Introduction. The digitalisation of the education system has increased the importance of acquiring digital competencies. At the same time, soft-competencies changed their structure and acquired a specific digital component. Didactic communications, based on the acquisition of all three groups of competencies - soft, hard and digital, have been changed, especially in the field of information technology. Those cognitive and communicative difficulties, which were previously easily solved with direct contact, now require special soft-competencies of the teacher. The processes of the search for solutions to problems and the formulation of such problems become more acute. There is an urgent need to find ways to solve the problem of raising the effectiveness of cognitive interactions. Therefore, one such way could be the method for analysing the leading type of cognitive interactions in training through a hermeneutic approach. The aims of the present research are the following: to reveal scientific and methodological aspects of application of the hermeneutic approach in didactic communications training for vocational teachers; to demonstrate the example of a graphical representation of the model of the hermeneutic circle concerning cognitive processes for studying regulatory texts; to form the main provisions for the theory of preparation for effective professional communications as a tool for acquiring workplace flexibility skills.Methodology and research methods. The theoretical and methodological component of the research is based on hermeneutic, system-activity and integrative approaches. The main research findings are drawn upon the cognitive theory (theory of cognitive processes). Empirical research data were obtained through the included observation method, as well as through testing among the trainees.Results. A hermeneutic circle model was demonstrated. Such a model is the basis of the authors’ methodology for teaching didactic communications in the field of information technologies. The basics of the theory of preparation for effective professional communications were developed. A fundamental tool was described showing the effectiveness of the application of the hermeneutic approach. The publication discloses a mechanism for understanding and interpreting a user algorithm. For the first time, the hermeneutic circle model is presented for understanding and interpreting user instructions by people of socionomic professions. The obtained theoretical and practical results can be interpolated into any scientific sphere, which is studied in the framework of primary vocational education in university or college degree programmes.Scientific novelty. The publication considers the hermeneutic circle model as a visual image that illustrates the specifics of cognitive processes when studying user algorithms as the basis for information exchange in the field of IT. The model demonstrates the reasons for the appearance of “weaknesses” when providing training for teachers in didactic communications in the field of IT.Practical significance. Since the issue of teaching workplace flexibility skills remains open at the level of theoretical and practical tools, there are some prerequisites for its development. The publication can be recommended to educators involved in the development of integrative disciplines aimed at improving communication skills. The main theoretical provisions are considered through the example of didactic communications in the field of IT.

This article is devoted to the studying hermeneutic circle in the development of methodological culture of future music teacher. Under the conditions of globalization processes, tendencies of convergence of world cultures improvement of culturological training of student youth requires new approaches, in particular, culturological training of students of pedagogical specialties. The task of pedagogical education is to develop a teacher as a specialist and as a person of high culture, who has a special positive effect on the personality of school student. This article analyses the works of scientists dedicated to the issues of establishment and development of the hermeneutic approach in philosophical, psychological, and logical and gnosiological contexts. It is defined the essence of the concept of “hermeneutic circle” as one of the basic principles of the hermeneutic approach. There have been provided the examples of interpretation of the principle of hermeneutic circle by various scientists. Hermeneutic approach is applied in sciences such as pedagogy, psychology, economics, sociology etc. In pedagogical science the hermeneutic approach at the level of conceptual use was elaborated by A. Zakirova. She introduced the term “pedagogical hermeneutics”. Hermeneutic circle as a principle of text understanding is based on the interrelation of the part and the whole. Understanding of the whole consists of the understanding of the individual parts, and understanding of the parts requires understanding of the whole. The concepts of the part and the whole are correlated: the text is a part concerning the whole creative activity of the author, which in its turn is a part of the particular genre or literature in general, as well as the part of spiritual life and biography of the author. The idea of hermeneutic circle means also that there is no understanding of the text without certain prerequisites: understanding is preceded by some idea of what is yet to understand. There have been determined the peculiarities of the use of the principle of hermeneutic circle in the development of methodological culture of the future teacher of musical art. In light of hermeneutical trends, the penetration of which in the realm of musical art can be traced quite clearly, the use of the hermeneutic circle principle in the development of methodological culture of the future teacher of musical art appears not only in the narrow interpretation of the particular phenomenon or group of phenomena, but much wider — as a means of learning and understanding of the worldview by a person.

