ABSTRAKPersonal hygiene saat menstruasi menentukan kualitas hidup remaja puteri dimasa depan. Remaja puteri sangat rentan terkena infeksi pada organ reproduksi terutama saat menstruasi. Kondisi ini menuntut remaja puteri mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan benar tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Personal Hygiene Education saat menstruasi merupakan suatu kegiatan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang upaya memelihara kesehatan diri terutama saat menstruasi. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara membersihkan organ reproduksi ketika menstruasi pada orang tua siswa SDN 05 Marunda Kelas 6, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebelum (pre test), pelaksanaan personal hygiene education saat menstruasi dan sesudah kegiatan (post test) sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Hasil pre test menunjukkan 6,7% orang tua kurang memahami cara melakukan personal hygiene saat menstruasi dan hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua menjadi 86,7% tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Kegiatan ini sangat didukung untuk dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: personal hygiene education saat menstruasi; sumber informasi; pengetahuan ABSTRACTPersonal hygiene during menstruation determines the quality of life of young women in the future. Teenage girls are very susceptible to infection in the reproductive organs, especially during menstruation. This condition requires young women to get the right and correct information about personal hygiene during menstruation. Personal Hygiene Education during menstruation is an activity to provide health education on maintaining personal health, especially during menstruation. The purpose of this community service is to raise knowledge about how to clean the reproductive organs during menstruation for parents of grade 6 students at SDN 05 Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The method used in this community service activity is by distributing questionnaires before (pre-test), implementing personal hygiene education during menstruation, and after activities (post-test) as a form of evaluation. The results of the pre-test showed that 6,7% of parents did not understand how to do personal hygiene during menstruation. Meanwhile, the results of the post-test showed an increase in the knowledge of parents to 86,7% about personal hygiene during menstruation. One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko terkena Covid-19, dikarenakan lansia umumnya memiliki beberapa penyakit komorbid serta tingginya angka mortalitas pada lansia. Salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada lansia ialah dengan langkah promotif dan preventif, antara lain dengan pemberian edukasi pada lansia. Selain itu, perlu juga diperhatikan agar lansia tetap sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kualitas hidup lansia tetap terjaga dan resiko tertular Covid-19 pada lansia dapat dikurangi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan jumlah lansia sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendampingan para lansia untuk berkumpul diruang aula, pemberian kuesioner untuk pre-test, penyampaian informasi dilakukan dengan slide power point tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia, video, kartu SMART, demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam serta diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan pemberian makanan tambahan sehat untuk lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menambah pengetahuan para lansia tentang pencegahan terjadinya infeksi Covid-19, meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penularan serta menjadi lansia yang SMART. One of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the elderly is by promoting and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. In addition, it should also be noted that the elderly remain healthy and happy during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the quality of life for the elderly is maintained and the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the elderly can be reduced. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people during the Covid-19 pandemic, with 20 elderly people. The method of implementing this community service activity begins with the assistance of the elderly to gather in the hall, giving questionnaires for pre-test, delivering information with power point slides about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people, videos, SMART cards, demonstrations of deep breathing relaxation techniques. and ended with a question and answer session, post-test, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection, increase awareness of the dangers of transmission and become SMART elderly. The importance of learning objectives requires the use of appropriate media so that learning runs effectively and efficiently. The learning media is very important in supporting the learning process and is often overlooked by teachers for various reasons, including limited time, difficulty finding the right media, and also limited funds. With a variety of IT-based and service devices, lecturers and students can access them online and there are applications that make it free for users. Among them are blog users as learning media. This community service activity aims to introduce information and communication technology in the form of Web-Blogs that will later help students who will be prepared to become teacher candidates to modify learning media. The implementation of community service in general can be categorized as successful in terms of participant participation. Participants felt that this dedication activity was very useful for developing web-blog-based learning media that they would use in later learning. The participants' responses to the service activities carried out stated that from the quality of the speakers, the quality of the modules was very good.

