Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung Daya Tarik Wisata Kebun Raya Balikpapan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya serta menentukan faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengunjung wisata. Tingkat kepuasan pengunjung dibatasi pada 6 faktor yang berpengaruh yaitu pemandangan, aksesbilitas/kemudahan , keamanan atau kenyamanan, kondisi dan ketersediaan fasilitas, kondisi jalan, serta pelayanan informasi yang terdapat pada Obyek Wisata Kebun Raya Balikpapan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data yang didapatkan melalui kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif mean aritmatik untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung objek wisata kebun raya Balikpapan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengunjung Daya Tarik Wisata Kebun Raya Balikpapan. Tingkat kepuasan pengunjung berada pada nilai 3,89 yang berada pada kriteria 3,40 - 4,19 yang masuk dalam kategori puas. faktor keindahan pemandangan yang memberikan sumbangan tingkat kepuasan yang tertinggi dengan nilai 4,08 kemudian faktor Kondisi jalan dan Akses atau kemudahan, dengan nilai 3,99 sedangkan faktor yang memberi tingkat sumbangan terhadap kepuasan terendah adalah faktor Kondisi Keamanan atau kenyamanan  obyek wisata dengan nilai 3,73ANALYSIS OF SATISFACTION VISITORS OF BALIKPAPAN BOTANICAL GARDENS TOURIST ATTRACTION ABSTRACTIn this study, the authors aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction at the Balikpapan Botanical Gardens Tourism Object. This study aims to determine the level of visitor satisfaction based on the factors that influence it and determine the most dominant factor affecting the level of visitor satisfaction. The level of visitor satisfaction is limited to 6 influencing factors, the view, accessibility / convenience, security or comfort, condition and availability of facilities, road conditions, and information services contained in the Balikpapan Botanical Garden Tourism Object. The method used is descriptive quantitative research method based on data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the arithmetic mean quantitative analysis to determine the level of visitor satisfaction at Balikpapan Botanical Gardens. The results of this study indicate that there are six factors that influence the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Balikpapan Botanical Gardens Tourism Object. The visitor satisfaction level is at a value of 3.89 which is in the criteria of 3.40 - 4.19 which is included in the satisfied category. the factor of the beauty of the scenery that contributed to the highest level of satisfaction with a value of 4.08 then the factor of road conditions and access or convenience, with a value of 3.99 while the factor that contributed to the lowest level of satisfaction was the factor of security conditions or the comfort of a tourist attraction with a value of 3, 73.Keywords: Arithmetic mean, Botanical garden,  Satisfaction level

<p><span class="fontstyle0">This study will analyze the level of satisfaction of domestic tourists to Prambanan and Ratu Boko temple for services and facilities provided by Prambanan and Ratu Boko temple to domestic tourists consisting of entrance fee, temple beauty, service, security, and promotion from Prambanan temple And Ratu Boko who can make the tourists feel satisfied that encourages the desire to return again on another occasion. The population in this study were all visitors of Prambanan Temple and Ratu Boko Temple in Sleman District of Yogyakarta Special Region, and samples taken 100 people by using Accidental Sampling Method in sampling, that is make the sample of people who by chance found in the place of research. In this research showed that the level of satisfaction of domestic tourists to the temple of prambanan and queens boko based on entrance fee 3.72 (satisfied); The beauty of temple 4.40 (very satisfied); Service 3,50 (satisfied); Security 3.55 (satisfied); 3.20 promotion (less satisfied). In general, the satisfaction level is in the satisfied category because the mean value of aritmatic is 3.674 (satisfied). While the most dominant factor contributing to the level of domestic tourist satisfaction of prambanan temple and queens boko in Prambanan Sleman Yogyakarta is the beauty with arithmetic mean value 4.40 (very satisfied).</span></p>

