction, development in technology, and parenting issues. The research covers data collected about children age 4-6, interviews with child psychologists, literature study, dan direct observation. The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

<p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>
