The aim of the study was to investigate the role of coach encouragement between athlete's interest, motivation and frequency of participation case study of district of Sialkot. All the registered coaches of Sialkot district was the targeted population of the study as the population of the study was finite, no sampling technique was used. The researcher adopted cross-sectional research approach as well as quantitative research method for preceding the study. Self-made cum closed likert type questionnaire was used for data collection. The scale was consisted of three portions. Correlation and ANOVA was used for set hypotheses.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Diamond Fraud on academic fraud with student behavior as a moderating variable. The research method used was a quantitative research method by using questionnaire as data collection technique. The population of this study was all active students at Polytechnic LP3I Medan as many as 559 students. The sampling technique used saturated samples, which obtained a sample of 418 students.  The gathered data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, multiple regression and moderating regression analysis. The result of this study showed that Diamond Fraud simultaneously affected academic fraud. However, partially the component of diamond fraud such as pressure, opportunity and rationalization had a significant effect on academic fraud, while the capability had no effect on fraud academic. Furthermore, the result of the moderating test were known that student behavior becomes a moderating variable between the influence of diamond fraud on academic fraud.

Muzara’ah is the contract between farm workers and farm owners in which, cost of cultivations, seeds, and fertilizers are provided by the farm owners, meanwhile the farm workers have responsibility in giving their best efforts on cultivating the farmland. Later then, the harvest will be shared according to the contract that has been agreed. The purpose of this research is to describe farmer’s welfare in the village of Sodo after implementing Muzara’ah Contract with the Maqashid Sharia approach. This research approach is qualitative descriptive and uses case study as its strategy. Informants in this research are administrator from Krido Tani Farmers Association, The farm workers, and the farm owners. These informants determined by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques are carried out through interview and direct observation. According to the research, it was shown that agricultural cooperation with Muzara’ah Contract has a role in improving farm workers’ welfare, viewed from the indicators of Maqasid Sharia.Keywords : Muzara’ah, Welfare, Farmer, Agricultural Cooperation

This study aims to determine the effect of the uses of plasticine / playdough media on the creativity of young children in kindergarten Mabdaul Falah group B East Kaduara Coastal Sumenep and how much influence on children's creativity. This type of research is a Quantitative Research method of product moment correlation, because product moment correlation is method used to determine the level of relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques from this research are Questionnaire and Test. The location of this research was conducted in Mabdaul Kindergarten Falah Coastal East Kaduara Sumenep. The subjects of this study were group B with 17children, consisting of 5boys and 12 girls.The results showed that there was an influence of the use of plasticine / playdough media on children's creativity. This is indicated by obtaining a positive value of r work value of 0.655. Value of "r"work which is equal to 0.655 is greater than r criticism of product moment both in 95% confidence interval and 99% confidence interval, where the 95% confidence interval is 0.482 and in the 99% confidence interval is 0.606. So "r"work>"r"table and indicate that the work is significant, where there is an influence of the use of plasticine / playdough media on children's creativity. And it is also known that the value of "r"work which is worth 0.655 is between 0.40-0.70. This means that variable X (Use of Plasticine / Playdough Media) and variable Y (Child Creativity) have sufficient relationships / correlations.

Role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community of BintanPurposeThis study aimed to determine the role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community in Kawal village, Gunung Kijang district, Bintan regency.MethodsThis study used a qualitative method with a case study design and purposive sampling technique, with the cadres of posyandu. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD), with triangulation of sources and methods.ResultsThe role of cadres are as a health motivator, with the extension officers of the health and medical services as well as cadres being able to identify the needs, barriers and help to coordinate in providing health services.ConclusionPosyandu cadres have high social spirit created by the combination of internal and external motivation, resources and potential as well as experience developing ability, with the social spirit capable of inspiring, activating, stimulating, mobilizing and motivating people.

Background Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus that have been infected with the dengue virus. PSN DBD (DHF mosquito breeding areas elimination) is one of the most effective ways to prevent DHF. DHF is an endemic disease in Banyumas regency. This research aimed to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of PSN DHF in the East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. Methods This research was quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach. The populations in this research were 17.289 households and the sample was housewives in East Purwokerto district taken by simple random sampling technique with 96 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by using questionnaires and observation. Data analysis was conducted by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate.Results Education (p=0,129), income (p=0,170), knowledge (p=0,254), attitude (p=0,942), facilities availability (p=0,130), role of community figures (p=0,712) and role of health workers (p=0,635) showed has no significant correlation with behaviour of PSN DHF. Information media exposure (p=0,004) showed has significant correlation and the main factor of PSN DHF. Conclusions: Media exposure is the most influential variable in the behavior of PSN DHF. One of the advice given was to the health institution to should give more various ways of information related to dengue prevention in the community.