AbstrakPembalut merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi setiap perempuan yang telah mengalami masa pubertas. Namun, banyak kalangan wanita yang tidak terlalu memperdulikan personal hygiene pada saat penggunaan pembalut sekali pakai, sehingga berisiko terhadap kesehatan organ reproduksi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Dusun Sentolo Lor, Kecamatan Sentolo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. masih banyak remaja dan ibu-ibu yang utamanya belum mengetahui dan memahami bahaya pemakaian pembalut sekali pakai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran bahaya pembalut sekali pakai, cara menjaga personal hygiene, dan mengajak mitra untuk beralih ke pembalut ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan (ceramah), diskusi, tanya jawab, serta evaluasi program. Hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dari setiap indikator setelah edukasi dilaksanakan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Dusun Sentolo Lor. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Posyandu, Pembalut, Personal Hygiene. AbstractSanitary napkins are a primary need for every woman who has experienced puberty. However, many women do not really care about personal hygiene when using disposable sanitary napkins, so it poses a risk to the health of the reproductive organs. Based on the results of observations in Sentolo Lor Hamlet, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. there are still many teenagers and mothers who mainly do not know and understand the dangers of using disposable sanitary napkins. This activity aims to raise awareness of the dangers of single-use sanitary napkins, how to maintain personal hygiene, and invite partners to switch to environmentally friendly sanitary napkins. The implementation method used is counseling (lecture), discussion, question and answer, and program evaluation. The results of the program evaluation showed a significant increase in each indicator after the education was implemented. Thus, this service activity has succeeded in improving the quality of human resources in Dusun Sentolo Lor.Key Word: Empowerment, Posyandu, Sanitary Napkins, Personal Hygiene.

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Indonesian Higher Education. Through community service, educators and students can practice science and technology in society. Maranatha Christian University is one of the universities that strives to have an impact on improving the quality of society through community service. Educators specializing in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Management as a part of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, Maranatha Christian University, do community service at the Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu Christian Church. This community service activity discussed online marketing strategies for Temiyang's typical products, namely Manisan Si Mayang (candied mangoes by Temiyang) and Temiyang’s sandals. In order to get the right target market and products that are widely known, it requires online promotion and marketing. Through online marketing strategy, it is expected to be able to find the right type of online promotion and increase knowledge of online marketing for Temiyang products, so that it can become a strategy in optimizing the marketing of Temiyang's superior products and product that can be reached by the wider costomer because the are available online in market place. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat tenaga pendidik dan mahasiswa dapat mengamalkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada masyarakat. Universitas Kristen Maranatha adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berupaya untuk dapat memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan kualitas masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Para tenaga pendidik peminatan Kewirausahaan dan Peminatan Manajemen Pemasaran sebagai salah bagian dari Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Maranatha melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Gereja Kristen Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tentang strategi pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang yaitu Manisan Si Mayang (Manisan Mangga Khas Temiyang) dan sendal Temiyang. Dalam rangka mendapatkan pasar sasaran yang tepat dan produk yang dikenal secara luas maka membutuhkan promosi dan pemasaran online.  Dengan metode pelatihan strategi pemasaran online ini diharapkan dapat menemukan jenis promosi online yang tepat dan meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang, sehingga dapat menjadi suatu strategi dalam optimalisasi pemasaran produk unggulan khas Temiyang dan produk khas Temiyang bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas karena tersedia secara online di market place.

ABSTRAKHipertensi di Indonesia memerlukan perhatian yang serius karena merupakan penyebab kematian nomor 3 setelah stroke dan tuberculosis. Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya angka penderita hipertensi di Indonesia, pemerintah merumuskan berbagai kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan untuk lansia agar derajat dan mutu kesehatan lansia penderita hipertensi dapat meningkat. Salah satunya yaitu dengan mencanangkan pelayanan kesehatan pada lansia melalui beberapa jenjang. Pelayanan di tingkat masyarakat dilakukan oleh Posyandu Lansia. Uraian situasi di atas merupakan dasar mengapa perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan kader posyandu lansia untuk pencegahan hipertensi dan komplikasinya di Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi dan komplikasinya serta, memberikan pelatihan pemerikasaan tekanan darah bagi kader. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah seluruh kader kesehatan di wilayah Kecamatan Purwosari. Lokasi ini dipilih mengingat kasus hipertensi di wilayah ini masih cukup tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan sambutan hangat dari peserta. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya peserta yang aktif dalam diskusi dan mengajukan pertanyaan. Setelah sesi diskusi pemateri malakukan post test secara lisan kepada peserta, dalam post test yang dilakukan 100% peserta mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh pemateri dengan benar. Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik dari kegiatan ini seluruh peserta cukup aktif dalam kegiatan ini dan tidak meninggalkan tempat sampai acara selesai. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan  masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dapat lebih maksimal setelah diadakan kegiatan ini diukur dengan hasil apersepsi dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kader, Hipertensi ABSTRACTHypertension in Indonesia requires serious attention because it is the 3rd cause of death after stroke and tuberculosis In line with the increasing number of hypertension sufferers in Indonesia, the government has formulated various health service policies for the elderly so that the degree and quality of health of elderly people with hypertension can increase. One of them is by implementing health services for the elderly through several levels. Services at the community level are provided by the Elderly Posyandu. The description of the situation above was the basis of why it is necessary to empower elderly Posyandu cadres for the prevention of hypertension and its complications in Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The form of this community service activity was in the form of providing education about hypertension and its complications as well as providing training in blood pressure checks for cadres. The subjects in this activity were all Health Cadres in the Purwosari District area. This location was chosen considering that there were still many cases of hypertension in this region. This service activity received a warm welcome from the participants. This is evidenced by the large number of participants who are active in the discussion and asking questions. After the discussion session the speaker performs a post test orally to the participants, in the post test 100% participants were able to answer the questions presented by the speaker correctly. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity was that all participants were quite active in this activity and do not leave the venue until the event was over. Efforts to increase public knowledge about hypertension can be maximized after this activity was measured by the results of apperception and evaluation. Keywords: Empowerment, Cadres, Hypertension

