The article investigates a potential of synergetics in the formation of modern nonlinear personality. Synergetics is seen in the quality of the methodology of psychophysiological, educational, social, communal and other problems of modernity. Psychosynergetics considers a person as an open hypersystem of synergetic order, which has a phase structure and is in an unbalanced state. The system in unbalanced conditions behaves fundamentally differently and requires means of self-preservation, self-adjustment. When people faced with new, atypical situations, they react to them atypically, and therefore urgently need to develop new psychological strategies that provide psychosynergetics. The modern world is a world of systemic crisis, which is observed in various spheres of life. Modern world is requires a systematic holistic thinking, unity of fundamental theoretical and practical applied knowledge and skills, creative approach and nonlinearity of thinking in solving problems. It is important for a person order to solve the conflict problems between the external and internal world, and establish mechanisms of nonlinear positive feedback with the external world. Internal consistency of system elements is also a necessary condition for success. The main task of the individual is to realize himself as a whole, as a system. The whole must figure itself out in order to fit harmoniously into the system of the world. Thus, the whole is acquires qualitatively new parameters and characteristics, according to which there is a change of its parts through the mechanisms of system coordination. The principles of holism require a person to develop special abilities and strategies (psycho-emotional, ideological), adequate to the nature and stage of the environment: flexibility of thinking, corresponding to its nonlinear characteristics, temporality – self-organization, systemic coherence. Education, which is also an element of a single system, must have its own and teach a person the skills to create and maintain integrity, be able to identify and relate themselves as a whole with the integrity of another person or society.

The paper aims at considering the peculiarities of the translation process in the period of digital transformation, revealing the trends and identifying the algorithms of the models that facilitate the qualitative translation. The authors state that translation is the process that undergoes the influence of both linguistic and social factors. In the new century the transformation of the translation paradigm can determine the system of qualitative translation content. The digital translation is seen through the cognitive aspect under the conditions of the transformed requirements on the modern period of development. The cognitive model of comprehension, including the text representation and its realization through situational models, background information and individual factors, is determined. The types of comprehension such as semantic, cognitive and extra linguistic are identified as well as their impact on the quality of digital translation. The positive sides of the digital transformation include the widening of the individual communicative opportunities, increasing access to the communicative resources, stimulating the cognitive activity and the translator’s work simplification. The authors suggest the algorithm for the development of the specialized computer environment possessing translation skills.

The ability to overcome life collisions, the ability to find new, non-standard solutions to problems - these qualities are relevant in the modern world. Changes in society entail changes in the upbringing of schoolchildren, and this is due to the individual, personal and professional qualities of a teacher, such as: organization, increased self-esteem and professional competence, focus on results. The level of development of children's creativity, their readiness to study at school and for life, also depends on the professionalism of teachers. It is the teacher, as a universal specialist, who, when planning and organizing classes in different subjects, is able to identify characteristic subject relationships, determine the necessary means of teaching and development of schoolchildren, and also design identical results of educational activities in several educational areas. Meta-subject approach is a means of achieving a meta-subject result. The main goal of the meta-subject approach in teaching is: the development and qualitative renewal of pedagogical activities, and the improvement of the quality of education.

The article highlights the issues of implementing innovative educational technologies as a way to develop professionalism and pedagogical skills of a teacher of an educational institution. Based on the results of the analysis, the key characteristics of the image of a modern high school teacher are considered, the features of structuring the personal image of a teacher are described, and recommendations are given on the technology for developing a positive image. The study of this problem will allow you to clearly present the existing picture and conduct a deep analysis of the situation, which contributes to the selection of tools for the formation of innovative components of the image of the teacher. Today, the success of any representative or public activity requires a positive image. Since the teacher is always visible, he must take care of his image. The formation of the image of a teacher begins with the first impression created by the features of the style of clothing, facial expressions, gestures, and speech. External characteristics should be supported by internal personal qualities: General erudition, life goals and attitudes, attitude to people around you and events. Image determines the self-realization of the individual: for the teacher, it serves as an indicator of recognition from society, evaluation and attitude of others. The stages of managing the formation of the teacher’s image include: studying public opinion about the profession, clarifying the preferences of consumers of educational services, broadcasting a positive image of the teacher, supporting positively colored, emotionally attractive components of the image. Professionally significant personal qualities of the teacher, which characterize the intellectual and emotional-volitional sphere of the individual, significantly affect the result of professional activity. Professional image is a tool of pedagogical influence and a condition for successful professional activity. This is a requirement of a market economy. In the modern world, a teacher must be competitive. Often, the teacher remains unclaimed because of an incorrectly projected image in the minds of others. It is no longer enough to be just a high -class professional. Professional image is a necessary condition for successful professional activity. The role of this work is to formulate a number of ideas about the image of the teacher, contributing to their effective promotion in a competitive environment.

