Basing on the analysis of the structure of the motivational sphere of the personality, the identification of the essence of professional motivation in the student community, the article theoretically and experimentally substantiates the effectiveness of the complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional motivation of students in higher education: monitoring of personal and professional growth in the process of professional training; development and implementation of a system of methods and forms aimed at forming a professionally oriented process of cognition: psychological consultations on issues of professional orientation, personal self-determination, training on the development of professionally important qualities and motives of professional activity; modeling situations of upcoming professional activities; creation of the educational environment of the university for the application of acquired professional knowledge and skills. The article describes an empirical study of the structure of the motivational complex and the level of professional motivation of students. According to the results of the experiment, the need to create special educational conditions that underlie the development and implementation of the elective program aimed at increasing the level of professional motivation of students in higher education is revealed.

The article considers the didactic conditions of musical training of choreographers in higher education institutions of our state. In this work the structural didactic features of musical competence of choreographers are defined, such as: feature of professional activity planning; ways and methods of performing professional activities; communication techniques; organizational skills of choreographers; features of dance and motor motility. The article also states that the author considers an individual approach to take into account the ways of adapting the properties of studentsʼ nervous system to the requirements of professional activity as an effective method of musical training of choreographers in domestic higher education institutions. The article also deals with an individual approach, which takes into account the individual differences of students, the development of techniques, tools and methods of forming professional and musical skills of choreographers, due to the typological properties of the nervous system. At the heart of the individual approach considered in the study there is the idea of understanding a developing student as a person with a unique set of individual qualities. This involves the recognition of different, but equivalent in effectiveness methods of educational and creative activities that meet the objective requirements of the professional activity of the teacher and the individual characteristics of the future specialist.Also, in this paper, it is noted that in pedagogical science didactics is connected with the methods of teaching courses. The method of teaching folk dance is somewhat different from other choreographic disciplines due to the specifics of national dance. All textbooks, programs and methodical materials on folk choreography are authorʼs versions and naturally cannot be accepted by all experts identically. Modern conditions for the modernization of higher education in Ukraine have led to the need to introduce innovative approaches to the implementation of the concept of future specialists training, taking into account European standards. Higher education is crucial for socio-economic and cultural development of society. The need for training of a competent police officer, who is capable of effective professional activity in a multinational environment, is a priority approach in the training of future police officers in the parameters of European standards. The socio-cultural aspect in the training of future police officers is not only the formation of ethno-cultural competence, but also the space of interpersonal relationships in which a holistic culture of personality is formed. The competent paradigm of professional training of the future police officers, as a subject of personal and professional growth, which is capable of expanding and updating the subject areas of their professional activity, becomes of special significance in this context. In this article, we draw our attention to the peculiarities and possibilities of forming the personality of a future police officer by means of mobile resources. In particular, the classification of modern mobile devices for using in the education al processes defined. The importance of the aim of modern professional education – the formation of high level of intelligence of the future specialists, the development and consolidation of complex abilities to solve problems in conditions of constant changes and new requirements of the external environment are revealed. It has been established that the use of mobile resources contributes to increase of interest during classroom hours and the optimal organization of their independent non-auditing work, which will enable the training of specialists of a new type.

The organization of professional training of students of a pedagogical university is realized on a competence-based approach, which requires a implementation of new methods, tools and procedures aimed at assessment educational results. The complexity of the formation and assessment of competencies is explained by their multicomponent structure and the ability to manifest themselves during students’ performance. Modern methods and tools of assessing competencies should be based on modeling situations that enable students to perform quasi-professional activity and the description of key elements of each competence domain. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for assessing the communicative competence of students of a pedagogical university studying at the Faculty of foreign languages. Methodology and methods of research. The methodological basis of the study was made up of: the competence-based approach and its views on new results of the educational process at the university, methods of assessing competencies (N. F. Efremova, Ibragimov G.I., Baartman L.K., Kanik M.); a contextual approach that explains the need to create educational situations that model the conditions of professional activities for the formation and assessment of modern educational results (A. A. Verbitskiy). Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical modeling. Research results. A methodology for assessing the communicative competence of students of a pedagogical university studying at the Faculty of Foreign Languages has been developed and presented. The quality criteria for modern assessment methods and instruments are formulated (authenticity, transparency, the significance of the content of assessment materials for students, effectiveness). The author of the article develops and presents a model of an assessment method based on the analysis of video fragments of communicative situations. The procedure for modeling communicative situations that can be used to compile assessment materials is described in detail. The foreign experience of designing pragmatic tests of oral communication (Discourse Completion Task) is analyzed, ways of improving these tasks are proposed.