<span><em>Research with the title: "The level of visitor satisfaction Kuwaru </em><span><em>Beach Tourism Object Sanden, Bantul Yogyakarta", aims to investigate the </em><span><em>characteristics of visitors or tourists, to determine the level of visitor satisfaction, </em><span><em>when seen from the factors that influence, as well as to determine the most dominant </em><span><em>influence on tourism visitor satisfaction levels.Factors thought to influence the </em><span><em>satisfaction level of visitors is limited in the 8 factors: fees/entrance fee, the beauty </em><span><em>of the beach, the cleanliness of the beach, playground, outdoor stage/venue, </em><span><em>souvenir shop, SAR / health, location of parking. The survey results revealed that </em><span><em>visitor characteristics by sex men 60% and women 40%; derived from DIY 69.3%, </em><span><em>30.7% outside DIY; seen from the age of visitors by 44% over the age of 50 </em><span><em>years;Most visitors are high school education by 48%; and 29.3% of visitors to work </em><span><em>as private sector workers. The level of visitor satisfaction is at a value of 3.98 which </em><span><em>is located in criterion from 3.40 to 4.19 entering the satisfied category. The dominant </em><span><em>factor influencing visitor satisfaction are: parking space factor with a value of 4.08 </em><span><em>providing the highest level of satisfaction, followed by a factor of 4.03 and souvenirs </em><span><em>to the value of SAR with a value of 4.00, whereas the rate factor is a factor </em><span><em>kepuasanya lowest levies/entrance fee tourism with the value 3.84.</em></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br /></span>

<p>Bogor Botanical Garden is one of the icons of the Bogor City. Bogor Botanical Garden is a tourist site that has a forest concept but is located in the center of Bogor City so that access to Bogor Botanical Garden is easily accessible. Bogor Botanical Gardens is located in Ir. H. Juanda number 13, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Motivation Driving Factor on the Decision to Visit in Bogor Botanical Garden.</p><p>This research uses quantitative research, with descriptive methods. Many of the samples studied were 100 respondents who had visited Bogor Botanical Gardens.</p><p>Based on the results of the study it was concluded that from the results of the hypothesis test (T-Test) conducted by the researcher produced a tcount of 10.463&gt; Ttable 1.98447. This shows that there is a significant influence between the Motivating Factors for Visiting Decisions. The influence of motivating factors on the decision to visit Bogor Botanical Gardens with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.726 because it is between 0.600-0.799. The coefficient of determination or the percentage of influence of the Factors Driving Tourist Motivation (X) Decision to Visit (Y) is 52.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.</p>

Abstrak: Pariwisata adalah segala hal yang berhubungan dengan perjalanan untuk rekreasi, pelancongan, dan hiburan yang dilakukan dengan sukarela dan bersifat sementara serta didukung oleh berbagai fasilitas dan layanan yang disediakan oleh masyarakat, pengusaha, dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kondisi lingkungan kegiatan pariwisata di Kecamatan Nambo; (2) mengetahui daya dukung lingkungan pariwisata Di Kecamatan Nambo. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui kondisi lingkungan kegiatan pariwisata dan menganalisis daya dukung lingkungan pariwisata pantai di Kecamatan Nambo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pantai Nambo merupakan Pantai yang terdiri dari pasir putih dengan topografi yang tidak curam,memiliki suasana yang tenang, udara yang dingin dan pemandangan yang indah. Pantai Nambo sendiri telah menyediakan fasilitas seperti tempat parkir, gazebo, tempat bilas mandi  dan tempat sampah. Namun masih terdapat pengunjung yang membuang sampah sembarangan sehinggah mengotori lingkungan  Pantai Nambo;  (2) Berdasarkan perhitungan daya dukung lingkungan objek wisata Pantai Nambo, maka diperoleh nilai daya dukung fisik (PCC) atau jumlah maksimum wisatawan yang dapat diterima di area wisata dengan luas 10,3 ha sebesar 3.961 wisatawan/hari dengan  nilai kapasitas manajemen (MC) sebesar 0,54 dan nilai daya dukung efektif (ECC) sebesar 2.138 wisatawan/hari dengan mempertimbangkan nilai PCC dan MC.Kata kunci: Analisis, Daya Dukung, Kawasan Wisata PantaiAbstract: Tourism is all things related to travel for recreation,travel, and entertainment which is carried out on a voluntary basis and is temporary andsupported by various facilities and services provided by the community,entrepreneurs, and local governments. This study aims to: (1) determine the conditionsthe environment of tourism activities in Nambo District, (2) know the carrying capacitytourism environment in Nambo district. The method in this research is quantitative research methods.Quantitative research method is  used to answer objectivesresearch, namely knowing environmental conditions of tourism activities and analyzing carrying capacity of the coastal tourism environment in Nambo District.The results showed that: (1) Nambo Beach is a beach consisting of white sand with a topography that is not steep, has a calm atmosphere, cold air and beautiful scenery. Nambo Beach itself has provided facilities such as parking, gazebo, shower and trash cans. But there are still visitors who throw garbage carelessly so that they pollute the neighborhood of Nambo;(2) Based on the calculation of the environmental carrying capacity of the Nambo Beach tourist attraction,then obtained the value of the physical carrying capacity (PCC), the maximum number of touristswhich can be accepted in the tourist area with an area of 10.3 acre for 3,961 tourists/daywith a value of management capacity (MC) of 0.54 and an effective carrying capacity (ECC) of 2,138 tourists/day by considering the value of PCC and MC.Keywords: Analysis, Carrying Capacity, Beach Tourism Area

