Kota Banda Aceh merupakan ibukota Provinsi Aceh yang berada di pulau Sumatera yangsangat potensial untuk pengembangan budidaya kepiting, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendaladalam optimalisasi potensi yang dimiliki. Klinik IPTEK Mina Bisnis (KIMBis) Cakradonya di Kota BandaAceh merupakan sebuah kelembagaan yang dibentuk pada tahun 2011 dengan tujuan peningkatankesejahteraan masyarakat terutama di sektor kelautan dan perikanan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk dapatmendeskripsikan peranan KIMBis dalam mengoptimalisasi peluang pengembangan budidaya kepitingcangkang lunak yang biasa disebut kepiting soka. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Banda Aceh yangmerupakan wilayah Kerja KIMBis Cakradonya dengan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatifuntuk menjelaskan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh KIMBis dalam mengoptimalkan peluangpengembangan usaha kepiting soka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan KIMBis Cakradonya berperan dalammensosialisasikan peluang usaha kepiting soka terutama kepada stakeholders sehingga diharapkandapat memberikan dukungan kebijakan bagi pengembangan usaha ini, selain itu KIMBis juga berperandalam memperkenalkan penggunaan teknologi budidaya kepiting soka dan pengolahan limbah hasilbudidaya kepiting yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas usaha. Namun optimalisasipeluang pengembangan kepiting soka mengalami berbagai kendala dari sisi teknologi, sumberdayamanusia modal dan juga input produksi. Oleh karena itu kedepannya diharapkan dapat dilaksanakanupaya tindak lanjut untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi baik itu dari sisi pengadaan benihkepiting, maupun aplikasi penerapan teknologi yang efisien serta peningkatan kemampuan pembudidayakepiting soka dalam mengakses permodalan sehingga usaha ini dapat berkembang secara optimal bagipeningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Title: Opportunities to Optimize Soft Shell Crab Cultivation onKIMBis Cakradonya Area in Banda AcehBanda Aceh is the capital of Aceh Province that has great potential in crab cultivation. This research was conducted in Banda Aceh with qualitative descriptive data analysis methods.The results showed that KIMBis Cakradonya has role in disseminating of soft-shelled crabs businessopportunities especially to the stakeholders that are expected to provide policy support. KIMBis alsohad a role in the activities of introducing the use of soft-shelled crab cultivation technology and wastetreatment of cultured crabs to increase business productivity. However, the development of soft-shelledcrabs are still constrained in terms of technology, human resources and capital inputs. Therefore, in thefuture is expected to be implemented in various ways to overcome the problems in the soft shell crabcultivation such as crab seed procurement, as well as the application of efficient application of technologyand the increased capacity in the soft-shelled crab farmers to access capital so that businesses candevelop optimally for improvement public welfare.

Banda Aceh is one of the cities in Aceh Province which is classified as a heterogeneous population, in addition to being caused by its position as the capital of Aceh Province, Banda Aceh is also known as a student city and a business city and a major tourist destination. Of the 259,913 inhabitants of Banda Aceh in 2018, they came from various ethnicities and even different religions. In addition, there are several non-Muslim houses of worship, there are also no strict rules governing residences. As a result of community, traffic is less regular, so that opportunities are open for various kinds of violations of the law and crime rates. But there is one interesting thing in Banda Aceh, even though the population is heterogeneous from various ethnic and religious lines, the role of local residents (indigenous people) is not too prominent. In Banda Aceh, the primordial system did not occur as in other regions. The life of the people who are aware of diversity is exemplary, but this does not mean that the negative side and social crisis are not at all. The results of the study found that crisis socio-cultural and legal awareness in Banda Aceh was rather alarming and needed government attention early on. Promiscuity, hanging out in cafes until late at night, even into the morning is a new culture that denies the values ​​of education. Another wrong or mistaken culture is infected with a culture of lazy learning scientifically, a culture of materialist life, and scolding greetings by using the Islamic version of greetings gradually starting to be abandoned. The methodology used in this study is qualitative descriptive.

This research describes the role of Muhammadiyah organizations in fostering Islamic communities in Enrekang Regency. The problems examined in this paper are focused on the development of Muhammadiyah in Enrekang Regency and the role of Muhammadiyah organizations through the charity of its efforts in fostering the Islamic community in Enrekang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using historical, sociological, cultural, religious and educational approaches. The instruments used in this study were researchers doing with aids in the form of interview guidelines, cameras and voice recorders. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis. The results showed that Muhammadiyah association quickly developed branches and branches to all corners of the village, several educational business charities established ranging from paud/kindergarten level to higher education, and the growing number of Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. The construction of the Muhammadiyah Alliance through branches and branches and charitable efforts in fostering Islamic society slowly shifted the religious attitude of the community coloured by the traditions of Hinduism, animism and dynamism (shirk) to the Tauhid faith.