he article is devoted to the design of a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions and substantiation of the essence of functions used in the study of the application of innovative technologies in professional activities. The aim of the article is to characterize the semantic principles of designing the model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. Achieving the goal involved the use of a number of methods: general – analysis, synthesis, abstraction and generalization, which made it possible to design a model of educational and communicative environment for the training of teachers of philology of higher education institutions; structural-logical analysis – allowed to outline the functions of the model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. In addition, the article outlines and analyzes the main scientific sources on this issue. The article characterizes the content principles of designing a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachersphilologists of higher education institutions, formation of professional competence, readiness of future teachers-philologists for professional activity, professional self-improvement and development, formation of integration knowledge and prognostic skills. The practical significance of the research lies in the development and design of a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions. As a result of the research, we came to the following conclusions that designing a model of educational and communicative environment of professional training of teachers-philologists of higher education institutions involves creation of the optimal conditions for teaching language and literature; stimulation of speech and mental activity of students; development of their critical thinking, language personality, multiple intelligence and cross-cultural communication; ability to conceptually model information; expansion of knowledge space taking into account individual styles and learning strategies. We see prospects for further development of this thematic area in the implementation of internal and external system communication, coordination of communicative and pedagogical actions, recording and adjusting learning outcomes.

In psychological and pedagogical science, professionalization is considered as a process associated with the development of the subjectivity of the individual, motivation to perform professional activities, determination of the potential of the individual in the profession, awareness of his role in the life space, setting requirements for a specialist in the chosen professional activity. The problem is stated, an attempt to solve which is made in this article: what are the directions of the formation of subjectivity of the student in the educational process of the university as a stage of professionalization? The analysis of psychological and pedagogical studies revealed their insufficiency in the perspective of consideration and analysis of the stages of formation of subjectivity of the student in the educational process of the university, which determined the purpose of the study, which consists in solving the stated problem. In the process of research, theoretical methods are used: analysis, comparison, comparison, discourse, systematization of the results of scientific research. The directions of formation of subjectivity of the student in the educational space of the university are revealed. Adaptation is followed by identification with the socio-cultural environment of educational institution, where the realization of values of the environment, the social meaning of vocational education, assimilation of traditions, norms of coexistence, communication experience (socio-professional aspects). Development of the system of Self, self-development of the student as mechanisms of formation of subjectivity in the profession, ensuring the formation of content, effectiveness, positive dynamics in training (personal-value aspect). Ensuring effective communication between the teacher and the student in pedagogical interaction with the use of modern educational technologies and the use of professionally directed situational tasks (technological aspect). A special role in optimizing the process of professionalization for the successful formation of the student's subjectivity is assigned to professional training, where, using pedagogical technologies, the necessary professional competencies are formed. The process of professionalization at the stage of university training is aimed at the formation of subjective characteristics of the teacher's personality, defined as independence and regulation of their actions in the performance of professional activities, responsibility, mobility, creativity, deep sociability, lack of conflict when working in a team.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. For student youth the process of entering the profession and harmonization of interactions with professional environment and future professional activity is the key moment of life activity. This process, according to the majority of modern researchers, is a certain complexity and contradiction both for students and for higher education institution, as well as social institutions and organizations acting as social customers.METHODS. The study of the process of adaptation of student youth to research and professional activity was carried out on the basis of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. Assessment of students' expectations regarding studies, the level of students' awareness of the future professional and scientific activity was carried out with the help of the University Hackathon Ecosystem toolkit. Processing of the obtained results of the survey was carried out on the basis of the "Methodology of research of students' adaptability to dual education in higher education". The methodology includes two scales: adaptability to professional activity and adaptability to research activity.FINDINGS. The following directions of training are distinguished: professional, social and research, as well as stages of adaptation to professional training: learning identification, learning-professional activation, professional-value reflection. Integration of these directions allows us to organize activities that ensure formation of necessary professionally important qualities (competences) in students (graduates), agreed with potential employers and demanded by the corresponding profession. The conducted experiment on the basis of Hackathon-ecosystem of the university was carried out taking into account the directions of training and their corresponding adaptation criteria: professional direction – activity-result and motivation-value criteria; humanitarian – communication-professional criterion; research – personal-creative criterion.CONCLUSION. Students' adaptation to future professional and research activities can be defined as one of the most urgent social problems at the pre-production stage. This is due to the fact that the student spends one of the main periods of his life in a higher education institution, since it is at this time he is formed as a professional and as a person, masters the necessary competencies in order to achieve a certain professional and research level. At this stage the professional intentions of the individual and the requirements of the profession come into alignment, i.e. there is an adaptation to professional and research activities.