Background: In South Asia region, India is the biggest country manufacturing pesticides for agricultural production and ranks10th in world where farmers use pesticides in agricultural area. In India, farmers have less knowledge regarding pesticide application and very rarely they get opportunity to attend formal training program regarding handling of hazardous pesticides. In developing countries, farmers have unsafe pesticide application and handling practices due to which pesticide poisoning has a major health problems among famers. Indian farmers who practice unsafe use of pesticides also experience different health problems. Hence there is a necessity to find out knowledge and practices of farmers while handling dangerous pesticides in day to day life.Methods: A quantitative research approach and cross sectional survey design was used in present study. Total of 302 farmers residing in rural area of Doiwala block were selected by using purposive sampling technique. Ethical permission was obtained from institutional ethical committee and informed consent was taken from study participants. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.Results: A total of 125 (41.5%) farmers were using pesticide two times in a year and 180(59.8%) farmers used it for protection of crops. It was expressed by 223 (73.8%) farmers that they read the labels on the pesticide containers before using it but only 182(60.3%) farmers followed the instructions on the label.Conclusions: Farmers did not have adequate knowledge about frequency and reasons of using pesticide in farming. Majority of the farmers did not have adequate knowledge and practices regarding use of pesticide in agricultural area.

The negative stigma of people with mental disorder (ODGJ) has become a social phenomenon that harm sufferers. Discriminatory actions, gossip, the view that ODGJ cannot live normally, is an attitude that still maintains its negative stigma. The purpose of this study is to find a relationship between students 'and nurses' knowledge about mental health with the negative stigma that befalls ODGJ, Correlational design is used in this study. A cross-sectional research approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire, ie respondents' knowledge of ODGJ was measured by the MAKS questionnaire, and the stigma questionnaire for students and nurses (MICA). A total of 115 student and nurse respondents were sampled in this study. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Statistical analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test. Correlation value obtained (r) 0.02 (p <0.05). The statistical results interpret the existence of a meaningful relationship between knowledge and the formation of stigma in society. There is a relationship associated with knowledge with the formation of stigma. The knowledge contributes greatly to the formation of a positive mindset of students and nurses about ODGJ (People with Mental Disorders). The role of nurses as educators is needed to block the increasing stigma. Continuity assistance and cross-sector collaboration are needed to succeed in a stigma-free program.

This article analyzes the extent of child trafficking from a quantitative standpoint. The quantitative research approach was adopted in this study, supported by the application of cross-sectional exploratory and descriptive research design, which was used to address the extent of child trafficking in Ethiopia. A total of 636 household respondents were selected by systematic random sampling technique to fulfil the adopted quantitative survey. Data analysis was carried out using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.0 statistical software packages. Adapt Quantitative-Logistic Regression, Bivariate analysis, Multivariate analysis, and Cross-tabulation of extent and factors of child trafficking were thoroughly quantified. The extent of child trafficking from the total result in the study area is about 128 children had been trafficked from the total of 636 households and that means the extent of child trafficking is about 20.1 percent in East Este Woreda and Debre Tabor woreda in or 1 child from 5 children had been trafficked. It recommended, the research is needed to identify the extent of child victims and vulnerable of trafficking in the study area to combat the problem. On the other hand, for a clear understanding of the International Conventions and Treaties (such as fully translating Rights of the Child and all ratified conventions), the publication should be translated to Amharic and Oromifa version (local language) in the official Negarit Gazeta of Ethiopia, so that everyone could understand and seek to implement their right easily. Information gup is a disadvantage for the nation, the government should use different programs on television and radio to address the issue.

This study aims to find out the role of BMT Almaun Berkah Madani in assisting the customers from the trap of moneylenders. This BMT is also expected to reduce the anxiety of some people who have financial limitations. This research approach is qualitative and using case study strategies. Data collection techniques were using direct observation in the fieldwork. Based on the results, this study found that the financing procedure at BMT Almaun Berkah Madani uses qardhul hasan financing funds. Customers get qardhul hasan funds a number of debts to money lenders. With the system, the customer places a guarantee on one of the assets owned, pays the principal installments to the BMT, and is obliged to become a member of the BMT. Thus the role of BMT with its financing products has a significant influence on improving the welfare of people who have financial limitations and helps to alleviate debts to moneylenders.Keywords: Role, BMT, Moneylenders, Qardhul Hasan Financing

Implementation of online learning with the application of the invention model increases perceptions between teachers and students. This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers and students about the implementation of the invention model online in writing script learning. The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach. The population in this study were Indonesian language subject teachers and ten-grade students. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out by filling out a questionnaire through the Google form and interviews with teachers and students.
