This study explores the mineralogical composition of the material of samples extracted from the outcrops of amphibolites located within the Kryvyi Rih Basin. Amphibolites of the Novokryvorizka suite of the Kryvorizka series are located in the area of Rodina mine of the Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Enterprise (KRIOE) on the right bank of the Saksahan river, where the amphibolites crop out as an interrupted line. Over the recent years, industrial and geological tourism has been actively developing not only within Kryvyi Rih, but also in Ukraine in general. The Kryvyi Rih Basin has many objects which deserve the status of unique geological observation sites. One such site has amphibolites of the Novokryvorizka series, which rarely outcrop to the surface. Such an object is interesting and useful not only for interested tourists, but especially for geology students as an example of rocks that have been formed out of effusive eruption products during the geological process such as regional metamorphism. No other examples of their exposure have been observed in the area. The studied outcrops are unique, but recently, their reduction has been observed due to the poor level of their preservation. The relevance of this study is conditioned by necessity of conducting geological evaluation of the amphibolite outcrops with a view to the future use of this object for development of industrial and geological tourism within the Kryvyi Rih Basin. We studied all possible outcrops of the amphibolites within the surveyed territory, and analyzed the results of the previous studies on the topic. We developed a schematic image of the outcrops with consideration of their thicknesses. The mineralogical composition of all outcrops of the amphibolites was studied for further determination of the exact age of the amphibolites and opportunity of providing the amphibolite outcrops with the status of unique observation sites. For achieving the goal, we used the following methods of study: geological survey, selection of representative petrographic samples of the amphibolites, mineralogical and petrographic analyses, generalization of results of field and laboratory studies.

Choosing a major is not an easy matter. There are many factors that must be taken into account and carefully thought out so that in choosing a major, it will cause big losses. There are many ways to determine the selection of majors, one of which is by using fuzzy logic. Determination of majors is determined from the results of the selection test in the academic field with the subjects of Mathematics, English and Computer Knowledge. With the aim of recommending the selection of the right major according to academic abilities and improving quality. By using the fuzzy inference model Mamdani max-min method. The system simulation was tried using the MATLAB Fuzzy Toolbox software. The system design is carried out in several stages, namely: (1) formation of fuzzy sets, (2) formation of rules, (3) determination of the composition of rules, and (4) confirmation (defuzzification). Defuzzification is carried out using the Composite Moment method, with the types of membership functions used are mf-triangular, mf-trapezoid and mf-gaussian. From the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the mf-triangular and mf-trapezoid membership function types produce almost the same level of accuracy. While the membership function type mf-gaussian produces a high level of accuracy for mathematics by 87.50%, English 100% and computer knowledge 81.58%.

Grand Sirao Hotel is a hotel that stands in the middle of Medan City, located on Jl. Semarang. Grand Sirao Hotel is an attractive hotel in the sector of cooperation in certain fields, but in this hotel it often happens in cooperation with outside companies. One of the problems that often occurs at the Grand Sirao Hotel is the constrained stock of goods needed for guests staying at the hotel, items that are often constrained which are usually in the form of sandals and toiletries that are in short supply. This problem often arises because of the many other factors between companies related to hotel owners themselves, debates that often arise from hotel owner claims include quality of goods that are sometimes incompatible with reservations and need to be taken into account, inventory can be exhausted, prices always go up because of skyrocketing market prices and other problems. This collaboration problem arises due to lack of success in determining partnerships with related companies that are not appropriate and in company selection is also still manual and there are appropriate systems and criteria. Therefore a decision support system is needed in the selection of partners upon the proposed approval. One solution to this problem that is right is to make a decision system in the decision of the company's business partners so that the determination of cooperation in accordance with the right requirements. By using a Decision Support System (SPK) is expected to help the company in making decisions made by the right company partners in increasing the efficiency of the decision. PSI (Index Selection Preference Method) is a method for solving multi-decision making (MCDM) decisions. In the proposed method it is not necessary to submit among the attributes. There are no attributes required in computing that are involved in decision making. It is hoped that by using the PSI (Index Selection Preference) Method, it is necessary to establish a decision support system which can assist in the selection of corporate cooperation partners at the Grand Sirao Hotel. Keywords: Determination of Cooperation Partners, Decision Support System, PSI (Index Selection Preference)

