Pengelolaan pariwisata pesisir telah banyak diteliti namun penelitian ini menekankan pada pengembangan potensi pariwisata pesisir desa bentung yang belum dikelola. Diperlukan dukungan dukungan pemerintahan dan pihak terkait dalam pengembangan pariwisata pesisir. Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe yang merupakan kabupaten bahari memiliki Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata dalam PERDA Kepulauan Sangihe Nomor 15 Tahun 2008 yaitu kawasan yang memiliki fungsi utama pariwisata atau memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan pariwisata yang mempunyai pengaruh penting dalam satu atau lebih aspek seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi, sosial dan budaya, pemberdayaan sumber daya alam, daya dukung lingkungan hidup, serta pertahanan dan keamanan Desa Bentung mempuyai atraksi wisata Mairokang Beach Game (MBG) yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan atraksi wisata pesisir di Desa Bentung dengan bentuk diversifikasi produk-produk wisata yang masih banyak selain lomba MBG. Potensi sumber daya pesisir di Desa Bentung seperti terumbu karang, Hutan Mangrove yang memiliki luas 2,82 Ha, keadaan hutan mangrove tergolong dalam kondisi tidak rusak. Potensi pariwisata pantai Desa Bentung memiliki tiga kawasan pantai yang memiliki pasir yang berbeda yaitu Pantai Bulo, Pantai Nagha, Pantai Mairokang Bentung. MBG melaksanakan  kegiatan – kegiatan yang bernuansa budaya Sangihe dan menjadi daya tarik wisata Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, lomba ini merupakan lomba balap perahu. Management of coastal tourism has been extensively researched but this research emphasizes the development of coastal tourism potentials in Bentung Villages. Government and stakeholder support in is required in coastal tourism development. The regency of Kepulauan Sangihe which is a maritime regency has a Tourism Strategic Area in Sangihe Islands Local Regulation No. 15 Year 2008 which tell that a region that has a major function of tourism or has potential for tourism development that has an important influence in one or more aspects such as economic, social and cultural growth, natural resources empowerment, environmental carrying capacity, defense and security. Bentung Village a tourist attraction such as Mairokang Beach Game (MBG) that held annually. This study focuses on the development of coastal tourism attractions in the village of Bentung with a diversified form of tourism products that are still many other than the MBG competition. The potential of coastal resources in Bentung Village such as coral reefs, Mangrove Forest has an area of 2.82 Ha and classified as undamaged. Bentung Beach tourism has three areas that have different sand such as Bulo Beach, Nagha Beach and Mairokang Beach. MBG carries out cultural activities of Sangihe and becomes a tourist attraction of Kepulauan Sangihe Regency, This attraction is a boat racing competition.

This study aims to determine 1) the factors of geography that support the development of coastal tourism in the village Cikoang love.2) Obstacles encountered in the development of beach tourism in the village Cikoang love.3) The extent SWOT analysis of the development of coastal tourism in the village love Cikoang in the future.The population of tourists, managers and the public.The data presented in the form of primary data taken from the questionnaire "Development Geography Tourism Object Love Beach In the village of the District CikoangMangarabombangTakalar".Samples were taken by accidental sampling method and purposive sampling method.Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis.The results showed that the development of appropriate strategies in the development of business attraction Love Beach is a strategy Weaknesses - Opportunities.The conclusion among other aspects of geography that supports the development of tourism, among others: the location, morphology, hydrology, land pengggunaan, tourists, income level, education, employment, and facilities.Additionally necessary facilities and infrastructure development, promotional activities more aggressively again, as well as to cooperate with relevant parties in terms of the development of Love beach tourism

Tourism is a magnet of a region to realise a developing area. This study aims to clarify the role of the Government in the Development of Yendi Beach Tourist Attraction in Biak Numfor Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the Tourism Office in developing Yendi Beach's tourism potential in Biak Numfor District was dominant as a Motivator compared to other roles, namely as a Facilitator and a Dynamicsator. This role as a facilitator is seen mainly in the form of: provision of facilities and infrastructure for tourist attraction objects, which are still largely borne by the Department of Tourism as the leading sector, facilitation in channelling stimulant financial assistance for people who want to develop tourism attractions, promotion of attraction objects tourism, as well as facilitation to third parties, such as investors and tourism entrepreneurs to develop Yendi Beach tourism business in Biak Numfor Regency.