Starting the year 1996, energy strategies of Ukraine, one by one, before the completion of the next. In view of the implementation of forecasting indications of leather strategies, it is impossible. At the same time, the obtained reference values did not coincide with the projected. Where to find the reasons for such "results of implementation" strategies? In the methods and tools of forecasting, management of ways and mechanisms for implementation, socio-economic and geopolitical turbulence, in the global financial and economic crisis? Or, in principle, the impossibility of knowing the future (at a sufficiently remote time interval)? An overview of conceptual approaches to forecasting the future is given and the impossibility to predict the future is emphasized. The risk of unpredictability of its development and such a complex sector of the economy as energy. With geopolitical turbulence, with a radical change in the socio-economic system in the country, accompanied by a downturn in the economy, including production in the fuel and energy sector, at any time stage in the implementation of the energy strategy, bifurcation points may appear in the vicinity of which small fluctuations of external influence will sharply increase and indicators forecast in strictly time intervals may become slightly realized, and scenarios for the development of the fuel and energy complex may change. For some indicators, there may be a good match, for others - acceptable, and for a number of indicators - a significant discrepancy with forecasts. The main task is to determine the range of values of key indicators and trends in the development of energy and its individual industries. It was emphasized that the problem of the quality of energy forecasting is not sufficiently developed, since there are no established criteria by which one can objectively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of a given forecasting system. There are well-established criteria by which one can objectively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of a particular forecasting system. Despite the lack of objective criteria for assessing the quality of predictive tools, at present systemic forecasting of energy as an integral part of the triad: energy-economy-ecology is generally accepted and is used in leading energy countries. Propositions regarding the need for the super water pipeline in Ukraine in 2017 are involved in the strategy of operational documents - operational plan-forecasts (road maps) for managing and monitoring the implementation of the strategy for promotional projects in 2014, in the disciplines, in the disciplines. Techniques for three-dimensional reconstruction of macromolecular complexes from electron micrographs have been successfully used for many years. These include methods which take advantage of the natural symmetry properties of the structure (for example helical or icosahedral) as well as those that use single axis or other tilting geometries to reconstruct from a set of projection images. These techniques have traditionally relied on a very experienced operator to manually perform the often numerous and time consuming steps required to obtain the final reconstruction. While the guidance and oversight of an experienced and critical operator will always be an essential component of these techniques, recent advances in computer technology, microprocessor controlled microscopes and the availability of high quality CCD cameras have provided the means to automate many of the individual steps.During the acquisition of data automation provides benefits not only in terms of convenience and time saving but also in circumstances where manual procedures limit the quality of the final reconstruction.

The cornerstone of any religion is its anthropological concept, which seeks to determine the essential orientations of man, to outline the ideological framework of its existence, to represent the idea of its essence, purpose in earthly life. The main task of the religious system is the act of involving and subordinating man to the spiritual divine realm as the realm of the transcendental existence of God. Belief in the real presence of the latter implies a new understanding of oneself, which ultimately leads the religious individual to the desire to be involved in this transcendental existence, to have intimate relations with him, to have a consciousness inherent in God. Note that in this context, all human being is interpreted as a certain arena for this realization. Therefore, the religious life of the individual acquires the status of religious activity.

In the framework of broad philosophic and historical context the author conducts comparative analysis of the conditions for assimilating liberal values in leading countries of the modern world and in Russia. He defends the idea of inevitable forward movement of Russia on the way of rationalization and cultivation of all aspects of life, but, to his opinion, it will occur not so fast as the "first wave" reformers thought and in other ideological and sociocultural forms than in Europe and America. The author sees the main task of the reformist forces in Russia in consolidation of the society and inplementation of socially responsible economic policy.