The EN 13725:2003, which standardizes the determination of odour concentration by dynamic olfactometry, fixes the limits for panel selection in terms of individual threshold towards a reference gas (n-butanol in nitrogen) and of standard deviation of the responses. Nonetheless, laboratories have some degrees of freedom in developing their own procedures for panel selection and evaluation. Most Italian olfactometric laboratories use a similar procedure for panel selection, based on the repeated analysis of samples of n-butanol at a concentration of 60 ppm. The first part of this study demonstrates that this procedure may originate a sort of “smartening” of the assessors, which means that they become able to guess the right answers in order to maintain their qualification as panel members, independently from their real olfactory perception. For this reason, the panel selection procedure has been revised with the aim of making it less repetitive, therefore preventing the possibility for panel members to be able to guess the best answers in order to comply with the selection criteria. The selection of new panel members and the screening of the active ones according to this revised procedure proved this new procedure to be more selective than the “standard” one. Finally, the results of the tests with n-butanol conducted after the introduction of the revised procedure for panel selection and regular verification showed an effective improvement of the laboratory measurement performances in terms of accuracy and precision.

The subject of this research is the examination of evolution of the idea of self-determination of peoples based on the fundamental works of the Russian and foreign scholars, thinkers of the antiquity and modernity. The author considers the transformations experienced by the principle of self-determination at various historical stages of development; as well as builds a corresponding systems of the development cycles. The conclusion is made that after conception of the idea of self-determination, the colonial powers viewed this concept as ethical, seeing the threat to legitimacy of the established order. Therefore, throughout almost a century, the leading countries refused to include this right into the corresponding international and domestic documents. The main conclusions are as follows: after consolidation of the principle in the Charter of the United Nations, it became the foundation for the emergence of news states and destruction of the colonial world; the principle served as a leitmotif for the development of human rights and international relations, but at the same time became a threat and challenge to the territorial integrity; wars between the countries are replaced with the civil and interethnic conflicts; the world is captured with such phenomena as state nationalism that subsequently grew into extremely radical forms, such as fascism and Nazism; the modern international law actively promotes the two competing principles – territorial integrity and self-determination; in modern world, the right to self-determination is not limited by peoples under the colonial past – there occur new forms of self-determination that threaten the existence of sovereign states. Uncertainty of the status of the newly emerged states formations serves as the source of domestic and international tension, which inevitably leads to intergovernmental clashes and negatively impacts geopolitical situation in separate regions and in the world as a whole.

Students rank requires several considerations and criteria. Determination of the criteria must be prepared as much as possible because it is related to the selection of outstanding students. However, this ranking is considered less than optimal and requires a long time because it is processed manually by the school. The right Decision Support System is needed to produce quick and accurate ranking decisions. This study uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) as a Decision Support System. This method will use multi-criteria as the main input in decision making. PROMETHEE will be used to analyze criteria based on alternatives compared to rank according to students' grades and abilities. Based on the research sample data, the highest value was 0.739 for alternative A16. This shows that alternative A16 is the best alternative compared to other alternatives based on consideration of all criteria. The development of PROMETHEE with application-based Decision Support Systems is much better because it produces fast and accurate calculations.

Although the demand for the lithium-ion battery for electronic consumers and electric vehicles in Indonesia is high, there is no supplier coming from the local manufacturer. The proper selection of suppliers is required by some lithium-ion battery manufacturers (cells, modules, and packs), and Research and Development (R&D) center of the lithium-ion battery with the consideration not only in benefits and cost but also in opportunities and risks. It is important that experts assist the manufacturers and R&D to procure the lithium-ion (materials and cells), through transparent methods that seek a quantitative model to select the right supplier. The main objective of this study is to propose an analytical approach to select suppliers which incorporate Benefits, Opportunities, Costs and Risks (BOCR) concept that comply with the characteristics of the lithium-ion battery industries. A fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is developed by accommodating the vagueness and inaccuracies of expert elections. The result of this research is development of the model obtained from 2 questionnaires given to the expert. Questionnaire 1 was made for the determination of criteria and sub-criteria, while Questionnaire 2 aims to perform pairwise comparisons of existing criteria and sub-criteria. In the selection of the lithium-ion battery suppliers, there are 11 criteria and 40 sub-criteria which are considered. Those criteria are divided into 4 merits and known for their respective global priorities.

