This study aims to determine the level of motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in SMA N I Suliki District in choosing Biology cross-interests. Method, this research is quantitative with quantitative descriptive approach. Samples were taken by total sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all grade X students majoring in IS N NI High School in Suliki District who chose cross biology interest totaling 126 people, the data analysis technique was a percentage technique. The results of data analysis showed IS majoring students at SMAN 1 Kec. Suliki chose biology interest based on intrinsic motivation of 70.48% (good) and based on extrinsic motivation of 62.75% (good). Conclusion, the motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in choosing cross-interests of biology both intrinsically and extrinsically is good. This study aims to find out how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation affects students of the Social Sciences Department of SMA N I Suliki District in choosing cross-interest of Science. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The research instrument is a set of questionnaire. Samples were taken with a total sampling technique, then the subjects of this study were all students of class X majoring in Social Sciences who chose cross interest of Science, amounting to 126 people, data analysis technique is a percentage technique. Based on the results of data analysis, intrinsic motivation that influences the selection of cross-student interests is as follows: based on ideals of 70.58%, based on student abilities of 69.44%, based on student conditions of 70.33%, based on interests of 66.93 %, based on the attitude of 75.06%, while extrinsic motivation that influences the selection of students' cross-interest is as follows; based on family encouragement of 62.56%, encouragement of friends 59.32%, employment opportunities of 69.57% and opportunities to continue study 61.50%. Whereas based on sub-variables, intrinsic motivation was found to influence the cross-selection of scientific interest by 70.48% (in the good category) and extrinsic motivation by 62.75% (in the good category). This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This study also aims to examine whether job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment to the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sleman Regency. This study uses the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sleman Regency, with a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, Sobel test, coefficient of determination, and standard beta. This study resulted in the findings that organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational culture influences affective commitment. However, intrinsic motivation has no effect on affective commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction has an effect on affective commitment. This study also produces findings that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment, and job satisfaction also mediates the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This research aimed to know the implementation of blended learning with Kelase platform in the learning process of Assessment and Evaluation course. Determination of subjects in this research used purposive sampling technique, with the number of subjects was involved as many as 40 peoples. Methods of data collection in this research used questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The steps were undertaken in this research include (1) selection and personnel training; (2) location selection, hardware installation, and software installation; (3) programming and program testing; (4) system testing; and (5) system conversion. Data analysis technique in this research was quantitative descriptive. The results were obtained in this research showed the effectiveness level percentage of the implementation of blended learning with Kelase platform that was used to support the learning process of Assessment and Evaluation course was 90.2%, so it was included in the very good category.

The problem of this research was initiated by the learning process of Physical, Sport and Health Education which was not run well. This research was aimed at revealing the students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation toward the learning process of Physical, Sport and Health Education subject at SMP N 1 Kota Payakumbuh. This was a descriptive research. The population of the research was all of students (287) in grade VIII of SMP N 4 Kota Payakumbuh. By using random sampling technique, 20% (55 students) of the population were takenas the sample. The data were obtained by making use of the questionnaire of Gudman’s scale. The data gathered then were analyzed by using statistic of descriptive percentage. Based on the results of data analysis, it was figured out that: 1) the students’ intrinsic motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject at SMP N 4 Kota Payakumbuh is 44.6% (average), and 2) thestudents’ extrinsic motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject is 41.8% (average). From these results, it is concluded that the students’ motivation toward Physical, Sport and Health Education subject, in general, is in average category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.

This research aims to analyze the effect of bank scale and Loan to Deposit Ratio toward profita-bility within the credit risk as moderating variable in banking companies that listed on 2014-2018 Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research include of banking companies that has listed on 2014-2018 Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sam-pling, in order to obtain 28 companies within 5 years of observations to 140 observations. The data analysis used Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The data analysis technique was done by residual test. The results of this research showed that bank scale has posi-tive and significant influence on profitability, loan to deposit ratio has no influence on profitabil-ity, the risk of bank is unable to moderate the effect of bank scale on profitability and the risk of bank is unable to moderate the effect of loan to deposit ratio on profitability. The scale of bank and loan to deposit ratio can explain the profitability of 27.3% while the other 72.7% was ex-plained by other variables outside of study. It is recommended for companies to increase supervi-sion of asset management, thus the scale of bank will be better and maintain the balance of LDR based on Indonesian Bank regulation number 15/ 7/ PBI / 2013 Article 10 of 78-92% with the aim of increasing profitability.

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. The research was conducted from March to May 2018 located at Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Bogor District. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people.               This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage.                The results showed that the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league Indonesia Junior Soccer League is in the category of low or bad as many as 16 people (4.35%) on the formation of cooperation character, as many as 192 people (52.17%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of cooperation, as many as 147 people (39.95%) have a high knowledge or good on the formation of character cooperation and as many as 13 people (3.53%) have a very high knowledge or excellent on the formation of the character of cooperation trak Keywords: Partner Character, Teamplay, Football, Early Age Birds

Abstract: The research design used was survey research with quantitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 100 futsal extracurricular participants in public high schools in Kediri City District. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis used was the percentage technique. From the results of the data analysis, 3 conclusions were obtained, namely: (1) Intrinsic motivation, namely 66 students, 66% were in good category (2) 50% extrinsic motivation of students is in the sufficient category. (3) The overall motivation, namely 70 students, was in the good category.   Abstrak: Rancangan penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan jenis penelitian disktriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Kota kediri. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik persentase, dari hasil analisis data diperoleh 3 kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Motivasi intrinsik yaitu 66 peserta didik 66% masuk kategori baik. (2) Motivasi ekstrinsik 50 peserta didik 50% masuk kategori cukup. (3) Motivasi keseluruhan yaitu 70 peserta didik 70% masuk kategori baik.

vAbstract, This study aims to find out how much positive and significant influence between the use of learningvideos by Christian Education Teachers on the effectiveness of learning in class X Tarutung 2 High SchoolNorth Tapanuli Regency, with the hypothesis there is the Effect of Learning Videos on Learning Effectiveness ofClass X Students of State High School 2 Tarutung North Tapanuli Regency 2018/2019.This research uses inferential quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of all students of class XTarutung 2 High School totaling 288 people with a sample of 40 people. Data was collected by a closedquestionnaire of 30 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. Thequestionnaire trial was conducted on 30 students who were not research respondents, and validity andreliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influencebetween Learning Videos on Learning Effectiveness of Class X Students of Tarutung 2 High School NorthTapanuli Regency 2018/2019 with a coefficient of determination (r2) = 38.68% and significant test of influenceobtained by Fcount Ftable of 23.77 4.10, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Learning Videos, Learning Effectiveness.

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills, the effect of vocabulary mastery on reading skills, and the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students at the Islamic senior high school Amuntai. This type of research is a survey, and the approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was all students of Class XI majoring in MIA at the Islamic senior high school 1 HSU, the Islamic senior high school 2 HSU, and the Islamic senior high school NIPA RAKHA Amuntai, totaling 240 people, and with the sampling technique 25% of the existing population as many as 60 people. The data collection instrument is documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the reading Quran ability students were in the medium a value of 53%, the vocabulary mastery students were in the medium a value of 72%, and the reading skills students were in the medium a value of 67%. While the effect of reading Quran ability on reading skills was 66.3% which means that there was an effect between the reading Quran ability on reading skills students. While vocabulary mastery on reading skills was 79.4%, there was an effect. Moreover, the effect of reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students was 85.9%, which means that there is an effect between the reading Quran ability and vocabulary mastery on reading skills students.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>: Reading Quran, Vocabulary Mastery, Reading Skills.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>