President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo has targeted a number of foreign tourists in 2016reached 20 million to Indonesia. Various programs are being introduced to make it happen. This needs to besupported by local governments, including the Government of Kampar regency. Because in this district are one ofthe leading tourist attraction that is not managed well, but already well-known. Call it Durian Gardens, located inDistrict of Mount Sahilan Kampar, Riau. The purpose of this study is the first activity; to analyze the performanceof the tourism development Durian Gardens in Kampar regency. Second, to identify and analyze the barriers to thedevelopment of tourism in Kampar Regency Gardens Durian. The study was conducted in Desa Kebun Durian District of Mount Sahilan Kampar regency. Thepopulation in this study is the Government apparatus and related parties. Serve as the Village Head KeyInformance. The sampling technique used is the census for the government apparatus and techniques for publicaccidental. Sources and types of data in this study are primary and secondary. Data have been collected based onthe type and form of data, for subsequent qualitative data is analyzed descriptively.With the enactment of Law no.10/2009 About Tourism, the Tourism Development today Riau Indonesia in general and in particular shall refer tothe provisions of the Act. Tourism operations carried out by the principles as set out in Article 5 of the Law. DurianGardens development of tourism performance in Kampar regency unfavorable. Utilization of coastal in Bali tourism destination by investor is to build of hotel, bar and restaurant, and to develop beach tourism attractions, and so location of tourists expose to the sun known with term 3S is Sea, Sand, Sun. There are four patterns of management of coastal tourism destinatyion in Bali, nemaly, (1) Pattern of management by village tradition; (2) Pattern of management by village foundation; (3) Pattern of management by government authority/agency; and (4) Natural development (without pattern of management). The pattern of management by village tradition was applied in Kuta beach and Jimbaran beach in Badung regency. The pattern of management by village foundation was applied to manage of Sanur beach in Denpasar city. The pattern of management by government authority/agency was used to manage of Nusa Dua beach and surrounding in Badung regency. Meanwhile, natural development (without pattern of management) was used in many beaches in Bali, like Nusa Lembongan island beach in Klungkung regency. Two management patterns - management by village tradition and management by village foundation initiatives by local community and its developing, local community livelihood in all long of beach very depending on tourism. While, management by authority agency initiatives are mainly applied by the central government in Jakarta. Coastal tourism managed through the three kinds of management approaches are generally good, particularly on environmental security, tourists safety, maintaining clean environment which are made possible through mobilization of task forces. On the other hand, coastal areas without planned tourism management, generally suffers from several problems. Hence the development of sustainable coastal tourism should be managed by one of institution which may be that of a local community or a governmental authority/agency

Slangit is a village in Cirebon, West Java that has potentials to be used as a cultural tourist attraction. These potentials include tradition and custom ceremonies, traditional art of masks and mask performances. This article investigates the the development strategy of cultural attractions in the village of Slangit. Data collection are conducted by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data was analysed using a descriptive qualitative method and by using SWOT analysis. The result shows that theattempt to use arts potential as tourist attraction has been fairly developed by artists group but it is far from adequate becausethe lack of coordination between artists group and the authorityresponsible to promote culture and tourism. It is suggested thatthe government to work together with communities and artists topromote the village potentials as cultural tourism attractions bothas away to preserve arts and to develop tourism as source of localeconomy.

Tista village has a very diverse potential to be developed into a tourist attraction, namely the potential of nature, cultural potential, culinary potential, spiritual potential, and of course the potential of Human Resources. These potentials are the capital of Tista Village to be a tourist village, where Tista Village is designated as a tourist village by the Regent of Tabanan Number: 180/319/03 / HK & HAM / 2016, 26th October 2016. Tista villagers strongly support the village to be a rural tourism, this can be proven by the enthusiasm of the community held Tista Festival held on 6-8 January 2017, where in the festival was introduced various tourism potentials owned Tista Village and socialize the Village Tista Stipulation as a rural tourism, so the whole Tista village community and the surrounding villages know that Tista Village is officially a rural tourism. For the community there must be a change of attitude in maintaining the status of the rural tourism, such as preserving the village environment, maintaining cleanliness, maintaining cultural and spiritual sustainability, growing creativity and innovation to cultivate and manage resources owned, and the most important is to increase knowledge and understanding related to tourism (hospitality). The tourist attraction of rural tourism certainly requires some concept of development and management that will be able to withstand longer tourist visits staying in Tista Rural Tourism. To provide a more diverse alternative tourism again, it is necessary to plan a package/local tourism products that can be packaged by the village community Tista a choice of attraction to tourists who visit. These local potentials that are part of life and daily activities of Tista Village community need to be introduced to tourists so that tourism development in Tista Rural Tourism can show something different, where potency which have chance to be developed is local culinary potency, where in Tista Village can be found in various local culinary communities that are very diverse from various preparations and flavors. In addition, to maintain a positive image of tourism in Tista Rural Tourism required something that is remembered and a characteristic that is obtained from the village Tista. Something that is a local souvenir, so that the Tista community need to be creative, both individually and in groups to prepare and produce local souvenirs whose nuance is the uniqueness and local wisdom of Tista. Because in tourism, what we "sell" is service accompanied by souvenir/hand brought by tourists to the area of origin and also as a promotional event to lure other tourists to come even more to the Tista Rural Tourism. For that reason, the Team of Community Service of the Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University implementing service in the Tista Rural Tourism with the topic "Packaging Local Culinary and Local Souvenirs in Support Tista Rural Tourism Development, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency".