Sustainable development principles aim to re-utilize wastes to reduce their impact on the environment. In this context, the present contribution shows preliminary results on the preparation of innovative synthetic lightweight aggregates, starting from biomass-derived fly ash and high-density polyethylene (HDPE), to be used in geotechnical applications. The present work focuses on the manufacturing process of aggregate blends (including the selection of the right proportions of the two components) as well as on the relative determination of (i) physical–chemical properties (i.e., chemical composition, morphological analysis, mineral leachability, water absorption, specific gravity, grain size distribution); (ii) permeability features and (iii) mechanical properties (one-dimensional compression and shear strength behavior). The results, gathered from the new synthetic lightweight aggregates and compared with the corresponding ones obtained in a previous study conducted on natural and synthetic lightweight aggregates, appear promising for a potential utilization in geotechnical engineering.

Abstract The bionormative and heteronormative models of parentage has been challenged by multiple factors: a cultural shift, which has led to the decline of marriage and the development of cohabitation, a technological evolution, which has made it possible to develop new reproductive technologies, and a legal change that has led to the recognition of same-sex relationships. However, the extent of this development has not yet been fully assessed. Rather than simply adapting the rules designed according to an outdated model, it would be better to break with it permanently. This article proposes to build a new system based on intent and care, on the basis of case law and doctrinal proposals from several countries. Drawing from the best interests of the child standard, it operates a distinction between the status of parent and progenitor: whatever the circumstances of the birth (natural procreation, adoption, assisted reproduction technology, or surrogacy) and the nature of the parents' relationship (same-sex or heterosexual, married or unmarried, engaged in a romantic relationship or not), parentage would be based on a formal statement and the question of genetics limited to the determination of identity and the right to know one's origins.

Recruitment is not an arena of  “hazing”  and  the  addition  of  bureaucracy  but a forum to explore the nature of integrity, capability, and independence of the candidates for constitutional judges. The process of recruiting candidates for constitutional judges to choose the recruitment system based on the principle of transparency, participatory, objective, and accountability to the people of the early stages and mechanisms of recruitment until the determination of the constitutional judges candidates that can lead to public confidence and form of democracy because of the position of the control and balance between state with people. Thus, the recruitment process needs to be accompanied by a written rule that can evolve as needed to create the best candidates for constitutional judges based recruitment process by filing recruitment agency and SOP (Standard Operational of Procedure). The problem is not on the persons making the recruitment, agency nominate candidates for judge, and the lack of setting the terms of the constitutional judge best candidate, but the choice of constitutional judges are recruited to promote open to the public process. DPR as one of the agency of the state to file a constitutional justice through the recruitment team can choose the right man in the right position through the selection of recruitment mechanism in accordance with the constitutional.

This study aims to examine the opportunities for Balinese women in the field ofbusiness development after divorce from mixed marriages, prioritizing the principle ofgender responsiveness into awig-awig, the application of the burden of tolerance to102menyama braya, the status of krama istri, and carrying out the obligation to dance at thetemple. Tri Kahyangan is the goal of the gender content in the law of the business beingdeveloped. The research method in this study is sociological jurisprudence, and the typeof research is analytic study of legal materials that adopt women's rights in the businessworld. The binding legal material refers to the Republic of Indonesia State ConstitutionArticle 18 B paragraph (2) and the Traditional Village Awigers which refer to the DecreeNumber 01 / KEP / PSM-3/ MDP / Bali / X / 2010 by the Main Assembly of the PakramanVillage ( MUDP) Bali concerning the division of inheritance of Balinese women withstatus (pradana) has the right to inherit even though they have married and followed herhusband, inheritance in the form of assets can be the main capital for businessdevelopment in the context of business law. The determination of the research subject wascarried out by stratified random sampling. Legal material analysis techniques aredescriptive. The results of the study: Balinese women were given the opportunity to beaccepted as wife's manners based on the pre-marital agreement of the bride, bride'sfamily, and traditional village which contained the provision that in the future if anincident of custom divorce is ready to accept and provide opportunities to carry outroutines such as the wives of their wives in general. The implication of the gender contentin the law is that the consensus reference from the results of the women's traditionalvillage meeting that is the status of widows from mixed marriages is given the opportunityto open business opportunities in the local village area, and is entitled to inheritancegrants in accordance with the provisions adopted by MUDP Bali after obtaining anagreement with the family big through family consultation with the traditional village(dharma pula).