This study aims to support and study the role of leaders in improving Desa Bremi in social psychology. The style or style of a leader greatly influences his followers or subordinates. The type or style of a paternalistic leader is a leader who uses or applies to perceptions, values ​​held, attitudes and protections seen in needs. Desa bremi is a village located in District Krucil of Probolinggo Regency, East Java, which is expected to be able to provide quality human resources. As a leader in the village Bremi made efforts to be able to direct HR well from the problem of HR development. This study used a qualitative descriptive study using a sample technique of 4 respondents using interviews and observation and documentation. From this sample the researchers chose from the village apparatus, one RT / RW chairman and 2 villagers.

ABSTRACT This study examines strategies to increase the collection of waqf through Islamic Da'wah activities. This is important to do, considering the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School has a large potential for waqf while the ongoing collection of waqf has not yet reached the expected target. This study aims to find a solution in the form of a strategy to increase the collection of waqf by utilizing da'wah activities as a way of socialization and promotion. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, while the data sources are obtained directly in the field (field research). The research approach uses case studies with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation studies and field observations. The results of this study recommend strategies for increasing the collection of waqf through: (i) Optimizing the role of dai as a marketing of waqf. (ii) fulltime managing human resources. (iii) Improvement of Facilities and Infrastructure. (iv) Creating a creative collection program. (v) Standardization of Data Management. (vi) Improvement of convenience services and activity reports.Keywords: Collection, Waqf, Da'wah and Islamic boarding schools.   ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang strategi peningkatan penghimpunan wakaf melalui kegiatan Dakwah Islam. Hal ini penting dilakukan, mengingat Pesantren Baitul Hidayah memiliki potensi wakaf yang cukup besar sementara penghimpunan wakaf yang berjalan belum mencapai target yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan solusi berupa strategi peningkatan penghimpunan wakaf dengan memanfaatkan kegiatan-kegiatan dakwah sebagai jalan sosialisasi dan promosi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, adapun sumber data diperoleh langsung di lapangan (field research). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan penghimpunan wakaf melalui : (i) Optimalisasi peran dai sebagai marketing wakaf. (ii) SDM pengelola fulltime. (iii) Peningkatan Sarana dan Prasarana. (iv) Menciptakan Program penghimpunan yang kreatif. (v) Standarisasi Pengelolaan Data. (vi) Peningkatan layanan kemudahan dan laporan kegiatan.Kata Kunci: Penghimpunan, Wakaf, Dakwah dan Pesantren.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the resource pengembangkan apparatus in improving job performance in Financial Management Board and the Regional Asset (BPKAD) and explain the factors supporting and inhibiting. This study focused on BPKD efforts in developing the ability of its employees. This study is qualitative descriptive. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and document, and then analyzed using an interactive model. The results of the study explained that the development of human resources in BPKAD been done through delivery of education and training of employees, increase employee competence, work and award mutation or motivation. The results of these efforts is quite good, but not optimal in improving employee job performance BPKAD Kutai Barat.Keyword: development, human resources, job performance

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of Implementation Local Regulation number 6 of 2009 on the Spatial Planning related to conversion of paddy fields in the Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo regency, describe the role of actors and its inhibiting and supporting factors. This research used qualitative descriptive methods. The result study showed that Policy Implementation of Local Regulation number 6 of 2009 the Spatial Planning related to conversion of paddy fields in the Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo regency wasn’t run yet. Thus, it resulted a chance for certain stakeholders to more concerned of profitable personal and group interests than society interests. Some of the actors that are involved in this policy implementation among other investors, communities, and governments have each role and synergize with each other. However, in reality this policy implementation was not independent of the supporting factors such ideal and good human resources and legal sanctions for violators of the rules. In addition inhibiting factors included the lack of communication that exists between the government and the landowners as well as supervision only as formality.

Abstract Under the government regulations to prevent the spread of COVID-19, namely the emergency public activity restriction (micro PPKM), Blang Padang square has experienced a transformation from a large, open, urban space in Banda Aceh full of multi-function activity to only allowing sports activity and vaccine facilities. Therefore, the aim of this study is to explore whether Blang Padang square has fulfilled the necessary functions during a pandemic and to investigate what kind of transformation or adjustment occurred in the space. This study used qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview and documentation as data collection tools. Shirvani’s criteria of urban open space became the main framework to answer the investigation of this study. The study confirmed that the transformation of Blang Padang square has benefited Banda Aceh residents to continue with a healthy lifestyle during a pandemic and has provided health facilities in a green square.