The training of a future specialist involves not only the acquisition of professionally oriented knowledge, skills and habits, but also the formation of a system of professional values as regulators of future professional activities, the basis for professional growth and improvement. The social and political condition of society in general and the country in particular affects the formation of professional values of future specialists, which, in particular, is manifested in the conditions of modern Ukraine, which fights for state independence and territorial integrity. The purpose of the study is to monitor the dynamics of changes in the professional values of future teachers over the past five years. A survey was conducted, as well as testing of future teachers according to M. Rokich's methods "Valuable orientations" (N = 710). Some products of students' activities (essays, creative works, etc.) were also of some information importance, which made it possible to diagnose the professional values and their hierarchy in the consciousness of the personality of future specialists. Changes in the dynamics of the professional values of future teachers from the prevalence of the material factor, the desire to obtain a profession that would provide the opportunity to emigrate from the country to the values of development, cognition and patriotism were revealed. The obtained results can become the basis for the search for mechanisms and tools of the formation of professional values in future teachers in the process of their professional training in social and political conditions that constantly change.

The article presents the stages of pedagogical technology introduction of prognostic competence formation of Computer Sciences’ future bachelors in the university education practice. The first stage is motivational-target, its purpose is to form students' awareness of prognostic competence importance as a guarantee of successful professional activity realization (mainly during the first semester of study). Stage second is activity. The purpose is to form a system of knowledge on prognosis, skills, and abilities to implement prognostic activities (mainly during the II – III semesters). Stage III is evaluative-reflexive, its purpose is to analyze the formation of students’ prognostic competence in the process of professional training (mainly the IV semester). The content of the discipline of choice «Prognostic activity in the field of information technology» is revealed. Its purpose is to form in students a set of theoretical knowledge and methodological foundations in the field of forecasting analytics, as well as practical skills necessary for the application of prognostic in professional activities. The digital tools for the realization of pedagogical technology in the conditions of distance education are given. The main directions of research work realization of students for the formation of prognostic competence are revealed: participation in work of a scientific circle on actual problems of programming «Computer systems»; involvement of students in non-formal education and implementation of independent research through courses on open online platforms; fulfillment of research tasks; participation in scientific competition events (student competitions, contests, conferences, exhibitions, workshops that stimulate individual creativity of students and the development of the system of scientific work at the university).

The article analyzes the content of training bachelors in cybersecurity in the modern context of the functioning of higher education institutions. It is noted that the provision of cybersecurity is relevant for many areas of activity, in particular, the fields of science, technology and technology, covering issues related to the protection of cyberspace of the country, individual objects of its infrastructure, characterized these objects. The educational program, which provides for mandatory professional training in order to obtain a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, is analyzed. Involvement of teachers and professionals working in the system of vocational education and production in the field of information security, as well as business representatives, in order to transfer best practices to future professionals, highlighting the latest advances in science and technology, the rules of successful business. It is noted that in order to develop and update the list of elective subjects at the beginning of the second semester of each academic year, working groups are created at the faculties under the chairmanship of deans. The composition of the working groups is approved by order of the rector. The working groups analyze the quality of educational and methodological and informational support of the submitted disciplines and form their recommendations on quantitative changes in the existing list of disciplines. Based on the analysis of the above information, the working groups form a list of selected disciplines in due time and submit it to the information department for the formation of an updated general academic catalog, which is approved by the Academic Council of the University. The duly approved catalog of selected disciplines recommended for study in the next academic year is posted for acquaintance of higher education students on the official website of the university. It is proved that the program learning outcomes include basic knowledge of basic sciences, to the extent necessary for the development of general professional disciplines, knowledge of the state and one of the foreign languages in order to ensure the effectiveness of professional communication. Knowledge of the functioning of information technology systems and networks and their components of the legislative and regulatory framework, as well as the requirements of relevant, including international, standards and practices for professional activities are important.

One of the key problems of modern higher education is the development of programs and teaching methods relevant to the conditions of the digital educational environment, characterized by openness, variability, multiculturalism, polymodality and dynamism. At the same time, the question of the psychological readiness of teachers for activities in the new conditions comes to the fore. The article gives a brief overview of the works on the issue of readiness. The predictors of the university teachers’ readiness for activities in the electronic informational and educational environment are described. The role of the variative and invariant aspects of teachers’ readiness for changes in the system of higher education is shown. A model of the university teachers’ readiness for professional activities in the context of digitalization of education is proposed, which includes selfregulatory, motivational, value-semantic, and operational components; possible methods for diagnosing these components are described.