This study aims to create an ideal pattern of local regulation to create competitive coastal tourism in West Coastal Village. By using doctrinal/normative research methods which mainly analyze secondary data consisting of: primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials, the regional regulation patterns will be constructed which are ideal for realizing competitive coastal tourism in West Coastal Village. The stages of the research to be carried out are divided into three parts as follows: first, identifying and inventorying the laws and regulations relating to the implementation of tourism; secondly, evaluating and drafting an academic manuscript regarding the implementation of tourism; thirdly compose the ideal regional regulation pattern to realize competitive coastal tourism in the West Coast Regency. The results showed that the ideal local regulation pattern for realizing competitive coastal tourism in West Coastal Village contained the following minimum content material: namely: general provisions; principles and objectives; policies and strategies; establishment of a competitive beach tourism area; development of competitive coastal tourism areas; implementation and control; closing.

Tigawasa Village is one of the Old Villages or Bali Aga villages in Banjar District, Buleleng Regency, Bali which is the center of bamboo handicrafts. The local handicraft really needs development, one of the developments of the local handicrafts of Tigawasa Village, namely tourism village souvenir products. The development of local handicraft-based tourism village souvenirs is the beginning of increasing the value of local crafts in Tigawasa Village. This article describes the opportunities and challenges of developing local handicraft-based tourist village souvenirs in Tigawasa Village, which is the center of bamboo handicrafts in the Bali Aga village environment, Buleleng, Bali. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method which begins with data collection from interviews with several informants, filling out questionnaires by tourists visiting Tigawasa Village and also direct documentation to Tigawasa Village such as traditional houses and also to craftsmen in Tigawasa Village. The results show that local crafts have the opportunity to develop as souvenirs because the crafts produced are of good quality, besides that the tourism development component is also an opportunity in the development of these souvenirs such as tourists visiting Tigawasa Village will be invited to do weaving activities (something to do) with the woven results can be used as a souvenir to take home (something to buy). The results of the questionnaire also stated that 70% of tourists strongly agree with the existence of local handicraft-based tourism village souvenirs, and 30% agree and there are no opinions disagree and strongly disagree. The challenges faced related to the development of tourism village souvenirs include the limitations of existing bamboo sources so that craftsmen buy materials from outside the village so that additional capital is needed so that capital is also a challenge for Tigawasa Village crafts, lack of innovation from bamboo crafts, and lack of promotion. With the development of local handicraft-based souvenirs in Tigawasa Village can increase the selling value of local crafts, can make it a tourist attraction and as a memory for every tourist who comes to Tigawasa Tourism Village.

Surabaya is the capital city of East Java Province that develops coastal tourism activities. Based on Surabaya City RTRW for 2014-2034, the development of coastal tourism in Surabaya is in Bulak District. The district is designated as a development unit III of Tambak Wedi that directed as marine beach tourism. Kenjeran Tourism has a number of tourist destinations including Kenjeran Beach, THP Kenjeran, Kenjeran Park, Bulak Park, Surabaya Park, and Kenjeran Bridge.he development of coastal tourism resulted in many changes in land use and building’s function, mainly affecting the type of land use settlement because people tend to use the front of the house for trading activities and services. This study aims to determine the effect of tourism development on land use in the Kenjeran Area. This study uses overlay analysis and PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The results of this study found that tourism development variables affect land use change by 92.2%. Changes in land use are dominated by vacant land and supporting facilities for tourism activities such as trade and services, recreation, tourism, and green open space

Community based Tourism paradigm as a concept of alternative tourism has been able to provide distribution to community either in welfare or empowerment towards sustainable tourism. In relation to this paradigm, this study was conducted to analyze the impacts of rural tourism development in Pinge village. Pinge is one of the village in Tabanan- Bali which has been developed to be rural tourism destination.The approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive. Technique of collecting data was through interviewing with community leader and conducting field observations in order to find out positive and negative impacts to economy, socio cultural and environment to this village. The researcher found that the development of rural tourism provides positive and negative impacts to society in Pinge. From the result of data collection, there were found that economy of society was improved, the culture was preserved, and the environment was arranged well. The result of this study is expected to be a reference study in rural tourism development in Pinge village through controlling the negative impacts from this tourism destination development.
