The research method used in this study is explanatory research. The population in this study was all employees at PT. X Home and Brach Office. Data collection techniques used in this study was using questionnaires with a total sample of 60 respondents. The program used in analyzing data uses SPSS Version 24. Based on the result of the study, it shows that Account Receivable Internal Control and Accounts Receivable Receipt Effectiveness is included in the good category. The result of the study also showed that account Receivable Internal Control in contributing to Accounts Receivable Receipt Effectiveness’s 30.1%. So the higher the Account Receivable Internal Control was, the Higher the Accounts Receivable Receipt Effectiveness.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Going forward, the Cooperative will further optimize the empowerment of union employees (santri) to print better students in the field of entrepreneurship and religion.Keywords: Cooperative Boarding School, Economic Empowerment, Independence of Islamic Boarding Schools

Internal Audit functions to assess the results of the activities of an organization. The assessment consists of assessing organizational structure, planned activities, policies, employee performance, and compliance with procedures. Internal Audit is needed in organizations or companies that are engaged in production and services, to direct the company's operations, prevent the use of the system, and protect accounts receivable. Internal audit works independently on the company by conducting checks and evaluations that produce suggestions in the form of improvements to the management and control of the entities examined in this case are receivables.            The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of internal audit, to solve problems and the efforts made in internal control of receivables at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Depok Branch.             The research method used is descriptive qualitative, by collecting data related to existing problems in the company, in accordance with the basics of the theory studied. Data collected, used to solve existing problems.             The results of the study show that internal audit implementation at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Depok Branch has been good, so the control of accounts receivable has been running properly. Supervision of the company's performance must continue to be carried out by the internal audit so that there are no violations and improvements to the audit results are carried out according to input from the Internal audit. In addition, the internal audit should understand  the activities of the auditee (the audited party), so that in conducting the audit as expected.

The aim of the study was to investigate the role of coach encouragement between athlete's interest, motivation and frequency of participation case study of district of Sialkot. All the registered coaches of Sialkot district was the targeted population of the study as the population of the study was finite, no sampling technique was used. The researcher adopted cross-sectional research approach as well as quantitative research method for preceding the study. Self-made cum closed likert type questionnaire was used for data collection. The scale was consisted of three portions. Correlation and ANOVA was used for set hypotheses.

This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

This research aims to test the role of zakat to reduce poverty in the East Java period 2015-2017 by using the index that was recently developed, Basic Needs Deficiency Index. The research method used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. This research formulated BNDI index to measure the deficiency and effectiveness of zakat in resolving poverty. Data required is the total population that its income was below the poverty line in every city of East Java, and also total zakat, which was distributed by BAZNAS East Java in every city of East Java. The results obtained from the BNDI calculation have been able to explain the effectiveness of zakat for reducing poverty and inequality in East Java. The result of calculation, which was a high value or approaching value 1, explains that zakat that was distributed by BAZNAS East Java is not effective in reducing poverty in East Java. Furthermore, the result of this research shows that some cities had the highest BNDI and lowest BNDI as well. Hopefully, this result could be considered to use by the policymaker to improve the effectiveness of zakat in reducing poverty.Keywords: Zakat, Poverty, Basic Needs Deficiency Index (BNDI)

The increase in the crime of theft has become one of the concerns in the community, so in this case the implementation of fingerprinting in exposing the crime of theft is to reveal the identity of the victim of theft. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to analyze the role of fingerprints in uncovering the criminal act of theft and the process of taking fingerprints in proving the perpetrator of the crime of theft. The research method used is normative and empirical legal method. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources of law. Data collection techniques by interviewing, taking notes, quoting, reading, and summarizing the literature. After the data is collected, it is analyzed qualitatively. The result shows that the role of fingerprints in uncovering criminal acts of theft is that they can be used as evidence, by using a system or method of fingerprint identification, fingerprint records in the form of letters or expert statements can be used as additional evidence in addition to other evidence. found at the scene of the case in conducting an investigation.

This chapter presents an approach to the role of software engineering in developing solutions for new mobile technologies, like tablets. The chapter also discusses the contribution of users in the development process and improve these solutions. This study aims to determine the application of the divergent semantic intervention method in motor transcortical aphasia clients after stroke, male gender aged 44 years at the Cibabat Regional General Hospital. The research method used is a case study research experiment which aims to determine the condition of the subject before and after intervention through therapy. Data collection was carried out through the WOTS stage, namely (1) interviews with the client's parents, (2) direct observation of the client, (3) conducting tests on the client, and (4) studying the patient's medical record document. The results of the research after doing therapy using the divergent semantic intervention method for 15 meetings obtained good results by assessing the level of words on nouns. The conclusion is that the divergent semantic intervention method has an effect on mentioning the level of objects

The leadership of the kiai becomes very important in Islamic boarding school because the development of the quality of pesantren education depends on the competence of the leader, the meaning of the leader here is the kiai or caretaker of the boarding school. This study aims to describe the first role of leadership in improving the quality of education, secondly the leadership of kiai that is effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods and inductive thinking patterns. The purpose is to analyze the data obtained from field objects, and then to be related to relevant theories.The results showed: 1) The role of the kiai in improving quality in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang is as a manager, educator, human resource empowerment, decision maker, attainee of the pesantren, motivator and supervisor. 2) Effective kiai leadership is leadership that builds cooperation with kiai or other institutions, regenerates kiai and builds good relations with the community.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.