Talking about reproductive health is still considered sacred and taboo for some people in Indonesia. Reproductive Health is a topic that woman need to know to have the right information about the reproductive process that begins with the reproductive organs. Problems related to reproductive health often stem from a lack of information, understanding, and awareness to achieve a healthy state of reproduction With the right information, it is expected that adolescents have a responsible attitude and behavior regarding the reproductive process. The purpose of this community service is to introduce the reproductive organs in young women in SMA Isen Mulang Palangka Raya. The method used is to form peer counselors in the effort of the introduction of reproductive organs in young women in Isen Mulang High School Palangka Raya. The result of this service activity shows improvement of knowledge about female reproductive organs, reproductive organ function and how to keep reproductive organs, improving peer counseling skills in peer counseling on women's reproductive organs and the formation of students' attitude to maintain healthy reproduction organs.

Many diseases nowadays require drugs and antibiotics to cure them. However, patients are sometimes not disciplined to take drugs and antibiotics. Lack of knowledge about the effects of drugs and antibiotic resistance can lead to a decline in the quality of public health. Every user must have knowledge about drugs and antibiotics so that everyone can choose and identify drugs, and in particular can be discipline and taking antibiotics. This activity was carried out at Junior High School 11 Jayapura in August 2019 which teach the students about drugs and antibiotics and then identified them by qualitatively. The method used in this service is to use an instrument in the form of a pre-test, education, and post-test questionnaire. The questionnaire were validated and tested reliability with a total sample of 30 people using SPSS program. The pre-test and post-test score data obtained in this community service activity are then processed and analysed. The pre and post score sample were sumed by the percentage of the number and entered into the objective criteria. The scoring includes: 81–100% in the very good category, 61–80% in the good, 41–60% in the fairly good, 21–40% in poor, and <20% for the poor. The results of the activity indicated that this activity had a benefit for students' knowledge about drugs and antibiotics after participating in the activity and at the end of the activity it was in the very good category. Furthermore, 95.7% of students get advantages from this and 67.5% were committed to helping others in disseminating important information that they got during this activity.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Menarche is the first menstruation that usually occurs in the age range of 10-16 years or in early adolescence in the middle of puberty before entering the reproductive period. Knowledge is the result of knowing and this happens after people have sensed a certain object. Sensing occurs through the human senses, namely: vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Attitude is a reaction or response of someone who is still closed to a stimulation or object. The manifestation of that attitude cannot be directly seen, but can only be interpreted in advance from closed behavior.This research uses descriptive quantitative method, namely to find out the description of the level of knowledge of blind young women about menarche at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB 2018. The population in this study were all the number of young women at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB aged 10-18 years. And the sample in this study is the entire population. Data collection using primary data. From the results of research on blind teenage girls at Y Tanjung Morawa SLB in 2018 the majority of knowledge is less than 60% and the minority of good knowledge (16.67%) The majority of respondents aged 10-12 years lack knowledge as much as 23.33%, sufficient knowledge 13, 33% and good knowledge as much as 10%, minorities are found at the age of 16-18 years with less knowledge as much as 10%, sufficient knowledge as much as 6.67% and good knowledge as much as 3.33%. The majority of information sources from the environment are lack of knowledge as much as 33.33%, sufficient knowledge of 10% and good knowledge as much as 6.67% of the source of information from health professionals is enough (3.33%). The majority of adolescent attitudes are negative as much as 56.67% and minority positive teen attitudes as much as 43.33%. From the results of the study it is expected that young women will increase their knowledge about menarche because it is very important to maintain personal hygiene during menarche or menstruation.