Two botanicals garden with an area of 200.99 hectares become a lung of 48.68 million inhabitants on the island of West Java. The existence of the botanical garden is a natural tourist attraction for local residents. This study observes the performance of the environment-based botanical garden. In addition, questionnaires were collected whose purpose was to examine the extent of the attractiveness of natural tourism in the views and ratings of tourists that would, were, and after traveling. Which part is the main attraction of nature tourism? This qualitative - quantitative research was conducted for a year in in Cianjur District. Sampling is made randomly and purposively. In addition a focus group discussion was conducted involving a number of important stakeholders involved in this nature tourism.

This research was motivated by the diversity of natural and artificial resources in Cibodas Botanical Garden which has a visual quality of landscape beauty that becomes a tourist attraction. This study aims to determine the value of visual quality of tourist attractions in Cibodas Botanical Garden. The method used was a quantitative descriptive approach. Data obtained from observation and literature study and distributing questionnaires to respondents using a sample of 100 people using the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) method. The assessment was carried out on thirteen tourist attractions of Cibodas Botanical Garden which consisted of Decorative Garden Galleries, Sakura Gardens, Cibogo Waterfall, Ciismun Waterfall, Lumut and Amorphophalus Gardens, Greenhouses, Paku-pakuan Collection, Guest House, Rhododendron Garden, Medicinal Plants Collection, Liana Garden, Large Pond and Semar Pocket House. The total visual assessed was 26 landscapes. Based on the assessment obtained, it shows the tourist attraction landscape that gets the highest visual quality (SBE) value, namely Landscape 12 with a value of 100.53, which is included in the classification of "high visual quality" from the landscape of the Cibodas Botanical Garden Large Pool. A total of 22 landscapes categorized as high visual quality and 4 landscapes categorized as moderate visual quality. No landscape categorized as low visual quality. Thus, the Cibodas Botanical Garden Landscape has great strength in supporting its function as a conservation tourism object in Indonesia but it still needs some landscape arrangement in some spots. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implications of environmental management on the satisfaction of visitors in the Bogor Botanical Gardens. The research was conducted at the Bogor Botanical Garden, Bogor City, West Java. The research was conducted using a quantitative method with a correlative approach. The purpose of correlative research is to know whether or not there is a relationship between two or more variables. Data retrieval using several methods such as field surveys, library research, and documentation. The conclusion of the research is, that the satisfaction felt by visitors after traveling to the Bogor Botanical Gardens is strongly influenced by the environmental management that is done well. The better management activities carried out in the Bogor Botanical Gardens will have a positive impact on visitor satisfaction. When the destination of visitors traveling to Bogor Botanical Gardens is fulfilled then the satisfaction of visitors will be fulfilled as well. High visitor satisfaction will give a positive image to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, this will be one of the benchmarks of the extent of success of the management to carry out the task charged. To achieve good visitor satisfaction, through this research it is known that the role of environmental management is very decisive.

The number of cases of Covid-19 in this pandemic era is increasing and getting out of control every day. This triggers the Indonesian government to set policies on schools with online learning methods. Of course, online learning cannot ensure that it runs smoothly in all circles because several factors hinder the learning process. The difficulty of the internet network, limited quotas, unfamiliarity with the use of learning media, and an unsupportive environment for conducting online learning are the obstacles to ineffective online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction with online learning during the pandemic. This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Quantitative research methods will be processed into data mining using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm. The clustering process is carried out to get the results of clustering the level of student satisfaction. The dataset was obtained from the results of the questionnaire by submitting statements of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The cluster type is based on high, medium, and low class. The test results obtained a value with the final iteration, namely the level of satisfied statements is categorized as high with a value of 11.79 compared to the dissatisfied statement, which is categorized as moderate with a value of 7.46. In contrast, for the low category level, there is no value of 0.00 cluster results state that the category is satisfied with online learning with a value of 9.33.
