ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen publikasi produk yang dilakukan oleh PR Perum Perhutani divisi regional Jawa Barat dan Banten sehingga manajemen yang dikelolanya itu bisa berhasil dan sukses dilakukan tanpa adanya hambatan yang berarti sehingga bisa mengganggu keberlangsungan publikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep dari Menurut Cutlip-Center-Broom (Morrisan, 2008 : 108), yaitu terdapat empat fungsi manajemen, yaitu “(1)penentuan masalah (2)perencanaan (3)pelaksanaan (4)evaluasi”. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif serta menggunakan metode fenomenologi dan untuk mengumpulkan data penulis melakukan wawancara serta observasi. Hasil yang penulis dapat ketika melakukan penelitian adalah dalam penentuan masalah menentukan pembuatan publikasi produk, persetujuan oleh direksi. Perencanaannya dengan menunggu anggaran dana, menentukan konsep dan kesiapan produk. Pelaksanaannya yakni menggunakan media sosial instagram dan facebook untuk publikasi produk, kerjasama antar berbagai pihak, lalu penempatan dan pembaharuan. Dengan demikian evaluasinya semua aspek internal, analisis memakai data statistic dan koreksi pada publikasi ini apakah dikenal dan diminati oleh masyarakat atau tidak.  Kata Kunci: Manajemen PR; Publikasi; Media Sosial ABSTRACT The research was conducted aimed at finding out how the management of product publications was carried out by PR Perum Perhutani, the regional division of West Java and Banten so that the management they managed could succeed and succeed without any significant obstacles that could disrupt the continuity of the publication. The approach used is a qualitative approach and uses the phenomenology method and to collect data the author conducts interviews and observations. The results that the author can when conducting research are in determining the problem of determining the manufacture of product publications, approval by the directors. Planning by waiting for the budget, determining the concept and product readiness. The implementation is using Instagram social media and Facebook for product publication, collaboration between various parties, then placement and renewal. Thus the evaluation of all internal aspects, the analysis uses statistical data and corrections to this publication whether or not it is known and sought by the public. Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

<p>Social problems in Indonesia in particular are caused by social phenomena transmitted to users of social media, especially Twitter. Big data system provided by Drone Emprit Academic is able to find social phenomena. The ability of critical literacy to read and write supported by statistical data is very important in the 4.0 era. The aim of the research is to find out which Drone Emprit Academic works, analyzes, and displays data on social phenomena whose results can be used to support critical Literacy. This research uses a qualitative approach, literature study method. The analysis includes three stages, namely organize, synthesize, identify. The results of this study that Drone Emprit Academic is a big data system that carries out social network analysis of specific conversations on Twitter in semi-realtime and detail. The form displayed is in the form of a percentage of trends, retweet relationships, mentioning trend graphs, most retweet statuses, conversation trends. The data generated can help read information about social phenomena so that it can support critical literacy which has been partially published in online and offline media.</p>

Di dalam sebuah naskah berita media cetak, terdapat bagian yang agak menjorok ke dalam yang disebut dengan paragraf. Dari kumpulan paragraf inilah para pembaca menerima segala informasi terkait hal-hal yang dibacanya. Meskipun industri media mengalami perkembangan, media cetak masih mendapat perhatian yang cukup besar dari khalayak hingga saat ini. Agar tidak kehilangan pembacanya, media cetak harus menyajikan berita-berita yang akurat dan mendalam dari peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Keakuratan sebuah berita tergantung pada setiap kalimat yang terdapat dalam paragraf yang baik karena paragraf merupakan kesatuan kecil dalam naskah berita untuk menyampaikan suatu maksud. Sebuah paragraf yang baik di antaranya harus memiliki unsur kesatuan, kepaduan, kelengkapan, dan keruntutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan metode pola pengembangan paragraf yang ada dalam naskah berita utama di koran yang ada di wilayah Kota Cirebon dan Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, Pola pengembangan paragraf pembuka dalam naskah berita utama di koran yang terbit di wilayah Cirebon dan Bogor Jawa Barat terdiri atas tiga metode, yaitu kronologi, sebab-akibat, dan ilustrasi.    In the news script of print media, there is a part that is indented that we called paragraph. From the unity of these paragraphs, the readers can receive all the information related to the things that they've read. Although the industry of media has developed, until now print media still have considerable attention from the public. In order not to lose its reader, print media must present in-depth and accurate news from the events and incidents that occur in society. The accuracy of news depends on each sentence contained in a good paragraph because the paragraph is a small unit of news script that's used to convey an intention. A good paragraph must include these elements of unity, cohesion, completeness, and coherence. This study aimed to reveal the method of the development pattern of opening paragraph in headlines script of the newspapers published in the City of Bogor and Cirebon, West Java Province. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The result of this study showed that generally, the development pattern of opening paragraph in headlines script of newspapers published in the City of Bogor and Cirebon consists of three methods, namely chronology, causation, and illustration.

Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU) is a performance venue that was founded in 1966 by UdjoNgalagena and hasstood until now for one of them aimed at communicating bamboo music, in this case focusing a lot onangklung, as Indonesia’s cultural wealth, especially West Java. To further develop themselves, SAU alsobegan to move in the online field, which in this case was specifically done through social media, especiallyYoutube and Instagram. To find out more about SAU’s social media strategy in communicating SAU’s aesthetics,observations, interviews and literature studies were conducted. After taking the data which is then processedby qualitative methods, the following results and discussion are obtained: SAU conducts all publicationsand documentation related to on-site performances to be uploaded via Instagram and Youtube, SAUcollaborates to increase the popularity of bamboo music, with one of them picking up composer Eka Gustiwanais able to produce fresh works that are accessible to the public, SAU re-arranged to make bamboo musicfamiliar, especially among Western music listeners, and this strategy is also generally a form of angklungpreservation in its position as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO version which was passedin 2010.

This study aims to determine how the application of the New Public Service concept to the WADUL-E Service (Aspiration and Electronic Complaints Forum) in Pacitan Regency. This study used a qualitative approach and the determination of informants using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the concept of the New Public Service was not fully applicable to the Pacitan WADUL-E Service, because the researchers did not find data related to the 6th indicator, which is serving not directing which contains the position of the leader here, not as the owner but as a public servant or public servant. However, the rest of the concept of the new public service is in accordance with the real situation in the Pacitan Wadule Service. Hence, it is necessary to have in-depth research to find out the leadership side in the service. Based this research, it can be conculed that it is one of the public innovation efforts created by the Pacitan Regency Government is to provide Complaint Services in the form of WADUL-E Services of Pacitan Regency which was formed and inaugurated on March 14, 2018. By utilizing this service, it is hoped that the aspirations and complaints of the Pacitan citizens are connected to regional government. Keywords: E-Service, New Public Service, WADUL-E Pacitan