The paper presents a study on the changes in cognitive functioning in patients undergoing chemotherapy with diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM). The aim of the study was to answer the following two main research questions: Does the treatment stage differentiate the functioning of cognitive processes in patients with diagnosed MM and to what extent? Is it possible to treat biological factors (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, and BDNF) as predictors of patients’ cognitive functioning? The patients were examined twice, before the treatment and after 4–6 cycles of chemotherapy. Selected neuropsychological research methods as well as experimental and clinical trials were employed to diagnose the patients’ general cognitive state, attention, memory, and executive functions. The level of biological factors was assessed with the ELISA test. The results show that the patients’ cognitive functioning was worse before the treatment than during the cytostatic therapy. It was also possible to predict the cognitive state of patients suffering from multiple myeloma based on a selected biological parameter (neurotrophin BDNF).

The article discusses the main problems of the implementation of event tourism in certain territories, which primarily include: short-term event; the scale of the event; placement in a natural area; lack of sufficient means of accommodation and services for tourists; style of events and the like. Goal. Development of an effective system of organizational and technical support for event tourism events. Methodology. The main research methods, in order to achieve the goal, are the analysis of engineering support, the classification of mobile homes for event tourism and the modeling of requirements for them based on the system analysis of event tourism technologies. Results. The organizational and technical support of event tourism activities proposed in the article will reduce the technogenic load on the local natural landscapes of natural areas in the places where event events are held. This will contribute to the formation of a higher culture, the style of their conduct, which will make it possible to undertake events of event tourism in regions that are even more attractive to a wide audience of tourists not only in our country, but also abroad. This method of organizational and technical support can also be used for holding rallies, forums, conferences and other events. Important for the success of the development of event tourism and the correct organization of organizational and engineering support is the formation of a calendar of events, which makes it possible to approach all future events in a planned manner, from the point of view of engineering and technical support, later will give its positive results. Scientific novelty. The current state of the use of mobile houses in event tourism on the territory of Ukraine is analyzed for the first time. For the first time, the calendar of the territory of the Stanishovskaya OTG of the Zhytomyr region was compiled for 2020-2021. Practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the compiled calendar of event tourism will be used by OTG "Stanishovskaya" in full and taking into account our recommendations regarding the holding of mass events.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the philosophical teachings of the Stoics, the main attitudes of which are today fruitfully used in the methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy. The main research method is the analysis of the practically oriented philosophy of the Stoics, whose teachings have a therapeutic value, being a means of influencing not so much on the diagnosis of psychological disorders, but on those who constantly want to learn how to control their mental representations, purposefully changing their behavior throughout their lives. The results of the study are a comparative analysis of the main provisions of the teachings of the Stoics and the methods of modern cognitive-comparative therapy. The principle achievement of the article consists in the proof that cognitive-behavioral therapy focuses on short-term goals that are determined by diagnosis and limited in time, while the life philosophy of Stoicism is capable of introducing depth and timeless changes in a person's lifestyle and worldview. The theoretical and practical significance of the article lies in the proof that the philosophy of the Stoics, which today is considered as a Western variety of Buddhism and an alternative to contemporary academic philosophy, is a practically oriented philosophy, the purpose of which is to substantiate wisdom as an ethical ideal and the possibility of realizing the potential inherent in each person to form a personal life attitude to cope with any life situation by means of his mind and control of emotions. The authors managed to deepen the proposed problems thus making possible to use the conclusions of its study for further theoretical analysis and practical purposes.

Purpose. The purpose of the scientific article is to study the modern information society, as well as to consider the conditions for the development of global information and communication networks, the global information exchange system. The author has studied the current legal regulation of freedom of speech to achieve this goal. Methodology. The article applies general scientific methods of system analysis and synthesis, as well as private scientific methods: comparative, sociological. The use of methods of analysis and synthesis will determine the key scientific concepts for research. In addition, an institutional research method will be used. On its basis, in particular, the originality of the forms of regulation of the right to freedom of opinion has been revealed; specificity of regulation of restrictions of this right. The article concludes that the existing regulation does not correspond to the level of development of public relations. The fact that there are no legal instruments that can prevent the falsification of information in the media indicates that there are problems in ensuring the right of citizens to freedom of expression in cyberspace, which ensures the relevance of the study. Scientific and practical significance. Within the framework of the research, a complex scientific theoretical and legal analysis of the constitutional and legal category “the right of citizens to freedom of opinion” in cyberspace was carried out; a comparison of Russian and foreign legislation. Results. It was suggested that the concept of the right to freedom of opinion in cyberspace be structured into separate elements. Following the logic of the proposed classification, the author proposes the main directions of improving the legal regulation of this right. The significance of the study is made by proposals to improve Russian legislation in the sphere of securing the right of citizens to freedom of opinion, as well as further development of mechanisms for the realization of this right in cyberspace.