This study is to analyze aspects of sharia in Islamic insurance. Theories related to this study include about Ijara, Ijara financing, DSN-MUI fatwa, Ijara financing application. This study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection methods used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that Takaful insurance aspect is clear then can be applied in the system of Islamic insurance. Takaful is a system where the participants / members / participants donate or donate part or all of the contribution that will be used to pay claims, in case of disaster experienced by most participants/members/participants. The role of the company here is limited to the operational management of insurance companies and investment funds / contributions received or transferred to the company.Keywords: Aspects of Sharia in the Takaful and Insurance Non-Sharia

This study aims to explore the pivotal role of the school principal in escalating his/her capacity as a supervisor. Supervision constitutes one of the principal’s duties that needs to be carried out for the purpose of supervising, evaluating performance, guiding, and motivating teachers to be able to make improvements, maintain teaching quality, and organize a better learning process. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this library research. The findings demonstrate the roles that principals take to maximize their role as a supervisor. Firstly, the principals should be able to understand the nature of supervision. This indicates that this re-understanding aims to enhance the process of supervision and guidance to teachers so as to improve the quality of their performance and teaching processes. Secondly, principals should be able to adapt and adopt various approaches to the implementation of supervision. The application in the supervision approach can be noticed in the exchange of information between principals and teachers, including the quality of learning. Thirdly, school principals should be able to increase human resources. The improvement should be carried out systematically and continuously through professional development. This illustrates that the principals’ role as a supervisor is very essential to promote the professionalism of teachers and educational staff.

Bank syariah di Indonesia terus mengalami pertumbuhan baik dari sisi aset, jumlah kantor, jumlah nasabah, dan pangsa Islamic banking in Indonesia continues to experience growth both in terms of assets, the account of offices, the account of costumers, and the market share of islamic banking that exceed 5%. The growth of islamic banking is not followed by adequate human resources both in quantity and quality. Human resources are still a difficult problem for islamic banking now. In the roadmap of islamic banking period 2015-2019 issued to make the Financial Service Authoritz to make human resource issues into things to be resolved. It takes a pattern of human resource management that can create qualified human resources for islamic banking. This paper is qualitative descriptive that will describe the growth of human resources in islamic banking, as well as the important role of Islamic human resource management for human resource in islamic banking. This paper shows the growth of humanresources in islamic banking in the period of December 2016 until Setember 2017 grew bz 2.368%, with the totalhuman resources of islamic banking today as much as 61,389 people. The pattern of Islamic human resource management becomes important for the availability of best quality of human resources in Islamic banking human resource management able to meet the human resource who understand the science of economics and science of  Islamic human resource management covers the entire process of establishing human resource in islamic banking. One of the patterns of Islamic human resource management that is relevant to the current state of islamic banking is Calestial Management. It consist of ZIKR, PIKR and MIKR.pasar bank syariah yang telah melebihi 5%. Pertumbuhan bank syariah tidak diikuti dengan sumber daya manusia yang memadai baik secara kuantitas dan kualitas. Sumber daya manusia masih menjadi maslah yang sulit bagi bank syariah. Pada roadmap perbankan syariah 2015-2019 ang dikeluarkan menjadi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menjadi masalah sumber daya manusia menjadi hal yang harus diselesaikan. Dibutuhkan sebuah pola manajemen sumber daya manusia yang bisa menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas bagi bank syariah. Tulisan ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif yang akan menguraikan pertumbuhan SDM di bank syariah, serta peran penting manajemen sumber daya manusia islam bagi SDM di bank syariah. Tulisan ini menunjukan adanya pertumbuhan SDM di bank syariah pada periode Desember 2016 sampai September 2017 mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 2,368%, dengan total SDM bank syariah saat ini sebanyak 61.389 orang. Manajemen sumber daya manusia islami menjadi penting bagi tersedianya SDM bank syariah yang berkualitas baik. Manajemen sumber daya manusia islami mampu memenuhi SDM yang paham akan ilmu ekonomi dan ilmu syariah. Manajemen sumber daya manusia islam meliputi pembentukan SDM di bank syariah. Salah satu pola manajemen sumber daya manusia islam yang relevan dengan kondisi SDM bank syariah saat ini yaitu Calestial Management. Yang terdiri dari ZIKIR, PIKR, dan MIKR.