This study entitled "Public Relations Of Bendahara Sector Police's Strategies In Creating A Positive Image In The Eyes Of The Public After The Death Of The Alleged Drug Abuse Perpetrator Case" with the aim of finding out the strategies carried out by the Bendahara Sector Police's Public Relations in creating a positive image in the public after the death of the alleged perpetrator of Narcotics abuse. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was done by using interviews with the head of Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police and the General Section Chief Public Relation of Bendahara Sector Police. The determination of informant was chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were seven PR strategies used by the Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police, namely visiting victims' families regularly, approaching community leaders, counseling in turns to villages, saweusikula (visiting schools) activities, approaching Aceh Tamiang news journalists, uploading activities documentation to social media, and providing donations and assistance to local communities in need. There were several obstacles for the Public Relations of the Bendahara SectorPolice in carrying out the strategies that had been designed, namely the lack of facilities and the lack of personnel in charge of the Public Relations sector or department.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to study the impact of physical distancing on the youth's social abilities. This research using a qualitative approach by observation, interviews, and documentation to data collects. This study involved those who participated in youth organizations (PMRD) in Sindulang Satu Lingkungan I Village, Tuminting District, Manado City. The results show that the physical distancing on the youth's social abilities is that they do not get obstacles to communicating and educating the public regarding Covid-19 by utilizing social media. In terms of social interaction, there is still a lack of youth interest in participating in youth organizations (PRMD), whether there is physical distancing or not. Regarding youth socialization (PRMD), it has an active role in minimizing the spread of Covid-19 by distributing free masks to the public and collaborating with the Ansor Youth to spray disinfectant liquid in the Darussalam Sindulang I Mosque environment.Keywords: Impact, Physical Distancing, Covid-19, Social Ability, Youth. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak physical distancing terhadap kemampuan sosial pemuda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan pemuda yang ikut serta dalam organisasi kepemudaan (PMRD) di Kelurahan Sindulang Satu Lingkungan I Kecamatan Tuminting Kota Manado. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa physical distancing tidak menghalangi kemampuan sosial pemuda di Kelurahan Sindulang Satu Lingkungan I Kecamatan Tuminting Kota Manado untuk berkomunikasi dan mengedukasi masyarakat terkait Covid-19 dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Dalam hal interaksi sosial masih kurangnya minat pemuda untuk ikut serta dalam organisasi kepemudaan (PRMD) baik ada atau tidaknya pemberlakuan physical distancing. Terkait dengan sosialisasi pemuda (PRMD) sangat berperan aktif dalam meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19 dengan membagikan masker gratis kepada masyarakat dan bekerjasama dengan Pemuda Ansor untuk penyemprotan cairan desinfektan di lingkungan Masjid Darussalam Sindulang I.Kata Kunci: Dampak, Physical Distancing, Covid-19, Kemampuan Sosial, Pemuda.

This paper examines two uploads on social media whose alleged sentences contain elements of defamation. The method used in this study is qualitative, i.e., describing data to determine the elements that can defame someone. Determination of these elements requires forensic linguistic analysis that is using linguistic evidence in law enforcement efforts. This evidence can be analyzed using lexical, grammatical and pragmatic semantic studies that are part of forensic linguistic studies. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that from the lexical semantic perspective, the word used in the uploaded sentence has a negative denotation meaning. Based on the grammatical semantic analysis the sentence means demeaning a group of people. Pragmatically, not being said by the uploader is an expressive illocutionary act, which is an expression of disappointment and anger. In addition, the sentence uploaded to the account is also provocative, namely inviting the public to follow the uploader's opinion. Expressive illocutionary acts lead to acts of perlocution on the speech partners mentioned in the sentence. The act of occlusion is in the form of anger from community groups or individuals referred to in uploads. AbstrakMakalah ini mengkaji dua unggahan di media sosial yang diduga kalimatnya mengandung unsur pencemaran nama baik.  Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yakni mendekripsikan data untuk menentukan unsur-unsur yang dapat mencemarkan nama baik seseorang. Penentuan unsur tersebut memerlukan analisis linguisik forensik yakni menggunakan bukti kebahasaan dalam upaya penegakan hukum. Bukti tersebut dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan kajian semantik leksikal, semantik gramatikal, dan pragmatik yang merupakan bagian dari kajian linguistik forensik. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dari sudut pandang semantik leksikal, kata yang digunakan pada kalimat yang diunggah tersebut memiliki makna denotasi yang negatif. Berdasarkan analisis semantik gramatikal kalimat tersebut bermakna merendahkan sekelompok masyarakat. Secara pragmatik, tidak tutur yang dilakukan oleh penggunggah adalah tindak ilokusi ekspresif, yakni ekspresi kekecewaan dan kemarahan. Selain itu, kalimat yang diunggah pada akun tersebut juga bersifat provokatif, yakni mengajak masyarakat mengikuti pendapat si pengunggah.  Tindak ilokusi ekspresif menimbulkan tindak perlokusi pada mitra tutur yang disebut dalam kalimat tersebut. Tindak perlokusi itu berupa kemarahan kelompok masyarakat atau individu yang disebut di dalam unggahan.

This study aims to analyze social media and public relations that have been implemented at SMK Gema Gawita Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach. There were 2 informants of the research informant and interview transcripts were processed. The interview results show that the community prefers to communicate using social media managed by the school to provide information and obtain information to make it easier and more practical. Based on research that has been done, these findings have 3 selective coding namely; Utilization of Social Media, Communicating with the Public, and Reactions Generated.