The aim of the paper is to reveal the specifics of the culture-based studies development process in the space of non-academic intellectual and discussion communities, namely, the "Eranos" and different philosophical cafes. The research methodology. One of the main research methods is historical reconstruction. Intellectual communities are presented from the perspective of applying ideographic and diachronic methods. Culture-based studies require the use of a multidisciplinary methodology, and the presentation of the development of culture-based studies in the framework of the formation of public space requires an appeal to the system method. Results. Knowledge exists not only within the walls of academic institutions. In the period of breaking of the old and the birth of new forms, the informal unions of intellectuals. There are different types of intellectual and discussion communities, gatherings in philosophical, literary cafes, are put on the forefront. Culture-based studies, at the very beginning of its formation, are associated with philosophical thought, since the figure of a philosopher in France is conceived wider than in the Ukrainian tradition. There the philosopher provides the intellectual activity, exploring a wide range of items. The methodology and the main issues of culture-based studies are formalized within the framework of the activity of intellectual discussion communities. Of these, "Eranos", which has been functioning since 1933 year, deserves special attention. The specificity of "Eranos" is, in particular, its international character. The novelty. Culture-based studies on the territory of France are abstract-theoretical formations since in this case it is stated that there is no reliance on empirical material (as in the Anglo-Saxon variant of cultural studies). Consequently, the development of cultural studies of pure theoretical orientation occurred differently than that of the Anglo-Saxon French colleagues. One of the forms of deployment of such studies is the emergence of new ideas not within the academic space, but during discussions inside the intellectual clubs. One of these communities is the famous "Eranos" club. Meanwhile, the public space also allowed intellectuals to gather in "philosophical cafes". This tradition continues to this day, especially in the activities of journals published by such intellectual communities. The practical significance. The results of the study can be used in the construction of educational programs in the field of cultural studies, cultural history, Ukrainian culture.

Formulation of the problem. The development of information systems for collecting, processing and exchanging radar information occurs, on the one hand, in the direction of improving the technical characteristics of information processing facilities and data transmission facilities, on the other hand, in the direction of improving information processing algorithms and the structure of the information system. This article summarizes the possibilities for the development of information systems in the second direction.Purpose. Development of a variant of building an information system with a fully connected network structure and intended for the collection, processing and exchange of radar information.Results. The development, as a tool for building an information system of a network structure, is based on an integrated approach that provides for the use of an algorithm without branching solutions for information processing, a network semi-connected structure itself and network algorithms, a higher level than the level of collection and processing, for organizing functioning of information exchange in the network. The short processing time of information when entering it into the system makes it possible to create a dynamic array of homogeneous radar data, updated when radar information arrives from sources.Practical significance. Information systems, wholly or partly built on the basis of such an integrated approach, are applicable in areas such as air traffic control systems; multi-beam and multi-range radars (ornithological, meteo, etc.), radars for security complexes, incoherent spatially-separated radar information sources, combined into a system (for example, for studying the ionosphere).

Learning theory will make easier for educators to carry out the form of learning that will be implemented. This article will review the theory of cognitive learning and will provide a complete understanding and explanation so that it can be applied in learning activities. This study uses a qualitative approach and includes library research. The author tries and strives to collect library data related to the cognitive theory of J. Bruner, Ausubel, and Robert M. Gagne and their actualization in Islamic Education learning enriched from several academic sources both from books, scientific articles, previous studies and other scientific writings that related to the topic of this article. The results of this study are the cognitive theory developed by J. Bruner states cognitive processes are enactive, iconic, and symbolic; Ausubel said cognitive processes occur. Advanced organizer (initial arrangement), progressive differentiation, Reconciliation reconciliation (integrative reconciliation), consolidation; Robert M. Gagne states that cognitive processes are through receptors, sensory registers, short-term memory, long-term memory, and response generators. The learning process according to cognitivism is through the stages of assimilation, accommodation, and equilibration, namely the learning process is more directed. This is adjusted to the age of the students, so the stages are enactive, econic, and symbolic.
